EPW Wrestling Unleashed 9/5/2026 Episode #258

Gene Jackson and Joey Gross are on commentary.

Hollywood Jimmy does a video. He makes fun of the arena being called "The Corral". He says it smells like donkeys and the coach smells like a donkey the most. He says the coach will get hurt if he shows up.

The hosts talk.

Madi Monroe comes out before the next match starts and takes the mic. She says these two deserve the #1 Contendership, but so does she. She says she would make this match better and heads into the ring. 

#1 Contender's Match - Nyxx vs Diana Taylor vs Madi Monroe

Nyxx slams DT. MM comes in and hits Nyxx. MM germans Nyxx. DT facekicks MM down then side slams her. DT takes corner spears from Nyxx. DT and Nyxx swinging facebuster each other. 

Madi hits corner hip attacks on both. Nyxx corner lariats both and spinebusters MM. Nyxx ddt's DT and pins her.

Thoughts: It was short and over before it really got going. This was kind of a waste.

MM and DT raise Nyxx's hand after.

The Blacklist (Cody James and Chris Styles) come out for an interview. Chris says The Initiative thought he's not cleared from his concussion and will hand the belts over. Chris says he's always ready and they can come get the belts if they want them. The Initiative and Arynanne then come out. Aryanne says they couldn't defend the title last week because one of them was hurt and now the one is on concussion protocol. She says to hand the titles over to where they belong. Chris says thy proved they are as stupid as they look and says he's cleared. They fight. 

EPW Tag Titles - The Blacklist (Cody James and Chris Styles) (c) vs Initiative (Jason Genesis and Trace Lee Hunt)

All 4 fight. The Initiative take a powerslam and a back body drop. The heels are pushed into each other and take backdrops. Chris corner leg lariats Jason and Cody corner meteora's Jason. Cody nails Hunt with a hard lariat.

Chris chases Arynanne around the ring and runs into a superkick. Cody is then held for something like a codebreaker I guess. We go to break and return. Hunt hits Cody in the gut in the corner. Chris facekicks Jason.

Chris back elbows Jason. Jason running back elbows him. Jason then takes a neat back body drop bump over the top. Cody back elbows Hunt in the corner. Cody knees Hunt in the back and chinlocks him. 

Chris hits corner spears on Hunt then misses a corner spear. Chris goes out. Chris back body drops Hunt. Cody knees Jason in the gut then he back body drops him. 

Jason hits shots on the faces. Chris is held for a running boot from Hunt for 2. Jason corner forearms Chris. Arynanne grabs the tag titles. Jason backbreakers Chris for 2. Chris suplexes Jason. Hunt jumps at him but lands on Jason instead.

Cody hits shots on Hunt. Jason gets in the ring and hits Cody with the title belt. Hunt slingshot plancha's Chris outside. Chris is sent into the post. Cody takes a spike piledriver and gets pinned by Hunt.

Thoughts: It's too bad this didn't take place in front of the usual EPW crowd where it would have gotten more of a reaction. They tried to tell a story here of Chris being out of it and the heel capitalizing on it. The work was acceptable, just the crowd sucked.

Mike Anthony vs Wonder Boy

WB jumps on him off the apron outside. Mike is thrown in. WB hits punches then running back elbows him. WB corner flying lariats him and bangs his head off the buckles. WB hits corner punches and Mike powerbombs him. 

Mike hits crossface shots on WB. Mike back elbows him down. then punches him down. Mike chokes him over the 2nd rope. WB corner flying lariats him then hits punches in the corner. 

WB goes up top and is enzugiri'd. They fight up top. Mike like facebusters him off the 2nd rope. Both men are down and can't get up before the 10 count. This is a double knockout.

Thoughts: It wasn't that good. You couldn't really tell who the face was in this and that made it hard to get into.

We go to break and return. WB hits punches on Mike in the corner. Refs then come to break it up. Mike corner attacks him then WB does the same. They fight outside the ring and WB is escorted out by the refs. Mike says that's the Wonder Boy he wanted and says he's not done teaching him a lesson yet.

The Order (Elijah Owens, Izzy Rotten and Hollywood Jimmy) vs Moses Cain, Marko Harris and Coach Scott Booth

Marko comes out on a local coaches' shoulder. Booth is also a local coach. They said Marko Harris just had a WWE tryout. K-Swiss is with The Order.

Booth and Jimmy get in the ring. Jimmy squares off with him and immediately tags out. Izzy and Marko get in. Izzy misses a corner charge and Marko bangs his head off the buckles. Coach chops Izzy in the corner and tags out. Marko dropkicks Izzy. 

Owens gets in and Marko armdrags him into an armlock. We go to break and return. Coach pulls Marko's hair and Marko dropkicks him. Marko running ssp's Owens. Moses chops Owens in the corner then slams him. 

Marko goes up top, Moses gets pushed in the ropes and Marko gets crotched. Owens bridging ddt's Marko for 2. Owens stomps on Marko then sentons him for 2. 

Izzy headbutts Marko then corner splashes him twice. Marko goes up and over and dropkicks Izzy. Moses tags in but the ref doesn't see it. Owens pounds on Marko then basement dropkicks him. K-Swiss chokes Marko over the 2nd rope.

Izzy and Marko double lariat each other down. Moses comes in and cleans house on the heels. Moses chokeslams Owens and fires up. Moses is pulled out and double teamed. Marko tope con hilos Owens an Moses. Jimmy gets in the ring with a cane. He then runs into Coach. 

Jimmy eye pokes Coach. Jimmy holds Coach, Izzy tries to hit Coach with a chain but nails Jimmy instead. Coach the stunners Izzy. Coach then pins Jimmy.

Thoughts: The ending was fun with the local coach beating Jimmy. Moses did a nice job as a face here and fired up well. Marko looked fine as always. This was fine and a fun little thing for the locals.

Moses throws Twinkies in after. Coach shoves them in Jimmy's mouth.

Overall thoughts: The women's match was too short and a waste. The EPW Tag Title match was acceptable but would have been better in front of another crowd. I didn't like Mike Anthony vs Wonder Boy. The main event was fine with a local coach going at it with Hollywood Jimmy and Moses doing a nice job as a face. I'd give it a 5 out of 10 as some of this could have been a little better. The main was definitely the highlight here though. It was average overall.

Hummingbird, Mai Sakurai & Shinno vs. Darkness Revolution (Misa Matsui & Nagisa Nozaki) & Diana Strong

Hum and DS go at it. They lock up and Hum is backed up onto the ropes. They trade wristlocks. Hum headflips out and puts her in one. DS takes her down then side headloc ktakeover her. DS then crucifixes her for 2.  

Shin and MM get in. MM blocks a kick and forearms her. Shin's head is banged off the buckles. MM then throws Shin by the hair. MM boots her in the corner. NN gets in and boots Shin. She hits foot slaps on her. Shin hits chest forearms and NN forearms her down. 

NN knees Shin in the gut. NN then sits on her neck over the 2nd rope. NN facekicks her on the ropes. NN pendulum kicks her over the 2nd rope for 2. DS boots Shin in the corner and foot chokes her. DS backbreakers her. 

DS stomps her and Shin flying forearms her. Mai comes in and corner jumping facekicks DS. NN then boots Mai over. NN is pushed into DS and Mai double dropkicks them. Mai facekicks DS over the 2nd rope for 2. 

DS slams Mai then backdrops her for 2. MM comes in and facekicks Mai for 2. MM eye rakes her then Mai legslices her for 2. Hum comes in and double pendulum boots MM. Hum the low dropkicks MM for 2. 

Hum 2nd rope crossbodies MM for 2. Hum's throat is pulled over the top rope and MM rolls Hum up for 2. MM runs the ropes and Shin flying knees her. Hum high kicks MM for 2. Hum and MM trade pin attempts. MM rolls her into a double stomp for 2. 

Mai suplexes DS. NN STO's Mai, making her ddt Shin. MM then double basement dropkicks Shin and Mai. Hum takes a double boot to the head and MM flying knees her for the pin.

Thoughts: It was an okay bout and a decent choice for the opener here. They kept it moving, everyone hit their stuff clean and we had basic heel vs face work. There were no real issues with this and it went well.

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Block A Match - Natsumi Showzuki vs. Aleah James

They shake hands. They trade waistlocks. Nat hooks her leg and AJ boots her away. Nat gets on her back with a sleeper.  AJ front facelocks her and Nat side headlock takeovers her. AJ side headlocks her then cartwheels over her. AJ flying crossbodies her for 2. 

AJ flying forearms her for 2. Nat armbars AJ. Nat then ties the other arm up and AJ ropebreaks. Nat meteora's her through the ropes. AJ fisherman suplexes her for 2. AJ mule kicks her for 2. AJ camel clutches her. AJ then sentons her back for 2. 

Nat high kicks her down and fisherman suplexes her. Nat meteora's her for 2. AJ flying forearms her for 2. AJ kicks her in the shoulder then pendulum ddt's her. AJ top rope crossbodies her and pins her.

Thoughts: It was average. Showzuki rarely ever impresses. James doesn't have a lot of fire in the ring and a lot of her offense doesn't look good, which limits her. I also thought this went too long. I didn't expect much and I didn't get much. 

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Block D Match - Chika Goto vs. Megaton

They lock up. Mega rolls her up for 2 counts. The bell rings for some reason but the ref says it was only a 2 count. Mega backslides Goto for 2. Goto boots her and they shoulder battle. They both fire up and Goto shoulders her over. Got hip attacks her on the ropes. 

Goto misses a splash then Mega hits splashes on her. Mega steamrollers her then hits another splash for 2. Mega misses a 2nd rope splash and Goto hip attacks her. Goto misses a splash off the buckles. Mega corner splashes her.

Goto then corner splashes her. Goto misses a corner splash then Mega corner splashes her. Mega 2nd rope splashes her. They battle over a slam and Mega cradles her for 2. Mega hits bad slaps and a shotei. Goto then nails her with a hard lariat. Goto sliding lariats her for 2.

Mega butt drops her for 2. Mega elbow drops her for 2. Mega gets on the 2nd rope and Goto hits lariats on her. Goto throws her down. Goto 2nd rope splashes her for 2. Mega then rolls her up and pins her.

Thoughts: It was an upset here with Mega getting a rare win. There wasn't a ton of difference between the two here as they mostly did splashes. I wouldn't call it good but it was a little more tolerable than the usual Megaton match. 

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Block B Match - Mila Smidt vs. CHIAKI

MS shoves her. They then test strength. Chi iron claws her.  MS hits chops and rolls her up for 2. They shoulderblock battle. Chi pulls her down by the hair. Chi pump kicks her over the bottom rope. MS pulls her out and bangs her chest off the apron. MS pump kicks her. They trade chest shots outside. Chi eye rakes her. MS suplexes her on the floor. 

MS gets a 2 count on her inside. Chi powerslams her for 2. MS spinebusters her and knees her in the face for 2. Chi iron claws her then corner spears her. Chi corner cannonballs her for 2. 

MS is sat up top. She boots Chi. Chi sitout powerbombs her and pins her.

Thoughts: It was acceptable. They didn't get a ton a of time but there wasn't anything wrong with what we got here.  I'd be curious to see how this looked with more time. 

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Block D Match - Kouki Amarei vs. Rea Seto

Rea boots KA as she poses in the ring. KA is sent out. Rea whips her with a belt outside and bangs her head off the apron. KA is then sent into the seats. Rea throws a chair at her outside. KA's head is banged off the apron.

Rea stomps her and bangs her arm off the mat. Rea then stomps her arm into the mat. Rea bangs KA's arm off the mat and shoulder throws her. Rea then armbars her. Rea stomps her on the ropes and low dropkicks her. KA cartwheels off the ropes and crossbodies her for 2. KA running facekicks her twice.

Rea shoulder throws her then low dropkicks her for 2. They trade chest forearms. Rea codebreakers her arm. KA suplexes her. Rea armbars her. Rea ties up one arm and pulls back on the other. KA ropebreaks.

Rea rolls her up for 2. Rea low single leg dropkicks her in the face for 2. KA powerslams her then Rea single leg dropkicks her for 2. KA backdrops her and Rea crucifixes her for 2. KA dropkicks her. KA twisting drops her off her shoulder for 2. KA flying facekicks her and pins her.

Thoughts: It got a decent bit of time here. Rea had some nice looking flying facekicks and KA did her usual offense. Rea did work the arm a bit here but Kouki won, so there was only so much that could be done with that. Kouki has not improved at all since she started with Marigold and I doubt she ever will. It was acceptable.

Miku Aono, Nagisa Tachibana & Yuuka Yamazaki vs. Komomo Minami, Mayu Iwatani & Victoria Yuzuki

They shake hands before it starts. NT and Yuz trade some basic holds to start. They armdrag each other and legsweep each other. Yuz boots her in the leg then NT running dropkicks her. NT gets swept then takes double stomps from all 3 opponents. NT the takes a triple basement dropkick.

Yuz slams NT. Mayu chops NT in the corner several times. Mayu snapmares her and kicks her in the back for 2. KM running corner dropkicks NT then kneels on her chest. KM basement dropkicks her in the back of the neck. Mayu crabs NT and NT ropebreaks.

Mayu then stands on NT and stomps her. Mayu elbows NT in the back of the head. NT hits chest forearms and Mayu chest forearms her down. NT crossbodies her for 2. Miku dropkicks Mayu. Mayu's team takes running corner attacks then Miku corner dropkicks Mayu.

Miku kicks Mayu in the back several times. Mayu spin kicks her in the gut and slingblades her. Mayu dropkicks her against the bottom rope and Yuz dropkicks Miku through the ropes.

Yuz spin kicks Miku and Miku swinging slams her for 2. YY tags in and running back elbows Yuz. YY flying corner hip attacks Yuz, facebusters her and basement dropkicks her for 2. Yuz dropkicks YY in the knee then in the side of the head. 

KM tags in and dropkicks YY over the 2nd rope. KM basement dropkicks her. YY rolls up KM for 2. YY step up enzugiri's KM then suplexes her. NT dropkicks KM then bulldogs her for 2. 

NT is double popped up into a double knee. NT takes a double bulldog then KM meteora's her from behind for 2. NT hits chest forearms on KM then KM drops her with one. YY coderbeakers KM and NT suplexes KM for 2.

Miku high kicks KM then NT walks up the buckles and twisting splashes NT for 2. NT goes up top and hits a plancha on the other girls outside. NT suplexes KM for 2. KM and NT try pins on each other. NT la magistral's her for 2. 

Yuz trips NT and Mayu top rope splashes NT. KM 2nd rope twisting crossbodies NT for 2. Yuz and Mayu hit stereo superkicks. KM is thrown into a corner dropkick on NT. KM botches a german on NT, then hits it right. KM pins her. 

Thoughts: It got a lot of time and was an alright main event. It was similar to some of the other tag main events we got on this tour. It was fast paced, with a lot of action and people coming in and out. Nagisa spent the most time in this one for her team and there were a lot of girls here we didn't see all that much. Komomo seems to be getting a bit better than she used to be.

Komomo talks on the mic after to close the show.

Misa Matsui and Nagisa Nozaki ask Diana Strong if she wants to join Darkness Revolution. Diana agrees and says they are a great time. They shake hands and say "friends".

Aleah James says she lost an eye lash in her match. She says she wants to ride her momentum forward and says she can't get too complacent.

Mila Smidt says CHIAKI is always in her way and is sneaky. She says she cheats everytime and says she needs to be careful. She says this time was a warning and it's personal now.

Overall thoughts: I liked the opener and thought it set a good tone for the show. Showzuki/Aleah was average. Goto/Megaton wasn't that bad. Mila/CHIAKI was acceptable as was Kouki/Rea. The main was fine. I'd say the opener was the best match of the night here. I'd give it a 6 out of 10 overall as it was okay.

 We are in San Antonio, TX. Joe Tessitore and Wade Barrett are on commentary.

We see various wrestlers arrive and hang out. LA Knight and Penta walk up to each other but nothing happens.

Penta comes out to talk. He says last week was one of the biggest nights of his life. He says Roman was the better man but it's not over. He says he wants another shot at Roman and says it's only the beginning.

Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonaugh come out. Dom says no one cares about his hopes and dreams. He says the people want to hear from someone who stood tall in Mexico like Judgment Day. JD says Penta had his title shot and lost last week. He says Dom will win MITB and be world champ before he gets a shot again. Dom says Penta needs to put respect on his name as Penta's a luchador and he's the king of the luchadores. Penta says he's the king of something else and says Dom's dad is the king of the luchadores. Penta then gets jumped by Dom and JD. 

Penta is thrown out and hit by both. Penta back body drops Dom and hits JD. Penta top rope crossbodies both and gets them out of there.

The Uso's and Jacob Fatu talk. Fatu says he's signing the same song week in and week out. He says the wrong move is for them to make the first move. Solo Sikoa comes in with a white flag. He says 946 won't stop until everyone is finished. Solo says they need to work as a team. Jimmy asks if he's looking for protection. Jey says Solo needs to acknowledge them and Roman as the tribal chief to join.

Solo says it won't happen. Jey tells him to walk out of the room and he does.

Women's Money in the Bank Qualifier - Iyo Sky vs Roxanne Perez vs La Catalina

RP pushes Cat and slaps her. RP slaps Iyo and slides out. RP evades the other two then is hit by both. RP takes a double dropkick. Iyo and Cat shake hands. Iyo pulls her down. Cat armdrags her. Iyo cartwheels off the ropes and backflips. 

All three girls try pins. RP tries to pin both at the sme time. RP is lifted into a headscissors on Cat. Cat armdrags Iyo and they do a triple standoff. Iyo rolls RP then Cat 2nd rope dropkicks Iyo. RP hits Cat from the side then hits mounted shots on her. RP goes for a tope and Iyo forearms her. Iyo asai moonsaults RP outside. Cat top rope plancha's both.

We go to break and return. RP does a russian legsweep + ddt combo for 2. Cat is sent shoulder first into the post. Iyo buzzsaw kicks RP. RP shining wizards Iyo and Cat top rope crossboides RP. Cat hits corner hip attacks on her opponents. Cat fisherman suplexes RP for 2.

Iyo drops Cat with a shot. RP double jump asai moonsaults Cat. Iyo rolls RP into a double stomp for 2. Iyo double underhook backbreakers Cat. Iyo goes up top and RP pushes her into the post. Cat cradles RP for 2. Cat pump kicks RP. 

RP throws Cat off the 2nd rope then hurricanrana's Iyo down. Cat flying knees RP. The girls trade shots. RP spin kicks Cat and Iyo kicks RP in the face. Iyo is on the buckles and gets knocked down hard. 

Cat gori specials RP for 2. Iyo top rope double dropkicks her opponents. Iyo meteora's both opponents in the corner. Iyo top rope moonsaults Cat and RP code red's Iyo. RP pins Iyo.

Thoughts: It was an okay match. It was more athletic than the usual bout with everyone flying here. Catalina shouldn't have lost here since she's the AAA Reina de Reinas champ. It kind of sucks Iyo lost as that means she won't be in MTB where she would shin.

LA Knight and Solo Sikoa talk. LA asks if Solo is joining Bloodline again and says they just got him out of it. LA says they got big opportunities and pick the bones after MITB. Solo tells him to win the title tonight.

LA Knight comes out. He says Penta and Roman tore the house down last week but now it's about him vs Roman. He says he hasn't fought Roman in 3 years. He says it's been 3 years of earning and 3 years of Roman and his crew making sure he's not in the plans. He says he is the plans.

He says Roman always wants to acknowledge him. He says he acknowledges Roman won by himself last week and says he acknowledges his greatness. He says he's the greatest champ of this generation. LA says everyone wants him to win the title but doesn't believe it will happen. He says he doesn't blame the fans as he has lost and hasn't won the big one. 

He says he thought last week that he doesn't know if anyone can beat Roman including him. He says it's a hard pill to swallow. He says Bloodline hasn't been with Roman lately. He said he will make his opportunity. He says he will do it all by himself. He says he will acknowledge himself or Roman as the champ at MITB.

Byron Saxton interviews Je'Von Evans. He says Evans will be the youngest man to compete in MITB. He says he will be the youngest MITB winner. The Vision walk in. Logan says he won't win. Bron Breakker gets up in Evans' face. He says MITB is his and says it's not Evans' concern. Evans says they both have their gear on and could fight right now. He says it's 1v5, then he slaps Bron with his 5 fingers. Bron then holds his team back and says it's time they start using their brains. Bron says he knows what he's doing and he's history.  

Bron Breakker vs Je'Von Evans

Bron drives him out of the ring to start and knees him in the ribs. Bron drives Evans back into the rails. Evans hits him on the apron then topes him. Evans hits punches on him outside and bangs his head off the apron. 

Evans hits punches in the corner. Bron hits corner spears. Evans then hits corner spears. Evans knocks him out of the ring with a shot. Bron's head is banged off the commentary table. Bron runs at him and is sent over the rail. Evans then runs around the ring and dives on him over the rail.

We go to PiP break and return. Bron walks up the buckles and hurricanrana's Evans down. Bron run at him and is superkicked. Evans running lariats him multiple times. Evans sends him into the 2nd buckle and corkscrew kicks him in the back of the head. Evans springboard diving lariats him.

Bron gorilla presses him and is ddt'd off of it. Evans jumping shiranui's him for 2. Maxxine Dupri distracts Evans from the apron. Austin Theory nails Evans with a forearm. Bron black hole slams Evans for 2. 

Bron misses a corner spear and goes into the post. Austin gets on the apron and Evans hits him. Evans suicide dives Bronson Reed then suicide dives Bron. Evans corkscrew kicks Reed off the ropes. Evans goes up top and Austin sweepts him. Evans wins via DQ.

Thoughts: It was an okay bout. Evans flew around and gave us some exciting moments and Bron used his power against him. It was more of a showcase for Evans than Bron and Bron not beating him just shows how not favored he is these days.

The Vision beat up Evans after. Oba Femi comes out and beats up The Vision. Oba hits running corner euros and Reed splashes him. Oba no sells it and boots him down. Logan comes in with a chair and Oba blocks it. Oba chairs The Vision. Oba flying euros Reed then chairs him. Oba then throws Evans onto The Vision outside.

Mark Henry is in the crowd.

We get a 946 video. Keys says they are crossing the line tonight and says nobody is safe. 

We see a video of Joe Hendry singing about how JD McDonaugh's mom fell in love with a funko pop with fans.

The Judgment Day comes out to talk in the ring. JD says the funko pop stuff isn't funny but is sad. JD says it needs to end and says his mom is stressing over it. He says his dad is not a funko pop and he has an ormal sized head. Raquel says she's embarrassed by the crowd's behavior and calls them haters. 

Liv Mogan says tonight is about celebrating their blessing and said they proved they run Raw. She says they embarrassed Vaquer, Rey Mysterio and El Gradne Americano. She says Vaquer can't hide from her forever and says what happened in Chile was a screwjob and a tragedy. she says she's coming for Steph and Becky Lynch. She says to come out now and give her the rematch so she can prove she's the greatest women's champs of all time. 

Becky Lynch interrupts from the crowd. Becky says she has known JD since he's 12 and talked to his mom. She says mom is stressed due to his actions with Judgment Day and she expected more from him. She says Liv found out it's harder to hold onto a title when you have to defend it. She says the first title shot belongs to her and says welcome to the big time.

Stephanie Vaquer comes out. She says she's the women's champ. She says she won the title on her own. Steph says Liv is mad that she won her title back at home. She says she will give her a rematch and prove she won on her own. Becky Lynch interrupts. Steph says she's an amazing ref and she will give her a match too. She says real champs aren't afraid to defend their title. She says she will talk to Adam Pearce and says she's the world champ. She then holds up her title.

We get a Lyra Valkyria video. She says she had to take extreme measures to separate herself from Bayley and said being her partner took a year off her career. She says she paid a bigger price against her but it was worth it. She says MITB was her chance to do it. She says Bayley will wish their last match was her last match.

Bay blocks a spin kick and backdrops her. Lyra monkey flips her. Lyra top rope diving guillotine legdrops her on the back of the neck for 2. Lyra hits mounted shots on her. Lyra side headlocks her and punches her in the face. Lyra spinning heel kicks her. 

Lyra hits corner spears. They fight on the buckles and Bay pushes her off them twice. Bay top rope elbow drops her for 2. Bay elbow drops her several times. We go to break and return. 

Lyra tornado ddt's her. Lyra misses a top rope moonsault an d Bay basement dropkicks her. They trade shots. Lyra step up enzugiri's her. Lyra eye rakes her and hits a nasty gutwrench powerbomb for 2. Bay belly to belly suplexes her for 2. 

Lyra pushes Bay out of the ring. Bay trips her and hits forearms outside. Lyrai s thrown over the commentary table. They get on the commentary table but Lyra gets away. Bay follows her into the ring and stomp flurries her on the ropes. Lyra throws her into the 2nd rope throat first and pins her.

Thoughts: It was alright but lost a little steam towards the end. Bay took a nasty powerbomb on her neck and Bay was a bit more aggressive here than usual. The finish sucked.

Chad Gable talks to Dragon Lee. He says if he wants to run it back, let him know. Lee wants to focus on MITB. Ethan Page comes in and says Chad is giving out title opportunities every week. Page says Chad got involved in his match with Lee and made sure Lee won. He says Chad is living in lucha fantasy land and says to let him know when he wants to come back to reality. Chad says Page is running his mouth but just keeps standing still.

Adam Peace comes out. He says Lola Vice has signed a contract to be the newest member of Raw and brings her out. Lola comes out. Lola says this mean everything to her. She says her mom taught her to dance and her dad made her an @ss kicker. She says she doesn't care who qualifies for MITB as her fists don't lie. 

Roxanne Perez then comes out. She says no one cares and says she could teach her a thing or two. She says she will show her why she's 2 levels below her at MITB. Lola yells at her and goes for a uraken but Lola ducks. Pearce breaks it up.

Paul Heyman watches in the back. Bron Breakker walks past him. Paul says Oba Femi is still breathing and it's bad bad bad for The Vision. Bron says he's still breathing, which means it's bad bad bad for everyone. Paul says, "Everyone?". Bron then looks at him and says everyone.

We go to the back. 946 throws Solo Sikoa down on the ground and Solo has some big bruises on his face. Solo is thrown in the back of a car and the trunk is shut. The Uso's and Fatu then try to run after them and are upset. Fatu says he told them. LA Knight then comes in and Fatu says they got Solo.

During the break, Dom Mysterio asked Adam Pearce if he gets a buy and Adam tells him to go to the ring. 

Adam Pearce comes out before the main event. He says Solo Sikoa won't be competing tonight. He says they advertised a triple threat and there will be one. He then brings out Penta

Pent hits Dom and Dom is double teamed against the ropes. Dom is back body dropped out. Penta pops up Lee and is armdragged. Penta flying headscissors Lee. Lee sends him out. Dom pulls Lee out. Penta tope con hilos both. 

We go to break and return. Dom hits chops and boots on Lee. Lee hits superkicks. Lee rebound germans Penta then superkicks him. Lee tope con hilos Penta. Lee sitout powerbombs Dom for 2. Dom rolls up Penta for 2.

Dom hits Lee on the buckles. Penta enzugiri's Lee on the buckles. They trade shots there. Dom is in tree of woe and Lee top rope double stomps him. Penta overhead belly to belly suplexes Lee into the buckles and Lee shotgun dropkicks Dom.

Penta up and over backcrackers Lee for 2. Dom slingshot swantons Penta a few times then he get superkicked by Lee. Dom throws Lee over the top rope. Dom topes Lee. 

Dom knees Penta in the gut. Penta corner handstands into a pendulum double boot on Dom. Lee flying headscissors Penta then corner dropkicks Dom. Lee jumps over the top and diving headscissors Penta outside. Lee goes for tope and Dom 619's him. Dom emerald flowsions Lee for 2. 

Pneta ddt's Lee and hits a made in Japan on Dom for 2. Lee tornado ddt's Dom. Lee hidden blade's Penta for 2. Dom hits  2 suplexes on Lee and Lee hidden blades him. Lee hits destino on him for 2. Penta and Lee trade shots. Penta superkicks him and Lee poisonrana's him. 

Dom knocks Lee off the buckles. Penta gets his knees up on Dom's frogsplashes. Lee styles clashes Dom for 2. Penta canadian destroyers Lee on the apron. Dom 619's Penta and top rope splashes him for 2. 

Dom pulls the top buckle off. Dom's head is banged off the exposed buckle. Penta springboard diving canadian destroyers Dom and pins him.

Thoughts: Well, we knew Lee wasn't winning this one. It was a workrate match here with a lot of action. They didn't go too crazy with it and it was an okay main. But it was one of the weakest Raw main events ever with very little starpower here.  

Overall thoughts: I thought they had too much Spanish speaking on this show. I'm sure some people enjoyed it, but if the show is going to continue in this direction, it's going to create a lot of problems. The show was lacking bigtime in starpower, but with all the retirements, I don't even know who is left outside of maybe Roman, Seth, Cody, Orton and Drew. WWE relied on older guys for too long and it's leading to downright bizarre stuff like Dragon Lee in the main event. The opener was okay and probably the best match of the night. Breakker/Evans was okay but had a lame finish. Bayley/Lyra had another weak finish but the match was alright. The main was okay wrestling wise, but it was easily one of the weakest Raw main events starpower wise and it's something that would have been a midcard match a few years ago. The 946/Bloodline feud isn't working out as much as they hope and The Vision continues to be a dead end. The wrestling was fine here and easily made this a 6 out of 10, but this show is in some real trouble going forward. They devalued so many people this year like Fatu, Jey and Bron and their replacements are not suitable. The show was okay but that's it.

Dia boots him in the corner for 2. Dia dropkicks him for 2. Dia boots him and Fis fires up. Fis hits forearms. Dia pump kicks him and Fis powerslams him. 

Fis walks up the buckles and twisting crossbodies him for 2. Dia jawbreakers him. Dia's springboard cutter is caught and Fis drops him on his chest from his shoulder. Fis top rope frogsplashes Dia and pins him.

Thoughts: It was a slower match with a lot of downtime before the moves. They didn't play towards the crowd much or anything and this could have been better...without them even doing any more moves. This was average.

We see clips of Perros del Mal at Triplemania.

Perros del Mal do a promo. Daga says they won the trios titles and it's the first step of what they will do. He says this is their moment. He says God forgives, but they don't. Angel says they sent the clowns back to the circus and ask who's next.

They talk about Heroes Inmortales, which is on 10/24. Marisela Pena will be inducted into the AAA Hall of Fame then.

Dorian Roldan is interviewed after Triplemania. He says things weren't fair at Triplemania. He says it starts with Dominik. He says he's hapy his mom will mkake it into the AAA Hall of Fame. he says what Rey Mysterio did at Triplemania wasn't right and they will conduct an investigation him. He says they also have a big announcement for 10/3.

La Parka is interviewed after Triplemania. He says it was a big night and he knew it would be a tough fight. He says it the bout was full of everything. He says this is where you put it all on the line. He says it was the first of many defenses of his title. He says he's La Parka and this is only the beginning.

Mr. Iguana is interviewed after Triplemania. He says he asked for an opportunity and got it. He says he showed he can compete for titles. He says he's happy Parka won but says in the ring, it's different. He says friendship takes a step back and says La Yesca is his only friend right now. He says there's no room for friends. He says he respects La Parka but he wants to keep challenging for the title. He says it's not the last he will see of him. 

Nino Hamburguesa is interviewed. He says it's great to be back for his 12th Triplemania. He says he's ready for anything and says let's get fired up. He says he was close to winning the cup but Omos is huge. He says he's happy to be back. 

Rey Mysterio is interviewed. He says his match with Omos was aggressive and says he has incredible strength. He says the chokeslam through the table on the stretch was intense. He says he's only 70% right now and it scared him. He says Dom vs Grande needed to happen. He says he had to step in when the ref was down and take the role of referee. He says he would have called the match if Grande didn't win. He says the pin count was straightforward and a new champ was crowned.

Thoughts: The big thing we wanted to know wasn't mentioned here - will this be streamed on Youtube or not? There are rumors it won't be and this show did not mention that it would be.

She says it was emotional to win the title in Mexico and thansk everyone. Roxanne Perez comes in. She tells her to enjoy it because she will show her why she's always one step ahead at World's Collide.

They lock up and Fab takes her down. Fab front facelocks her, Hiedra sweeps her and they stand off. They shove each other. Fab trips her then surfboards her. 

Hiedra stunners her over the 2nd rope and throws her into the steps. Hiedra corner lariats her. Hiedra corner hip attacks her and stinkfaces her. Fab high kicks her and flying lariats her.

Fab running facekicks her out of the ring. Fab flying headscissors her from the apron. Fab top rope crossbodies her for 2. Hiedra spinning forearms her then flatliners her for 2. Faby rolls her around the ring into an armlock. Hiedra rope breaks.

Fab slaps her and Hiedra michinoku drivers her. Hiedra pin her.

Thoughts: It was shorter bout. What we got was acceptable. Hiedra spiked Fab pretty good on the michinoku driver here. Faby had a better showing than she did in the 4-way the last time we saw her.

Overall thoughts: This was a budget episode here as they only aired two matches, and both were random dark matches from Triplemania. I'm happy we got to see them, but if you were looking for the usual weekly episode, this wasn't it. This didn't accomplish a lot and could be easily skipped. Th women's match was the best match here, but that doesn't say much. I'd give the show a 4 out of 10 as they didn't give us all that much here. This was below average and I would not recommend this.

Aqua and Paya lock up. Paya shoulders her over then rolls over her. Paya armdrags her. They sweep each other and Paya headflips up. Baby and Sin get in. Sin's head is banged off the buckles and Baby seated springboard tilt-a-whirl headscissors her.

Aqua takes down Baby and Baby takes her down. Aqua armdrags her Aqua shoulders over Paya and Paya kips up. Paya spin kicks her in the gut. Paya goes up and over then headflips. Paya slingblades her. 

Sin japanese armdrags Paya then spin kicks her in the gut. Sin trips her with a steamroller then shining wizards her. Babay gets in and Sin hits forearms on her. Paya pulls San down by the hair and Baby basement dropkicks Sin.

Baby chops Aqua then Aqua takes a double spinebuster. Aqua's legs are split. Sin chops Paya in the corner. Paya's arms are pulled around the top rope and she's foot choked. Paya takes corner attacks and Sin corner meteora's her. Aqua stomps Paya in the corner for 2.

Paya is snapmared and Sin gets tripped from the outside. Aqua dropkicks Baby then Paya step up enzugiri's Aqua. Baby and Sin crossbody each other at the same time. Paya and Aqua then boot each other down at the same time. 

Sin flying headscissors Baby. Sin crossbodies Baby off the apron outside and pounds on her. Paya running knees Aqua from behind on the ropes then she michinoku drivers here. Paya pins Aqua.

Thoughts: It wasn't bad. They had a couple of nice spots here. They could have been a bit cleaner at some points but it beat my expectations and held my interest. This was fast paced.

The two teams in the first match talk to each other. Baby Metal and Sinapsis get in each other's faces. They get separated then they get in each other's faces again. Sinapsis shoves her as Baby keeps talking.

Payasita and Baby Metal are interviewed after.

Dr. Wagner Jr. comes out with a girl who is holding his mask. Wagner talks on the mic. Wagner brings out a bunch of luchadores in LM52 masks. Wagner then talks in the ring. He finishes up and they all pose together. 

Silver King Jr. vs Hijo del Alebrije vs El Hijo de Fishman

El Rafiki, the heel ref, is in charge here. This is Fishman's debut here. 

Fish and Rafiki talk to the crowd and Ale breaks that up. We get a triple lock up. Ale is flipped by both oponents. Fihs sunset flips King then King sunset flips Ale. Fish cradles Ale for 2.

All 3 men hit armdrags. Alex shoulders Fish over and King back elbows Ale down. Fish offers Ale a handshake then he shakes King's hand instead. Ale is double teamed by his opponents. Rafiki then joins in and boots Ale.

Ale is thrown out and Fish chops him. Ale's head is banged off a bar table at ringside. Fish then hits Ale in the head with the table. Fish bangs Ale's head off the steps to the stage. Fish hits Ale with a drink.

King stomps Ale on the stage. The ref holds Ale's leg and Fish kicks Ale in the leg. King stomps Ale. Ale springboard diving armdrags King. Ale walks up the ropes, does rope trips and armdrags Fish down. King trips Ale from the outside.

Ale takes corner attacks then King shoulders Fish over. Fish monkey flips King into a cannonball on Ale. Fish stops the pin count then King pulls Fish off the pin attempt. Fish shoves King. Fish flying lariats King for 2. King goes up and over Fish then armdrags him.

King superkicks Fish. Fish and King double lariat each other down. Ale top rope splashes King for 2. Ale then gets a 2 count on Fish. Fish double dropkicks his opponents. Fish and King trade shots outside. King hits Fish and knocks him off the stage to the floor. King cannonballs Fish from the stage to the floor. Ale top rope plancha's down to the floor onto King. 

Ale seated moonsaults Fish inside for 2 when King pulls the ref out. King slams Ale. King top rope splashes Ale for 2. Fish hits punches on both opponents. Fish overhead belly to belly suplexes Ale into King. King death valley drivers fish then tope con hilos Ale through the ropes. 

King misses a top rope moonsault on Fish inside. Fish spears King and the ref fast counts the pin for Fish. Fishman wins.

Thoughts: It was an okay 3-way. Not great or anything but they managed the scenario well and it worked out okay. I liked the dives off the stage to the floor and Ale's dive off the top to the floor was pretty risky.

Overall thoughts: We had 2 new matches as usual and limited non-wrestling stuff as usual. There was no real follow up from anything that happened over the last weeks either. The girls match was decent and they had a few nice moves. The men's three-way worked out pretty well and was probably the match of the night. Dr. Wagner Jr. also talked with the roster in the ring but I don't know what was said. What we got was alright here and I'd give it a 6 out of 10 overall.

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Quarter Final Match - Mayu Iwatani vs. Rea Seto

Mayu flying dropkicks her in the corner before the bell. Mayu spin kicks her in the gut then dropkicks her against the bottom rope. Mayu topes Rea outside. Mayu top rope splashes her for 2. 

Rea arm throws her then Mayu superkicks her. Mayu buzzsaw kicks her. Rea is supposed to move away from a top rope moonsault but rolls into it. Rea no sells it and flying dropkicks her. Mayu release germans her. Mayu superkicks her for 2. Rea then rolls her up and pins her.

Thoughts: It was short and I knew it would be. The winner of this has to fight 2 more times potentially, so it wasn't going to be long. What we got wasn't that good and the moonsault no sell was dumb. Rea winning was a big upset.

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Quarter Final Match - Miku Aono vs. Diana Strong

They shake hands and lock up. They side headlock each other. DS shoulders her over and gets dropkicked. Miku corner dropkicks her. Miku corner dropkicks her for 2. DS slams her then backdrops her. DS pumping knees her for 2. 

DS powerslams her and misses a vader bomb. Miku sliding lariats her then does a buffalo sleeper. Miku fisherman suplexes her. DS shrot arm lariats her then spinebusters her. DS pumping knees her. 

DS vader bombs her for 2. Miku leg kicks her. DS backrolls her for 2. Miku lariats her. Miku buzzsaw kicks her for 2. Miku tiger drivers her and pins her.

Thoughts: It was short and not much of note. The time wasn't there and they wanted to get this over with. I'd like to see what they could do with more time.

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Quarter Final Match - CHIAKI vs. Kouki Amarei

Chi boots her on the ramp and throws her in. Chi boots her in the ring. Chi hits facewash kicks on the bottom rope. Chi sends KA into the seats. 

KA gets in before she gets counted out. Chi leg chokes her on the ropes. Chi chest forearms her down. Chi boots her then throws her down by the hair. Chi legdrops her. 

KA running back elbows her then running cutters her for 2. KA goes up on the 2nd rope. She boots Chi away. Chi shakes the ropes on her and corner spears her. Chi misses a corner cannonball. 

KA flying corner facekicks her and backdrops her for 2. Chi puts the ref in the way and KA boots the ref. Chi spears KA. Chi swings a chair at her but KA blocks it and takes it away from her. Chi boots her in the face then KA powerslams her for 2. Chi powerslams her for 2.

KA blocks a powerbomb but sends up taking a sitout powerbomb instead. KA running facekicks her for 2. KA top rope 180 splashes her and pins her.

Thoughts: It got more time than the first two bouts. Chi heeled it up a bit, Kouki evened things up some and eventually won. It was acceptable but nothing too great. 

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Quarter Final Match - Victoria Yuzuki vs. Yuuka Yamazaki

YY running boots her. They miss kicks and Yuz dropkicks her. Yuz hair throws her then foot chokes her. YY is tied up in the ropes and Yuz dropkicks her there for 2. Yuz stomps her then slams her for 2. Yuz tries pin attempt on her for 2 counts.

YY hits chest forearms and Yuz drops her with one. YY dropkicks her. YY forearms her. YY boots her out of the corner and 2nd rope dropkicks her. YY basement dropkicks her for 2. 

They trade forearms. YY suplexes her. YY is tripped into the ropes and Yuz barely dropkicks her through the ropes. YY step up enzugiri's her and codebreakers her. YY cutters her for 2. YY comes off the 2nd rope and is superkicked. Yuz backdrops her.

They trade waistlocks and YY step up enzugiri's her. Yuz germans her and pins her.

Thoughts: What we got wasn't bad. It was competitive and Yuuka had an okay showing before being put down. Yuzuki was the favorite going in and pulled this one off. This was longer than I expected. 

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Semi Final Match - Miku Aono vs. Rea Seto

Rea waistlock takedowns her. Rea grounds her and goes for an armbar. Rea stomps her and foot chokes her. Miku swinging slams her for 2. Miku kicks her in the back several times for 2. 

Miku hits body kicks and fisherman suplexes her. Rea turns her low sliding lariat into an armbar. Rea cranks back on her arm and Miku ropebreaks. Rea low dropkicks her for 2. 

They trade forearms. Miku backdrops her. Rea dropkicks her arm. Rea hits chest forearms. Miku double underhook suplexes her for 2. Miku top rope dropkicks Rea. Miku then sliding lariats Rea for 2.

Miku hits lariats on the ropes. Rea gets a 2 count on her. Rea takes her down by the arm and armbars her. Miku rope breaks. Miku running lariats her for 2. Miku buzzsaw kicks her for 2. Rea rolls her into a crucifix. Rea then does cattle mutilation. Miku taps out.

Thoughts: Another big upset here for Rea. It was acceptable. Rea worked the arm then eventually won with an arm submission. Miku's champ so her losing doesn't matter all that much here as she did not need to win this tournament.

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Semi Final Match - Kouki Amarei vs. Victoria Yuzuki

KA backs her up on the ropes. Yuz side headlocks her. KA side headlocks her. KA shoulders her over and Yuz kips up. KA shoulders her over again and splashes her back. KA slams her and running facekicks her for 2. 

KA stomps her then crabs her. KA switches to a half-crab and Yuz ropebreaks. KA stomps her. They trade chest forearms. Yuz's flying headscissors is countered with a side slam. 

Yuz hits her in the gut and chest. KA facekicks her down. Yuz flying headscissors her and low single leg dropkicks her for 2. KA boots her out of the corner. KA comes off the 2nd rope and Yuz dropkicks her in mid-air. 

KA boots her in the gut. Yuz pumping knees her then KA suplexes her. KA corner running facekicks her. KA backdrops her for 2. Yuz back body drops her. KA TKO's her. KA twisting drops her off her shoulder for 2. KA misses a top rope 180 splash. Yuz somewhat dropkicks her through the ropes.

KA facekicks her. Yuz straightjacket germans her and pins her.

Thoughts: It was average. Kouki has the same match virtually every time out and there is only so much you can do with it. It just didn't stick out and I'm glad Kouki didn't win here.

Chika Goto, Hummingbird & Megaton vs. Komomo Minami, Nagisa Tachibana & Shinno

KA and Mega go at it and KA isn't thrilled. Mega ducks a lock up like always and does poses. Mega shoulders KM over. Mega then blows her whistle and Mega's opponents stop her. Goto hits a double lariat then hits hip attacks on her opponents against the 2nd rope.

Mega does the stair stepper on KM while blowing her whistle. KM sweeps her and low flying knees her. NT low dropkicks Mega multiple times. NT backsplashes her and bulldogs her for 2. Mega hits chops and a shotei on her. Mega shoulders her over.

Hum comes in and dropkicks NT through the ropes for 2. NT suplexes her for 2. Shin chest kicks Hum down twice for 2. Goto slams Hum onto Shin for 2. Hum boots Shin out of the corner and top rope crossbodies her for 2. Shin pop up dropkicks Hum.

Shin flying knees Hum for 2. Goto giant swings Shin. NT tries a move off the buckles but slips. She tries again and twisting crossbodies Goto off the top. Mega lariats NT down then KM dropkicks Mega. Hum rolls up Shin for 2. Hum rolls her up for another 2.

Hum takes a double high kick then a double buzzsaw kick from shin and KM. Shin uranage's Hum and pins her.

Thoughts: It was short and about average. Nagisa missed her one bit spot and we got a lot of Megaton here. This was just time filler.

Mila waistlock takedowns EY. EY's head is banged off the buckles. EY flying knees her in the corner then bronco busters her there. EY then poses on her for 2. Mila suplexes EY. EY flying chest kicks her. NN and SK tag in. NN kicks her in the ribs and knees her in the gut. SK is pulled out by Misa and stomped by the other team outside. 

They all fight outside and Erina's team gets sent into the seats. NN takes SK up into the stands and bangs her head off the steps entrance. NN hits chest chops on SK. AJ and Mila pose on Mai. Misa beats up Nat in the bleachers. Nat's head is then banged off the post.

The heels pose on SK on the ropes. SK then takes a triple dropkick to the butt. NN pendulum kicks SK over the 2nd rope. AJ comes in and kicks SK. She double elbow drops her for 2. AJ hits forearms on SK then dropkicks her.

AJ flying double knees her and bulldogs her for 2. Misa comes in and boots SK over. She bangs her head off the buckles. SK back elbows her then 2nd rope dropkicks her. Mai corner facekicks Misa. 

Misa takes a double bulldog then a triple team for 2. Mai is tripped into the ropes and is kicked by NN. Misa crossbodies Mai against the bottom rope. Mai legslices Misa for 2. Misa flying knees Mai. AJ crossbodies Nat when they get in.

Nat step up enzugiri's AJ then fisherman suplexes her for 2. Mila lariats Nat down. Nat takes a double boot. AJ top rope crossbodies Nat for 2.

SK running lariats AJ. EY top rope plancha's outside onto everyone. Nat gets a 2 count on AJ then AJ high kicks her. AJ pendulum ddt's her for 2. AJ is in the double electric chair and EY top rope rider kicks her. Nat top rope diving meteora's AJ and pins her.

Thoughts: It wasn't that bad but nothing too special. Everyone got their segment in and it got a decent bit of time. It wasn't designed to be a classic or anything but I appreciated some of the big moves at the end. The teams didn't make a lot of sense here as Aleah and Mila have been complaining about the heels all tour long and teamed with them here.

Aleah and Mila then hug everyone after.

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Final Match - Rea Seto vs. Victoria Yuzuki

They stare down for a bit and amateur wrestle on the mat. Yuz side headlock takeovers her and Rea goes for the headscissors. Yuz hits a hard forearm to the face and they trade chest forearms. Yuz flying dropkicks her in the chest. Yuz then top rope plancha's her outside.

Yuz dropkicks her in the knee then low dropkicks her. Yuz hits forearms on Rea. Rea pulls Yuz's arm down over the top rope. Rea stomps Yuz on the floor. Yuz is then sent into the rails. Yuz's head is banged off the apron. Yuz's arm is then banged off the post. 

Rea stomps Yuz and bangs her arm off the mat. Rea top wristlocks her on the mat then stomps her arm into the mat. Rea armlocks her and Yuz ropebreaks. Rea boots her arm on the bottom rope. Rea then dropkicks it. They trade shots as Yuz tries to get up.

Yuz chest forearms her and Rea kicks her in the arm. Yuz hip throws her and dropkicks her through the ropes. Yuz northern lights suplexes her for 2. 

Rea dropkicks her on the ropes then codebreakers her arm. Rea scissors Yuz's arm then pulls back on the other. Yuz ropebreaks. Rea flying corner dropkicks her then flying dropkicks her for 2. 

They fight on the buckles. Yuz sunset bombs her. Yuz top rope dropkicks her for 2. Rea rolls her and Yuz straightjacket germans her. Rea scissors her arm again and pulls back on the other arm too. Yuz ropebreaks. Rea rolls her up for 2 and they trade pin attempts. 

Rea la mistica's her then does cattle mutilation. They trade forearms. Yuz rolls her and Rea reverses a pin attempt. Yuz superkicks her for 2. Yuz then rolls her up for 2. Yuz straightjacket germans her and pins her.

Thoughts: Yuzuki won as expected here. The finish was a little lackluster but the match made enough sense. Rea worked the arm the whole time and Yuz had to use various pin attempts to put her way. It was an acceptable bout but nothing too special.

Yuuka Yamazaki, Miku Aono, CHIAKI, Mayu Iwatani, Diana Strong, Yuzuki, Chika Goto, Nagisa Tachibana and Rea Sato all get awards after. Yuzuki get her trophy and a marigold crown and they all pose for a photo. Yuzuki then talks on the mic after and gets confetti. 

Overall thoughts: We had a 3-round tournament on this show so those matches were shorter and they didn't do a lot of crazy stuff. We also had some filler so the girls could get a break between the matches. The main was the best match of the night but it was nothing you'd really go seek out. There's only a few Marigold girls who are great talents and because of that, the quality is always going to be limited. The athleticism and understanding of how wrestling works just isn't there and the effort isn't always there either. I'd give this show a 5 out of 10 overall and I thought this was average. I wouldn't recommend it.

CHIAKI vs. Victoria Yuzuki vs. The Lady AI

Chi iron claw's both to start. Chi then boots both in the face. Yuz dropkicks Chi and chi eye rakes Yuz. Yuz flying headscissors chi and dropkicks her. AI clubs on Yuz's back. AI hits dropkicks on Yuz. Yuz dropkicks her in the knee. Chi pulls Yuz out and sends her into the seats. 

AI hits chest forearms on Chi. Chi chops her and slams her. Chi pulls AI down by the hair and legdrops her. AI cradles her for 2. Chi goes for a flatliner and Yuz dropkicks both down. Yuz dropkicks AI through the ropes then 2nd rope dropkicks her for 2.

Chi splashes AI for 2. Chi powerslams Yuz for 2. Chi runs at Yuz but AI shoulders her over from the side. Yuz forearms AI then AI STO's her for 2. Yuz northern lights suplexes her for 2. 

AI takes a straightjacket german from Yuz and gets pinned.

Thoughts: It was short and nothing too special. They didn't botch anything but there was only so much that could really be done here given the situation.

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Block D Match - Rea Seto vs Megaton

Rea refuses a dropkick then running dropkicks her once the bell rings. Mega rolls her up for 2 counts. Rea stomps her and Mega backslides her for 2. Rea dropkicks Meg for 2. Rea armbars Mega.

Rea dropkicks Mega through the ropes. Mega splashes her on the ropes. Mega cradles her for 2. Mega shoulders her over then hits splashes for 2. Mega misses an elbow drop and Rea armbars her. Mega ropebreaks. 

Mega short arm lariats her for 2. Mega bottom rope splashes her for 2. Mega misses a splash off the buckles. Rea dropkicks her and Meg no sells it then goes for a pin. Rea hits another dropkick and pins her.

Thoughts: It went as expected. Rea does armwork, dropkicks and basic heel tactics. Mega does splashes and comedy. It wasn't much more and it was not that good.

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Block D Match - Chika Goto vs. Nagisa Tachibana

NT runs at her and dropkicks her. Goto lariats her down for 2 counts. NT blocks a giant swing. Goto hip attacks her on the ropes then boots her in the head over the 2nd rope. Goto giant swings her. Goto running hip attacks her for 2. 

They trade chest forearms and Goto forearms her down. NT 2nd rope twisting crossbodies her for 2. NT running back elbows her and bulldogs her. NT low dropkicks her for 2. Goto hits a big lariat on NT. Goto goes for a pin but NT get the 2 count on her.

NT corner dropkicks her. NT busts out a new seated moonsault on her for 2. Goto emerald flowsions her for 2. Goto hits short arm lariats then running lariats her for 2. NT la magistral's her and pins her with a bridge.

Thoughts: It was an okay little out here. NT took some hard shots and pulled off the upset. Goto had some good and hard hitting offense here. 

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Block D Match - Kouki Amarei vs. Shinno

Shin hits leg kicks to start. KA shoulders her over. Shin does a nasty looking uranage and KA goes out. Shin kicks her on the floor and PK's her there. Shin pumping knees her as her head hangs off the apron. Shin then gets a 2 count on her.

KA cartwheels off the ropes and crossbodies her for 2. KA suplexes her for 2. They trade chest forearms. Shin spinning back elbows her and pounds on her back. KA facekicks her. KA flying corner facekicks her. KA then backdrops her for 2.

KA goes up and top and is hit. They fight on the buckles. KA boots her from the buckles. Shin rolls into palm strikes on KA. Shin iconoclasm's KA for 2. Shin hits knees to the head. Shin knees her in the chest for 2.

Shin runs the ropes and is dropkicked. Shin high kicks her and KA boots her down. Shin backslides her for 2 two three times in a row. KA TKO's her for 2. KA top rope 180 splashes her and pins her.

Thoughts: It was a fine. A lot of kicks were thrown here and Shinno busted out a new iconoclasm. Kouki did her usual limited offense here.

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Block C Match - Hummingbird vs. Shoko Koshino

They shake hands. Hum takes her over on the lock up and SK armdrags her. SK basement dropkicks her. Hum backrolls into a spinning reverse headscissors. Hum misses a dropkick through the ropes and goes out. SK double axe handles her off the apron. They trade chest forearms outside.

SK suplexes her on the floor for 2. SK suplexes her inside for 2. SK camel clutches her. They trade chops. Hum flying headscissors her. Hum pendulum double boots her in the corner. They trade chest forearms. Hum spinning high kicks her. Hum ties up her arms with her leg and rolls her.

Hum dropkicks her through the ropes. SK 2nd rope dropkicks her and backdrops her for 2. SK lariats her down. SK comes off the top and Hum gets her knees up. Hum facebusters her from the electric chair position then Hum bridge pins her.

Thoughts: It was acceptable. It didn't really get enough time and that limited some of what they could do here. Shoko didn't get as much offense in here as you would hope for.

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Block C Match - Mai Sakurai vs. Diana Strong

They shake hands and lock up. DS backs her up on the ropes and poses. Mai side headlocks her. DS side headlock takeovers her. They both go for backrops. DS is laid on the top rope and Mai kicks her in the gut. Mai boots her out of the corner and 2nd rope dropkicks her. 

Mai flying corner facekicks her then does an interesting wrist clutch northern lights suplex. Mai goes for the armbar and DS ropebreaks.

DS hits chest forearms and a slam. DS then backbreakers her for 2. DS throws her down backwards and hits mounted shots on her. Mai does a cobra twist to her. Mai running facekicks her over the bottom rope then low enzugiri's her there for 2. 

DS 2nd rope superplexes her. Mai hits forearms and DS spinebusters her for 2. Mai backdrops her. Mai basement dropkicks her for 2. Mai suplexes her then top rope elbow drops her for 2. Mai STO's her then DS blocks her STF attempt. DS crossfaces her. Mai ropebreaks.

DS powerslams her. They fight on the buckles. DS sunset bombs her for 2. Mai then gets a 2 count on her. DS knees her in the face then pumping knees her. DS suplexes her for 2. DS AA's her and pins her.

Thoughts: It was a bit of an upset with DS winning. It decent just not much more. They to some time to work with this and it picked up a little by the end.

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Block B Match - Mila Smidt vs. Komomo Minami

They lock up and MS shoves her down. MS then pulls her down and side headlocks her. KM running dropkicks her then MS shoulders her over. KM dropkicks her out on the ropes. They go to the apron and MS works on her arm. MS pulls her into the buckles by the arm.

MS clubs on her and knee drops her back. MS corner meteora's her and broski boots her. MS suplexes her for 2. MS boots her in the face. They trade chest forearms. MS headbutts her. KM casadora armdrags her and basement dropkicks her. 

MS chops her down for 2. MS boots her in the head. KM 2nd rope twisting crossbodies her. KM twisting fisherman's neckbreaker her for 2. MS handspring lariats her for 2. KM rolls her up for 2. KM spinning roundhouse kicks her. MS germans her on her head for 2. 

KM trips her and crucifixes her for 2. MS spinebusters KM then knees her in the face. MS hits a widow's peak neckbreaker on her and pins her.

Thoughts: It was acceptable. Mila mostly bullied her around en route to winning. Komomo got to fire up and did a little comeback but it wasn't enough. KM took a high german on her neck/head.

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Block B Match - Nagisa Nozaki vs. Mayu Iwatani

They go to lock up and let go. They lock up. NN goes or a sleeper and Mayu ropebreaks. NN facekicks her through the ropes then does her pendulum kick over the 2nd rope on her. NN sends her into the seats. NN then chokes her with the edge of a chair. Mayu's head is banged off the buckles.

Mayu rolls up NN off a corner charge and NN dropkicks her. NN double chop flurries her in the corner. They fight on the ramp and Mayu forearms her there. Maru then low basement dropkicks her, banging her own back off the ramp. 

Mayu top rope splashes her for 2. NN straight punches her and superkicks her. NN single leg basement dropkicks her for 2. Mayu superkicks her and NN flying single leg dropkicks her. Mayu rebound germans her then superkicks her in the face. Mayu buzzsaw kicks her for 2.

Mayu boots her from the 2nd rope and 2nd rope diving headbusters her. Mayu top rope moonsaults her and pins her.

Thoughts: This didn't get enough time and that hurt this one for me. Nagisa's not the most exciting wrestler to begin with and they were really just in the middle of what they usually do when this ended. This wasn't much.

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Block A Match - Aleah James vs. Yuuka Yamazaki

They lock up and let go. YY trips her. AJ armdrags her. AJ boots her in the gut and is dropkicked. AJ goes up and over then bulldogs her for 2. YY double boots her out of the corner and 2nd rope dropkicks her. YY running back elbows her and basement dropkicks her for 2. AJ high kicks her and dropkicks her for 2. 

AJ bangs YY's arm off the mat. YY cutters her for 2. YY codebreakers her and AJ backcrackers her for 2. AJ fisherman suplexes her. AJ top rope crossbodies her for 2. YY step up enzugiri's her and drops her on an up and over attempt. YY electric chair drops her chest first on the mat and pins her.

Thoughts: It was pretty average. They did their moves and not a lot else. There wasn't much of a story here and both were faces. They also didn't get much time.

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Block A Match - Misa Matsui vs. Erina Yamanaka

MM boots her before the bell then throws her out. MM whips her and chokes her with a piece of clothing outside. MM chest forearms her down. EY is then sent into the seats. 

MM foot chokes her outside then sends her into the post. EY is sat in a chair and MM running boots her. They go in and MM gets a 2 count on her. MM twists her head with her feet.  MM crossfaces her and EY ropebreaks. 

MM basement dropkicks her for 2. MM hits knees to the gut and EY swinging facebusters her. EY flying single leg dropkicks her. EY flying knees her in the corner. EY bronco busters her in the corner for 2. MM rolls her into a double stomp. MM crossbodies her against the bottom rope for 2. 

EY facekicks her twice. MM eye rakes her. EY bridges out of a kick and rolls her up for 2. They trade forearms. EY northern lights suplexes her for 2. EY top rope plancha's her outside. 

EY top rope rider kicks her inside for 2. EY cutters her for 2. MM superkicks her and low flying knees her for 2. EY suplexes her and MM gets a 2 count on her. MM flying knees her for 2. MM 2nd rope double knee drops her. MM top rope double stomps her and pins her.

Thoughts: It was fine. MM heeled it up some and EY tried to pull the win off before going down. I do think it could have been better though but Misa definitely gave it her all.

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Block A Match - Natsumi Showzuki vs. Miku Aono

Miku goes for a kick and Nat takes her down. Nat half-crabs her. Nat kicks her in the leg while it's on the ropes and Nat kicks her in the back. They trade kicks to the back. Miku chest kicks her down for 2. Miku hits leg kicks. Miku ties her leg up and crabs the other. 

Miku boots her in the corner. Nat double knee drops her back. Nat meteora's her. Miku no sells it and goes for the styles clash. Nat ropebreaks. They trade leg kicks. Nat leg kicks her. Miku sweeps her then Nat high kicks her. Miku high kicks her. They high kick each other at the same time and both go down.

Miku hits forearms. Nat fisherman suplexes her. Nat meteora's her for 2. Nat double knee drops her off the top. Miku torture rack rack drops her. Nat rolls her up for 2. Miku lariats her. Miku lariats her for 1.

Miku buzzsaw kicks her for 2. Miku hits a styles clash on her and pins her.

Thoughts: What we got was acceptable but not much more. It didn't get that much time and they were by no means going for any kind of classic here. I thought the last part of the middle section was just beginning when they ended it.

Miku then talks on the mic to close the show.

Overall thoughts: The opener was nothing of note. Rea/Mega wasn't that good. Goto/Tachibana was okay. Kouki/Shinno was fine. Hummingbird/Shoko was acceptable. Mai/Strong was decent. Mila/Komomo was acceptable. Nagisa/Mayu was nothing special. Aleah/Yuuka was average. Misa/Erina was fine. The main was acceptable. There was nothing must see here and it felt like everything got cut short due to the amount of matches they had on this card. I'd give it a 6 out of 10 as it was okay enough overall but not much more.

Megaton & Shinno vs. Hummingbird & The Lady AI

AI and Shin lock up. AI clean breakers her on the ropes. Shin wristlocks her and AI reverses it. They reverse the hold again and AI side headlocks her. AI shoulders her over.

Shin kicks AI in the gut then AI takes a double team shot from her opponents. Mega corner splashes AI twice. Shin running back elbows AI for 2. AI dropkicks her. AI back body drops Hum onto Shin then AI gets a 2 count on Shin. 

Hum flying back elbows Shin then double boots her in the corner for 2. Shin pop up dropkicks Hum for 2. Shin kicks her in the chest and back. Mega comes in and shoulders Hum over a few times. Hum elbow drops Mega. 

Hum blows on Mega's whistle and does the stair stepper on her. AI then also stands on Mega. Mega hits throat shots on Hum then splashes her. Mega steam rollers her. Mega then hits a splash for 2. Mega elbow drops Hum for 2. Mega rolls up Hum for 2 three times. 

AI STO's Shin. Hum counters Mega on the ropes, then she rolls in and dropkicks Mega through the ropes. Hum spin kicks Mega and pins her.

Thoughts: Things weren't going that bad, then Mega came in and destroyed the match. It's not like she botched, but she brought a different pace to it and lost the flow. Her bad offense also didn't help things. It wasn't good.

Aleah James & Mila Smidt vs. Darkness Revolution (Misa Matsui & Nagisa Nozaki)

Misa and NN jump the faces before the bell. They all go out to fight. NN knees AJ in the gut and throws her into the seats. Mila is sent into the post. AJ is double teamed on the ropes. Misa knees AJ in the back in the corner then twists her neck with her feet when she's down. Misa gets a 2 count on her and crossfaces her. AJ ropebreaks.

Misa boots her while she's down. NN double chops AJ in the corner. AJ codebreakers NN and hits flying forearms. AJ crossbodies her for 2. Mila comes in and running lariats NN. Mila then double lariats her opponents. Mila release suplexe NN.

NN knees Mila in the gut then sleepers her. Mila fights out and they trade forearms. NN punches Mila then running facekicks her on the ropes. NN pendulum kicks her. Mila headbutts Misa then spinebusters her for 2. 

AJ flying double knees Misa in the corner and bulldogs her for 2. Mila suplexes Misa then AJ sentons Misa for 2. Misa rolls AJ into a double stomp. Misa flying knees AJ then suplexes her for 2. NN and Misa hit running chest kicks on their opponents. AJ takes a double running boot for 2. Misa running flying knees AJ and pins her.

Thoughts: The crowd sucked here and didn't help this one. The faces didn't do a great job of working the crowd either. The wrestling was acceptable here but it never got any further than that. 

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Block B Match - CHIAKI vs. Komomo Minami

Chi slams her right from the start for 2. KM hits chest forearms and dropkicks her. Chi shoulders her over. Chi hits facewash kicks on her and pump kicks her over the bottom rope. Chi sends KM into the seats.

Chi throws a chair at KM. Chi iron claws KM. KM flying meteora's Chi from behind on the ropes. KM dropkicks Chi then basement dropkicks her. KM spin kicks Chi in the gut then Chi leg drops KM for 2. 

They trade forearms. Chi tilt-a-whirl backbreakers her and crabs her. Chi half crabs her. Chi flying corner spears her. KM then claymore kicks her. KM spinning roundhouse kicks her and superkicks her. Chi powerslams her for 2. Chi corner cannonballs her for 2. Chi racks her and KM escapes. KM cradles her and pins her.

Thoughts: I do think KM needed a bit more offense here before winning this one. Chi mostly controlled the match. I thought this was just average and I thought what they were going for didn't really work.

Chi attacks KM after and KM dropkicks her.  

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Block D Match - Chika Goto vs. Rea Seto

Rea hits her before intros are over. Rea boots her out of the ring. They fight in the entrance way. Goto gets her entrance gear off and then has her head banged off a seat. Rea throws a chair at her. Goto is whipped into the post. 

Rea sends Got into the seats. Goto hits chest forearms outside and Rea boots her in the head. Goto clubs on her. Rea sends Goto into the seats again and throws a chair at her. Rea then hits mounted shots on her. 

They get in and Rea chest forearms her down. Rea bangs Goto's arm off the mat and boots her in the head. Rea armbars her. Rea stomps on Goto's arm on the ropes then low dropkicks it. 

Goto chest forearms Rea then Rea does it back to her. Goto atomic drops her and shoulders her over. Goto hip attacks her on the ropes. Goto spinning samoan drops her. 

Goto grabs her legs and is rolled up for 2. Rea armbars her and Goto ropebreaks. Goto facekicks her. Rea throws her down backwards and low dropkicks her for 2. Goto drops her with a lariat then Rea dropkicks her. 

Goto does an air raid crash variation but Rea no sells it.  Goto lariats her then chokeslams her for 2. Goto emerald flowsions her and pins her.

Thoughts: Rea should have been DQ'd early on for using the chair on Goto. Rea worked the arm a bit here before going down. Goto used her weight on her near the end, hitting hard lariats and slamming her down. There was some decent stuff in this and I would say it was acceptable. Goto got some good pops for her lariats here.

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Block C Match - Diana Strong vs. Chi Chi

They slap hands. Chi side headlocks her then DS does the same. DS shoulders Chi over then DS rolls her up for 2. DS goes up and over and running back elbows her three times in the corner. Chi running boots her then corner facekicks her twice. Chi running boots her for 2.

Chi does an octopus to her and DS escapes. DS hits chops and backbreakers her for 2. DS slams her for 2. Chi does another octopus. Chi hits facewash kicks on the ropes. 

They trade chest forearms for chops and fire up a bit. Chi gets the edge and DS forearms her. Chi superkicks her. DS running back elbows her. Chi superkicks her. DS sweeps her and Chi gets her knees up on a vader bomb. Chi helluva kicks her and suplexes her for 2. Chi spin kicks her in the face for 2. Chi rolls her up for 2. DS pumping knees her. DS vader bombs her for 2. DS hits an AA and pins her.

Thoughts: It was acceptable. They traded strikes. Chi stuck more with the strikes as the match went on while DS went more into power moves. Chi showed a little spirit here which was good. It could have maybe used more time.

They shake hands. SK running lariats her down for 2. SK hits short arm lariats. SK chest forearms her and Yuz dropkicks her in the knee. Yuz then does a low house call kick to her. 

SK is tied up in the ropes and Yuz dropkicks her back there. SK hits chest forearms then Yuz drops her with a chest forearm. Yuz crossfaces her. Yuz dropkicks her through the ropes. Yuz stands on her back and SK chest forearms her. 

Yuz spin kicks her in the gut. SK suplexes her. SK dropkicks her off the buckles. SK powerbombs her but Yuz rolls through and gets a 2 count on her. SK lariats her down for 2. SK goes up top and is thrown down. Yuz 2nd rope dropkicks her for 2.

SK does an octopus to her up on the top buckle. SK superplexes her then hits 2 suplexes her for 2. SK tornado ddt's Yuz then slams her. SK misses a top rope splash. SK hits forearms and Yuz superkicks her. Yuz backdrops her and superkicks her. SK no sells it and gets a 2 count on her. Yuz superkicks her for 2. Yuz straightjacket germans her and pins her.

Thoughts: Shoko tried but it was just average. The crowd wasn't that good, like in the other matches and it just wasn't anything too special. Yuzuki won as expected.

DREAM STAR Grand Prix 2026 Block A Match - Miku Aono vs. Yuuka Yamazaki

They lock up and trade wristlocks. Miku side headlocks her. YY sweeps her and slaps her in the back of the head. YY dropkicks Miku and Miku dropkicks her back. Miku hair throws her and corner dropkicks her. Miku kicks her in the back three times.

Miku slams her and hits more kicks to the back for 2. YY chops Miku then Miku chops her down. Miku crabs her and YY ropebreaks. Miku stomps her. YY boots her out of the corner and 2nd rope dropkicks her. 

YY facebusters her and basement dropkicks her for 2. Miku is tripped into the ropes and she blocks YY's 619. Miku hits back elbows on YY while she's tied up in the ropes and she dropkicks her there. Miku ties up one leg and half-crabs the other.

Miku lariats her on the ropes and sliding lariats her. YY hits chops and spinning forearms her down. YY suplexes her for 2. YY step up enzugiri's her and cutters her for 2. YY 2nd rope codebrakers her for 2. 

They fight on the buckles. Miku 2nd rope superplexes her. They trade shots on their knees then get up and fight. Miku leg kicks her and high kicks her. YY flips out of a double underhook and cradles her for 2. Miku then lariats her down. Miku buzzsaw kicks her twice for 2. YY rolls her into a pin attempt and pins her.

Thoughts: Big upset here with Yuuka pinning Miku. The match was too one-sided though and never really got to being that good. The crowd didn't help things either. Miku needed to stiff Yuuka a lot more and Yuuka needed to show more spirit to help make this work. It was a waste of a Miku loss.
 
Mai Sakurai, Erina Yamanaka and Natsumi Showzuki vs Mayu Itwatani, Kouki Amarei and Nagisa Tachibana

Mai side headlocks NT. She side headlock takeovers her and is put in a headscissors. NT armdrags her and dropkicks her. Mai facekicks NT down. NT dropkicks Mai. Mai takes running corner attacks. NT then takes running corner attacks and Erina bronco busters her.

Mai puts NT in a paradise lock and poses on her wiht her partners. Erina and Nat dropkicks NT to break the hold. NT hits chest forearms on Mai and Mai chest forearms her down. NT dropkicks Mai.

Mayu comes in and dropkicks Mai. Mayu walks up the ropes, seated moonsaults and double armdrags her opponents. Mayu then double basement dropkicks her opponents. Mai leg slices Mayu for 2. Nat comes in and meteora's Mayu on the bottom rope. Nat running knees Mayu for 2. Mayu then flying forearms her down.

KA comes in and headkicks Nat. KA powerslams her for 2. Nat step up enzugiri's her. Erina rider kicks KA then flying knees her in the corner. Erina facebusters KA for 2. 

KA takes a double suplex then a Nat meteora. Erina split leg drops her for 2. Erina goes up top and is thrown down by KA. KA backdrops her for 2. NT corner dropkicks Erina and bulldogs her for 2. NT crossbodies Erina then springboard bulldogs her for 2. 

NT is tripped into a headscissors by Erina. NT botches a suplex on Erina then hits another one for 2. Nat PK's NT then Erina step up enzugiri's NT for 2. NT walks up the buckles and twisting crossbodies Erina. Mai and Nat hit stereo dropkicks on their opponents to send them out. Erin a then top rope plancha's everyone outside.

Erina suplexes NT for 2. Nat top rope double meteora's her opponents. NT is then lifted for a top rope Erina rider kick. Erina reverse ddt's NT and pins her.

Thoughts: It was an okay main. We only had one botch. There was a lot of action, they kept the pace up and things just went well for the most part. It's nothing you would remember but this went exactly as they had planned it to and that's a win.

Erina's team talks on the mic after. 

In the post-show interviews, Mila says her opponets got lucky. Aleah James complains about getting jumped before the match. Mila says they had to play games as the other team knew they were more talented. 

Diana Strong says her match was tough and says she won her first match tonight. She says it's just the beginning.  

Overall thoughts: The opener wasn't good. The second match was acceptable. Chiaki/Komomo was average. Chika/Rea was acceptable as was Diana/Chi. Yuzuki/Shoko was average. Miku/Yuuka was a little below average. The main was the best thing on here and it was okay. I'd give it a 5 out of 10 overall. It was an average show and like with the afternoon show, the crowd was terrible and brought down everything. I'd give it a 5 out of 10 overall.

We are in Charleston, WV. Paul Wight, Tony Schiavone and Nigel McGuinness are on commentary.

Jon Moxley does a promo. He says Will Ospreay chose conflict and there may be collateral. He says everything is Will's responsibility now. He says his problem with the match isn't that he will lose, it's that he might win. He says he gave Will everything he had. He says he's climbed up from hell and nobody understands the cliff Will will fall off of at All Out. He says the Universe's pull is gentle but then it pulls hard and that's gravity.

AEW TNT Title - Darby Allin (c) vs Myron Reed 

They slap hands. DA waistlocks him. Reed rolls him up for 2 counts. DA side headlocks him. DA springboard diving armdrags him out. DA goes for a dive, slingshots in and they stand off. 

DA misses a shot on Reed and Reed enzugiri's him. DA shotgun dropkicks him into the corner. DA goes up top, gets swept and takes a horrible bump where he goes face first into the apron. Reed then tope con hilos out of the corner on him outside.

We go to PiP break and return. DA superplexes Reed. DA chops him outside. Reed jumps off the steps backwards and kicking him. Reed then does his F-5 into a bridging flatliner from the rail. DA code red's him in the ring for 2. DA hits a hard tope on him outside. DA goes for another tope and Reed cutters him on the floor. 

DA is on the apron and Reed jumps over the top and cutters him on the floor. Reed top rope 450's DA for 2. Reed jumping kicks DA off the apron. Reed tries to tope con hilo DA but lands on an open chair outside. DA top rope coffin drop's Reed in the ring and pins him.

Thoughts: This was a wild one with them both taking big bumps. DA hit a nasty tope and landed on his head on the apron. Reed tope con hilo'd a chair and did his cutter over the top rope to the floor. It was quite spectacular and had a ton of highlights. It wasn't smart and the selling wasn't good but this was crazy enough that I'd still say this was good Reed's really gaining stock in these singles matches on Collision and if they keep giving him time to shine, he may get somewhere in AEW on his own. Paul Wight was popping like crazy for Reed here.

Steven Borden, Darby and Zach Wentz all check on Reed after. Darby shakes Reed's hand. Darby gets on the mic and says let's give it up to Myron. He says Reed showed everyone that he belonged tonight. 

Darby tells Borden that teaming with his dad was one of the best moments of his life. He says him and Borden have a chance to get a shot at the tag titles he and Sting never lost. Darby says they are jumping into the fire at All Out.

Borden says he knows how much Darby winning the tag titles meant. He says he's still new to this. He says he will lay whatever he has to offer on he line to make Darby tag champ again. He says if they can win the titles, they are checking 2 boxes - being tag champ and being tag champ with Darby as his partner. Borden says let's go take the #1 Contender spot and the tag titles.

We get a video on Tomasso Ciampa vs Kazuchika Okaa.

We hear from The Don Callis Family after Dynamite. Don says Stokeley Hathaway lost them the match but his boys are in pristine shape. He tells his boys to beat Darby and Borden and get the tag titles home. Kevin says he didn't trust teaming with the flamingo in Kyle but it's time they rectify the situation with the tag titles. Kyle says he didn't trust the vision but it's working. He says all they have to do is beat Borden and Darby and they will cake walk them at All Out. He says they will bring gold back to the family which might be needed after if Okada loses to Ciampa. Okada tells Ciampa to be careful what he wishes for as he's got The Rainmaker. He says he won't be taking his title. 

The Bang Bang Gang talk and Juice blows a whistle. Jucie says their current record is nothing to be proud of. He says they lost last week but they are still a team and their boss owns an NFL football team. Juice says they challenge The Dogs and The Death Riders to a tailgate brawl. He says anything goes. This would be before the PPV next week as the pre-show will be called the Tailgate Brawl.

Thekla vs Zayda Steel

Willow Nightingale is on commentary.

Thek hits her and is taken down. Zay hits mounted shots on her. Zay bends over and is kicked. Zay bodyblocks her down.  Thek hits Zay in the gut then clubs her back. Thek suplexes her for 2. 

Thek backs up Zay on the ropes. Thek codebreakers her over the 2nd rope for 2. Zay is tripped into the ropes and Thek running facekicks her out of the ring. Thek double stomps her back from the apron.

We go to PiP break, full break and return. Thek gets in Willow's face outside. Zay baseball slides Thek. Thek boots Zay out of the corner and hanging headscisosrs her over the top. 

Zay thesz presses her and hits mounted shots. Zay flurries her with forearms and kneelifts her. Zay cutters her for 2.  Thek throws her down backwards. Zay TKO's her for 2. Zay stomps her. Zay hit elbows on her on the top buckle. 

Thek is in tree of woe and Zay crossbodies her. Zay top rope double stomps her down as she hangs for a 2 count. Thek bridges out of a lariat then spider waks. Thek spears her and pulls her up on the pin attempt. Thek then curbstomps her and pins her.

Thoughts: I liked it. Zay showed some aggression and put up a bit of a fight before going down. Thek was solid as usual. It was a nice little underdog vs favorite match and one of Zayda's better bouts. This was okay.

We get a video on Thekla vs Willow.

PAC vs Adam Priest

Pac running back elbows him and bangs AP's head off the buckles. Pac running euros him. AP lariats him down. AP chops him in the corner and hits him in the knee. AP half crabs him. 

Pac rebound germans him. Pac stomps AP and foot chokes him.  Pac snap suplexes him for 2. Pac knee chokes him and side headlocks him. Pac side headlocks him. Pac spin kicks him in the gut a few times and AP drgon screws him. AP cradles him for 2 and is lariated down.

Pac pump kicks him in the corner then tombstones him. Pac brutalizers him and submits him.

Thoughts: It was a short one with Pac winning as expected. AP worked the knee a bit before going down. It wasn't anything too special.

TNT National Title - Andrade El Idolo (c) vs Daniel Garcia

Idolo gets "How you know?" chants to start.

Idolo waistlocks him. DG wristlocks him and Idolo reverses it. DG backs him up in the corner and asks him how he knows? He then face shoves him. Idolo takes him down and slaps him in the back of the head. 

They test strength. DG throws him into the ropes and Idolo poses on the ropes. DG forearms him then clubs and stomps him. Idolo boots him out of the corner and flying headscissors DG out. Idolo slingshot plancha's him outside.

We go to PiP break and return. DG corner lariats Idolo then hits mounted corner punches. Idolo suplexes him. Idolo back elbows him then DG sleepers him on the apron. DG boots him off the apron into the rails.

DG then tries to take his own selfie with a girl in the front row. Shafir threatens DG. They trade shots. Idolo lariats him down in the ring and flying forearms him. Idolo back body drops DG out. Idolo takes his pants off. Idolo springboard triangle tornillos him outside.

Idolo misses a corner meteora. DG rolls him up for 2. Idolo hits 2 suplexes and DG grounded sleepers him. Idolo does a top rope moonsault into a standing moonsault for 2. DG rolls him into a pin attempt. They definitely seem to both pin each other but the ref gives Idolo the pin.

Thoughts: Tony Schiavone thought there was a pin here before the pin that was counted and I kind of agree. Not sure what happened, but it seemed like the ref counted the pin twice. I was fine with this match. It was competitive and DG got snippy with Idolo. Idolo did his usual flying as well.

Idolo and DG to shake hands and The Death Riders jump Idolo after. Pac says he beat Idolo once and can do it again. He says he's challenging him to a match next week at All Out. Pac gives him the mic to say something then Pac pump kicks Idolo. Idolo is then group stomped on. Francesco Akira comes in to help and he faces a 5v1. He gets the edge on Claudio for a bit then Shafir chokes Akira from the apron. Akira then is group stomped on. Claudio hits backbeakers on Akira. Mike Bailey comes out with a chair to break it up. 

Mike Bailey vs Wheeler Yuta

Yuta takes him down by the arm. Mike waistlock takedowns him. Mike wristlocks him and Yuta pulls him down by the hair. Mike flying headscissors Yuta. Mike chops Yuta outside. Mike is popped up onto the steps. 

Mike's head is banged off the steps. Yuta stands on Mike's ankle on the bottom rope connector. Yuta foot stomps him. Mike 2nd rope dropkicks him. Mike spin kicks him and chest kicks him down. Mike running ssp's him for 2.

Mike goes for the armbar. Yuta germans Mike for 2. Mike legsweeps him on the apron then triangle asai moonsaults him outside. 

We go to PiP break, full break and return. Yuta top rope backdrops him. Yuta chops him and they trade forearms. Yuta armdrags him and eventually turns it into a pin attempt for 2. Mike spinning roundhouse kicks him. Mike falcon arrows him. Mike misses a top rope ssp. Mike rolling armbars him. Yuta tries pin attempts while in the hold.

Yuta rolls him up for 2. Mike pump kicks him. Mike hurricanrana's him and they both try pins. Mike sunset flips him while trapping the limbs and he pins him.

Thoughts: The selling could have been a little better here. It was competitive and the constant pin attempts made it engaging. It was alright.

Yuta nails Mike after and stomps him. The Death Riders and The Dogs then join in. The Bang Bang Gang then come out and all of them fight. Security and refs come out to try and stop it.

Jack Perry does a video outside with a red filter. He says  he's on the other side of the unknown and he needs to walk with killers. He says he must face the best to become the best and puts a knife in a tree.

The Opps do a promo. Hook says he has known Jack Perry for a long time and asks what he's doing by asking for a match with Samoa Joe. Action Andretti says he needs to be careful what he wishes for. Bowens says they had a different idea when Jack smeared Joe's name on the wall. They bring it Shibata. Hook says everything Jack is looking for is here in Shibata. Bowens tells him to get through Shibata to talk to Joe.

Queen Aminata and Mina Shirakawa vs Georgia South and Emily Jaye

Mina and Queen were teaming together then fought each other on a recent show.

South has the red hair and trades holds with Queen. Queen wristlocks her and South rolls and headflips out. South then reverses it. Queen lariats her. Mina dances and basement dropkicks South. 

Queen and Mina duck lariats and shimmy together. The jobbers try to PK them but miss. They then take back elbows. Mina's team then both does chocolate kisses but Mina falls. Mina's team then dances. South takes forearms and a Mina high kick. Queen headbutts South down. Mina lifting sitout reverse ddt's South. Mina figure fours Emily and Queen top rope double stomps Emily. Queen running knees  South hard against the ropes and pins her.

Thoughts: Mina and Queen are both happy to do raunchy stuff and they did a lot of that here. Jaye didn't get to do much here. I assume Mina and Queen will be a team for a bit. It was a squash with a lot of fan service.

Nick Wayne does a promo. He says he almost beat Jericho and says Jericho trying to shake his hand after p!sses him off. He says he sees through him. He says Jericho didn't teach him anything but he taught him something. He says maybe Jericho doesn't know what he doesn't know.

AEW Continental Title Eliminator - Jon Moxley vs Zachary Wentz

Mox top wristlocks Zach. Zach wristlocks him. Mox armbars him. Zach trips him and ankle locks him. Mox hits punches on Zach's gut and forearms him. Zach 2nd rope tornillo's Mox. Zach sweeps him and basement dropkicks him.

Zach handspring kicks Mox off the apron then slingshot tornillo's him outside. Mox cutters Zach. We go to PiP break and return. 

Mox hits running forearms on Wentz. Wentz flying pumping knees him. Zach hits flying forearms. They trade chops. Zach hits kicks and superkicks him in the face. Zach double stomps Mox's back. Zach step up knees him in the corner and PK's him. 

Zach 2nd rope blockbusters him for 2. Zach sweeps him into a half-crab. Mox grounded sleepers him. Zack handspring jumping knees him. Zach misses a tornillo off the buckles. Mox curbstomps him. Mox death rider ddt's him and pins him.

Thoughts: Mox won as expected. It went as you would think with Zach doing his signature offense before being put down. It was acceptable and the usual Mox match for the most part.

Overall thoughts: It was the usual Collision with a bunch of random matches, but most of them were decent. The opener was good with tons of highlights though it had some issues.  Thekla/Zayda was an okay bout. Pac won a short squash that wasn't too special. I was fine with Idolo/Garcia. Mike/Yuta was alright. Queen and Mina did a tag that was them mostly dancing around and doing fan service. The main was acceptable. I'd give it a 7 out of 10. Most of the wrestling was fine even if it was random and even if few storylines were advanced. I was okay with mostly everything on here and it was a good show.
