CMLL 4/20/2026 Arena Puebla

The announcer does the usual intro.

Lightning Match - Makro vs Hijo del Perverso

Hijo throws him down by the arm and poses. They trade some holds on the mat. Hijo armdrags him then headflips up. Mak single leg crabs him then Hijo surfboards him. They trade some holds that get quickly countered. Hijo snapmares him for a 2 count then Mak goes for the pin. 

Mak casadora armdrags him then spinning reverse headscissors him from the mat. Mak is caught in the electric chair and takes an electric chair drop for 2. Hijo stomps and pounds him. Hijo flying elbows him for 2. 

Hijo pop up drops him and basement dropkicks him. Mak slingblades him. Mak walks up the buckles and diving armdrags him out. Mak then step up tope con hilos him outside. Mak top rope crossbodies him but Hijo backrolls and gets a 2 count. Hijo rolls him up for 2.

Mak cradles him for 2. Hijo trips him then la magistral's him for 2. Hijo is sat up top. Mak reverse headscissors him down off the top. Mak walks up the ropes and springboard splashes him. Mak then pins him.

Thoughts: It was fine. Mak hit his spots clean and they had your basic match with some technical wrestling, headscissors and armdrags.

Perverso & Tiger vs. Rey Espartano & Tiger Boy

TB = Tiger Boy 

So Tiger was Black Tiger (and he had a Black Tiger shirt on), but Magnus took the Black Tiger name and now he's just Tiger. And just for fun, Felino Jr. used to be The Tiger and Rocky Romero, who also wrestles here, used to be Black Tiger as well. Rey has a cool Spartan entrance outfit on with skulls on his shoulders.

1st Fall - Tiger and TB go at it. They trade basic holds. TB armdrags him into an armlock. Tiger pulls on his arm and bites his fingers. TB armdrags him. Rey and Perv go at it. Rey armdrags him and reverse headscissors him from the mat. Rey armdrags him again and Perv backs off. Perv armdrags him then is armdragged. Perv hangs on and armdrags him again. TIger then comes in and knocks over both opponents.

Tiger kicks Rey in the leg. Perv back elbows Rey then chokes him on the ropes. Tiger boots Rey in the head to send him out. Tiger rakes TB's eyes with his feet. Tiger hits some nice punches on TB in the corner and TB goes out. 

Rey is double teamed and stomped. Rey takes a flapjack, a leg drop and Perv does a figure four to him. Perv taps him out. Perverso's team wins the fall.

2nd Fall - Rey misses a dropkick and gets double teamed. Tiger sends TB into the post. Perv splits Rey's fingers. Tiger running kicks Rey in the inner thigh. TB is double teamed. Perv back body drops TB then Tiger legdrops TB. Perv chops Rey down. Rey escapes a double team. Rey takes a double elbow drop. 

TB is alley ooped into the buckles and Tiger dropkicks him out. Tiger lariats Rey. Rey gets punched down on the ramp. TB goes up and over Tiger. TB back body drops Tiger then Rey springboard armdrags Perv. TB topes Perv and almost does a header outside. 

Rey spin kicks Tiger in the gut then does a handspring sitout powerbomb. Rey pins Tiger. Rey Espartano's team wins the fall.

3rd Fall - TB walks up the buckles and top rope diving headscissors Perv out. Tiger lariats TB. Tiger chops TB. Tiger misses a corner charge and TB top rope diving armdrags him. TB monkey flips Tiger then tilt-a-whirl backbreakers him. 

Rey trips Perv then spin kicks him in the gut. Rey armdrags him. Tiger back elbows Rey. Rey is popped up and diving headscissors Perv off of it. Tiger hits shots on Rey. Rey double jump diving armdrags Tiger out. 

Perv chops TB then TB chops back. Perv back elbows TB down. The faces take stereo corner lariats. The heels are pushed into each other. Rey and TB hit hurricanrana's for 2 counts. Rey tope con hilos Perv through the ropes. Tiger and TB go up top. TB top rope hurricanrana's him down and pins him.

Thoughts: It got a bit more time than it needed. The first half was extremely one-sided. The faces didn't show me a ton here and weren't the most exciting. Tiger was good here and hit some hard looking shots. It was about average.

Tiger is down and they have doctors check on him. Tiger is put on a stretcher. 

Fuego & Meyer vs. Konjuro & Prayer

1st Fall - Meyer and Prayer go at it. Prayer takes him down by the arm and gets armdragged. They trade some holds on the mat. Prayer armdrags him. Meyer flips out of a snapmare and armdrags him. Fuego and Kon get in. They trade holds for a bit. Kon upkicks him and they stand off.

They trade more holds on the mat. Kon armdrags him then Fuego springboard armdrags him down. Fuego sunset flips him and Meyer top rope crossbodies Kon. Kon chops Prayer on accident. Meyer pop up hurricanrana's Prayer and pins him. Fuego submits Kon with an abdominal stretch with the leg hooked. Fuego's team wins the fall. 

2nd Fall - Prayer chops down Meyer then Meyer chops back. Meyer fyling headscissors him out. Meyer seated springboard armdrags Kon out. Meyer then plancha's him into an armdrag on the floor. Prayer then takes a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker outside.

Fuego stomps Kon's foot. He then backrolls into an armdrag on him. Fuego 2nd rope diving headscissors Prayer out then dances. Kon gets back in and dropkicks Meyer. He then chops him down and boots him out. Prayer hits Feugo from behind.

Kon back elbows Fuego. Kon spinebusters Feugo then Prayer dropkicks Fuego in the butt. Meyer takes a corner lariat then a superkick. Meyer takes a backbreaker + legdrop combo. Fuego chops Kon in the corner then is held for a chop from Kon. Prayer bites Feugo's fingers.

Meyer is double teamed then takes a back body drop and a basement dropkick. Prayer does a surfboard on Meyer and taps him out. Prayer's team wins the fall.

3rd Fall - Kon superkicks Meyer outside then hits shots on him. Kon kicks Meyer in the crotch. Kon back body drops Fuego. Kon headbutts Fuego. Fuego is spinebustered into a legdrop and basement dropkick. Meyer gets in and fights off the 1v2. Kon kneelifts Meyer out.

Fuego and Meyer get double teamed. Fuego fights back. Meyer splashes both heels at the same time then Fuego dogpiles on them for 2 counts. Kon boots Fuego over. Fuego goes up and over Kon then rolls him up for 2. Kon cradles Fuego for 2. Meyer dropkicks Kon out. Meyer flying headscissors Prayer then tope con hilos him outside. Fuego takes down Kon and submits him with a leglock. Fuego's team wins the fall and match.

Thoughts: It was acceptable. It could have been a little more exciting and the faces could have used a few more dives. Meyer continues to look decent. 

Star Jr. & Valiente Jr. vs. Crixus & Dark Magic

1st Fall - Dark has a tennis racket and a towel on his neck. Dark and and Star trade waistlocks then do some mat wrestling before standing off. Star rolls him into a bodypress then is armdragged. Star side headlock takeovers Dark. Dark then does the same to him. Dark waistlock takedowns him then is armdragged out. 

Val and Crix go at it. Val armdrags him from the mat and Crix shoulders him over. Crix corner lariats him then Val flying corner lariats him. Val 2nd rope sunset flips but Crix blocks it. Crix takes his own shirt off and throws Val. 

Crix takes a la silla + suplex combo. Val rolls Dark into a splash. Dark takes a powerbomb + backcracker and is pinned. Star Jr.'s team wins the fall.

2nd Fall - Dark leapfrogs Val and then takes kicks. Val kips down out of a lariat then step up enzugiri's him off the kip up. Val tilt-a-whirl armdrags him. Crix and Val trade chops. Crix misses a corner charge. Val dragonrana's him out. 

Dark and Star trade shots. Star slaps him down then stomps him. Star throws him down by the leg. Star flails on Crix. Star walks up the buckles and does a headscissors + armdrag combo on the heels. Val holds the ropes open for a Star tope on Dark. Val tope con hilos Dark outside. Crix la rosa falcon arrows Val. Dark top rope elbow drops Val and pins him. Dark Magic's team wins the fall.

3rd Fall - Dark throws Star in then throws him. Dark foot chokes him. Dark chokes Star on the ropes. Star is double teamed in the corner and takes boots. Val then gets stomped with him. Val flying armdrags Dark. Star slingshot tornillo splashes Crix for 2. Crix is double teamed in the corner. Crix hits lariats on the faces. Crix then tope con hilos Star. Dark spinning backbreakers Val and pins him while doing push up's on him. Dark Magic's team wins the fall and match.   

Thoughts: Val was good as usual here. Dark put out a better effort than usual and looked like he was trying harder. I was surprised to see the heels win. Crixus really shouldn't do tope con hilos as he's very big and nobody's going to be able to catch him safely. Crix is a bit limited but his look stands out. It was just acceptable as it could have been better at times.

Black Tiger, Gran Guerrero & Vegas Depredador vs. Stigma, Templario & Xelhua

1st Fall - We have some unusual partners here. Xel and Veg go at it. They trade holds on the mat and stand off. Veg armdrags him then Xel armdrags him back. Veg snapmares him then crucifixes him. Xel splashes him and is swept. They both headflip up and stand off.

Stig armdrags Tiger then spinning reverse headscissors him from the mat. They stare down. Temp and Gran go at it. Gran chops Temp in the corner. Temp chops him back. Temp is triple teamed in the corner then triple stomped on. Stig is triple teamed. Stig is tripped into a basement dropkick. Stig then takes a legdrop to the crotch. Xel goes after Tiger.

Xel takes a double back elbow then he is lifted for a double facebuster. Temp is triple stomped on. Temp is sat up top. Tiger unties Temp's mask. Temp takes a double back elbow then he does a surprise roll up on Veg and pins him. The faces celebrate and the heels think they have won the match and not the faces. Templario's team wins the fall.  

2nd Fall - Xel takes a knee to the back from the apron. Xel is triple teamed. Tiger tries to pull off Xel's mask. Xel takes a triple boot out. Temp takes corner attacks. His legs are held open for a top rope Vegas dropkick to the butt.

Stig takes corner attacks then a corner meteora. Tiger goes for a pin but picks Stig's head up. Stig is tripped on the apron then takes a baseball slide out. Temp is bridged against the ropes on the ramp and Veg pop-up la silla's him in the gut. Tiger bites Temp's fingers. 

Temp flying headscissors Tiger. Xel tilt-a-whirl backbreakers all 3 heels. Stig top rope double dropkicks the heels. Xel and Temp do dives outside. Tiger half-nelson drops Stig then tiger drivers him. Tiger pins Stig. Black Tiger's team wins the fall. 

3rd Fall - Tiger dropkicks Stig then hits mounted punches. Stig is double stomped on by the heels. Stig superkicks Veg then 2nd rope tornado ddt's Tiger. Stig tilt-a-whirl headscissors Gran out. Veg trips Xel then Xel headstand spinning headscissors him down. Xel armdrags him out. Xel armdrags Gran twice. Xel tilt-a-whirl armdrags Tiger out. 

Temp dropkicks Veg in the knee. Temp armdrags Tiger. Tiger seated moonsaults into an armdrag on Tiger. Temp casadora armdrags Tiger. Temp armdrags Gran from his shoulders then Veg dropkicks Temp.

Gran dropkick Xel and Stig springboard diving headscissors Gran. Stig the la silla's Tiger from the apron. Temp suplexes Gran and Xel la rosa rivers Veg. Xel and Temp pick up pins on Gran and Veg. Templario's team wins the fall and match.

Thoughts: It was a decent bout. It didn't drag on too long. Xel was able to make his offense work a little better than usual and kept up with the pace. We didn't get a lot of big dives from the faces here though.

Ultimo Guerrero & Volador Jr. vs. Esfinge & Mistico

1st Fall - Mist is hit as he poses on the buckles. He gets thrown out. UG back elbows and facekicks Esf. UG boots Esf in the corner. UG superkicks him then throws him out. Mist is tripped into a boot to the head. Esf has his legs split then he gets hit with a double superkick. Esf is spinebustered, legdropped and senton'd. Vol pins Esf. Volador Jr.'s team wins the first fall.

2nd Fall - Mist is double tripped and takes a double basement dropkick. UG baseball slides Esf off the apron. Mist handspring double back elbows the heels. Mist is popped up into a headscissors on UG. Esf hits kicks on UG. Esf springboard splashes UG and Mist springboard swantons Vol. Esf pins UG. Mistico's team wins the fall. 

3rd Fall -  Esf leg kicks Vol then flying headscissors him.UG corner lariats Esf. Esf superkicks him down. Esf corkscrew kicks Vol. Mist comes in and gets double booted in the corner. Mist is popped up and he does a headscissors + armdrag combo on his opponents. Mist flying headscissors UG down.

Mist springboard diving headscissors Vol. Mist walks up the buckles and corkscrew diving armdrags UG. Mist and Esf then hit topes outside. Esf hurricanrana's UG for 2 in the ring. UG 2nd rope superplexes Esf for 2. UG 2nd rope gordbusters Esf for 2. Esf pumping knees UG then hetopes him outside. 

Mist and Vol square off. Mist springboard twisting crossbodies him. Mist la mistica's him and submits him. Mistico's team wins the fall and match.

Thoughts: It was by the numbers for the most part and not really anyone's best effort. The finish was pretty sudden as it tends to be in Mistico matches. I would say it was just average but the crowd was satisfied enough with it.

Overall thoughts: The opener was fine and the second bout was average. The third and fourth matches were also acceptable. The semi-main was maybe the best match on this show but that was not saying much at all. The main was pretty average and nothing you'd need to see. I'd give this a higher 5 out of 10. Nothing really stood out all that much or was memorable but nothing was awful. It was basically an average show.
