Pro Wrestling NOAH 8/9/2026 Legacy Rise 2026

Alejandro, Dragon Bane, Katsumi Inahata & Shuji Kondo vs. Atsushi Kotoge, Hajime Ohara, Hi69 & Mohammed Yone

Bane and Kotoge go at it. Bane PK's him and superkicks him. Kotoge pop up knees him. Bane is tripped into the ropes and kicked by 69. Bane takes a double boot, a russian legsweep and a basement dropkick. 

Ale is popped up into a double dropkick on his opponents. Bane and Ale hit stereo slingshot plancha's outside. Ale stomps on Kotoge and slaps him around. Kotoge headbutts him down. Kotoge running knees him. Yone's team beats up on Ale. 

Ale double chops Yone. Yone shoulders him over. 69 spinebusters and asai moonsaults Ale for 2. Ale rolls up 69 and basement dropkicks him in the head. Katsumi nails Ohara with a forearm then dropkicks him down. Kondo hits a lanzarse on Ohara. Ohara flying headscissors him and basement dropkicks him. 

Kotoge is triple teamed. Bane is thrown over the top and Kotoge cutters Ale. 69 topes Ale and Bane through the ropes. Bane goes over the rail. Katsumi jumping knees Kotoge. Kotoge running knees Katsumi then brainbusters him. Kotoge spinning air raid crashes Katsumi and pins him.

Thoughts: It was a fun opener. Bane took some big bumps here and we had a decent bit of flying before going home.

BUSHI & RYUSEI vs. Black Menso-re & Super Crazy vs. Kid Lykos & Kid Lykos II vs. Midori Takahashi & Yuto Koyanagi

Midori is in the blue trunks and Yuto is in the black trunks. Lykos 1 has no mask while 2 has the mask.

Lykos 2 and Menso are thrown out to start. Yuto dropkicks Ryu. Menso takes a double shoulderblock and Lykos 2 does a top rope double crossbody on the rookies. Menso walks the top rope and Lykos 1 shakes the ropes on him, crotching him.

Ryu dropkicks Lykos 1. We get a multi-person sleeper spot. Cazy starts hitting hiptosses on everyone. Crazy then tries to hiptoss his partner. Crazy misses a corkscrew elbow drop. We get an 8 person suplex spot and Crazy gets suplexed onto Bushi. Yuto and Midori hit dropkicks and they double dropkick Crazy. 

Midori side slams Lykos 1 for a nearfall. Midori is tripped into the ropes and takes a leg lariat. Lykos 2 2nd rope moonsaults Midori for 2. Lykos 2 tope con hilos outside. Lykos 1 top rope swantons Midori and pins him.

Thoughts: It was an okay opening style tag. It had some flying and a little comedy before going home. The comedy wasn't too silly though so it was fine.

Jun Masaoka & Kai Fujimura vs. Daiki Odashima & Eita

Daiki and Eita get nailed before the bell. Eita is sent into the rails. Kai chokes him there. Kai chokes Eita with a shirt. Eita throws Kai out and sends him into the rails. They go into the stands and Eita hits him in the aisle. We then get a double countout.

Eita and Kai keep fighting. Kai is sent into the rails. Eita asks for it to be restarted and it is. 

Eita is sent into the rails. Eita and Kai trade chops in the ring. Eita dropkicks him. Eita victory rolls Kai for 2. Jun hits Eita with a whip. Kai chokes Eita with the whip then stomps him. Daiki dropkicks his opponents. Eita hits Kai with a sign and gets DQ'd.

Thoughts: It was all Eita and Kai brawling here with not much else. They wanted to put over that they didn't like each other and they were successful at it. 

Eita hits Kai with the sign then nails Yoshitasu too. The fighting then continues outside.

GHC 200 Title Tournament First Round Match - HAYATA vs. Masa Kitamiya

They have 200 seconds as the time limit here and a 5 second countout limit.

Masa misses a corner charge and rolls up Haya for 2 counts. Haya side headlocks him, they criss-cross each other on the ropes and Masa elbows him over. Masa samoan drops Haya then sentons him. Masa bulldogs Haya and sentons him for 2. 

Masa lariats Haya onto the apron. Haya enzugiri's him there. Haya is sent into the rails. Haya kicks Masa as he tries to get in and Masa doesn't beat the count in. Haya wins by countout.

Thoughts: Similar to WWE Speed matches, it was hurried and short. These matches are never anything great or memorable and I don't know why Noah is taking the concept. 

GHC 200 Title Tournament First Round Match - AMAKUSA vs. Tetsuya Endo

Endo is dropkicked whil on the apron. Ama topes him. Ama springboard chops him then top rope tornillo's him. Ama takes him over for 2. Endo pele kicks him and Ama hurricanrana's him over the top. Endo gets ddt'd on the floor. Endo powerbomb backbreakers him. Ama rolls him up for 2 and crucifixes him.

Ama 2nd rope poisonrana's him but Endo no sells it. Endo flying pumping knees him from behind and flying headscissors him. Endo pins him.

Thoughts: It was a shorter one. I didn't really get the no selling the poisonrana spot. It was too short to even really rate. 

Manabu Soya, YO-HEY & Yuki Iino vs. OZAWA, Tadasuke & Takashi Sugiura

Tada and Yo go at it. Tada shoulders him over. Yo flying headscissors Tada. Tada takes running back elbows on the ropes. Yo gets a 2 count on Tada. Yoshitatsu pulls Yo outside and hits him with a night stick. 

Soya is sent into the rails and Yo is choked with the night stick. Sugi stomps Iino in the front row. Sugi eye rakes Iino. Sugi bangs Yo's head off the buckles and corner running facekicks him. Sugi 2nd rope brainbusters him. 

Ozawa ties up Yo on the ropes and licks him. Ozawa standing moonsaults him for 2. Ozawa cravates Yo. Ozawa finlay rolls him and misses a running ssp. Ozawa hits kicks on Yo then Yo jumping kicks him. Soya comes in and shoulders Ozawa over. Soya bulldogs him then hits a neckbreaker + ddt combo on him and Sugi. 

Soya suplexes Ozawa for 2. Iino double running lariats his opponents. Iino and Soya run into each other then Sugi germans Iino. Ozawa orkscrew kicks Soya and is lariated. Yo meteora's Tada from behind on the ropes then neckbreakers him for 2. 

Tada kneebreakers Yo. He then spinning toe hold's him. Yo superkicks him. Tada takes a double bodyblock then a double backdrop. Yo meteora's Tada for 2.

Sugi chairs yo in the head and Tada rolls up Yo. Tada pins Yo.

Thoughts: It was short and acceptable. It didn't really get the time to be anything too great. I think this was Yo-Hey's return, but he lost here which was lame. Ozawa did his usual antics here.

Yo-Hey challenges Tada for tomorrow's show. Tada says they could but doesn't promise he will show up. Yo challenges him again as Tada leaves.

GHC 200 Title Tournament First Round Match - Kenoh vs. Alpha Wolf

Wolf dropkicks him as he takes his jacket off. Wolf corner lariats him then suplexes him into the buckles. Wolf top rope moonsaults Ken's back. Wolf slingshot plancha's him outside. Wolf gets 2 counts on him inside. Ken goes for the ankle lock and Wolf ropebreaks. They trade kicks for chops. Wolf running lariats him for 2.

Ken hurricanrana's him for 2 and double stomps him off of it. Ken PK's him for 2. Wolf superkicks Ken and Ken sinning high kicks him. Ken dragon suplexes him for 2. Ken pele kicks him and Wolf lariats him down. Ken high kicks him and the time limit expires.

Thoughts: It was a shorter one here. Neither guy advances due to this going to a draw. They didn't have a ton of time to sell here and it indeed was another sprint. 

GHC 200 Title Tournament First Round Match - Kaito Kiyomiya vs. Yoshiki Inamura

YI misses a lariat and is armdragged and dropkick. KK clubs on him then YI dropkicks him. KK dropkicks YI off the apron. KK dropkicks him in the knee and YI flying shoulders him. YI lariats him down for 2. KK backrolls him for 2. KK backrolls him with a bridge for 2. KK flying knees him.

KK tries a flying knee again and is thrown into a back body drop. KK rolls him up for 2. KK flying shining wizards him. YI muso's him for 2. YI lariats him down for 2. We then go to a time limit drop as KK is powerbombed.

Thoughts: This was no surprise. It seemed likely neither guy would lose here. But having 2 draws in a row in the first tournament for a new title is lame stuff.  

GHC National Title Match - Naomichi Marufuji (c) vs. KENTA

Kenta waistlock takedowns him and they wrestle on the mat. Kenta gets up. Maru trips him. Kenta hits kicks to the chest. Kenta kicks him in the back. Maru chops him. Kenta blocks a chop, bangs his arm off his shoulder and kicks him in the arm. Kenta armbars him. Kenta hits more kicks to the shoulder. 

Kenta wraps Maru's arm around the top rope. Maru chops him and is kicked down. Maru hangs over the 2nd rope and is kicked. Kenta top rope diving knee drops him on the back. Maru slingshot backcrackers him. Maru chops him in the corner and running back elbows him. 

Maru chops him and hits Kawada kicks. Maru ddt's him. Kenta powerslams him. Kenta flying shoulders him twice. Kenta ddt's him. Kenta boots him out of the corner. Kenta ddt's him over the top rope then top rope diving lariats him for 2. Maru chops him down off the top rope. Kenta goes down to the floor.

Kenta back body drops him on the apron. Maru sweeps him on the apron. Kenta's head is banged off the post and Maru slams the rail gate on Kenta's head. Kenta bridging ddt's him on the floor. 

Kenta bridging ddt's him in the ring. Kenta top rope double stomps him for 2. Kenta goes for the armbar and fliyng knees him on the ropes. Kenta tiger suplexes him and low busaiku knees him for 2. Maru rolling armbars him. Kenta tries a pin off of it.

Maru superkicks him. Maru hits kicks out of the corner. Kenta crossfaces him. Kenta takes him down by the arm and does a rings of saturn with a headscissors. Maru pumping knees him in the head for 2. 

They trade chops for forearms. Kenta hits slaps. Maru pumping knees him, hook kicks him and pumping knees him. Maru tiger tiger drivers him into an armbar. Maru grounded guillotines him and submits him.

Thoughts: It was a hard hitting battle. It was probably only about half the match we would have gotten 15 years ago, but what we got was okay. There was lots of stiff shots here and not so much flying.

Maru thanks Kenta after. He says he's a great wrestler and says let's fight or team up. He says he will keep defending the belt.

GHC Heavyweight Title Match - Shane Haste (c) vs. Tetsuya Naito

They lock up and Shane backs him up on the ropes. Shane then poses. Naito hammerlocks him and full nelson's him. Shane trips him and side headlocks him. Naito grabs his leg on the break and pulls on his ankle. Shane goes for the armbar. 

Naito back elbows him and Shane basement dropkicks him. Shane euros him. Naito baseball slides him. Naito rams his back into the rail and bangs his head off the apron. Naito cravates him. Naito reverse ddt's him on his knee. Naito then neckbreakers him.  Naito chinlocks him. 

Shane euros him and dropkicks him. Shane leg lariats him in the corner then corner cannonballs him there. Shane slingshot plancha's him. Naito is sent into the rails. Naito is bridged on the rails and Shane neckbreakers Naito on his knee. Naito tornado ddt's him on the floor outside. Naito tornado ddt's him inside for 2.

Naito tries a 2nd rope hurricanrana but is 2nd rope powerbombed down. They trade forearms. Naito back elbows him on the neck. Shane uranage's him for 2. Shane pumping knees him for 2. Naito hurricanrana's him and koppo kicks him. Naito step up enzugiri's him. Naito diamond dust's him. Shane side spinning backrops him for 2. Naito headscissors him into a pin attempt. Shane lifts him and Naito reverse ddt's him down. Naito's destino is blocked but he ddt's Shane off of it. 

Naito hits back elbows to the neck. Naito gets lariated down for 2. Shane sleepers him. Shane sleeper suplexes him for 2. Natio poisonrana's him. Naito hit 2 destino's for 2 counts. Naito hits a 3rd spinning destino and pins him.

Thoughts: It was an okay match. Naito won as expected here. They both worked each other's necks and Naito ended up winning with a destino. It made sense. They maybe only had like one botch and Shane made Naito look good here. Shane also strong enough to lift up Naito for his destino's and made sure the moves hit clean.

Naito gets on the mic after and says his next match has been decided. He says he has been enjoying himself in Noah. He then does the LTJ roll-call. him, Bushi and Ryusei pose together.

Overall thoughts: The GHC200 matches were wastes of time as they were too short to be anything good. Why Noah took that concept from WWE is unknown. And having 2 draws in the first tournament for the title makes sure people know it is worthless. I liked the 2 opening matches. Eita/Kai just brawled in their match and it never officially got going. Ozawa's match was acceptable. Both the main and semi main were alright. I'd say the main was the best match on he show. I'd give it a 6 out of 10 as it was an okay show overall.
