Abel Durant and Axel Cruz are on commentary.

Eddie Colon does a video from a plane with people boarding it. He says he has some news - he had to fire three talents who don't know how to follow directions. He says Chicano is one of them and says nobody has the right to work outside of Puerto Rico without his permission except Carlito. He says there will be another challenger on 4/25 instead of Chicano and it's Joe Bravo. He says on 4/25 he won't be fired or forced into retirement. He says he will be teaming up with Big Vito against Ray Gonzalez and El Paparazzi. He says he wants to shut up Papa and make sure Ray's anniversary doesn't arrive.

Thoughts: WWC had some big and not so good news this week. 3 wrestlers have left WWC including Chicano, Joe Anthony and La Amazona Guerrera. Chicano's wife has cancer and he's going to take care of her but he promises to be back. We don't know what happened with Joe and Amazona yet but both are gone. Chicano's a big loss. Joe's a talented undercard guy. I haven't loved what I saw from Amazona yet and to be honest, the women's division is so small that whoever is available that week tends to be put in the spotlight. Eddie doing this from a plane that was doing boarding looked bush league.

Axel and Abel welcome us to the show. Axel says you have to make tough business when running a promotion and says he supports Eddie.

Lightning vs Mike Nice

We join this in progress. Light lariats him and clubs him. Light hits punches to the head then chokes him on the ropes. Orlando Toledo, who is with Lightning, takes cheap shots on Mike. Light then clubs Mike's chest. Light suplexes Mike for 2. Light then chinlocks him.

Mike is thrown down backwards. Light dropkicks Mike for 2. Light chinlocks him. Mike hits shots to the gut and is thrown down. Light hits punches and Mike hulks up and struts. Mike hits windmill chops and double chops. Light is back body dropped. Mike lariats him down a few times. The announcers say Mike has been taken over The Holy Spirit. 

Mike ddt's Light for 2. Light spears Mike for 2. Mike evades a chokeslam and death valley drivers Light. Chicano interferes and causes a DQ.

Thoughts: What we got of this was fine with Lightning clubbing on him and doing chinlocks then Mike firing up before the DQ. It's interesting that they aired this when Chicano is already gone from the company.

Chicano and Light beat up on Mike after

Los Inmortales do a promo. They say they will be looking for the tag titles on 4/25. They say they learn from their mistakes and that's what makes them evolve. 

Mike Nice does a promo. He says they and Los Inmortales have set the ring on fire in the past and says his team will come out victorious, hallelujah.

 El Hostil Jovan does a promo on Informante (It's not known which one he means). He says he will not forget all the suffering Los Informantes put on him. He says he has shown Puerto Rico that he is the most complete junior heavyweight in PR. He says he will see him at Resistencia. 

Informante #1 vs Oscar Benabe

Info backs him up in the corner and OB hits chops. Informante 2 trips OB. One Info distracts the ref and the other chairs OB for 2. Info grabs the chair again, the ref goes to take it, then the other Info pounds on OB. 

The Info's switch places and OB is suplexed for 2. Info lariats OB down then flying back elbows him. OB is thrown out to the floor and the other Info stomps him. The ref figures out they are switching places and they switch again. Info elbow drops OB for 2. 

Info abdominal stretches OB then grabs his partner's arm for help.OB hiptosses Info over the top then plancha's both Info's outside. OB double underhook backbreakers Info. The ref Pelayo goes to count and the other Info trips him. OB tries to hit that Info. Mike Nice comes down and helps out, hitting the Info that isn't in the match. Mike gets pushed into OB then OB's throat is pulled down over the top. The Info then flatliners Mike and picks up the pin.

Thoughts: It was mostly shenanigans with Los Informantes switching places and it wasn't too much of note.

Lou Forza does a promo. He says if there's a wrestler who is the favorite of the fans, it's Makabro. He says he recognizes that. He says they faced each other in various matches and they meet in a singles match at the next show. He says he came here to climb the next step and says he's the next step. He says no one can stop El Savior.

El Payaso Makabro does a promo. He says facing him is a privilege and a misfortune. He says Lou is facing someone he can't control.   

Tony Leyenda vs Ray Gonzalez

We join this in progress. Tony shoves the ref and Ray backslides him. Tony hits mounted forearms. Tony face shoves the ref and laughs. Tony boots Rey in the corner. Ray is thrown into the buckles. Tony complains about the ref slow counting. Tony slaps Ray around and hits a punch. Ray starts to hulk up. 

Tony hits forearms and Ray starts hitting punches. Ray back body drops him then drops him with a punch. Ray drops him with leg kicks. Tony cradles him for 2. They trade shots. Ray goes up and over and backrolls him. 

Ray goes for the TKO but the ref gets knocked over. Tony low blows him and ddt's him. Tony goes for the pin but the ref is down and can't count. Ray gets back up. Tony spits at the ref and the ref dropkicks Tony. Ray crucifixes Tony and wins.

Thoughts: That was a little extreme but Tony had it coming for spitting and slapping the ref. Tony was a decent heel here and totally unlikable and Ray stuck to babyface basics.

Xavant does a promo. He says the champ has arrived. He appeared at a school recently and thanks everyone for that. He wishes the kids success. He says he's facing Lightning at the next show. He says he will fight with all his heart and persevere because that's what heroes do.

Zcion RT1 does a promo. He says Eddie Colon is the distinguished director of the company and cost him the title. He says Eddie is doing everything he can to stop his path to the Universal Title. He tells Eddie to stop looking around and do the job himself. He tells him to get him out of the way of the Universal Title. He says Eddie has no balls for that, so he found Joe Bravo. RT1 says he's surprised that a luchador with his background is lending himself to Eddie's games. RT1 says he will welcome everyone to the University of Wrestling with his unique style. He says Bravo made the biggest mistake of his life getting in his way. He says Eddie and Toledo won't get in his path to the Universal Title. He says he's the next Universal champ. 

Abel Durant talks about John Hawking holding the Caribbean and Puerto Rican titles and now going for the Universal Title. he thank talks about Hawking vs Estrellas for the Universal Title.
 
John Hawking does a promo. He says there will be a historic clash and says he will face Intelecto Cinco Estrellas for the first time. He says Estrellas has reached the top of WWC and is one of the top wrestlers in PR. He says people used to compare them when they were in different companies. He says he has the chance to become triple champ. He says he face to face the best of the best and win the title Estrellas has. 

Intelecto Cinco Estrellas does a promo. He asks Hawking if he thinks he is intimidated by him. He says John is a mistake that hasn't been corrected yet. He says he one who survives wars is the one who destroys. He says Hawking isn't ready for that. He says he will see him on 4/25.

Abel talks about Big Vito and the Vito/Eddie vs Gonzalez/Paparazzi tag match on 4/25. Big Vito does a promo. This aired yesterday. He says Ray Gonzalez and El Paparazzi won Round 1. Vito says he and Eddie Colon will get them in the ring. He says Ray wants to copy what he does and become a bad guy. He says Ray is learning and finally seeing the dark side. Vito says they are on an equal playing field. He says he will throw Ray and Paparazzi out, tell Eddie to take a seat and kick the hell out of Ray before winning. He says winning is what he does.

Ray Gonzalez doe a promo. He says Eddie Colon has returned after losing an aspuestas match to him. He says he doesn't know what's going on in Eddie's head but he says he knows Eddie wants to make sure he doesn't make it to the 53rd Anniversary show. Ray says Paparazzi isn't here as he's doing research on this situation Ray says he and Paparazzi will bring the heat on 4/25. He says Eddie became a millionaire and wanted to do whatever he wanted while Ray took the fall here. Ray says he will defend his legacy and will checkmate Eddie.  

Axel and Abel close the show. Abel talks about Eddie making changes to the 4/25 card. Abel says he's going to Germany for some reason.

Overall thoughts: We saw almost all of the promos here already which was lame. Lightning/Mike Nice was fine. Informante/Benabe was almost all shenanigans. Tony Leyenda was an okay heel against Ray Gonzalez in his match but the ref dropkicking Tony was a little much. As usual, there wasn't anything must see here but what we saw of 2 of the 3 matches was okay. I'd give this a 4 out of 10 and wouldn't recommend it. It was the usual WWC show with no full matches, rerun promos and lots of shilling for the next card.
