Carlito vs John Morrison

We join this in progress. Carlito hits a dropkick. Carlito slams him. Carlito comes off the top, John pushes the ref then kicks Carlito in the crotch. Carlito's head is banged off the apron.

John knees him in the gut outside and bangs his head off traffic rails. John slides under a rail then then he bangs the rail into Carlito's head. John side chinlocks him in the ring. Carlito hits shots to the gut then John springboard dropkicks him for 2. 

John hits punches and cravates him around the ropes. Carlito pushes John over the top to the floor. John get lariats in the ring. Carlito knee lifts him then running lariats him for 2. John is rolled up for 2. John blocks a backcracker.

John misses a cartwheel dive off the top and Carlito superkicks him for 2. They trade punches on the buckles. Carlito is swept down. John misses starship pain. John pushes the ref into Carlito and Carlito low blows him. Carlito backcrackers him and pins him.

Thoughts: We saw this on 1/24 and it's an old match to begin with. And of course, we didn't get to see the whole match. What we got was fine. The railings here were really crappy and kept failing apart. They didn't hit the finish clean.

Brandon The Skater does a promo. He says he's been waiting for this chance for 5 months to fight Jovan again. He says the last time they fought, Jovan won. He says he's been keeping something that doesn't belong to him for 5 months. He says he wants to show who is the best in PR.

El Hostil Jovan does a promo. He says he will be in front of his people in Humacao. He says he remembers beating him well. He says he remembers all the beating he gave him too. He says Brandon is a different kind of guy in the ring. He says he doesn't want to look like a monkey in front of his hometown fans. He says he's a different person than when they faced off last time. He says he will prove once again that he is still the best.

Los Immortales do a promo. They say they will get a rematch for the tag titles. They say Mike Nice and Oscar Benabe got lucky. They say they will put an end to this war on Saturday because Mike's team isn't worthy of being champs. They say PR will have real champs because it's the truth an it's absolute.

Nic Nemeth vs Alberto el Patron

This is an older match and it's joined in progress. Al hits lariats. Nic fights back with punches. Al backcrackers him. Al puts him in tree of woe and misses a top rope double stomp. Nic 2nd rope diving ddt's him for 2. Al low blows him. Nic sends Al into a chair between the buckles and fameassers him for 2.

Nic goes for a superkick and Al pulls the ref in the way. Al chairs Nic in the head and pulls the ref over for the pin.

Thoughts: We saw this on 1/17. No real thoughts on this. We really only saw the finishing stretch here and what we got was full of shenanigans. 

Amaddeo Sole does a promo. He says He says The Conflict nickname fits Wilfredo Rivera. He says he's a good competitor but says he himself is great like the sun. He says he has another shot at the TV Title and needs to take advantage of it. He tells him to open a new dawn at the show.

Wilfredo Rivera does a promo. He says he's facing Sole again. He says their feud is growing and he's getting used to rubbing it in his face. He says he will show him again why he's the most complete wrestler in the company.

Kamila does a promo. Kamila says she wouldn't want to be Elena Negroni. She says she's a pretty face who gets handed things. Kamila says she works hard and doesn't need others to do her dirty work. She says she works hard to get what she wants. She tells her to come on if she wants a chance at the title again and we will see who is who. 

Intelecto Cinco Estrellas vs Ray Gonzalez

We join this in progress. Ray is down on the floor. Cinco throws Ray in. Cinco bangs Ray's leg off the post. Cinco grabs a kendo stick but Ray ends up hitting him with it. Ray then chokes him with the stick. Ray then rips his mask up. Cinco hits punches and is poked in the eye. Rey low blows him and throws him out. Cinco's head is banged off the post outside.

Cinco grabs a shovel from under the ring. Ray takes it and nails Cinco with it several times. Ray then hits him in the head with it. Cinco fires back outside and hits punches. Ray boots and chops him in the corner. Cinco boots him out of the corner then spears him. Cinco hits mounted shots.

We cut away from the match for promos.

Tony Leyenda does a promo. Tony says he imagines the fans missed him. He says the fans had the best wrestler in their presence when he was there. He says one thing he did well in WWC is take on the little pigeons like Xavant. He says he came to PR to dominate and will keep doing that because he's the best. He says Xavant can give his all but he knows what he's capable of. He says Xavant can't beat him and he says he feels bad for him. He says he's exactly who he says is - handsome, strong and too cool. He says Xavant can live that experience in person and he offers his condolences.

Xavant does a promo. He says the champ has arrived and thanks the fans for coming last night. He says he has to focus on Tony Leyenda now. He says every time a foreigner leaves the place, it's the nation's hero's duty to put him in his place. He says Tony has talked too much trash and doesn't realize he's a pigeon. He says he can't handle him or the PR. Xavant says he will fight and persevere into he triumphs. He says he will put the camel clutch on him and make him surrender like the pigeon he is. 

Joe Bravo does a promo. Joe says it looks like he's wresting on 5/2 as part of his 2026 wrestling schedule. He says he doesn't know where Ray Gonzalez's mind is and says he has signs of mental exhaustion to team with the semi-retired El Paparazzi. He says he's in great condition though. He says he's teaming with Lightning, who was a legendary tag wrestler. He says it sounds like a bad decision on Ray's partner. He says he has to accept his defeat gracefully by being nice.

Ray Gonzalez and El Paparazzi do a promo. Papa says Lightning isn't a stranger to him and says to be prepared. Ray says all that is missing is the ringing of a bell. Ray says let's set things on fire. He says they will checkmate Bravo and Lightning. Papa says Intelecto Cinco Estrellas should be on Cafe del Milenio. Ray says it sounds interesting.

We return to the match. Cinco chokes him on the ropes. Eddie Colon has powder and he gets on the apron. He nails Cinco with it on accident. Ray TKO's Cinco for 2. Ray dropkicks Eddie off the apron. Ray figure fours Cinco around the post and Eddie is sent to the back by security. Ray breaks the hold.

Ray figure fours Cinco inside. Cinco turns it over then Ray turns it back over. Cinco ropebreaks. Cinco looks for a weapon under the ring. Ray pulls him out by the legs. Cinco his a spike. Ray knee drops Cinco's leg and takes the spike. Ray spikes Cinco several times then nails the ref. Cinco mists Ray and cradles him for the win.

Thoughts: What we got wasn't bad here with them using weapons and Ray working the knee. It seemed like this was No DQ, but the ref was still making them break. I didn't get that. We didn't get to see that much of this one though.

Intelecto Cinco Estrellas does a promo. He says John Hawking is a daredevil by asking for a rematch against him. He asks why he can't understand that going up against him is a mistake. He says John will never succeed and will never win the war. He tells him to be careful in face of defeat as it can lead to his early retirement. 

John Hawking does a promo. He says Intelecto 5 Estrellas got away with the title but he will show him what he's made of. He says he will eat him and be crowned Universal champ.

Axel and Abel close the show. They talk about the 53rd Anniversary Show. Abel thinks we will have a new Universal champ next week and Axel doesn't agree.

Overall thoughts: It was the usual underwhelming WWC episode. They showed 2 older matches that were re-shown already this year and have nothing to do with anything while having a bunch of newer and more relevant footage that hasn't been seen. The next show is Saturday, so they are rushing to try and get things set up for that. They did not even tell us the results of last night's matches, yet alone video clips of it. What we got of Ray/Estrellas was okay, but it wasn't much. There's nothing you really need to see here and I'd give this one a 3 out of 10. It wasn't good and little effort was put into this.
