Vic Joseph and Booker T are on commentary. 

Tatum Paxley comes out to talk. She says she's the new NXT North American champ. She says she was forcing friendships for a long time and still felt alone. She said she wondered if she should be less Tatum. She says she won the title because of all the fans. She says she won the title for Izzy but won the North American Title for the fans.

Izzi Dame comes out. She says beating her must have been the best day of her life. She says they should remind everyone of who she used to be. We see old clips of Tatum. Izzi says she would be touched if it wasn't so fake. She says she's trying to convince everyone she isn't the same outcast she was since she joined the place. 

Izzi says this is just another mask. She says Tatum hasn't found herself or anything. She says she's the chameleon of NXT as she keeps changing who she is. She says the girl she's trying to hide will come out again sooner or later. She says everyone will find out she's the girl trying to be someone else. Izzi says she wants her title back. Tatum goes to leave, runs into Spears and Niko then takes a facekick and powerbomb from Izzi.

Ricky Saints asks Page what happened at the PLE. Page says he slid it too far and knew he made a mistake. They both complain. Saints says when they beat the cornballs tonight, they will both be in lime for rematches. Saints says they will both be back in title contention tonight and will be 2x champs.

Jasper Troy vs Eli Knight vs Sean Legacy

JT htis shots on Sean then throws Eli off his back. Sean gets on JT's back. JT throws Eli. JT holds both in the air. He throws Sean down then chokeslams Eli on him. JT knees Sean in the face then short arm lariats Eli. JT headbutts Sean down then foot chokes him. 

Eli boots JT out of the corner. Eli hits punches on JT. JT shoulders him over. Sean and Eli superkick JT then double superkick him out. Eli hits forearms on Sean in the corner. Keanu Carver comes out and hits JT outside. He then chokeslams JT through the commentary table in a cool spot. Keanu then yells at Booker.

We go to break and return. Multiple refs are checking on JT. Eli jumping kicks Sean in the corner then 2nd rope diving kicks him. Eli springboard plancha's Sean outside. Eli plants off the top rope and moonsaults Sean.

Eli misses a top rope moonsault and pump kicks Sean. Sean boots Eli out of the corner and htis a spinning and lifting reverse sitout ddt for 2. Eli and Sean trade shots. Eli step up enzugiri's him and Sean euros him down. Eli flying knees Sean. Sean standing spanish flies Eli.

JT gets back in. He rams Sean in the corner then bodyblocks Eli. JT throws down Sean then back body drops Eli onto him. JT rams Eli into Sean in the corner. JT picks up both opponents and double samoan drops them. JT chokeslams Eli and Sean double stomps JT's back on the pin attempt. 

Eli blocks a black hole slam then Sean shiranui's JT. Sean springboard 450's JT. Eli top rope moonsaults JT. Sean and Eli then get a double pin on JT.

Thoughts: Well this was interesting. They did everything they could to protect Jasper in the loss here as Keanu attacks him, he was injured and only lost due to a double pin. JT had trouble throwing around his opponents but it was entertaining otherwise with a fast pace.

Tatum Paxley is looking around for Izzi Dame in the back and asks Shiloh Hill if he saw her. She says she has to find her before she goes. Hill says he can help and grabs a tire iron.

Lexis King's crew talks. King says Charlie Dempsey is too stubborn for his own good. Uriah is asked if he made the call. He says his dad did and they are on the way. 

No Quarter Catch Crew (Charlie Dempsey and Tavion Heights) vs Lexis King and Uriah Connors

UC side headlocks CD. UC wristlocks him then snapmares him. CD bridges and throws UC by the arm. CD works UC's arms on the mat and ties his leg up. UC is put in a surfboard and he is thrown into a karelin's lift from Tav. Tav slams King and rolls him into a fireman's carry throw. CD kneelifts King for 2.

CD's throat is pulled down over the top. King chops CD. UC pounds on CD from behind after a blind tag. UC slingshot swantons but CD gets his knees up. CD backbreakers UC. Tav lariats UC then overhead belly to belly suplexes him. Tav then hits a regular belly to belly for 2. 

UC facekicks CD out. Tav spears UC out of the ring to the floor. All 4 fight outside. CD and Tav hug outside. William Regal and Fit Finlay come out. CD germans Tav on the floor as Regal and Fit watch. UC low basement dropkicks Tav. King hits a coronation neckbreaker on Tav and wins.

Thoughts: I can't say I was shocked at CD turning on Tav, just not the way it happened. Tav and CD were kind of fun here as a team and it's a shame that's over with. This is Dempsey's 3rd faction so far in WWE.

CD then poses with King's crew after.

The Culling walk to the back. They see that their car has had its tires taken off. We see Robert Stone finds Shiloh Hill. Hill says he doesn't know which car belonged to The Culling so he took apart all of them. Stone is given the tire iron and The Culling yell at him.

Tony D'Angelo comes out to talk. He says he told us he came back for Darkstate and he culminated that mission at the PPV. He said he left Darkstate the same way they left him - beaten and searching for answers. He said the second reason he came back was to win the NXT Title. He says he has no issues with Joe Hendry but if he has to break his face, that's what he will do. He says this isn't business, it's personal. He tells Joe to prepare as he will be the next NXT champ.

Sol and Lola talk in the back. Lola says it felt good to knockout Kelani. Sol is bothered by things and says she will take the NXT Title from Jacy next week. Lola says when she does, she will face her at Stand and Deliver for it.

The WrenQCC congratulate Myles Borne for winning his title. Myles asks if they have seen his tag partner. Wren says "Joe Hendry" and opens the fridge but Joe is not there. Joe then pops up behind her. Joe says he had some business to take care of but he's Borne's for the rest of the night. We then see Kendal Grey eating cake from the fridge with her hands like a pig. She says she doesn't have a match tonight.

Lainey Reid vs Sol Ruca

They lock up. Reid waistlocks her then wristlocks her. Sol cartwheels out and suplexes her. Reid headscissors her. Sol handstands out and side headlocks her.

Reid side headlocks her and Sol handsprings out of a cartwheel. Sol rams Reid's knee in the mat. Rei rolls her and side headlocks her. Rei side headlock takeovers her. Sol catches her and drops her down chest first on the mat.

Sol monkey flips her. Sol sits up top, gets pushed and she bodyscissors Reid over the top. Sol asai moonsaults her outside. Jacy Jayne trips Sol and Rei stomps Sol's face into the mat. We go to PiP break and return.

Sol dropkicks her in the buckles then hits forearms. Reid kicks the buckle into Sol's face then springboard cutters her off the bottom rope. Sol electric chair drops her. Zaria is watching in the back. 

Sol and Reid trade shots. Sol hits back elbows. Sol germans her. Sol dropkicks Reid off the buckles and running knees her for 2. Sol misses a springboard and Reid blue thunders her for 2. Sol sunset flips her for 2 then facebusters her. Sol hits a swinging air raid crash for 2.

Reid rolls her up backwards for 2. Sol upkicks her. Reid comes off the bottom rope and is superkicked. Reid blocks a sol snatcher then crucifix bombs her. Reid missing a running knee and Sol sol snatchers her to win.

Thoughts: It was a good match here. The two matched up well and Reid finally got another chance to show what she could really do. There wasn't a great story but the action was good and it upped Reid's stock some.

Elio, Eli, Legacy and Stone talk in the back. Elio wants Eli and Legacy to skip the Speed Tournament. Stone says you have to do it as that's the rules. The Vanity Project come in. They say the tournament is a pain in the @ss. Brad wants them to be on stand and Deliver. Smokes says they cleared out the tag division and need something good. Sean says he thinks he knows what he wants to do next and Stone says he likes where this is going.  

Blake Monroe is interviewed. She says Jaida learned when you play with hell, you get burned. She says Stand and Deliver will be all about her. She says it needs her as much as she needs it. Tatum Paxley interrupts and asks if they saw Izzi. Blake tells the interviewer Blake Howard that he needs to do something about his name as that name belongs to her.

Women's Speed Tournament Final - Wren Sinclair vs Thea Hail

Thea running dropkicks her and kicks her in the head. Thea standing moonsaults her. Wren finlay rolls her and pulls her face down into the mat. Wren is armdragged and kicked in the gut. Thea flipping neckbreakers her. Thea topes Wren. 

Thea misses a top rope crossbody. Wren rolls her up for 2. Thea does a grounded kimura. Wren then does cattle mutilation. Wren submits her.

Thoughts: It was short and not the best outing for either girl. They had to work faster than usual and it lead to some sloppiness. Wren winning is definitely an upset. She's got a chance against Fallon Henley.

Robert Stone talks to a bunch of tag teams in the back. He said he made a tag tournament and the winners get a title shot at Stand and Deliver. Smokes says it sucks. Stone says it'll be The Culling, Legacy/Knight, Dark State, Hank and Tank and The Birthright. Stone says OTM isn't here then OTM runs in. They fight Dark State and a big brawl breaks out.

Fatal Influence are interviewed. Jacy says she doesn't need to be reminded she has to beat Sol and Zaria next week. She says it's the most unpredictable Mania season ever and says the odds are stacked against her. Fallon says all she has to do is beat Wren in the 5 min time limit next week. Wren and Kendal walk in and Wren says she can beat her in 5. Kendal says she will be the one Jacy defends against if she makes it to Stand and Deliver.

Tatum Paxley nails Izzi Dame from behind and they fight outside. Security breaks it up along with Stone. Stone sets up a North American Title rematch in a cage next week.

Blake Howard talks to Robert Stone in the back. He says it's his first road show in 2 weeks in NXT and he wants to make it special. He talks about the card. He says OTM and Darkstate are out of the tournament and he can't tolerate it. The Vanity Project come and says they are happy to have the next 2 weeks off. Stone says The Project faces Los Americanos in a trios match next week. He tells Vic Joseph to break an announcement for them.

Vic Joseph talks and says they will be in Houston in Booker's hometown. Vic says they were supposed to be a team for only 3 months but are going on 3 years. He says next week will be Booker T Appreciation Night in NXT. 

Joe Hendry and Myles Borne vs Ricky Saints and Ethan Page

RS side headlock takeovers Joe and Joe headscissors him. They repeat the spot with the roles reversed. RS hits some shots. Joe shoulders him over then hiptosses Page and RS. RS takes a suplex + dropkick combo. MB does a cool slam where he twists RS in the air and slams him down. 

RS backdrops MB. MB twisting suplexes Page for 2. Page hits corner spears on him. MB hits shots on both opponents. Page facekicks him. RS throws a title in for Page but totally overshoots it and makes a face. Page yells at him.

We go to PiP break and return. RS and Page are sent into each other. Page misses a corner splash on MB. RS pulls Joe away from tagging in. Page ear claps MB in the corners. MB takes a double iconoclasm and RS hits an assisted tornado ddt on MB. 

Page single leg codebreakers Joe over the 2nd rope. MB takes a powerplex for 2. Joe is tagged in. He lariats the heels then neckbreakers Page. Joe fallaway slams RS. Joe AA's Page then olympic slams RS for 2. Joe and RS double lariat each other down at the same time.

RS asks Page to give him a title belt. Page gives it to him successfully. RS goes to use the belt and the ref stops him. Joe rolls up RS for 2. RS spears Joe. Page blind tags himself in. RS doesn't know and they argue. MB dropkicks RS. Page hits a twist of fate on the title on Joe and pins him.

Thoughts: It was an okay main with the heels successfully cheating to win. Borne hit some nice dropkicks and I liked the title throw in bit they did. 

Overall thoughts: It was a busy NXT show as usual. I liked it overall. The opener was alright. There were some good parts to the NQCC tag. Sol/Reid was the best match on the show and the main was fine. They've got a big show set up for Houston which should be fun and should help set up Stand and Deliver. I'd give this a  6 out of 10 and I thought it was a good show.
