CMLL 4/24/2026 70 Aniversario de la Arena Mexico

The announcer is outside and welcomes us to the show. They shoot some sparklers off from the building. The other announcer then does the usual intro from the ring.

Los Villanos (El Hijo del Villano III & Villano III Jr.) & El Elemental vs. Los Dragones (Dragon de Fuego, Dragon Legendario & Dragon Rojo Jr.)

Elem and DF trade some basic holds. DF sweeps him and they stand off. Elem shoulders him over. DF armdrags Elem. DF hiptosses him  then then spinning armdrags him. DF dropkicks him out. Hijo de Villano III stomps DF. DL gets in an armdrags Hijo de Villano III. 

DL handstand walks and flips into a spinning reverse headscissors on him.  Rojo rolls and armdrags Villano 3 Jr. out. Rojo then takes a double dropkick. Rojo takes a double boot. Elem spinning backbreakers DF. DF is then double hiptossed onto the ramp where he gets stomped.

DL is popped up over the top. He takes a double springboard lariat into a powerbomb on the ramp. Rojo is stomped on. Rojo takes a double spinebuster then he is held for a top rope dropkick. The heels old Rojo and Villano 3 Jr. stands on him. DL then springboard hurricanrana's Villano 3 Jr. down. DF then hits a springboard headscissors. DF top rope inverted flip dives outside. 

DL springboard ssp's outside. Hijo step up knees Rojo in the corner. Hijo de Villano III misses a moonsault off the buckles and Rojo top rope double stomps Hijo de Villano III. Rojo pins Hijo de Villano III. Rojo's team wins the match.

Thoughts: It was a fun opener as expected with a lot of flying and exciting moments. This went as expected and it was a good way to start the show. 

Shotzi came out before the next match but didn't wrestle.

Copa 70 Aniversario De La Arena Mexico De Amazonas Torneo Cibernetico Match - Keyra, Olympia, Reyna Isis & Zeuxis vs. Las Chicas Indomables (La Jarochita & Lluvia), India Sioux & Tessa Blanchard

L = Lluvia, Z = Zeuxis

Keyra has the gold/green/black on. Lluvia has the red on. Zeuxis has the purple and gray on.

The fighting starts before intros are done. Reyna flying headscissors Jaro out then topes her. Lluvia flying headscissors India. Zeuxis meteora's Lluvia. Tess flying headscissors Zeuxis then dives on her off the apron.

Keyra is hit with a kick from Rena. Keyra and Reyna then get dropkicked out. India casadora armdrags Jaro. Jaro kicks the buckle into India's head and tilt-a-whirl backbreakers her. India armdrags her. India triangle plancha's Jaro out. Everyone fights outside.

Olym hits corner spears on Tess. Tess sueprkicks her. Olympia gorilla presses her then blocks Tess' cutter. Tess dropkicks her. Keyra dropkicks Tess out. Keyra basement dropkicks Lluvia. Lluvia bangs Keyra's head off the buckles. Z then euros Lluvia over hard. Keya is held for a PK from Zeuxis. Reyna crossbodies Zeuxis.

Reyna and Lluvia hit stereo dropkicks then get pulled out. Jaro and India then do stereo dives outside. Olym 2nd rope moonsaults outside. Reyna gets on the 2nd rope and tornillo's Olym outside. Lluvia then plancha's outside.

India armdrags Tess then superkicks her. India hair throws her. India cradle shocks Tess for 2. Tess slaps India. Tess slingshot splashes her for 2. Olym is forearmed over by Keyra. Olym flips Keyra then basement dropkicks her. Lluvia 2nd rope diving headscissors Olym. Jaro double stomps Lluvia's back for 2.

Lluvia basement dropkicks Jaro in the corner for 2. Lluvia chops her then they flying facebuster each other. India hurricanrana's Zeuxis for 2. India sky high's Zeuxis. Zeuxis double underhook single leg codebreakers her and pins her. India Sioux is eliminated.

Reyna gets double tamed by Zeuxis and Tess. Reyna fights off a 1v2. She codebreakers Keyra then dropkicks Zeuxis in the crotch. Reyna flying double knees Keyra in the back. Keyra hangs off the top rope and Reyna 2nd rope legdrops her. Reyna pins her. Keyra is eliminated.

Tess ties up Reyna's legs and holds her upside down with a double underhook. Tess submits Reyna. Reyna Isis is eliminated.

Zeuxis takes a meteora from behind on the ropes then Lluvia basement dropkicks her. Olym chops Jaro on a failed double team. Olym drops L chest first onto double knees. Olym pins Lluvia. Lluvia is eliminated.

Olym twisting fisherman's neckbreakers Jaro. Jaro corner facekicks Olym and pins her. Olympia is eliminated.

Tess top rope crossbodies Jaro. Jaro corner meteora's Lluvia from behind. Tess sitout powerbombs Jaro and pins her. La Jarochita is eliminated.

Tess topes Zeuxis outside. Zeuxis rolls her up inside for 2. Tess cutters Zeuxis three times for 2. Zeuxis package piledrivers Tess and pins her. Zeuxis wins the match. 

Thoughts: It got enough time. It was just so-so There was a bad segment where Olympia struggled to do her finisher on Lluvia but the sloppiness wasn't too bad otherwise. Everyone was pretty rushed, it was hard to follow and you could see the girls struggling to keep track of everything.

Zeuxis is given a trophy for winning after and Keyra claps for her. A bunch of the wrestlers then come out and thank the fans for 70 years of wrestling at Arena Mexico. They then do a cheer.

Barbaro Cavernario, Esfinge, Soberano Jr. & Templario vs. Los Demonios Samurais (Okumura & Yutani), Kushida & Shoma Kato

Temp and Kush go at it. Kush trips him and leglocks him. Temp armdrags him. Temp surfboards Kush. Temp flips Kush by the arm and Kush upkicks him. Kato and Barb go at it. Kato armdrags him and sweeps him. They get in each other's faces. 

Sob and Yut go at it. Yut does push up's and poses. Sob then does push up's. They then hug each other and shake hands. They tag out and their partners aren't thrilled.

Esf and Oku go at it. Esf shoulders him over. Oku spin kicks him in the gut and Esf flying pumping knees him. Esf superkicks Yut. Kush handspring kicks Esf off the apron. Oku cannonballs Esf off the rap. Oku then gets stomped on outside and everyone fights outside.

Yut dropkicks Esf inside. Temp is tripped into a kick from Kush. Barb takes corner attacks. Oku bridging cutters Barb for 2. Sob is group stomped on. Sob takes corner attacks then a 4 person basement dropkick. The Japanese are sent out by The Mexican's then The Mexican's hit 4 topes at once

Barb spinebusters Kato then springboard splashes him. Oku cutters Barb then Temp rope walk crossbodies Oku. Temp powerslams Oku then asai moonsaults him. Temp and Kush trade shots. Kush hiptosses Temp into a cartwheel and a basement dropkick. Sob comes in and suplexes Kush. Yuta springboard dropkicks Sob. Esf corkscrew kicks Yut then springboard splashes him. Kush does a hoverboard lock on Temp. 

Temp gets stomped on by the Japanese. Kato chops Barb then Barb chops him back. Kato dropkicks Barb then Sob dropkicks Kato. Sob fosbury flops Barb and Kato outside. Yut then tope con hilos Sob outside. Esf springboard dropkicks Kush then springboard plancha's outside. Temp springboard crossbodies Oku. Oku corner lariats him. Temp 2nd rope powerbombs Oku and pins him. Templario's team wins the match.

Thoughts: It wasn't that different from the cibernetico with a lot of people coming in and out as they pleased and the action staying fast paced. They tried and it was okay enough but no one really got to go all out here. Team Mexico won but it doesn't really matter so much in the long scheme of things 

Rey Bucanero, India Sioux and Shockercito compe out. Fray Tormenta is then walked out. All four are given trophies for La Copa Bobby Bonales, which seems to be more of an award than a tournament trophy.

Copa 70 Aniversario De La Arena Mexico  - Don Callis Family (El Clon, Mark Davis, Rocky Romero & Volador Jr.) vs. El Sky Team (Mistico & Neon), Angel de Oro & Ultimo Guerrero

RR gets hit before it starts. The heels stall due to getting booed. 

Vol and Roja start us off. Vol waistlock takedowns him then Roja armdrags him. Roja spinning reverse headscissors him. Vol kicks him in the jaw then Roja dropkicks him out. Neon and Mist hit springboard crossbodies then flying headscissors. Mark double lariats Neon and Mist.

UG and Mark trade chops. UG lariats him on the apron. Neon and Mist double tope Mark. Mist is sent into the rails. The faces all then get sent into the rails. Vol unties Mist's mask up top. UG takes corner attacks inside. Mist then takes corner attacks from RR. Vol superkicks Mist. Clon plants into a moonsault on Mist.

Oro takes a basement dropkick from Clon. Mark slams Neon then sentons him. Mark enzugiri's UG. RR poses. UG double lariats Mark and RR. UG pops up Oro into a double dropkick. Mist then runs the ramp and Neon pops him up over the top into a headscissors on Vol. Neon springboard diving headscissors Clon. Neon tornillo's outside then Mist does the same.

Mark and UG trade shots in the corner. UG hits a double Japanese armdrag on Clon and Vol. UG sweeps Mark on the apron then baseball slides him off. Oro fights off a 1v2. Oro 2nd rope diving headscissors Clon. Oro spinning headscissors Vol out.

Neon superkicks Clon. Neon springboard dropkicks Mark. Neon flying headscissors RR. Vol superkicks Clon on a failed double team then Neon flying headscissors Vol. Neon double jump springboard headscissors Clon on the ramp. 

Mist is on the 2nd rope and is hit. Clon tears at Mist's mask. Mist is double hiptossed into the ropes and does a double armdrag off of it. Mist 619's Clon then springboard diving headscissors Vol. Mist spinning headscissors Clon. Mist walks up the buckles and springboard corkscrew flips into an armdrag on RR. Mist walks up the buckles then plancha's RR outside.

Clon asai moonsaults outside onto Mist. Oro triangle asai moonsaults outside onto them. Vol slingshot headscissors Oro outside. Neon runs the ramp and finally does his blind double springboard moonsault dive again. Mark lariats Oro then lifts him into a piledriver. UG lariats Mark out. UG top rope plancha's outside. Mist springboard plancha's RR and la mistica's him. RR taps out. Mistico's team wins.

Thoughts: It was similar to the last two matches. It wasn't a torneo but it was kind of was worked like one. It was fast paced bout with a lot of flying and it was entertaining, but it was nothing super memorable. Neon finally did his blind double springboard moonsault again and you could tell he was nervous about doing it.

The winners hold their trophies up after.

Campeon Universal Del CMLL 2026 Final Three Way Match - Hechicero vs. Black Tiger vs. Mascara Dorada

All 3 fight and trade pins. MD superkicks Tiger in the gut. Hech is pushed into Tiger. MD is flipped into the ropes and he armdrags Tiger. MD is popped up, he flips and headscissors Hech out. MD's dive is caught outside and he is thrown into a headscissors on Tiger outside. MD is then overhead thrown into the rails back first.

Tiger and Hech fight on the apron. They double facekick each other at the same time then double crossbody each other. Hech and Tiger trade chops in the ring. Hech sentons his back. Tiger rolls up Hech for 2 then Hech gets a pin attempt in. Tiger la magistral's him. They cradle each other then facekick each other at the same time. 

MD does a double springboard crossbody on the heels. Hech dropkicks Tiger then MD jumps off of Hech and diving headscissors Tiger off the apron. Hech hits mounted corner punches on MD. MD seated flips into the ropes and armdrags Hech. MD tornillo's Tiger outside. Hech blocks MD's spinning headscissors and drops him down face first.

Hech surfboards MD. Tiger cutters MD on the apron. Hech suicide dives Tiger. Hech top rope flying elbows MD for 2. Hech goes to take off MD's mask. MD kicks Hech. Hech rolls and flips him into an armbar. Tiger springboard swantons Hech. Hech pulls Tiger over the top rope. Hech flapjacks MD then rolls him around the ring for a 2 count. Tiger backcrackers Hech for 2. 

MD electric chair neckbreakers Tiger for 2. Hech spinebusters MD then twists his neck with his feet. Tiger double underhook powerbombs MD. Hech swinging hammerlock slams Tiger down. Hech hits headbutts on MD then pulls on his mask. MD ddt's Hech. Hech step up knees MD in the corner. Tiger corner euros Hech. Hech step up knees Tiger.

Hech dragon screws MD over the 2nd rope. Hech flying headscissors drops Tiger. MD springboard 450's Hech to break his pin up. Hech dropkicks MD in the knee. Tiger green miss Hech and superkicks him. MD poisonrana's Tiger. MD walks the top rope and corkscrew moonsaults Hech outside. MD top rope ssp's Tiger and pins him.

Thoughts: MD or Tiger made the most sense as winners here. MD oddly didn't get double teamed by the heels as much as expected. I thought it worked out well and I thought they put out a good effort. MD seemed to have hurt his knee on the top rope ssp. MD's rope walk corkscrew moonsault was pretty impressive. It was a good main.

MD gets a title belt and confetti after.

Overall thoughts: The matches were all pretty similar here with a lot of fast paced action and people coming in and out as they pleased. They all tended to blur together. It was definitely not the typical show and it had a lot of things going on. I'd say the main and the semi-main were the best bouts here. The women's match was the weakest match of the night but it wasn't terrible. There were more trophies being handed out here than at a little league baseball ceremony. I did like the show though and would give it a 6 out of 10. It was a good show overall.
