We are at Senor Frog's. Luis Toledo and Robert Diaz are on commentary. 

Manuel Rodriguez threatens Angel Rodriguez' crew. He said he represented the company and gave all his strength for it. 

We see Angel Rodriguez's crew laugh with Robert Diaz then we see clips of Los Inmortales injuring Manuel's arm with the tire iron as Angel watches. 

We get an ad for the 8/27 Summer Mayhem show.

Chris Ifer, Eddman & Rey Maldonado vs El Hijo del Enigma, Hulky Jr. & Sacrilegio

 

 

Enigma is in the black and red. Sac is in the purple, red and black. Hulky's in the white.

They take forever to get started. Ed boots Enigma. They wristlock each other. Ed yanks on the arm. Ifer keeps the wristlock on and hip throws him. Ifer goes for a crossface but Christos escapes. Enigma rolls him up then Ifer front facelocks and armlocks him. Ifer trips Hulk when he comes in. 

We go to break. Hiram Tua has taken over Super Georgie's training dojo and says he's the new master here. Super Georgie comes in and takes offense. The guy says he's superior to Georgie and says he's not up to the task. Georgie asks for one more chance against him. Georgie puts over his career and says he almost beat him. He asks for one more shot. Tua says if he beats him, he wants to be the official teacher of the club. Georgie agrees and asks him to go. Tua laughs as he leaves.

We return from break. Ifer side headlocks Hulky. Rey and Sac get in. Rey chops him in the corner. Sac boots him out of the corner. Rey fallaway slams him. Ed hits mounted shots on Sac. Ed goes up and over and takes a backhand. Sac hits punches on Ed then misses a corner splash. Ifer and Hulky get in. Ifer hits a big lariat then sitout spinebusters him for 2.

Hulky hits some forearms on Ifer. Ifer hits punches and chops on Hulky. Ifer is on the 2nd rope and Hulky reverse ddt's him down. Hulky knee drops Ifer for 2. Hulky's team works on Ifer in the corner. Ifer takes a double suplex. Ifer is sat up top and is punched. Ifer botches a 2nd rope sunset flip. Ifer suplexes Hulky.

Rey and Sac get in. Rey hit some punches. Sac hits some punches back then takes a black hole slam for 2. Hulky flying double knees Rey then corner meteora's him. Ed codebreakers Hulky. Ifer spinebusters Enigma. Ifer takes a hiptoss neckbreaker from Sac then Rey flying single leg dropkicks Sac. Rey goes for his finisher then Ed tags himself in and gets the pin on Sac.

Thoughts: It wasn't anything too special here. Ifer had a bad night and the heels were clearly there to lose. The big news was Eddman stealing the pin at the end from Rey.

Alisson does a promo on Leandra. She says she wants a falls count anywhere match with her where it's anything goes. She says she's more violent than her.

CWA Heavyweight Title - Manuel Rodriguez (c) vs Orly Jr.

Orly is from Los Inmortales and MR is fighting Orly's partner Tapia after. Angel Rodriguez is with MR.

MR hits punches on Orly then thesz presses him. MR hits mounted punches and hiptosses Orly out.

We go to break. I think Romeo tells Super Georgie congratulations and tells him to get more victories. We return from break.

MR chases Orly and Orly misses an elbow drop on him. Orly jumping neckbreakers MR then hits punches to the head. Angel and Orly pull on MR's injured arm over the 2nd rope. Orly goes up and over then dropkicks him. Orly chokes MR.

They trade shots and Orly codebreakers the arm. Orly stomps him for 2. Orly looks away then gets hit with a big lariat. MR gets a 2 count off of it when Angel interrupts the count. MR neckbreakers Orly and pins him.

Thoughts: It was a little slow and not super exciting. Orly worked MR's injured arm and MR ended up winning as expected. 

Tapia runs in to start the next match.

CWA Heavyweight Title - Manuel Rodriguez (c) vs Tapia

Tap pounds on MR and MR fights back with one arm. Tap drops him with a shot then hits a big spear. Tap bangs MR's arm against the post. Angel Rodriguez gets in the ring and stomps MR for the DQ.

Thoughts: This wasn't long and Angel and Orly ran in for no reason when Tapia was in control to cause the DQ.

MR is triple teamed by Angel, Orly and Tapia. Angel's crew then poses in the ring. I think Romeo and someone else come to check on MR. Robert Diaz talks to the heels.

Angel's crew celebrates what they did to Manuel in the back. Angel mocks Manuel's injured arm. Romeo comes in and complains about them mocking Manuel. The heels celebrate their actions.

Overall thoughts: There wasn't much to see here. The opener wasn't that good. The 2nd and 3rd match were about Angel Rodriguez's crew trying to take out Manuel Rodriguez's arm. They did do a decent job of putting that story over though as the big 8/27 Summer Mayhem show approaches. I'd give it a 4 out of 10 overall.
