EPW Wrestling 4/25/2026 Episode #239

Crossroads Clash 2026 is tonight.

Madi the American Badi is interviewed by Jaxx Roxx. She says she wants to be addressed as Miss Madi Monroe. There's a table set up with a balloon. Madi says she's supposed to have a cake out here and a ref brings it out.

We go to break and return. Madi says it's time to eat the cake and asks who is excited for it. Madi eats the cake and offers Jaxx some, but then says he doesn't need it. She asks if he heard of The CJ System. She says the ring ropes need to be pink and the ref who brought the cake needs fired.

Diana Taylor comes out with a gift. Madi is surprised by the gift. Madi says she's not dumb and it's a trick. She says she won't open that. Jaxx goes to the bat for Diana. Diana says she's proud of how far Madi has come. She says Madi used to sit in the front row and is now a champ. She says it's for her. Madi opens the gift and it's a pink bra. Madi asks what it is. Diana then eats the cake. Madi asks if she looks like she needs this. Diana says it's a training bra. Madi says the cake is all hers then Diana shoves the cake in her face.

Thoughts: Yep, the heel got cake put in their face as always. It's a classic wrestling angle (my earliest reference point for it is 1982) and they brought it back here. This will set up something between those two. 

CJ Thomas vs Chuck Swann

They lock up. CJ side headlocks him. Swann waistlocks him then CJ reverses it. Swann escapes and then armdrags him. We go to break and return. Swann dances and pendulum bronco busters him in the corner.

Swann front facelocks him then CJ backbreakers him. CJ stretches Swann over his knee. CJ then does push up's on him. CJ suplexes him then tries to pin him while doing push-up's. Swann hits shots to the gut and CJ flips him with a big lariat. CJ does a cocky pin and Swann crucifixes him to win.

Thoughts: It was a short but fun match here with CJ getting cocky and eventually paying for it.

CJ attacks Swann after then chokes him. CJ torture racks him and lets him go. CJ gets on the mic. He says people like Swann make him sick. He says they go out drinking and partying and eating anything while CJ gets up early, eats dozens of eggs and works out to be better than you. He says he is better than you. He says Swann is what's wrong with EPW. He says EPW is now on a no sugar diet (Swann's nickname is "Brown Sugar"). He says that's a CJ Thomas promise.

Shawn Aries talks to Marko Harris outside. Marko asks if he wants a title shot and he says Marko did issue an open challenge. Marko says he will give it to anyone at any time. Eli Knox comes in and says he's entitled to a rematch. CJ says he wants his shot first. Marko says he'll take both on anytime and says how about tonight?

EPW Apex Title - Marko Harris (c) vs Eli Knox vs Shawn Aries

Marko piefaces both oppoennts and poses. Eli's boot is blocked and he is pushed by both. Eli sends his opponents into each other and rolls up SA. SA superkicks and euros him. SA slides and is caught with a Marko slingblade.

Marko dropkicks Eli then corner flying lariats him. SA backdrops Marko for 2. SA is stuck on the 2nd rope and Eli backcrackers him. Eli stomps SA then suplexes him. SA hits lariats on Eli then headbutts him. SA hits lariats on Marko then pop-up forearms him.

SA drops down and kicks Marko. SA kips up and splashes Marko for 2. We go to break and return. SA is sent into the post and sent out. Marko leg lariats Eli in the corner then 2nd rope euros him for 2.

Ethan Ross comes out and Marko topes him. SA springboard kicks Eli. Izzy Rotten gets on the apron. Marko os cutters SA. Ross then comes in and throws Marko out. Ross sends Marko into the post. Eli hits a headlock driver on SA and wins.

Thoughts: It was an okay triple threat here with them doing some nice flying and Eli winning via interference. This should build up another Eli vs Marko match. This went pretty well. Marko makes his flying look so effortless.

Jaxx Roxx interviews Downtown Bruno, the Chairman of EPW.  Bruno asks The Blacklist to come out. He then asks Izzy Rotten and Ethan Ross to come out. Bruno says he saw what happened in the match between these two and have seen both teams cheat. He says he's stripping Ross and James of the EPW Tag Titles. Bruno says he's not awarding the titles to The Blacklist though. He says it'll be The Blacklist vs The Order tonight at Crossroads Clash.

Lil Bit talks to KJ Rockett and Sevyn Cruz in the back. She's told she looks lighter without the belt. She says she doesn't need a belt to beat the KJ Rockett.

Lil Bit vs KJ Rockett 

Sevyn Cruz is with KJ. They lock up and KJ has sunglasses still on her head. Bit wristlocks her and armwringers her. Bit side headlocks her then knees her in the gut. Bit running boots KJ then sentons her for 2. KJ then triesa pin off of it.

Bit side headlock takeovers her. KJ headscissors her. Bit tries a jack knife pin. KJ side headlock takeovers her and pulls her hair. Bit headscissors her. KJ slaps her then stomp her. KJ stands on her hair and pulls her arms. KJ kicks her in the back for 2. 

KJ bangs Bit's head off the mat. KJ chokes her then foot chokes her. KJ corner crossbodies her. KJ crabs her. Bit half crabs her. KJ rams Bit into the corner. Cruz goes to hit Bit with a notepad but nails KJ instead. Bit piledriver gordbusters her and pins her.

Thoughts: It wasn't bad. KJ had a better showing than usual and roughed Bit up some before Bit picked up the win. Bit was the favorite going in and pulled this one off. It was better than expected.

Jaxx Roxx talks to Downtown Bruno in the ring. They are doing a contract signing for Aaron Roberts vs Dorian Vain for the EPW World Title. AR comes out then Dorian Vain comes out. 

Bruno tells Vain to sign the contract. Vain does. AR says this is the moment Vain has been trying to avoid. He says Vain ran his name through the mud and ran him down in the streets. AR says he has a child at home and sacrificed for this. He says his wife is begging him to show up everyday. He says he's not a great man, father or husband. He says he's a bad man that will tear him from limb to limb until he begs to be deployed. He says tonight will be a war zone and he will become champ.

Vain asks how WWE ID felt when they kicked him out of the program. He says the people like him because he looks like him. He says he should buy a ticket and be a fan because it's the best thing he hs done in his life. Vain says AR isn't man enough or paid the price enough but will tonight. He says AR has been wrestling for 12 years and they got the same opportunities. He asks what AR sacrificed? He says he sees a childish, immature, insignificant little b*tch when he sees him. AR flips the table. They go face to face and argue. Refs then separate them.

Thoughts: It was a good segment and made you want to see the big match. Segments like this help you understand what WWE was seeing Aaron. Vain did good as well.

Overall thoughts: It was a fun show. Madi got cake thrown in her face. CJ/Swann was short and fun. I liked the three way. The Order got their tag titles stripped and will have a chance to get them back tonight. Bit/KJ was better than I expected and the Vain/Roberts contract signing segment was good. The commentary was also solid as usual. I'd give this a 6 out of 10 and thought it was a good show.
