WOW Women of Wrestling 3/7/2026 Season 6, Episode 22

We are still somehow on Freemont Street in Las Vegas. The amount of shows they got from this set of tapings is pretty wild. David McLane and Nigel Zane are on commentary.

We see clips from last week's show and see the interviewer looking for Santana Garrett after she was kidnapped. She find her locked in a closet. Security helps free her. She's all shaken up and doesn't know what happened. She has to be helped out of the room. 

Top Tier comes out to talk. Coach says she has to give it up for Monsters and Metal. She says Fury is observant and got it right when she said Coach would do anything to keep the trios titles. She says they can do the Full Metal Massacre Match and says they will have to be put into the ground to get the titles out of their hands. 

We get a video on Destiny Diesel. She says she's where she has to be and says Kalaki the Island Girl is her mentor. we then see Diesel's house in San Diego. She says her family pressured her to be a strong woman. She says the freight train lifestyle was for her. She says she was intimidated when getting into WOW. She says her mom is on the journey with her. She says the freight train will come knock you down.

Destiny Diesel and Kalaki the Island Girl talk. Kal says they have Animal Instinct tonight and says to focus and concentrate on the plan. She says they will do it. Diesel says she's nervous but she wants her opponents to know she will run them off the track.

Gold waves to the crowd and pulls Kal down from behind. Kal side headlocks her then hip throws her. Gold headscissors her and Kal ties up her legs. Gold ropebreaks. DD and Cat come in. DD shoulders her over twice then flying forearms her for 1.

Kal hiptosses Cat and gutwrench powerslams her. Cat kicks Kal from behind and upkicks her on the mat. Cat stomps her. Gold sliding lariats Kal for 2. Gold sits on her neck on the 2nd rope. Gold boots her in the corner and fisherman suplexes her. 

Gold forearms DD and jumping knees her. Gold corner splashes both opponents. Cat corner facekicks DD then does scorpion kicks in the corner on Kal. Kal snapmare drivers her. Cat foot chokes Kal in the corner. Gold exploders Kal. Kal boots her out of the corner. Kal euros Gold and headbutts her down. They then double lariat each other down.

DD back elbows Gold then dropkicks Cat in the corner. DD flying forearms Cat. DD throws Cat out. Cat rolls up Kal for 2 and Gold tries to help her get the pin. Kal rolls up Cat with help from DD and pins her.

Thoughts: It wasn't that good. Everyone hit a lot of weak shots here and since strikes made up most of this, it was a problem. I suppose the faces needed to win this one since they just became a team but I don't like to see Gold and Cat losing when it's not needed.

Kal and DD talk on the mic. DD says she's glad to be here and thanks her for teaching her new moves and giving her confidence. Kal says she's honored to have her by her side.

Animal Instinct do a promo. Goldie says the faces are copycats and would be nowhere without their finisher. Cat says they want a rematch and says they will go down. Cat says the hunt is on.

We get a video on Gabrielle Cruz. She say she's from the Amazon river in Brazil. She talks about training various sports and said they helped form her personality. She says her parents inspired her to do judo and jiu jitsu. We see her doing jiu jitsu training. 

She says she trains to get better in the ring and it helps her grow as an athlete. She says she has a message for young girls - go after your dreams. She says you will achieve your dreams with hard work.

We get a Fab Four video. They say they are here to take over and have more class and championships than you. Pink says Las Vegas isn't Beverly Hills.

Next week has the Full Metal Massacre Match for the WOW Trios Titles with Top Tier vs Monsters and Metal.

WOW World Title - Penelope Pink (c) vs Gabriella Cruz

They lock up and Pink piefaces her. Pink puts her in the corner Gab takes her down and gets a 2 count. Gab side headlocks her. Gab armdrags Pink then springboard diving armdrags her. They trade pink attempts. Gab rolls her up for 2. 

Cruz is sent to the apron. She forearms Pink and enzugiri's her from the apron. Cruz 2nd rope twisting crossbodies her for 2. Pink sliding germans her while she's on the 2nd rope. Pink bangs Cruz's head off the mat. Pink sits on Gab on the 2nd rope and Lana Starr pulls Gab's arms. Pink backdrops her. 

Cruz sunset flips her for 2. Pink throws her down by the arm. Pink running blind ddt's her for 2. Pink slams Cruz then cartwheel elbow drops her for 2. Pink gori bombs her into the buckles. Cruz sweeps her on the top rope. Cruz thesz presses her and hits mounted shots. Cruz does shoulder throws. Cruz facebusters her and shakes the ropes. 

Cruz backsplashes her in the corner then corner meteora's her. Cruz water wheel drops her for 2. Cruz gets on the buckles. Cruz headscissors her out of the ring. Lana blocks Cruz outside. Cruz trips Pink on the apron then meteora's her on the apron. Pink blocks Cruz's headscissors off the apron and swings her into the rails. Cruz hits lariats for 2 counts. They hit each other on their knees. They slap and pieface each other. Cruz rolls her up for 2. Cruz snapmares her and Pink bangs Cruz's face off the mat.

Cruz suplexes Pink for 2. Pink neckbreakers Cruz over the 2nd rope. Cruz hits shoulder throws then water wheel drops her again. Cruz flipping legdrops her for 2. Pink knees her in the gut and hits her pretty in pink (forward flipping reverse ddt) and pins her.

Thoughts: It was easily one of WOW's better matches in a while. Cruz is a good face. She's good looking, she plays to the crowd, she has some fire and she moves well. Pink is also one of WOW's better girls. The crowd got into this and they had a full back and forth wrestling match here. They did kind of run out of gas near the end of this but they did a good job with this one otherwise. Pink won but Cruz gained some respect despite losing and really should be pushed as one of their top faces. She's just too far ahead of everyone else not to be.

Overall thoughts: There were only 2 matches here. The main got a ton of time though and it doesn't feel like we were robbed of anything. We got some set-up for next week's Full Metal Mayhem WOW Title match, we got personality videos on Gabriella Cruz/Destiny Diesel and we got some follow up on Santana's abduction last week. I thought it was a decent show overall mostly carried by the main event. I'd give it a lower 6 out of 10.
