Mean Gene opens the show. He's on the podium and is interviewing Razor Ramon. Razor tells Macho Man to look at him. He asks where his gold is and says he still has his. He says Macho lost his gold and his machismo. He says Macho lost his mind if he wants to fight him.

Mr. Perfect and Vince McMahon talk about Razor/Macho then run down today's show. 

Crush vs Duane Gill

Crush boots him in the gut and clubs on him. Crush backbreakers him. Gill gets lariated on the apron and goes down to the floor. Crush does an inset promo. He says aloha to everyone and says he will remind anyone who challenges him of how he got his name.

Crush slingshots Gill in then legdrops him. Gill eye pokes him and hits a few punches. Crush no sells them then hits shots to the gut. Crush punches him and knocks him over the top rope with it. Crush running facekicks him outside. Crush gorilla presses Gill then throws him back into the ring.

Crush hits a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Crush then does his head squeeze on Gill and submits him.

Thoughts: I thought it was a good squash. Crush was moving well and Gill did a good job bumping for him. Gill even got a couple a of shots in which was nice.

Nailz vs Gus Kantarakis

Nailz has no entrance music and just stands in front of the tron. Nailz charges at him and chokes him.
Nailz throws him backwards then chokes him more. Nailz throws him into the corner then running kicks him in the ribs. Nailz chokes him more. Nailz foot chokes him. Nailz lariats him then puts him in the choke. Vince says we will see footage of Bob Backlund. Nailz then wins via chokeout.

Thoughts: It was your usual unimpressive Nailz squash with him doing nothing but chokes.

Nailz hits and chokes him with the night stick after.

We see footage of Bob Backlund. He then does a promo. He talks about becoming champ. He says he remembers that moment well. He said it changed his whole life. We get more clips of Bob. He says he's 43 years old and is making a comeback to the WWF. He says his goal is to become champ again.

Thoughts: This was unexpected but with how wacky of a year 1992 has been so far, it probably fits. Obviously I know how this turns out so I have to pretend a little, but I'd like to see a Flair/Backlund match and I'm definitely up for Bob/Bret. Maybe we can even get Hogan back and get a match between them?

The Undertaker vs Von Krus

Taker clubs on Von then ties him up in the ropes. Taker boots and punches him while he's tied up. Taker hits a flying clothesline. Taker tombstones him then pins him.

Thoughts: It was a quick one. Taker tying up Von in the ropes and beating up on him was something different.

Von is put in a bodybag after. Taker then carries him to the back. 

WWF Event Center

Sean Mooney hypes up tonight's Boston Garden show.

Razor Ramon does a promo. He says to get ready for a six-man fight you won't ever forget. He says Nailz wants Bossman and Kamala will eat up Taker. He says that leaves Ultimate Warrior to him.

The British Bulldog does a promo. He says everyone wants a shot but it's Shawn Michaels' shot. He says Shawn is a cocky man with a bad attitude. He says he is one of the WWF's greatest wrestlers though. He says he's that much better as he's champ and will remain champ. 

The Repo Man vs Laverne McGill

They lock up. Repo wristlocks him then Lav reverses it. Lav clean breaks him then is hit from behind. Repo stomps on him and hits him in the gut. Lav misses a dropkick and Repo ounds on him. Repo chokes him in the corner then hits him in the throat. We are told we will find out the Survivor Series main event next week. Lav is seated on the 2nd rope. Repo pounds and stomps him.

Lav is in tree of woe and Repo stomps and punches him. Lav's head is banged off the buckles then Repo backdrops him. Repo pounds on him. Repo then half-crabs him and submits him.

Thoughts: It was all squash here. It took longer than it needed to and Repo wasn't impressive.

Repo ties up Lav's legs then ties his legs to the top rope after.

We get our first ad for Survivor Series 1992.

WWF Event Center

Sean Mooney talks tonight's Boston Garden show.

Paul Bearer and The Undertaker do a promo. Paul talks about his team with Warrior, Taker and Boss Man. They say they want Kamala. Taker says he promised his services to Warrior and Boss Man and says he will discard the remains of Razor and Nailz along with Kamala's.

The Mountie and Jimmy Hart do a promo. Hart says Mountie is the greatest Indian fighter of all time. Mountie says the days of cowboys and indians are over with. He said he will show Tatanka who his god is when he steps in the ring with him. The Mountie says he's the law and order and he always gets his Indian.

We see clips of last year Survivor Series.

The Natural Disasters vs Barry Horowitz and Bob Bradley

Ty and Barry go at it. Barry tries to wristlock him and is thrown down. Ty wants to do a test of strength and Barry protests. Ty then wins the test as expected. Money Inc do an inset promo. IRS says they will be champs again. Ted then says similar things and says they can take it to the bank.

Ty kicks Barry over. Barry tries to shoulder Ty over but just gets knocked over. Ty backbreakers Barry. Bob hits some shots in the corner then he bites Ty. Ty throws Bob by the arm. Quake pounds on and jumping kicks Bob twice. Quake elbow drops Bob then butt drops him. Ty splashes Bob and wins.

Thoughts: It was all squash like usual with The ND's winning as expected.

Mean Gene is looking for Jimmy Hart in the back and he finds him. Jimmy is asked about Money Inc being the #1 contenders. Hart says Money Inc can beat The ND's. Gene says last week Hart said The Nasty Boys were the #1 contenders. Gene says Hart is talking out of both sides of his mouth and asks who will get the title shot. Hart accuses him of stirring the pot and tries to leave but ends up going into the bathroom.

Rick Martel vs Ross Greenburg

Rick takes off his tennis outfit in the ring. They lock up and Rick clean breaks him on the ropes. Rick top wristlocks him. Ross hammerlocks him then Rick trips him.

Rick slams him then gutwrench suplexes him. Rick does an inset promo. He says everyone wants him to model his clothes as they know he's still the best and still en vogue. Rick nodowa otoshi's Ross. Ross is thrown out.

Ross is rammed into the post outside. Rick clubs him inside. Ross misses a dropkick. Rick backbreakers him then submits him with the crab.

Thoughts: It was all squash here with Ross not getting much in minus a hammerlock. 

WWF Event Center

Sean Mooney talks tonight's Boston Garden show.

Nailz says Boss Man is his in the trios match tonight. He says he will nail him to the ring and no one can help him.

The Ultimate Warrior does a promo. He says he doesn't desire nor take weaknesses from anyone and talks about his team.

Vince then talks about next week's show to close this one. The Survivor Series 1992 main event will be announced then.

Overall thoughts: It was your usual show. It was all squashes. The big news is that Bob Backlund is returning and Jimmy Hart has said both his Nasty Boys and Money Inc are the #1 contenders which is going to be a problem. Thing should get better next week as the Survivor Series main event will be announced and we will have a little more direction to this show. There was nothing you really needed to see here and I wouldn't recommend this one.
