WWC Television Title Match - Fans are the Lumberjacks Match - El Payaso Makabro (c) vs Amaddeo Sole

We have fans as lumberjacks here with belts.

We join this in progress. Mak hits shots in the corner. Sole hits him low and hits punches to the head. Sole foot chokes him. Mak boots him out of the corner then lariats him. The fans threaten to whip Sole.

Sole hits punches on Mak then double chops him. Mak chops back then double throat thrusts him. Sole is thrown to the apron and fans get ready to whip him with belts. Sole slips on a springboard and holds his leg. Mak goes to work on the leg and leg locks it. 

Sole jumping knees him and spinning back elbows him. Sole boots him out. The fans refuse to whip Mak and help him up. Sole boots Mak as he gets back in. Sole rakes him with his boot. Sole grabs the ref's belt.

Mak hits him in the gut and grabs the belt. Mak then whips Sole with the belt. Sole finally falls out and the fans swing belts at him. Sole takes a few shots and gets back in. Mak back body drops him then lariats him. Mak back elbows him then flatliners him. 

Sole stunners Mak over the top rope. He then takes a fan's hat, throws it and runs. The fans surround Sole in the entranceway and Sole goes to the back out of fear. The ref then rings the bell and Mak has won by countout.

Thoughts: The finish was clever with Sole running to the back to avoid a whipping and getting himself DQ'd. These matches are always good for a laugh or two as the fans go buck wild on the heels with belts.

Mak is upset after as he won the match but because it was by countout, he doesn't get the title.

Elena Negroni says the 2/7 show is in an irrelevant show and says Mr. Anthony and an Informante will be handcuffed during it. She says she doesn't understand why those two are always involved in women's matches. She says they are showing off and she will continue being the face of the women's division title or no title.

La Guerrera Amazona does a promo. She says she knows Negroni, Stephany and Kamila will have something up their sleeve. She says we will see a war and says she will come out the winner for the third time.

Jc Jexx does a promo. He says he faces Jovan in a non-title rematch. He says Jovan is good and has done a lot of worthwhile things in his career.  He tells him to bring out the best. He says he respects him but this is competition.

El Hostil Jovan doe a promo. He says he gets to wrestle at home and says he has the weight on his shoulders as he has to carry the weight of his people. Jovan says they are colleagues and part of the same dressing room. He says they are brothers. He says they set the crowd on fire for their 5 star match last time and says this time will be no exception.

John Hawking vs Chicano

We join this in progress. John crossbodies him for 2. Chic claymore kicks him. Chic sits him up top and hits mounted punches. Chic is pushed off the buckles and John top rope diving blockbusters him. They get up nd John hits punches. John lariats him twice then corner splashes him twice. John running boots him for 2.

Chic hits a kick to the gut and a kneelift for 2. Chic nearly drops him on an AA. Chic misses a top rope swanton. John full nelson slams him for the win.

Thoughts: We didn't see that much of this. What we saw didn't look that good. John wasn't moving well and Chicano had a lot of issues dealing with John's size. Neither guy really hit their stuff clean here and John won pretty easy.

John Hawking talks on the mic after. He says he proved to him that in 2026, he is coming in big. He says he wants the Puerto Rican Title.  He says on 2/7, he should get ready because he's going for the title.

Lou Forza does a promo. He says he doesn't believe in the coincidences of life. He says he will visit the area for the first time on 2/7. He says he and his partner Amaddeo Sole and Makabro/Anthony are all teaming up for the first time. He says Anthony and Mak will fall against them. He says they will show why no one stops Sole or him.

Tony Leyenda does a promo. He says when he says he's better, he's not bragging, it's real. He said he saw a battle between PR, Mexico and the Dominican Republic. He says he came out on top.  He says Gilbert is stupid if he thinks he can beat him and asks what he thinks he will do with him. Tony says he's on a roll.

Gilbert does a promo. He says Tony likes to meddle in PR matters. He says when they face off, Tony will see why he's not easy.

Intelecto 5 Estrellas vs Zcion RT1

We join this in progress. RT is down on the floor and bleeding. Estrellas is bloody as well. Estrellas does a leglock on the floor and RT throws powder in his eyes. RT hits him in the gut and back with a 2x4. RT chairs him.

A fan throws RT a bat. He hits Estrellas in the back and gut with it. RT then pounds on Eestrellas' head. Estrellas tells him to bring it in the ring. They get on their knees and slap each other. Estrellas pounds on him and low blows him. Estrellas ddt's him. 

Estrellas chokes RT with a belt. Estrellas shoves the ref. RT tells Estrellas to hit him. Estrellas chops and punches him in the corner. RT is then whipped into the ref. The ref naturally goes down.

RT cutters Estrellas. He goes for he pin but the ref is down and now out of the ring. Estrellas grabs brass knucks out of his pants. He then drops RT with a knucks shot. Estrellas goes for the pin but the ref is still out. Pelayo Vasquez, the other ref, comes out and counts 2. We go to a break.

We get a promo from Chicano. He says he doesn't know if Victor Jovica has dementia or if his brain is rotting. He tells Victor not to make him go back to the Chicano of 2025 who made his own decisions. He says when he sets his mind to it, he will do things even if they are illegal.

John Hawking does a promo. He says Chicano gave him a good fight at Euphoria. He says he's a living legend but he made a mistake and underestimated him. He says he gave him a major league degree in their match. He says he loves the idea of a title match as he came for the gold. He says he's coming for the title. 

We return from break. Estrellas grabs the ref in the corner. Estrellas hits punches on RT. Estrellas misses a corner charge and is rolled up and pinned.

Thoughts: We got to see some of this atleast. What we got was good with them bleeding and brawling. I don't think this is the end of this one though.

Estrellas puts something in his mouth in the corner and red mists RT. He then ddt's him. Estrellas then hits knucks shots on him and hits a side effect. Estrellas heads to the back and grabs a chain. He chokes RT with it then punches him. The announcer brings up that Abdullah the Butcher did this to Carlos Colon years ago. Estrellas chokes RT around the post with the chain. Estrellas uses the buckles for leverage as RT is choked hard with the chain. RT falls over as Estrellas lets go.

Estrellas then hits mounted punches on RT with the chain and leaves him laying.  

Intelecto 5 Estrellas does a promo. He says there's no need to shout or make noise like Ray Gonzalez. He says things aren't the same with Ray Congalzes anymore. He says Ray was the king and now Estrellas is. He says Ray is not the dangerous man he once was. 

Ray Gooncalzes does a promo. He says there will be a war with Estrellas. He says Eestrellas boasts that he is an intellectual hero for the kids. Ray says he's a piece of crap. He says he will represent the kids who believes in Estrellas. He tells him to get ready as he will checkmate him.

Xix Xavant does a promo. He says Humacao is a great town. He says Lightning tried to hurt the nation's hero for bounty cash. He says nobody can beat him in Humacao. He says he will fight with his heart and triumph because that's what heroes do.

The announcers talk about the 2/7 show and tell us to tune in next week.

Overall thoughts: It was a much better show than usual as we got to see some bits of the top matches from Euphoria. What we saw of Estrellas/RT1 looked good and it's a shame we probably won't see that in full. Estrellas' beatdown on RT1 after should also lead somewhere. Hawking/Chicano didn't look as good. The finish to Sole/Makabro was creative with Sole avoiding the fans with whips by getting counted out. I would give it a 6 out of 10 and I liked what we got here.
