Last week's show is here:

Note - This is going up against the WWE Elimination Chamber 2026.

We are in Denver, CO. Tony Schiavone, Excalibur and Nigel McGuinness are on commentary.

MJF comes out with a mic to start the show. He says this show doesn't start until Revolution gets rectified. He says he's not a deathmatch indy bum, he's a real pro wrestler. He says he's the best wrestler on the planet today. He tells Tony Khan to come out here and change the stipulation in his match vs Adam Page. He says Collision doesn't start until something gets done.

Kevin Knight comes out. KK says if he wants something done, look no further than him as he has been getting the job done. He calls him a crybaby and a whining b!tch. KK says the people are tired of hearing MJF's usual routine about how he's better and how he has more money. KK says MJF's scarf is fake. He says he dresses better and has more swag. He says he's more handsome too. KK says he's a better champ than him too. He says he's the future and the here and now.

Ciampa says his story with Jay isn't finished. Jay says when he beats him, it'll be another career highlight. Ciampa says this will be the first step in him getting back his TNT Title.

The Don Callis Family (Josh Alexander, Lance Archer, Rocky Romero & Trent Beretta) vs. Death Riders (Claudio Castagnoli, Daniel Garcia, PAC & Wheeler Yuta)

Mox is on commentary for this. RR and DG trade waistlocks. DG side headlocks him then shoulders him over. DG basement dropkicks him. RR takes a double hiptoss, a sliding forearm and a standing moonsault from Pac for 2.

CC comes in and hits euros on Trent and Josh. CC giant swings Josh. Trent comes off the top and eats a mid-air euro from CC for 2.

Trent is held in the air and Yuta flying forearms him off the buckles. Yuta hits downward elbows and RR flying knees him. Lance chokeslams Yuta. Yuta's hat half falls off but he adjusts it. CC tries to bring a chair in and the ref is distracted. Marina Shafir gets on Lance's back with a sleeper. Lance throws her off. Yuta dropkicks Lance. Pac superkicks Lance and DF forearms Lance. The Riders do a huddle and hit running corner attacks on Lance. CC powerslams Lance. CC rocket launchers Yuta on Lance and Yuta gets a 2 count on it. RR shiranui's Yuta for 2. Yuta flying knees RR and pins him.

Thoughts: It got a lot of time to play out. The tag match was fine with a lot of people coming in and out and a lot of strikes being thrown. They tried to get Yuta's hat off a few times here but couldn't.

Konosuke Takeshita comes out and attacks Mox. They fight their two groups do a very lazy and pathetic job of trying to break it up. They then fight on the ramp and go to the back.

Jay Lethal vs. Tommaso Ciampa

Jay has The Swirl with him. This is a random bout.

TC side headlocks him, Jay headscissors him and they stand off. They slap each other. TC facekicks him then backdrops him. TC is on the 2nd rope and Blake Christian slides in to sliding german him down. Jay back elbows him then does Flair's strut.

TC powerbomb backbreakers him for 2.

Blake runs in and TC back body drops him over the top. TC dropkicks Jay in the knee then pumping knees him in the face. TC pumping knees Jay and pins him.

Thoughts: Jay looked like a fool here as this was basically a 3v1 and he still lost clean. The work was alright though otherwise and was fine as expected. Ciampa was the favorite going in and pulled this one out.

The Iinspiration do a video. We see clips of Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor going after them at the AEW House Rules Australia that show we didn't see. They say The Birds don't have the balls to go after them. They say they will make their debut on Dynamite. They say they can step back, step up or step aside.

Thoughts:
It was really dumb for them to debut The Iinspiration on an unaired house show. Why AEW did that is unknown especially since AEW had a longer special edition of Collision when they were in Australia. It's hard to care about that feud since we didn't actually see it.

We see a video on Clark Connors that is shot like it's a movie or an ad. We see him on the beach and at some kind of fight club. He talks to someone and said he knows how to play dirty. He says nobody ever wins in a fight.

The Brawling Birds (Alex Windsor & Jamie Hayter) vs Gypsy Mac & Tyra Russamee

Jamie pulls Mac down off the lock up and hits forearms. She hair throws her. Jami exploders her.Tyra gets nailed from behind by Alex. She hits gut punches then kicks the jobber in the back for 2.

Alex side headlocks her. Tyra takes an atomic drop and is rolled into a running facekick. Jamie hits mounted shots on Tyra. Alex lariats Mac outside. Jamie chops up Tyra inside. Alex then chopos Tyra. Tyra takes a double suplex. Tyra takes a sandwich lariat then is hit with a hart attack. Tyra is pinned.

Thoughts: AEW doesn't like to tell us who jobbers are usually until midway through the match. It's very frustrating as a reviewer and doesn't help anything. The Birds won as expected here and hit some stiff shots. Tyra had cat style paint on her face.

The Swirl, Private Party, The Outrunners and Dralistico/Rush all briefly talk about an upcoming $200,000 tag on next week's Collision.

The Don Callis Family (Kazuchika Okada & Kyle Fletcher) vs Top Flight (Dante Martin & Darius Martin)

Okada rainmakers Darius. Okada tells Kyle to finish him. Kyle facekicks Dante off the apron then brainbusters Darius. Kyle pins Darius.

Thoughts: It was a shorter and okay bout. Top Flight loses like they always do and they really had no shot here. Top Flight flew a bit before being put down.

Kyle gets on the mic after and says to say his name. He says him and Okada are the greatest champs in the company's history. He says they are unstoppable. He says "whoever wants to step up" and Jetspeed come out. Mike says they could be unstoppable but he beat Kyle in the Continental Classic and Kevin beat Okada there too. Okada says they never beat Protokada. Kyle then says "b!tch" and Kevin says he likes it and it's funny. He says a tag match with them would be box office. Mike and Kevin then challenge them for singles title matches and offer to defend their trios titles against them. Kevin says who they choose as a partner doesn't matter as they will stay on top.

We get a Darby Allin vs Gabe Kidd video. Darby is with Orange Cassidy on a roof. Gabe says he will push up daisies and Darby says there's a reason he didn't die yet. He says the story doesn't end with Darby vs Gabe and challenges Gabe and Clark to a tag match.

Toni Storm vs. Zayda Steel

They lock up and Toni side headlock takeovers her. Zay headscissors her and they stand off. They shoulder battle. Zay flying headscissors her then euros her in the corner. Zay basement dropkicks her for 2. Toni slams her and suplexes her. Zay codebreakers her over the 2nd rope. Zay then topes her.

Zay top rope crossbodies her for 2. Toni germans her three times. Toni corner hip attacks her. Toni short piledrivers her and wins.

He then walks by. Hook runs into Anthony Bowens. Bowens says Hook is one of his best friends and has had his back since he started. He says he'll be getting a former trios and tag champ. Hook says he doesn't have to sell himself to him but this is business. He says the question is if he's a proper fit for The Opps. He says they are killers and asks if Bowens is a killer. He says he will think about it and tells him to think about what he said.

Kris Statlander & Thunder Rosa vs. Sisters Of Sin (Julia Hart & Skye Blue)

Rosa hits chops on Hart then bangs her head off the buckles. Rosa hits dropkicks on Hart. Rosa sliding lariats Hart for 2. Rosa takes a double flapjack then is kicked by both opponents. Rosa slaps SB then corner lariats her. Kris running euros and running knees SB in the corner. Kris falcon arrows her for 2.

Kris spin kicks and boots Hart. Hart boots Kris out of the corner. Kris reverse slams Hart then sliding lariats her. SB boots Kris in the head. Kris is neckbreakered over the 2nd rope and SB PK's Kris.

We go to PiP break, full break and return. Hart corner lariats Kris. Hart pulls Kris' arm down over the top rope. SB is catapulted into Hart. Rosa is tagged in. She lariats Hart and SB down. Rosa corner dropkicks both opponents. Rosa northern lights suplexes SB and throws Hart out.

SB jawbreakers Rosa. Rosa cutters Hart. The girls all start hitting moves in sequence. Rosa is sent out and Kris takes a double kick. Kris takes a double gordbuster and double superkick for 2. All our girls are down. Rosa sends Hart into the commentary table. Kris suplexes SB. Kris single leg package tombstones Hart. Rosa package side powerbombs Hart and wins.

Thoughts
: It was fast paced but not that good. There were a lot of weak superkick here and they didn't connect on everything.

Thekla comes out. She says if there's one thing she can't stand, it's two dumb b!tches. She says if Rosa is ready to get toxic. She tells Kris to tell her how she made her cry and bleed. Thek says Rosa should retire already. She says to give it up for the past of the AEW Women's division and says now it belongs to her.

Tomohiro Ishii vs. Andrade El Idolo

Don Callis is on commentary for this. This is a random one.

They run into each other and TI hits forearms. Idolo poses on the ropes. Idolo goes up top and is hit. Idolo top rope crossbodies him for 2. TI shoulders him over. Idolo dropkicks him. Idolo's jaw is banged off the apron. TI hits chops. Idolo boots him out of the corner. Idolo facekicks him for 2.

Idolo does a top rope moonsault into a standing moonsault for 2. TI enzugiri's him then running lariats him.

Idolo spinning back elbows him for 2. Idolo hits a spinning double underhook drop and wins.

Thoughts: It was an okay bout. Did it accomplish much else? Not really. Idolo didn't fly too much here and Ishii stuck to the usual forearms, headbutts and lariats.

Bandido comes out and claps for Idolo after. We are told they will be facing each other at Revolution.

Overall thoughts: We had a bit more star power than usual which was nice but we still had the usual Collision matches and squashes. I do think they did an okay job of making this feel somewhat important and the show wasn't bad overall. I would give it a 6 out of 10 as the wrestling mostly carried this one. It was an okay show here. I would say the 8-man tag was the best match on here.
