WOW Women of Wrestling 9/5/2026 Season 6, Episode 39

They say this show will focus on the tag team division with a focus on Miami's Sweet Heat and Best 4 Business.

They talk about the history of tag team wrestling.

We see all of Miami's Sweet Heat's Title wins including 2 over The Tonga Twins, one over Coach Campanelli and Randi Rah Rah, one over The Mother Truckers and one over Penelope Pink and Holly Swagg.

We see Kara Kai not show up for the Dojo Defenders vs Miami's Sweet Heat tag title match, which caused a Tara Strike vs Lindsay Carlson match instead. We then The Dojo Defenders take on Miami's Sweet Heat and lose. We see the story of how The Dojo Defenders broke up. We see a Tara Strike/Ashley Blaze vs Miami's Sweet Heat match where Tara and Blaze won. We then see a WOW Tag Title match between those teams where Best 4 Business spray painted MSH in the eyes and caused the match to be thrown out. 

We see Best 4 Business talk in the ring and introduce themselves. Tara Strike and Ashley Blaze then attack them. We then see all of Best 4 Business vs Miami's Sweet Heat vs Tara Strike and Ashley Blaze for the tag titles. Blaze and Strike won the titles in that match.

Next week's show appears to have something with Santana Garrett vs Penelope Pink. Since they didn't make any promises about a new match or anything, I'm assuming it will be clips of their feud and WOW Title match which Santana won.

We see interviews for a Strike/Blaze vs Best 4 Business tag title match, then we see that match where Best 4 Business won. That closed the show.

Overall thoughts: There was nothing to see here. It was all replays of old matches and some old clips. I won't be rating this one as there was no new content here.
