We are at WJCT Studios in Jacksonville. Ian Riccaboni and Caprice Coleman are on commentary. There's not a lot of fans here and it does remind me a bit of the old AWA pink room.

Persephone vs. Sara Leon

Pers side headlocks her and Sara seems to poke her in the eye. Pers takes her down by the wrist and is armdragged. Pers flying dropkicks her. She bangs Sara's hand off the mat and stands on it. Sara hits kicks. Pers blocks a running knee and fallaway slams her. Pers hits knees to the gut while hammerlocking her. 

Pers hits lariats on her then Sara flying headscissors her. Sara running knees her against the ropes. Sara germans her for 2. Sara does a grounded chickenwing and Pers turns it into a pin attempt. Pers headbutts her from the apron then top rope dropkicks her. 

Sara sunset flips her for 2. Pers spears her. Pers hits a razor's edge and wins.

Thoughts: It wasn't that good. Sara didn't really impress here as she had some sloppy moments. Pers won as expected.

Komander vs. Sidney Akeem

They shake hands. Sid wristlocks him. Kom flips out using the ropes then headflips out. Sid headflips out of the wristlock and does a neat twisting flip to avoid a kick. They shake hands and Kom trip him. Sid handstand spinning headscissors him. Sid flips over his back and flips out of a sunset flip. Sid then hits a meteora. 

Sid running euros him and running ssp's him for 2. Sid misses a corner charge. Kom double jump twisting crossbodies him. Sid headflips out of a ddt and superkicks Kom. Kom superkicks him on the apron. Sid avoids a baseball slide and tornillo crossbodies him from the apron. Sid pumphandle side slams him for 2.

Sid rolling death valley drivers him. Kom flips out of the corner and Sid does backflips into a cutter for 2. Sid misses a 2nd rope swanton. Kom chops him then springboard dropkicks him out. Kom then topes him. Kom rope walk ssp's him inside and wins.

Thoughts: Sid's flying was amazing as usual. He just does so much stuff nobody else can. Kom didn't quite go all out here but he did a bit of flying too. Some of the non-flying stuff could have been better but I liked this.

We get a video on Alec Price and Jordan Oliver. 

The Grizzled Young Vets (Zack Gibson and James Drake) vs Top Flight (Dante and Darius Martin)

Top Flight has Daniels and Zayda with them.

Zack wristlocks Darius. Darius flips him over by the arm. They trade some basic holds. Darius side headlocks him > atomic drops him > dropkicks him. JD and Dante go at it. JD side headlocks him then shoulders him over. JD hits armdrags and Dante headscissors him. Dante armdrgas him and then flying headscissors him. JD pulls Dante down by the hair.

Dante double hurricanrana's his opponents. Zack is suplexed then takes a slingshot swanton. JD takes an atomic drop and a bulldog onto Darius' knee. Zack fights off the double team. Darius takes a baseball dropkick to the knee and the side of the head. Darius is forearmed off the apron.

JD slingshots and elbow drops Darius while Zack backbreakers Darius outside. Zack tells Dante something to the effect of him messing with the wrong team. Darius' chin is banged off the apron. 

JD back elbows Darius for 2. JD hits mounted forearms and stomps. JD lariats Darius. Zack corner lariats Darius down for 2. Zack chinlocks Darius. They trade forearms. Darius suplexes Zack. Dante and JD get in. Dante drops him with forearms then bottom rope springboard dropkicks him. Dante enzugiri's JD then springboard flips onto thim. Dante topes outside then top rope crossbodies JD for 2. 

Darius tornado ddt's Zack off of Dante. Isla Dawn hits Zayda outside. Darius is held for forearms from Dante. Zayda pounds on Isla and they fight in the ring. Isla is pushed into the ropes and ends up crotching JD on accident. Top Flight double team double underhook ddt Zack and pin him.

Thoughts: It was a longer tag. There was nothing wrong with it but it just didn't turn into a great match for some reason. I was surprised to see the girls go at it here during the match.  

Big Bill and Bryan Keith (Paid in Full) come out and have words for Skyflight after.

Paid in Full (Big Bill and Bryan Keith) vs Kiran Grey and Darian Bengston

Grey's team gets their own music and seems to be wearing similar gear, so I guess they are a team now here.

DB offers BK a handshake. BK throws his poncho at DB and hits him. He then stomps on him. BK shoulders over DB. BK exploders him for 2. DB corkscrew kicks him. BK forearms DB down. DB pulls BK's hair. KG double throat thrusts, leg sweeps and elbows BK. BK gets his knees up on his splash.

Bill corner splashes KG twice. Bill chops KG down. Bill facekicks KG and BK pins KG.

Thoughts: It was a squash and Bill's team won as expected. Grey got a little in and was kind of doing some Great Muta flashing elbows here. 

We get an Athena video on Maya World with her accusing Maya of betraying her. They will fight next week.

Pure Rules Match - Josh Woods vs Nathan Cruz

Josh hits armdrags and goes for an armbar. Nate uses his 1st ropebreak. Josh armdrags him into an armlock then really pulls back on the arm. Nate back elbows him in the corner. Josh shoulders him over. Josh hiptosses Nate over the top. Josh suplexes Nate in for 2 then armlocks him. 

Nate neckbreakers him for 2. Josh back elbows him then Nate slingshot backdrops him for 2. Nate cranks Josh's head and Josh armbreakers him. Josh side throws him then does a neat wristlock. Nate submits.

Thoughts: It wasn't super interesting and they traded a bunch of holds here. Josh's submission finisher was something I hadn't seen before.

Adam Priest and Tom Billington are interviewed. Adam complains about The Swirl screwing Tom in his match vs Lethal. Adam says they face The Workhorsemen tonight. He says they taught him everything they know but come up short against him. Tom says he treated Lethal like a brother and says he's coming for him after they are done with The Workhorsemen.

Adam Priest & Tommy Billington vs. The WorkHorsemen (Anthony Henry & JD Drake)

JD shakes hands with Tom and throws his towel at AP. AP and Henry trade chops in the corner. AP euros him. Henry takes a double shoulder then is tripped into an elbow drop. Tom shoulders Henry over twice and hits armdrags and a slam. Tom top rope dropkicks Henry but the ref is too busy dealing with JD.

JD is pushed into Henry. JD is dropkicked out. JD catches Tom's tope and throws him into the ropes for a lariat. Henry piledrivers Tom on the floor. Henry sends AP into the steps for 1. JD shoulders over AP. He kicks him in the back and headbutt drops him.

AP chops JD and is enzugiri'd for 2. Henry pulls AP by the nose. AP back body drops Henry. JD forearms AP and Henry reverse sitout slams AP. JD basement dropkicks AP from behind. AP slaps JD and JD sentons him. Henry stomps AP.

JD headbutt flurries AP. AP fights off a 2v1. JD is sent out and AP diving tornado ddt's him on the floor. Tom topes Henry. Tom backrolls Henry and pins him with help from AP.

Thoughts: It was an okay tag here. Tom took a nasty short piledriver on the floor here and AP had to fight this one 1v2 for a bit. 

Mina Shirakawa vs. Zayda Steel

Zay has Daniels and Top Flight with her.

Zay wristlocks her. Mina rolls up and armdrags her. Mina slides out of a lariat and shimmies. Zay corner crossbodies her then spanks her. Zay then shimmies. Zay rolls up Mina. Mina enzugiri's her off the ropes and slingblades her.

Mina does a texas cloverleaf backbreaker on Zay and bangs Zay's knee off the mat. Zay hits forearms. Mina spin kicks her and chest kicks her. Mina figure fours her and Zay ropebreaks. Mina hits some bad punches and takes forearms. Zay thesz presses her and hits bad mounted shots. Zay neckbreakers Mina for 2.

Zay step up knees her in the corner and 2nd rope crossbodies her for 2. They trade forearms. Mina sweeps her then slingshot tornillo's her. Mina boots her out of the corner and dropkicks her off the buckles. Mina top rope diving slingblades her for 2. Zay basement dropkicks her. Mina dragon screws her. Mina hits spinning forearms, a high kick and a uraken. Mina figure fours her and Zay taps out.

Thoughts: Zay didn't have a good night here with a bunch of sloppy moments. I didn't expect much going into this and it wasn't much better than I thought it would be. It also got a lot more time than needed.

Mina says something about Zay kissing the hand today.

Athena shows up Billie Starkz beating up Deonna Purrazzo in the back. Athena says she doesn't take losses lightly and says Maya took up a team with DP over her. She says if you mess with her, she will clap back twice as hard. Ath says DP's time is coming to an end and Billie will make history again when she holds the ROH Women's TV Title and the ROH Women's Pure Rules Title. Athena says it's not personal, this is her show and DP is a side character.

MxM Collection (Mansoor & Mason Madden) vs. Bang Bang Gang (Austin Gunn & Juice Robinson)

Mansoor wants to touch tips and JR picks his nose and touches it. Mansoor doesn't know. Mansoor wristlocks him. JR rolls up and is armlocked. Mansoor pulls on the hair and JR flips him by the arm three times. JR pulls him down by the hair and armlocks him. JR atomic drops him three times and suplexes him for 2. 

AG goes for an atomic drop and Mansoor eye rakes him. AG hits jabs then punches him in the nuts. AG spinning flatliners him for 2. Madden hits shots on AG in the corner. Madden takes lariats and shots. Madden takes corner attacks. Madden hits a double suplex on his opponents.

Mansoor stomps AG. Mansoor atomic drops him. AG takes running corner attacks then a running hip attack. AG sunset flips Mansoor for 2. Mansoor backdrops AG. AG takes a legdrop + side slam combo for 2. Madden stomps and elbow drops AG. 

Madden misses a 2nd rope dropkick on AG. JG comes in and hits running shots on Mansoor. He atomic drops him then hits punches. JR atomic drops Mansoor. Mansoor beats him out of the corner, comes off the 2nd rope and is hit with an atomic drop. Mansoor is crotched up top and JR shakes the ropes under him. Madden then also ends up getting crotched and the ropes are shaken. Madden hits a double spear.

Mansoor is up top, Madden is pushed into him and Mansoor is crotched up top. Madden is then dropkicked into him while he's up there. Madden takes a double suplex. Mansoor is thrown off the top onto Madden. Mansoor takes an atomic drop and a ddt. JR pins Mansoor.

Thoughts: It was mostly comedy with Mansoor being hit in the crotch dozens of times. It was entertaining and something different.

Sammy Guevara and The Beast Mortos do a promo. Sammy says they've been on fired and are one of the greatest teams to walk the earth. Sammy says Tony forced them to defend the titles and Sammy says they are doing an open challenge. He says it doesn't matter who comes, as the result will be the same. Sammy says don't try to sue them as Mort is a lawyer and says to call 1-800-Rawrrrr. 

Lacey Lane vs. Robyn Renegade

They do the headlock takeover > headscissors spot for both girls. RR tries a pin. Lane upkicks her twice from the mat. Lane walks up the buckles and diving armdrags her. RR dropkicks her. RR is between the ropes and dropkicked. Lane dropkicks her through the ropes. Lane then ends up over the 2nd rope and is curbstomped down. RR foot chokes her. 

RR sitout gordbusters her for 2. Lane legsweeps her and kicks her on the mat. RR high kicks her and neckbreakers her for 2. Lane boot her out of the corner then forearms her. Lane hits knees to the chest and elbow slices her for 2. RR forearms her. Lane superkicks her. She does a neat samoan drop into a legdrop and pins her.

Thoughts: This was mostly all kicks. Lane's finisher was unique here and she got the win as expected. The girls did a lot of spinning around here and some of the kicks could have looked better. 

Four Leaf Clover Four Corner Survival Elimination Match - Matt Menard vs. Shane Taylor vs. AR Fox vs. Lee Johnson

The winner of this gets a mystery title shot right after. They say it could be anyone defending their title. The ref has a green box which I guess says what the title shot will be.

AR and Shane argue some. Shane backs MM up in the corner and complains about his hair grease. MM asks what his problem is and Shane says grease is his problem. Shane backs him up in the corner and slaps his back. MM eye pokes Shane then hits forearms. 

They shoulder battle and Shane knocks him over. Shane legdrops him. AR and Lee get in. They shove each other and do the headlock takeover > headscissors spot. They stand off. Lee misses stomps on AR and AR sweeps him. AR holds onto the ropes. Shane pulls AR out and sends him into the rails. Shane bridging cutters Ar on the floor.

MM hits mounted punches on Shane in the corner. Shane misses a corner splash and MM hits chops. AR and Lee are stacked up against Shane and get chopped too. Shane knees AR in the face. Matt ddt's Shane then Lee spinning side slams MM. AR twisting suplexes Lee then Shane uranage's AR. Shane hits a big punch on MM and pins him. Matt Menard is eliminated.

Shane chops AR in the corner and chokes him. Shane is pulled over the top. Lee is thrown out. AR springboard inverted 450's outside and gets a 2 count on Shane inside. Shane hits shots to Lee's gut then htis a big punch. Shane corner lariats Lee then corner splashes him. AR rolls up Shane and pins him. Shane Taylor is eliminated.

AR is surprised he got the pin and Lee rolls up AR for 2. Lee running lariats AR for 2. Lee hits chops on AR. Lee forearms him. AR hits kicks and a neckbreaker. AR package sitout powerbombs him for 2. AR tope rope swantons and Lee gets his knees up. Lee corner facekicks him. AR enzugiri's him then superkicks him. AR kips up, kips down and enzugiri's him. Lee then braibusters him. 

Lee is up top and is hit. AR hits forearms. Lee blocks a seated spanish fly and dragon suplexes him. Lee top rope frogsplashes him for 2. Lee boots AR out of the corner. AR seated spanish flies him. AR top rope 450's Lee and wins.

Thoughts: I thought the stipulation was pretty dumb. A title match should be built up to and not just thrown out there in a green box. It was not really the fast paced affair you would expect and mostly there were only 2 people wrestling during this one. Shane vs Matt Menard isn't a match we see everyday. It was acceptable and AR brought some of the highlights with this flying. 

AR opens up the green box and it's an AEW International Title shot. 

AEW International Title - Kazuchika Okada (c) vs AR Fox

KO shotgun dropkicks him and hits back elbows. KO chokes him on the ropes and boots him out. KO ddt's him on the floor. KO ddt's him in the ring for 2. AR hits forearms. KO forearms back then is ddt'd over the 2nd rope. AR hits lariats. KO kips down, up and enzugiri's him. AR flying back elbows him and rolls him into a cutter for 2. 

KO over the shoulder neckbreakers him on the knee. KO slams him then top rope elbow drops him. KO flips off the crowd and AR rolls him up for 2. AR backslides him for 2. AR running facekicks him then top rope 450's him for 2. KO blocks a seated spanish fly. He germans him then dropkicks him. KO rainmakers him and pins him.

Thoughts: Okada won as expected.They did what they could with the situation but didn't have that much time to work with. It wasn't anything too special.

Overall thoughts: It was a long show at 2 hours. You never know how long these shows will go and I was planning for around 80 minutes. As usual, almost everything was random here and there was little reason to care about most of these matches, so the show didn't need to go so long. The one advantage to these separate tapings is that everything got enough time to play out. But it was business as usual. ROH has 8 titles. None of them were up for grabs here and Shane Taylor was the only person with a title (the trios title), who was on the show. Komander/Sidney Akeem was probably my favorite bout there but nothing was too great. I'd give this a low 6 out of 10 and the show was just okay, but mostly a waste of time.
