We are in El Paso, TX.

George Iceman comes out. He says wrestlers ruined Ash and Heather's victory celebration last week. He says she will have her cake tonight.

TNA Tag Titles - Ash and Heather by Elegance (c) vs Gigi Dolin and Tatum Paxley

Ash misses a shot on Gigi then Gigi arm throws her. Gigi  running sto's her then dropkicks her against the bottom rope. Ash then takes a basement dropkick for 2. HBC backfists Tatum and bangs her head off the buckles. We see Lash and Jakara watching backstage and Spitfire watching as well as both are banned teams from ringside.

Tatum shoulders over HBE then does a reverse surfboard on her. Gigi jumps off Tatum's back and bronco busters HBE. Gigi hits Kawada kicks on HBE. 

HBE stands on Gigi on the bottom rope. Ash stomps on Gigi in the corner. Gigi boots HBE out of the corner. Gigi headbutts her and tags out. Tatum gets in and beats up on the heels. Tatum corner crossbodies both in the corner then double underhook suplexes HBE. Tatum elbow drops HBE. George Iceman pushes Tatum off the top then Ash hits a top rope swanton Tatum to win.

Thoughts: It was average. It didn't get enough time and the heels really got little offense in here. I think Gigi busted out a new bronco buster in this one and Tatum's offense is starting to come together. 

The Elegance Brand are given the cake after. Tatum and Gigi pop up behind them and bang their heads together. Ash then gets her headslammed into the cage. Ash then screams.

Leon Slater is interviewed. He says he feels a lot of things and isn't sure what to think. He says tonight just be a match, it will be a fight. He says Nic Nemeth shocked the world when he turned on his team at the PPV. Leon says he will show Nic what The Hardy's taught him. He says Nic will answer to the new lord of extreme.

The Elegance Brand is in the back. Ash is flipping out after her going into the cake. Ash says he celebration was ruined. She says she's leaving on vacation and leaving George and Heather. She says she can't take this anymore and needs to get out of here. She says they need to take control of The Elegance Brand and make her proud.

Chavo Guerrero, Octagon Jr. and Laredo Kid vs Kaz and First Class (AJ Francis and KC Navarro)

Chavo's head i shaven and he flying headscissors Kaz. Kaz knees him in the gut. KC back elbows Chavo, flips over his back and poses. Chavo then dropkicks him. Kid springboard headscissors KC then drops him chest first mat on the mat. Kid basement dropkicks him. We go to break and return.

Oct chops KC in the corner. Oct 2nd rope headscissors him from behind. Oct backflips into a spinning headscissors. AJ throws Oct out from the apron then KC tope con hilos Oct. Oct hits forearms on AJ. AJ corner splashes him. AJ has Kid and Oct in the air and slams down both for 2.

AJ his tennessee whiskey on Oct in the corner. KC chinlocks Oct then superkicks him. KC and Oct crossbody each other at the same time. Kid tilt-a-whirl backbreakers Kaz. Kaz hits a big lariat on Kid. Kid forces Kaz to lariat KC with a 2nd rope diving lariat.

Chavo gets in and backdrops KC. He then tilt-a-whirl backbreakers him. Chavo hits 2 suplexes on KC then 2 on Kaz as AJ interrupts. Chavo then hits three amigos on AJ. Kid and Oct go up top together and do stereo dives outside. KC then rolls up Chavo for 2. Chavo hits a gori bombo on KC. Chavo top rope splashes KC and wins.

Thoughts: I liked it. The two teams worked well together and it was what you would expect with thefaces flying around and the heels bumping for them. Chavo had a good showing here and hasn't lost a step at all. Oct also put out a good showing here.

Santino has Mance Warner and Sami Callihan in handcuffs in the back. Santino says what he can do to bring this ot an end. Sami says there's nothing civilized about Mance and he belongs in jail. Mance says him and Steph beat him and Sami says Mance cheated to do it. Mance says whatever he takes is his because he's a redneck.

Santino makes them promise not to harm any civilians or damage company property. Sami says he doesn't promise. He says he will send Steph and Mance out in bodybags. Steph says Sami is crashing out then throws coffee in his face. Santino kicks Mance and Steph out.

Jacy Jayne vs Masha Slamovich

MS takes her down off the lock up. They roll around while locked up. Jacy pulls her down by hair. Jacy is tripped into the ropes and booted. MS running lariats her. MS corkscrew topes her through the ropes.

Jacy hits her on the floor then Jacy's head is banged off the apron edge. MS goes to dive and Jacy hits her. Jacy then PK's her off the apron. Jacy stomps and clubs on MS then foot chokes her. Masha corner cannonballs her for 2.

Jacy running knees her for 2 then hits mounted shots. Jacy kneels on MS' back and chinlocks her. MS slides between her legs and upkicks her. MS corner facekicks her then koppo kicks her for 2. Jacy pumping knees her for 2.

They trade chops and punches. Jacy hits kicks and knees then step up enzugiri's her. Jacy pump kicks her. Jacy is put in the electric chair and dropped face first on the apron. MS running knees her for 2. Jacy neckbreakers her.

MS head kicks her and spinning high kicks her. MS hits a northern lights bomb and wins.

Thoughts: It was alright. Jacy did a bit more striking than usual and it felt like her first longer singles match in a long time. I thought this would lead to something more so I'm surprised Jacy lost here.

Tessa Blanchard comes out and nails MS after. Xia and Lei Ying Lee eventually come out to help.

We get a video on Santana. We see him ripping up Ali politican posters on a wall.

Eric Young vs Ace Austin

EY wristlocks him. Ace headflips out then is punched. EY stomps on Ace. Ace goes up and over then cradles him. Ace rolls him up for 2 then dropkicks him.

They trade forearms. EY spinebusters him for 2. Travis Williams punches EY. EY chinlocks Ace. Ace boots him out of the corner. EY atomic drops him. Ace lariats him and russian legsweeps him. Ace then legdrops him. Ace hits a corner lariat then hits a flurry of them while he's there. Ace helicopter kicks EY for 2.

EY hits a top rope elbow drop for 2. Ace drives EY's head into the mat. EY's buddies interfere and Ace plancha's Travis. Ace is sent into the buckles and EY piledrivers Ace to win.

Thought: It was acceptable but I just wasn't very interested in this one. It was a cold match going in and there wasn't a lot of reason to care.

Joe Hendry comes out to talk. He says he will put his title on the line against anyone from any company. He says whoever wants a shot just hast to tell Santino.

Elijah comes out. He says he is not Joe's next challenger and the crowd boos. Eli says he believes in Joe and says Joe has a friend in Elijah. He says he got to know Joe as Joe's favorite color is blue and he loves classic movies. Eli says he has prepared a song and Joe asks if the fans want to hear a song. Eli says Joe's favorite song is, "You've got a friend in me" and he sings it.

Frankie Kazarian comes out and says enough of this. Kaz has a guitar and says no one wants to see this nonsense.  Kaz says he hates both of them. Kaz says everyone knows real men play the base guitar. Kaz says it's time for a concert from the king of TNA.

Kaz plays la cucaracha. Kaz goes to play again but the crowd chants for Elijah and Elijah plays along with it. Kaz says he wants to sign a song about El Paso. Kaz then sings his own version of "El Paso" where he rips the crowd.

Joe makes a dirty joke at Kaz. He says he's been fired from the band and needs to head over to the nearest open mic night. Joe says he will say his name and make him disappear from the ring. Kaz says Joe and Eli don't trust each other and need to beat up each other. Eli and Joe end up hitting Kaz. Eli is pushed into Joe and Kaz leaves.

Joe says the people are disappointed they didn't get to hear a duet from him and Eli. Eli then plays the goodbye song and Joe sings. 

Kaz tries to attack them from behind but is stopped. 

Thoughts: I liked this segment. I'm surprised they have 3 people in TNA who can play guitar. They should form a band.

Nic Nemeth vs Leon Slater

Nic trips him and goes for a pin attempt. Leon I think has new and colorful pants. Nic cradles Leon for 2. Leon front facelocks him then shoulders him over. Nic goes to leapfrog but is pushed over. Nic pokes him in the eye and rakes his face on the ropes.

Leon handspring back elbows him then cartwheel dives him over the post. We go to break and return. Nic hits elbow drops on Leon and rakes him with his foot.

Leon jumps over him then flying kicks him. Leon twisting suplexes him for 2. Nic sunset flips him for 2. Leon does a blue thunder variation for 2. They each block superkicks and Nic hits a fameasser with Leon taking a nice bump for it for 2.  

Nic bullies Leon around. Leon hits punches back then facekicks him. Leon handsprings but is caught in a grounded sleeper. Nic jumping ddt's Leon for 2. They go up top and Leon is crotched up top. Nic superplexes him.

Leon leg lariats him then does a snapmare driver on him. Nic gets his knees up on Leon's swanton 450. Leon rolls him up for 2. Ryan trips up Leon then Nic hits a danger zone on Leon for the win.

Thoughts: It was a decent main with Nic finally facing someone who can go with him athletically. Leon lost as expected but just being in the main with Nic helped him out and put him over some.

Nic and Ryan beat up Leon after then The Hardy's come out. Nic and Ryan run. Matt complains about them calling themselves the best brother tag team. He says they aren't cleared but will be for the next PPV. He says him and Jeff and should do to them what they did to him.

Overall thoughts: It was a better Impact than usual. I liked Ash getting cake'd. The Hendry/Kaz/Elijah segment was good, Jacy/Masha was fine, I like the 6-man and I liked the main. I also found the Mance/Sami segment to be interesting. I was surprised The System basically had no presence on this show at all. I still wish we could get some longterm storylines going on this show though. I would give this one a 6 out of 10 and it was definitely one of TNA's better efforts as of late.
