Thoughts: I thought they kind of figured this out some near the end with the brawling, but then it ended. Xyon's spinning headbutt doesn't look good at all as he gets himself shouldered in the face every time he does it. I'd say it was below average.

Thoughts: It was not super serious and was half comedy. The comedy wasn't that bad though and Seigo's usually a decent underdog. This was fine and they didn't go with the easy route and make this a squash.
Dan points at Seigo's title after.

Ken rolling leglocks him. Yuma rolls and german's him for 2. Yuma hits a gimlet and wins.
Thoughts: Ken stalled early then mostly worked the leg. Yuma didn't do a good job of selling the leg that much and it was a tough thing to do with him because so much of his offense revolves around flying knees. I didn't think it was that good of a match.
Champion Carnival 2026 Block A Match - Go Shiozaki vs. Rei Saito
Rei backs him up on the ropes and kind of double chops him. Go side headlocks him. They shoulderblock battle and Rei shoulders him over. Rei clubs on him outside. Go hits chops and is forearmed. Rei rams Go's back into the post. Rei shoulders him against the post. Rei stands on Go's gut inside.

Thoughts: It was mostly all strikes here as Go's matches tend to be. Go wasn't going to be throwing around Rei anyway though. Rei traded with him and it was acceptable enough.

Odd rams Ken backwards in the corner. Odd corner lariats him down. Odd side slams him. Odd misses a 2nd rope splash when Ken moves. Ken pumping knees him twice. Odd hits a big lariat. Odd misses a splash and Ken rolls him up to win.
Thoughts: The brawling got things off to a weak start early and slowed things down. They then went to the crux of the match with Ken doing being able to hurt Oddyssey much and having to deal with size and splashes. Ken ended up winning through luck in the end. It was just average and the second half was better than the first half.
Ken talks to Odd on the mic after and says he's the winner and he defeated him. Ken get a chant going for Odd. They shake hands. They goof around a bit and have fun after. Ken then talks on the mic and poses.
Overall thoughts: The opener as fine and the second match was fun. Xyon/Kikuta didn't deliver. Honda/Suzuki was a lot better than I expected. The Talos tag was half-comedy but was fine. Mashimo/Anzai wasn't that good. Go/Rei was acceptable. The main was average. I'd give it a low 6 out of 10 as most of the matches delivered and only two were bad. It was an okay show overall.
