Marigold 10/27/2024 Mask Fiesta

The ring announcer is in a mask and her and Chika Goto (in a bunny mask) talk about the show.

The ref for the night is wearing a mask. 

La Hija de Yuyu (Minami Yuuki) vs. Mystery Peach (Komomo Minami) vs. Rewawaland (Rea Seto)

Rewa comes out to some song where they only say "chihuahua". Hija and Rewa do cat poses and then double team Peach. Peach takes a double dropkick. Hija rolls up Rewa then Rewa slams her for 2. Rewa keylocks Hija then Peach joins in with an armlock.

Hija has the rope kicked into her and Peach dropkicks Rewa from the side. Peach ddt's Hija for 2. Hija hits forearms on Peach then they all roll each other up. Rewa hits shots on Hija then Hija dropkicks her. Hija hits a dumb looking double russian legsweep and slams Rewa.

Hija arm throws Peach over. Rewa armbars Hija then puts her in cattle mutilation. Rewa taps her out with it.

Thoughts: It was an opening match and it wasn't the most serious. No one had any embarassing moments but the format and the skills of these girls made it hard for this to be good.

Siog (Myla Grace) vs. The Flaming German (Bozilla) vs. Wild Wolf (CHIAKI)

Wolf came out to "Get Wild" which was cool. She also came out with a coffee for some reason. Siog has a great look here with her hair coming through the mask. German has an El Desperado mask on.

Wolf goes out to drink coffee while the other two fight. Siog headlocks German then shoulder battles her. German shoulders her over. Wolf hits corner spears on German then tries to slam her, but German falls on her. Wolf eye rakes and basement dropkicks German. Wolf drinks coffee and German snapmares her off the buckles. German pulls her head forward then basement dropkicks her.

German jumps off the apron onto her two opponents outside. German dances to her name being chanted then takes forearms from both opponents. German then takes a double basement dropkick. Siog and Wolf trade chest forearms.

Siog superkicks her then suplexes her for 2. Siog does a border city stretch on her then Wolf tilt-a-whirl backbreakers her. Wolf sitout bruning hammers Siog for 2.  Siog corner euros Wolf then dropkicks her through the ropes. German deadlift germans her. German monkey flips Wolf. Siog forearms German. Siog throws pixie dust/glitter on herself and slams German for 2. German crossbodies Siog for 2. German backslides Siog and wins. 

Thoughts: It was pretty similar to the last match. It wasn't real serious and was really only notable for Bozilla/German kind of being a face and playing to the crowd. There was always one person outside of the ring in this one.

Crystal Marie (Mai Sakurai), Miraitaros (MIRAI) & MM (Misa Matsui) vs. KiiNyan (Kizuna Tanaka), Passion Seven & Yuzuchika (Victoria Yuzuki)

Kiz = Kizuna Tanaka, NT = Nanae Takahashi, Yuz = Victoria Yuzuki

Kiz doing Nanae's pose during their entrance was really funny. Mirai is wearing a red leather mask and pants. Yuz and Mirai go at it. Mirai throws her and armdrags her. They legsweep each other and Yuz flying headscissors her. Yuz basement dropkicks her.

Yuz is sent out. NT gets in and rips at Mirai's mask. Misa, Kiz and Mai then rip at each others masks too. Yuz then superkicks 2 of her opponents then superkicks NT on accident. NT and Yuz fight after this then take dropkicks for it.

Mai's team does triple paradise locks. Mai butt drops Yuz then dropkicks her. Yuz standing moonsaults her for 2. NT hits chops on Mai then lariats her on the ropes. NT has Mai in an indian deathlock and Mirai keeps knocking her over which makes it worse. Mai suplexes NT. NT misses a corner charge and Mai top rope dropkicks her.

NT and Mirai shoulder battle. Mirai hits chesatkicks and NT shoulders her over. Mirai takes corner dropkicks from her opponents then NT lariats her over for 2. Mirai dropkicks NT then NT does an abdominal stretch and backdrop on her for 2.

Kiz crossbodies Mirai. Mirai double chops her. Misa comes in and hits dropkicks on Kiz for 2. Kiz and Misa pose at each other then Misa stomps on her. Misa takes a double basement dropkick. Kiz rolling armbars Misa from the buckles and Misa ropebreaks.

Misa flying lariats her then Kiz armbars her. Kiz fisherman suplexes her for 2. Misa flying knees Kiz for 2 then bridging ddt's her. Kiz hits re:dream on Misa for 2 then Misa pins her with a cross-legged ki krusher.

Thoughts: Similar to the last few matches, it wasn't real serious. Everyone got their segment in and not a lot else. No one did anything too wild here.

NT pulls on Mirai's mask after and Mirai pokes her with her horns.

Mask Vs. Mask Six Man Tag Team Match - Butterfly Queen (Kouki Amarei), Ikemen Mask (Utami Hayashishita) & Honada Maya (Naho Yamada) vs. Merci (Miku Aono), Queen O'Lantern (Natsumi Showzuki) & Rio de Piedra (Nao Ishikawa)

Nat = Natsumi Showzuki

Miku's team does a dance to the ring. Utami's team comes out to Ikemen Jiro's theme and gets a chant for it. Naho and Utami do Jiro impersonations and goof around in the crowd. Utami rolls on the ramp. Nao has new green and orange gear on. Utami talks on the mic before the match.

Nat and Kouki go at it. Nat side headlocks her. Kouki splits to avoid an attack. Kouki cartwheels and Nat backrolls into a headscissors. Nat dropkicks her in the corner. Kouki takes corner attacks and Nao rips at Kouki's mask. Kouki spanks Nao then Nao side headlock takeovers her. Nao basement dropkicks her.

Nao walks up the buckles then walks the top rope. Nao then ends up getting crotched on the top rope. Kouki facekicks her on the ropes then pulls on her head over the ropes. Naho and Miku get in. Miku corner dropkicks her and hits a basement dropkick. Miku kicks Naho's back then Naho forearms her. Naho bridging figure fours Miku.

Naho takes a magic killer. Miku goes up top and is thrown down. Naho running headhunters Miku for 2. Miku swinging spinning slams Naho for 2. Miku chest kicks Naho and fisherman suplexes her for 2. Naho rolls Miku into a pin attempt for 2.

Utami gets in and running back elbows Miku. Utami flying double chops her. Miku hits chest kicks on Utami. Utami ducks a PK and Miku chest kicks her. Utami spinebusters Miku then Miku lariats her for 2. Nao top rope crossbodies Utami then bulldogs her. Nao rocking chairs Utami then Miku and Nat put submissions on at the same time.

Nao basement dropkicks Utami and they shoulderblock battle. Utami shoulders her over. Nao misses a cartwheel splash on her. Miku's team hits triple stereo dropkicks for 2. Utami hits an air raid crash on Nao for 2. Nao rolls up Utami for 2 then hurricanrana's her for 2. Utami lariats Nao then germans her for 2. Utami then la magistrals Nao and pins her.

Nao gets unmasked after for losing and everyone poses in the ring together after.

Thoughts: The match was a little more serious than the others on here but it still wasn't great. There weren't any real faces or heels and it was just a match for the most part with few thrills.

Overall thoughts: I didn't like this and had a hard time sitting though it. It wasn't serious for the most part and everyone took the night off, taking this one easy. There was some charm to it but I thought it was boring and wouldn't recommend this.
