We get a new intro that says "Welcome to Saturday Night" multiple times. 

AEW World Trios Title Match - JetSpeed (Kevin Knight & Mike Bailey) & Mistico (c) vs. The Dogs (Clark Connors, David Finlay & Gabe Kidd)

The heels attack as it starts. Mist is double stomped on and thrown out. Mike is sent into the rails and Gabe eye rakes him. Gabe does Karate Kid poses at Mike and chops him. Mike flying headscissors him then dropkicks him. KK springboard diving armdrags CC then armdrags him off a hiptoss attempt. CC is thrown out.

Mist flying headscissors CC twice. Gabe slaps Mist. All 6 fight. Mike slingshot plancha's Gabe. KK plancha's CC over the turnbuckle connector. Mist slingshot tornillo's DF. KK euros CC outside. Mike sends Gabe into the rails. Mist bites DF's head. 

Mist and Mike are tripped on a dive attempt then CC pounces KK. Gabe slams Mike on the floor. DF rams Mist's back into the post. We go to PiP break and return. 

DF chinlocks KK. KK hits shots to the gut then dropkicks him. Mist tags in. He handspring back elbows DF. Mist flying headscissors DF. Mist flying headscissors Gabe. Mist chops CC then walks up the ropes and diving armdrags him. The faces hit triple stereo topes. 

DF dominators KK and CC spears KK for 2. CC chops Mist down. Gabe pump kicks KK. Mike superkicks Gabe. Mike triangle moonsaults Gabe outside. KK springboard lariats DF. Mist la mistica's CC. KK goes for a 180 splash off the top but DF gets his knees up. Gabe piledrivers Mist. 

Mike hits an ultimate weapon on Gabe. Mike knees Cc in the face then facekicks DF. Mike straightjacket sunset flips Gabe. Mike takes a high/low. DF drops KK on the ropes throat first. Gabe rebound lariats KK. Gabe piledrivers Mike then Mike takes a suplex + flying spear combo. Gabe then pins Mike.

Thoughts: The faces were a makeshift team and they weren't going to hold onto the belts forever. I don't know why they had them lose here in a makeshift bout though. It was a fast paced and stiff match here. Kevin got hit with a hard Gabe rebound lariat. The faces did a bunch of flying as expected. I liked this.

Roderick Strong and Orange Cassidy congratulate the heels on their win. Strong says they may have a third for a trios match. Strong says they will see them on Sunday and OC makes a phone call. 

The United Empire do a promo from Dynamite. Will says he has a lot of brothers in Japan. He puts over Newman, Henare and Akira. Newman says Will took them to the bar and said he had a problem. Newman says they are united and they stand together. Will says it'll be him and Mox at Dynasty. Will brings up Mox saying he won't let actions get in the way of consequences and says neither will he.

Hikaru Shida & Kris Statlander vs. Ava Lawless & Gigi Rey

Kris and Shida do an inset interview. Shida says Kris doesn't want to tag with Harley or train her and she understands. She says her and Kris go way back and says they should team up like old times.

Shida hits forearms on Ava. Shida flying knees her in the back. Shida hits mounted corner punches on her. Shida falcon arrows her. Rey flying forearms Kris then Kris suplexes her. Kris hits a ki krusher on her. Gigi tries a flying headscissors but is caught with a single leg cradle tombstone and is pinned.

Thoughts: It was just a quick squash and not much else.

Shida is surprised and seemingly disappointed about Kris picking up the win easy. 

Hyan and Maya World do a video. Hyan is a renaissance woman. Maya is the IT girl and all lights shine on her when they are on. They say Lena Kross and Bayne are on top and says they are coming for the tag titles at the Dynasty pre-show.

The Death Riders do a promo after Dynamite. Mox says the match with The United Empire was fun. Mox says they live for this and asks if they want to do it again or never again. Mox says this is where they live. Mox says nobody can run with them for very long. He says Will Ospreay is hell bent on breaking his neck. He says Will has done everything right in his career. He says 20 minutes with him is a long time. He says you can't make a mistake with a neck like that. Mox says screw Will and United Empire and says it's them against the world. Garcia then repeats it. 

Casino Gauntlet #2 Spot Match - Rush vs. Anthony Bowens

AB side headlocks him then Rush reverses it. They shoulder each other over and go face to face. They trade forearms and chops. Rush forearms him down. Rush stomps on him in the corner then boots him right in the face. Rush powerslams him. AB pump kicks him and pounds on him. Rush is sent into the rails. Rush's head is banged off the steps. Rush is sent into the rails. 

We go to PiP break and return. AB over the back fameassers him for 2. Rush corner splashes him then basement dropkicks him in the back of the neck. Rush boots him around and they chop each other. Rush suplexes AB for 2.

AB bridging twisting ddt's him for 2. Rush belly to belly overhead suplexes him into the buckles. AB hits some strikes and superkicks him. AB running knees him for 2. Rush rebound germans him and low flying knees him. AB is sent into the rails. Rush pounds on him there. Rush stomps AB in the corner. Rush corner basement dropkicks him and pins him.

Thoughts: Rush was obviously going to win and the question was how long it would take. It was mostly all striking here and one of Bowens' better efforts. Rush won here, but I doubt he's winning at the PPV.  

Lexy interviews Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor. Alex says Will will cut the head off the snake but she will chop off the @ss. Jamie says she didn't think Thek would make it this far and saw someone who was too afraid to get hit. She says she will get hit harder than she did before. Jamie says the title is her life. Alex says they will beat the living p!ss out of them.

The Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley & Shelton Benjamin) vs Andy Anderson & Mo Jabari

I haven't seen Andy Anderson since the 2000's on public access TV.

Bobby pushes Andy back in the corner on the lock up. Bobby back elbows him then shoulders him over. Bobby delay suplexes Andy. Mo hits Bobby from behind and Bobby just ignored it. SB knees Mo in the gut. Mo chops SB. SB just looks at him and gets mad. SB release germans Mo twice.

Bobby spinebusters Andy. SB step up knees Mo in the corner. Bobby rolling spears Mo. SB superkicks Andy and pins him.

Thoughts: It was all squash here with The Hurt's no selling and being put over strong. It was nice to see Andy Anderson again. He has been around so long that he was once on WWF Jakked.

Lexy talks to Mina Shirakawa and Harley Cameron. They are both disappointed and out of enery. Harley says all they have is hope and they have been through similar situations. Mina motions that they should both drink and they do.

The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson) vs. Don Callis Family (El Clon & Hechicero)

A Buck side headlocks Clon then shoulders him over. A Buck springboard diving lariats him then spinning heel kicks him. Hech dropkick the Buck. A Buck walks up the ropes and does a diving armdrag + headscissors combo on the heels.

A Buck sunset flips the other so they can german Clon. The Bucks do diving headscissors off the apron outside. Clon is held for a slingshot facebuster. Clon and a Buck trade. Clon knees him in the face. Clon ties up a Buck in the ropes for a neat submision. Hech flapjacks the other Buck then rolls him around into a pin attempt.

Hech back elbows a Buck. Clon is dropkicked through the ropes. Hech takes a shiranui then a Buck flips into a cutter on Clon on the floor. Hech spinning hammerlock backbreakers a Buck for 2. We go to PiP break and return. 

Clon does an abdominal stretch on a Buck. A Buck hiptosses Hech and Hech basement dropkicks him. Clon is caught coming off the top and is hit with a northern lights suplex. A Buck hits a double northern lights suplex. A Buck top rope crossbodies his opponents. He hits a bulldog + lariat combo on them. A Buck hits a springboard hurricanrana then a canadian destroyer on Hech. 

The Bucks hit stereo slingshot sunset flips into double sharpshooters. The Bucks are rammed into each other. They are then tied up together and take double pins for 2 counts. Clon and Hech hit superkicks then take them. All 4 lariat each other down.

The Bucks are sent into each other. Hech hits a headscissors drop. A Buck ddt's Clon but Clon headflips out. Clon is popped up into a superkick and takes a double superkick. Clon overhead kicks a Buck. Hech rolls a Buck into a sleeper. A Buck hits a top rope splash on Hech for 2. 

Hech ducks a BTE trigger. Clon is caught on a top rope double crossbody. Clon takes a meltzer driver and is pinned.

Thoughts: It was the usual awful Bucks match. They went on forever and did every single spot they know with nothing meaning anything. I had to take my own break during this one because it took so much work to try and follow.

AEW International Title Match - Kazuchika Okada (c) vs. Myron Reed

KO hits forearms and beeds on Reed. KO boots Red in the corner. KO lariats him on the ropes. Reed legdrops him over the 2nd rope. Reed spinning enzugiri's KO then springboard dropkicks him. 

Reed superkicks KO. Reed is sat up top and dropkicked down to the floor. We go to PiP break and return. KO ddt's him for 1. KO slams him. KO tries a top rope elbow drop but Reed gets his feet up. KO takes a stunner. 

Reed hits lariats on KO. Reed kips down out of a lariat, kips up and enzugiri's him. Reed slingshot legdrops him for 2. Reed suicide dives him outside. KO over the back neckbreakers him on the knee. 

KO slams him then top rope elbow drops him. KO dropkicks Reed. Reed bridging flatliners KO. KO is on the apron and Reed flying cutters him to the floor. Reed springboard 450's KO for 2. Reed rolls him up for 2. KO piledrivers him then hits a rainmaker. KO then pins him.

Thoughts: It was a fun match with the two working well together. Reed lost as expected. Reed's doing what he usually does but it's working so far in AEW.

Willow Nightingale says the girls are making her work to keep her title. She says she's being called "The Comeback Killer". She basically says that if you want to come back, the TBS Title will be on the line.

Megan Bayne and Lena Kross do a promo. Lena says they set the standard as champs. Lena asks why Maya and Hyan think they belong in the same realm with them. Bayne says they can fight for the tag titles and their honor. Bayne says they are beneath them and wonders if they can survive long enough.

Marina Shafir & Thekla vs. The Brawling Birds (Alex Windsor & Jamie Hayter)

All 4 fight to start. The Birds are thrown out. MS hip throws Alex on the floor and Thek goes face first into the rails. Alex and Thek go into the rails. Jamie is sent into the rails. Thek chokes Jamie with the rail top cover. Jamie's head is banged off the commentary table. 

The match officially starts. The heels take chops from the faces. MS double chest kicks The Birds down. MS germans Alex. We go to PiP break and return.

Alex leg kicks MS then chops her while she's tied up in the ropes. Alex dropkicks MS there. Alex bridging ddt's MS over the 2nd rope. Jamie germans MS three times. Jamie boots MS out fo the corner and 2nd rope dropkicks her. MS facekicks Jamie.

Thek facekicks Jamie then flying octopus' her. MS germans Jamie then Alex lariats MS. Thek spears Alex. Jamie headbutts Thek and all 4 girls are down.

MS hits shots on Alex and chops her. They trade chops. MS hits kicks and Alex forearms her down. Alex headbutts MS and MS takes a hart attack. Jamie pins MS.

Thoughts: It was a decent main with a lot of headbutts, brawling and striking. It was stiff and they made the right move with Jamie pinning Thek. This was better than I expected and it worked out well. 

Overall thoughts: It was almost all wrestling here. I liked a couple of the matches including Rush/Bowens, the opener, Reed/Okada and the main event. I didn't like The Bucks' match as they did every move they knew and didn't sell anything. We had our usual squashes and random bouts here but the good wrestling carried this. I'd give this a 6 out of 10 and I thought it was good.
