We see the same clips from yesterday with Jovica and Carlos Colon at the arena and them wishing for WWC to continue.
The hosts talk about tonight's event.
Eddie Colon vs Ray Gonzalez Jr.
We join this in progress. Eddie has Ray in the figure four. Ray reverses it they ropebreak. Ray hits a codebreaker on him. Ray hits punches and low blows Eddie. Ray swinging neckbreakers him for 2.
Ray is pushed into the buckles for 2. Eddie stunners Ray for 2. Eddie throws some weapons in and the ref Pelayo Vasquez intercepts. Eddie misses a corner charge, going shoulder into the post. Pelayo drops a chair on the mat, Ray TKO's Eddie on it and Pelayo pretends not to see it.
Ray misses a chair shot. Eddie codebreakers him with the chair and backcrackers him to win.
Thoughts: We saw the latter half of this. What we saw was fine with Ray reversing a figure four, making a comeback then getting put down. I'm sure there was a storyline that build up to it, but we didn't get to see that part.
Amaddeo Sole talks from his car. He says he's the only man who was born that knows everything. He says the only thing he doesn't know if why he has to face Mike and Oscar again. He says they are not better than a perfect aura.
Mike Nice and Oscar Benabe do a promo. Mike says they are going for revenge because their opponents couldn't beat them yesterday. Mike says the angles supported them yesterday and he feels the power and the spark. Oscar says their still the champions.
Sai Perez/Nathaly Perez does a promo. She says everyone saw what happened when she arrived yesterday. She says she will give any girl a chance to face her, the best female wrestler in PR.
TLC Match - Xavant vs Gilbert
We join this in progress. Gilbert hits him with a chair. Xavant is put on a table outside. Gilbert climbs a ladder inside and Xavant gets on the buckles to fight him. Xavant tips the ladder over and Gil bounces off a table behind it. Gil is put on the table again and Xavant top rope splashes him through the table. Xavant climbs the ladder. La Seguridad come down and beat Xavant up. We go to break.
Joe Bravo does a promo. He says he has to face El Paparazzi with smelly fans around the ring. He says it's an unnecessary bout as it's degrading to face Paparazzi.a He says he's a degenerate and a disgrace to the military and wrestling. He says he will finish this the way he started it and give him the final beating, hook or by crook.
El Paparazzi does a promo. He says he saw Joe show off his body and chest. He says this match isn't a bodybuilding competition. He says he has spent years in this business and Joe beat him up weeks ago with a belt. He says Joe thought he was the toughest guy but now he got himself in trouble. He says he will laugh when Joe goes outside and gets hit with belts by the fans. He says he awaits him with a Puerto Rican leather welcome. He says Joe will scream like a little girl. He tells him to keep showing off his muscles and he will take care of the fighting. He cans he can be rough, technical and grab his testicles and squeeze them. He says he will see the fans tonight in Ponce. He says Joe is getting skinned tonight.
Xavant does a promo. He says Night 1 of the Anniversary show is in the history books. He says they are going to Ponce this afternoon with no rest. He says the fights will be good. He says he defends his title tonight, he will fight with his heart and persevere until he triumphs as that's what he does.
We return to the match. La Seguridad is still beating up Xavant. Xavant hits lariats on one of them then throws him into a table in the corner. Xavant slaps the other. Gil hits Xavant with a chair. Xavant is put on a table and Gil top rope elbow drops him through a table.
Gil climbs a ladder, Xavant jumps off the top and presses him through a table in a big spot. Xavant climbs the ladder, retrieves the belt and wins.
Thoughts: We only saw some of this. The spot at the end was pretty cool and Gilbert put in a pretty good effort for this one. It would have been nice to see the whole thing but that's just not what they do around here.
John Hawking does a promo. He says he faces a living legend in Lightning tonight. He says it's not their first bout. He says he's going in the ring to battle and bet on himself. He says he always go in with the strategy of going for the 1-2-3.
Orlando Colon does a promo. He says the war continues with Ray Gonzalez. He says he knows Ray doesn't want him here and he will leave after this as he doesn't want to be in a company that doesn't want him. He says he will finish him off if it's the last thing he does. He says he will take him to hell with him. He says he will finish what he did last night.
Ray Gonzalez does a promo. He says it will get hotter tonight. He says Orlando needs to back his words up with action last night. He says he will teach him another lesson tonight if last night was not enough. He says he will checkmate him.
Carlito vs John Morrison
We join this in progress. Carlito hits a dropkick. Carlito slams him. Carlito comes off the top, John pushes the ref then kicks Carlito in the crotch. Carlito's head is banged off the apron.
John knees him in the gut outside and bangs his head off traffic rails. John slides under a rail then then he bangs the rail into Carlito's head. John side chinlocks him in the ring. Carlito hits shots to the gut then John springboard dropkicks him for 2.
John hits punches and cravates him around the ropes. Carlito pushes John over the top to the floor. John get lariats in the ring. Carlito knee lifts him then running lariats him for 2. John is rolled up for 2. John blocks a backcracker.
John misses a cartwheel dive off the top and Carlito superkicks him for 2. They trade punches on the buckles. Carlito is swept down. John misses starship pain. John pushes the ref into Carlito and Carlito low blows him. Carlito backcrackers him and pins him.
Thoughts: This is the 3rd time this year we've seen this exact match THIS YEAR...and it's only June. Somehow despite seeing this 3 times, WE STILL HAVE NOT SEEN THE FULL MATCH. How is that even possible?
Eddie Colon does a promo. He say he looks forward to seeing us this afternoon. He says he will team with Intelecto Cinco Estrellas to face the biggest piece of trash in Chicano and Chicano's son, Zcion RT1. He says Zcion will lose in his hometown. He tells Zcion not to invite his family as he has bitter pills to swallow in Ponce tonight.
Chicano and Zcion RT1 do a promo. Chicano tells his opponents to come prepared. He says if they show up, they will wipe them out. RT1 says they will close the anniversary is RT1 territory. He says people wanted to see them team up for a long time and here they are. He confirms he beat Intelecto Cinco Estrella for the title last night. He says there's a war in his hometown and says they will celebrate big tonight. He say he promised his hometown he'd win the title and he did. He says they will finish what was left last night on the beach because they are the Ultimate Leader and the Illegal Kid.
The hosts talk about the show tonight and say they look forward to seeing us there.
We then see the same opening video with Jovica and Carlos Colon to close the show.
Overall thoughts: You would think we are still living in the 1950's here. The big show was last night. They couldn't give us a single highlight reel on it. They couldn't give us any photos on it. And they couldn't even read us the results off a piece of paper so we'd know what happened. The only way you could kind of figure out what happened is through some of the promos and by seeing some of the graphics for tonight but some of the results are still unknown. As always, the lack of care and the lack of quality control that this promotion shows weekly is just unbelievable. There's no cheaper promotion out there and it's just embarrassing. They then topped all of that off by showing us the same John Morrison vs Carlito Colon match. It has now been shown 3 times this year and not once have we actually seen the full match. We also didn't see the full versions of the other two matches they showed either. This promotion is the worst and I'd give this a 1 out of 10 total.
