Joe Galli, Tim Storm and Danny Dealz are on commentary.

The hosts talk about today's show. 

The Country Gentlemen are interviewed by Kyle Davis in the ring. Kyle says Joe probably has a greivance to air. Joe says he's always disrespectful.  Joe says he's sick of the NWA putting The Gentlemen down and it's time for them to take over. He says he has nothing but respect for Trevor Murdoch. He asks what Tyler Franks has done but try to hurt them? He says this is the year of The Gents and there's nothing anyone can do about it. Joe says he's sick and tired of the fans and Kyle.

Thom Latimer does a promo. He pretends to be nervous about tonight but says he couldn't care less as he's tagging with a monster. Dragon Nihan says it won't be a good day for The Drake's. Thom says it won't end well.

Dr. Vik's Abode

Vik talks to Ms. Starr and Greta at his house. Starr says they have been worried about him and says she never saw him this low. Starr says he tried to do things his way and it wasn't successful. Starr says it's time he starts listening to her if he can trust her. Starr says he can have everything he wants but he has to give her a chance. Vik says he's listening. 

2026 Crockett Cup First Round Match - The Country Gentlemen (AJ and KC Cazana) vs Trevor Murdoch and Tyler Franks

Trev and KC go at it. KC chops him and Trev chops back. Trev clubs him and hits him in the gut. Trev full nelson slams him. Trev punches him. TF hits shots on KC. KC trips him and hits bad mounted shots. KC slams him and does his strut into a legdrop. AJ 2nd rope elbow drops TF.

AJ chokes TF over the 2nd rope then Joe chokes TF. AJ slams TF and misses a vader bomb. Trev running facekicks AJ. They trade shots. Trev back elbows him down. Trev ddt's him. Trev goes up top and TF tags himself in. TF runs into a back elbow + russian legsweep combo and is pinned.

Thoughts: It was a shorter bout. Trev had things in control, Franks tagged in and immediately cost them the bout. Trev and AJ going at it was the highlight here.

Mike Knox isn't happy after.

The Southern Six do a promo. They say they whooped The Hardway's @ss 2 weeks ago. Alex says they will win The Cup again. Silas says he beat Bryan Idol and says Idol went to complain to Corgan to get another title shot. Silas says there's no one left to beat. 

The Cazana's do a promo. Joe says they took out Knox and Murdoch out of The Crockett Cup. Joe complains about Corgan's lawsuit against him and says it almost bankrupted him. Joe says they will win The Cup, take it to Tennessee and there's nothing Corgan can do about it.

2026 Crockett Cup First Round Match - Mims and The Pope vs The Slimeballz (Tommy Rant and Sage Chantz)

The Slimez are it from behind before it starts. Rant's head is banged off the buckles. Mims lariats Rant. Pope chops Sage. Sage does a dropkick + bulldog combo. Sage is caught off the 2nd rope and is powerbombed down by Pope.

Mims stomps Sage then slaps him. Pope splashes Sage behind in the corner. Pope delay suplexes Sage. Pope knee drops Sage in the head. Mims double axe handles Sage. Sage is sent chest first into the buckles. Pope footshoves Sage. They slap each other and Pope spinebusters him. Mims splashes Sage but Rant distractst the ref. 

Sage gets on Pope's back and bites him. Pope throws him over. Sage step up enzugiri's Mims. Rant hot tags in. He hits lariats on his opponents. Rant backdrops Mims and Pope. He then sentons Mims for 2. 

Sage clubs on Pope then dropkicks him in the corner. Pope lariats Sage on the apron. Mims world's strongest slams Rant. Pope goes up top and Sage pushes him. Mims takes an enzugiri in the corker and The Slimez do the snot rocket. The Slimez double pin Mims to win.

Thoughts: It was a lose-lose as neither team really needed this lose. It was alright enough with The Slimez getting bullied as usual and somehow pulling this off. 

Mims is upset after and Pope has to hold him back.

Trevor Murdoch, Mike Knox and Tyler Franks talk. Trev says he's never been more embarrassed for Franks. He says Knox and Murdoch have never been eliminated in the first round of The Cup. Knox says this is on Franks and he's disappointed. Trev says he did all the work. Franks says he's sorry. Mike says they are all sorry but sorry won't pay the bills. Franks wants another sot and Mike says they will talk about it.

JAC vs Richard Adonis

This is Rich's debut. Rich side headlocks him then JAC side headlocks him. JAC runs through his chops and shoulders him over. JAC splashes Rich for 1. Rich boots him out of the corner then JAC germans him. JAC double underhook suplexes him for 2. JAC gets some chants.

JAC chops Rich in the corner. Rich double footstomps him down then 2nd rope moonsaults him for 1. Rich kicks JAC in the back. Rich knees JAC in the back then pulls back on JAC's fingers. Rich bites JAC's fingers. Rich back elbows him and is caught off the 2nd rope. Rich lariats him.

Rich falcon arrows JAC for 2. Rich chops JAC down. Ric misses a 2nd rope moonsault. JAC corner splashes him. JAC exploders him. JAC backdrops Rich. JAC goes up and over him then lariats him. Rich cradles him, walks up the buckles and stunners him. 

JAC hits headbutts and knees on Rich. JAC jackhammers Rich and wins him.

Thoughts: It got enough time to play out. Rich didn't do bad in his debut and may be worth bringing back again. I'm not sure what plans there are for JAC but I guess him getting a win was okay. It was fine, but JAC and Wrecking Ball should be focused on over JAC in singles.

El Encanto Tattoo

Tiff Nieves promises to get Silas a good deal on a tattoo. Silas says he wants "The Champion" written on his arm in another language. The Southern Six tell Silas about local beer deals. The say They Cazana's have been here for 4 weeks and ask what they are doing. KC says it'll take as long as it takes. Kerry and Alex leave without Silas.

Bryan Idol says Carnage cost him a shot at the title. He says he talked to Corgan and says he will get another title shot. He says he will give Carnage a match where the winner gets a title shot. He says he will uphold the history of the NWA and beat him 1-2-3 then win the title. He says no one will save him now as looks kill and so does he.

2026 Crockett Cup First Round Match - Thom Latimer and El Dragon Nihan vs Carson Drake and Tyler Stevens 

They incorrectly told us who Drake's partner was supposed to be twice. It was advertised as Aron and they said it would be Lockjaw in a promo. Drake has the whole Federations of Champions group with him.

Thom and CD go at it. CD pulls him by the hair and gets chopped over the top. Tyler and Drag get in. They stare down and grab each other by the throat. Both go for slams and facekick each other. They butt heads. Tyler clubs on Drag.

CD comes in and slaps Drag. CD dances then Drag chops him down. We go to break.

Dr. Vik's Abode

Ms. Starr asks how Vik would feel about an NWA Title shot. Vik says he's not a wrestler. Starr asks who knows wrestling better than her? She says if he wants a shot at Tiffany, he has to have the NWA Title around his waist. She says Vik has to prove himself and show that he has what it takes to be a successful wrestler. Starr says he could be champ and have Tiff in his arms. She says Tiff would have to say yes to him and she says she needs him to trust her. 

The Pope and Mims talk. Mims says it doesn't make sense. He says Pope has 20 years in the business and says they don't lose like this. Mims calls The Slimeballz disgusting and says the light shines on every dog's @ss at least once a day. Pope says he agrees. Two guys in full masks come in. Pope says the light will shine on Pope continuously. Mims asks who the guys are. Pope says they are "The Light". 

Thom bangs CD's head off the buckles. Thom hits mounted corner punches. CD ends up crotched on top and Thom shakes the ropes on him. Thom is thrown out and The Federation of Champions stomp on Thom. CD gets a 2 count on Thom then does his dance.

CD fist drops Thom for 2. CD chokes Thom on the 2nd rope. The Slimez choke Thom on the ropes and get everyone ejected. Drag gets tagged in. He hits lariats on CD and Tyler then bangs their heads together. Drag corner splashes both. Drag slams Tyler. Tyler takes a spike tombstone piledriver and is pinned.

Thoughts: This was mostly about interference from The Federation of Champions. We really didn't see all that much of this and it was average. 

Overall thoughts: It was the usual episode of NWA Powerrr with some random stuff, new debuts and nothing being particularly great. It's always such a weird watch because I like most of the roster and I like the commentary but the show is just never great and it's 100% due to how it is booked. They made a big error on this show as they promised us two different matches (The Drakes vs Nihan/Thom and Carson Drake/Aron Stevens vs Nihan Thom) and somehow, we didn't get either one of those. I don't know if that has ever been done before. I'd give it a 5 out of 10 as it was average. There was nothing you really needed to see here.
