Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/03/epw-wrestling-2282026-episode-231.html
Gene Jackson and Joey Gross are on commentary.
The commentators run down the card for tonight.
The Order (Izzy Rotten, Eli Knox and Ethan Ross) vs The Black List (Chris Styles and Cody James) and Wonder Boy
Hollywood Jimmy is with The Order. The faces run in and the fight starts. They all fight in the corners. WB flying forearms Eli in the corner then crossbodies him for 2. Eli's head is banged off the buckles. Eli jawbreakers Chris. Chris is stomped on in the corner.
We go to break and return. Eli hits mounted corner punches on Chris and Chris atomic drops him. Chris takes shots to the the back and is put in a bearhug. Chris ear claps Izzy then Izzy lariats him. Hollywood Jimmy trips WB on the apron. He gets chased to the back. Cody pounds on Ross in the corner and the faces hit mounted corner punches. Izzy punches Chris in the face with a weapon and pins him.
Thoughts: It was a shorter bout. What we got was fine with the heels beating up on the faces and cheating to win.
The announcers hype up a free show they are doing tonight.
Madi the American Badi vs Diana Taylor
Madi ducks lock up's. DT chops her and pulls her neck forward. DT low leg lariats her. Madi hits corner spears. Madi sits on DT's neck on the 2nd rope and euros her back against the 2nd rope. Madi germans her for 2. Madi throws DT down backwards.
Madi pulls on DT's arms while stepping on her hair. Madi stomps her in the corner then corner hiptosses her. Madi stomps on DT. Madi suplexes her then half crabs her. DT ropebreaks.
Madi stomps DT's knee. DT side slams her for 2. DT forearms her then Madi codebreakers her for the win.
Thoughts: It was a shorter out and it was heel dominated with Madi winning. It was a match and there wasn't too much of note in this bout.
Handicap Match - Sevyn Cruz and Jabari Young vs Marko Harris
Jabari knocks KJ Rockett's (Cruz's valet) hand away during the entrances. Marko was supposed to team with Grayson Pierce but Pierce didn't show up.
Cruz takes notes on Marko and Marko knocks his clipboard away. Mark waistlock takedowns him then wristlocks him. Cruz cartwheels out of a wristlock and puts his own on. Marko side headlocks him. Cruz takes an atomic drop then is hit with a slingblade for 2.
Marko sunset flips Jab and Jab rolls out. Marko kips up into a dropkick on Jab. Cruz bottom rope codebreakers Marko for 2. Marko boots Jab out of the corner and dropkicks him off the buckles.
Jab superkicks Marko in the gut, running facekicks him and sentons him for 2. Marko drives Jab into Cruz and Jab gets hit in the head with a clipboard. Marko hits a chaos theory on Jab. Marko 2nd rope os cutters Jab and pins him.
Thoughts: Marko and Jabari both moved well here. I don't love the heels losing 2v1 but Cruz isn't exactly pushed as a super tough guy.
Makkari Kandy is interviewed by Allen Pounds. She says raven Black always wants to sneak attack her. She says she cost her the match last week. She says she will feel good when she hits her. She says she will feel better when she ends her career. She says she will give Raven the chance to earn the respect she wants. Raven doesn't come out. Makkari says she will go find her and goes to the back. We see two people fight behind the curtain. Raven throws MK back into ringside and sends her into the steps. Raven then hits her with a beer bottle, knocking MK out. Refs then try to get Raven out while Makkari is down.
Parental Advisory are interviewed and asked if they will accept The Initiative's challenge for a double dog collar match. Dabbs says the team is back together and that spells trouble for The Initiative. Gage says if a dog collar match is what it takes to get rid of them then they are in.
Dorian Vain vs Mims
Hollywood Jimmy is with DV. They lock up and DV backs him up in the corner. Mims backs him up in the corner. DV eye pokes him and hits punches in the corner. Mims hits corner lariats, punches and stomps on DV, sending him down in the corner.
DV goes out and Jimmy gets in Mims' way. DV punches Mims and bangs his head off the post and apron. We go to break and return. Mims throws him and hits polish hammers. Mims atomic drops him then hits a big lariat. Mims hits mounted corner punches. Jimmy distracts the ref. DV powerbombs Mims down from the buckles.
DV short arm lariats him. Mims back elbows him out of the corner then rolls him up for 2. Mims headbutts him and DV running lariats him for 2. DV comes off the 2nd rope and is hit in the gut. Mims headbutts him then backsplashes him. Mims hits a nice running lariat. Jimmy gets in the ring and grabs the ref.
Mims headbutts Jimmy down. DV jumping flatliners Mims and pins him.
Thoughts: It was full of interference and not too much of note here. Mims hits a nice lariat in this. Vain wins yet again. There was a major size difference between the two.
Vain jumping flatliners Mims after.
Overall thoughts: We had four matches here. The matches always tend to lean on the shorter side on this show and that's what happened in this one. The opening was fine. Madi dominated Diana Taylor a bit en route to winning in her match. That one wasn't too much of note. Marko Harris won a handicap match and that bout made me want to see Marko vs Jabari Young. Dorian Vain got the win over Mims in the main in an interference filled doubt. It was an average show for the most part. Nothing was average or great but the show really is an easy watch. I'd give this a 5 out of 10 overall.
