WWE Speed Women's Championship Tournament First Round - Blair Davenport vs Naomi
Blair shotgun dropkicks her to start then backdrops her. BLair falcon arrows her for 2. Blair goes up top and takes an enzugiri then Naomi hits a heatseeker piledriver over the middle rope. Naomi takes a superkick then Blair northern lights suplexes her for 2.
Naomi pumping knees her then drops her on her butt for 2. They trade forearms. Naomi high kicks her. Blair avoids a hip attack and germans Naomi for 2. Blair hits superkicks then Naomi hip attacks her. Naomi sitout powerbombs her then does a head and double arm lock. Blair then taps out at 2:35.
Thoughts: It wasn't good. Naomi had a hard time lifting Blair and was just not moving real fast here in this Speed match. It's not really a surprise. The girls WWE has right now are not cut out for this type of match and I didn't expect much from it. The tap out finish was dumb too since if Blair had only held on for 30 seconds more, she would have went to a draw.
Overall thoughts: As usual, there was only one new match and it went 2:35. It wasn't good and I wouldn't recommend this.
