We are in Indianapolis, IN. Excalibur, Taz and Tony Schiavone are on commentary.

The Demand do a promo. Ricochet says Swerve and The New Level are everything wrong with AEW. He calls them thrown together. He says the struggles they faced will only make them stronger and they will enter All Out as trios champs. Kaun says they aren't even a real favor. Toa says they will do them a favor when they put them down and take back the trios championship.

Prince Nana, Swerve Strickland and The New Level talk in the back. Nana says not to forget who brought Toa and Kaun here. Nana says his crew ill take them out. Creed says they have nothing but revenge on their mind and will walk out with the titles. Creed asks about Swerve's relationship with The Demand. Kofi says they will beat The Demand and go to All Out. Kofi asks if Bandido is the same one Swerve hunted down and the same Brody he hit with a chain. Creed asks Swerve if he had any friends in AEW before they showed up. Swerve says he will see them out there. 

AEW Trios Title - Swerve Strickland and The New Level (Kofi and Austin Creed) (c) vs The Demand (Ricochet, Toa Liona and Bishop Kaun)

Ric hits shots on SS and SS hits him back. Ric rolls over SS's back. Ric backflips into a headscissors on SS. SS backbreakers him. Ric dropkicks SS. Kaun snapmares SS and SS upkicks BK.

Creed comes in. He chops Kaun. Creed hits mounted corner punches. Creed dropkicks him in the back against the ropes. Kaun is held over the bottom rope for a Kofi senton on the back. Kofi top rope crossbodies Kaun for 1.

Creed 2nd rope double axe handles Kaun. SS then does the same to Kaun. Kofi then double stomps Kaun's arm. Kaun takes a double facebuster. Creed takes a corner splash then  a double hiptoss drop. Toa chokes Creed. 

We go to PiP break and return.  Ric chops Creed in the corner then Creed headscissors him into a russian legsweep. Creed is irish whipped and he does a tope con hilo off of it onto Kaun. Creed stunners Ric over the top rope. Toa pounces Creed over the commentary table. SS flying rider kicks Toa outside. Ric flip dives SS over the post outside.

SS takes a doomsday device on the floor. Creed superkicks Ric. Kofi comes in and double chops then dropkicks Toa. Kofi 2nd rope twisting dropkicks Toa. Kofi top rope diving headscissors Kaun. Toa shoulderblocks Kofi over. Kaun corner splashes Kofi and suplexes him. Toa sentons Kofi.

Creed hits punches on Toa. Creed is back body dropped out and hits his face off the steps. Kaun shotgun dropkicks Kofi and Toa corner hip attacks Kofi. Ric corkscrew dives Creed outside. Kofi takes a sandwich bodyblock then he is double dropped on his chest for 2.

Kofi is pulled into a cutter. Ric top rope 630's Kofi for 2. Kofi back body drops Ric. SS sweeps Kaun on the apron, superkicks him then slingshot double stomps him as he hangs. Toa bodyblocks SS off the apron. SS dropkicks Toa in the knee then rolls into a flatliner on him. Toa no sells it. 

Toa no sells another flatliner. Kofi spin kicks Toa then Creed tornado ddt's Toa. SS top rope 450's Toa and Ric breaks up the pin with a 450. Toa pop up headbutts Kofi. Toa misses a corner splash and Creed death valley drivers him. We get some fast action and Kofi corkscrew kicks Ric. Toa takes a ranhei + house call kick combo and is pinned.

Thoughts: It went longer than it needed to. They did a lot more than they had to here and everyone took their fair share of hard bumps here. The finish wasn't the cleanest. They had some nice spots here. It was still okay but it would have been better with less time. The New Level won as expected.

Brodido and Adam Page come out after. Page congratulates The New Level and Swerve. He says the titles felt important in their hands in feel important in Swerve's team's hands. He says he's glad The New Level are here but they don't realize who they got involved with. Page says what Swerve is doing with them. Creed says he's teaming with the greatest team in wrestling. He says he's making sure the trios titles are the most important titles in wrestling. 

Page says Swerve will show his partners who he is. Swerve asks how many trios Page has been abandoned by. He says he will abandon Brodido like him. Swerve says the whole world showed him who he is. He says Page is no better or different than him. King says we will see if 3 weeks is long enough for them to keep their belts. Bandido then says something in Spanish and says the titles are the most wanted and belong to them.

Will Ospreay, Mike Bailey and Francesco Akira are interviewed. Will says Mike Bailey came to his rescue last week. Will says he asked Mike if he would join United Empire and he asks him if he will join. Mike says his partnership didn't end well last time but he will join them this time. Will asks if he has anything in green as Akira tries to swear.

Thekla says she's a real b!tch and says Willow is a fake b!tch. Thek says she's for the children and says maybe she can interest Willow in an autograph. She says Saturday will get all toxic.

AEW Continental Title Eliminator Match - Jon Moxley vs Dezmond Xavier

Mox shoves him on the lock up. DX side headlocks him then Mox shoulders him over. DX trips him and spinning reverse headscissors him down. DX hits shots in the corner. Mox rakes his back. 

DX flying headscissors him. Mox flips him with a facekick. We go to PiP break and return. Mox hits mounted corner punches. DX pulls Mox over the top then the topes him. DX superkicks him in the gut and hits chops. 

DX dropkicks him in the back of the neck and standing ssp's him. Mox germans DX and kicks him. DX hits kicks on Mox and cutters him for 2. Dex upkicks him then handspring backflip kicks him. Mox lariats him. 

DX dropkicks him in the knee. Mox john woo's him. DX no sells it and meteora's him for 2. Mox grounded chokes him. DX is choked out and Mox wins.

Thoughts: It didn't get a ton of time which was surprising. It was a random one but what we got was fine. Dez got some nice flying in before going down.

Darby Allin and Steven Borden are interviewed. Adam Copeland comes in. He says he told Christian to sit this out. He says Darby had his back from Day 1 and says Borden will be massive here. He says he heard Borden say he wanted to challenge the tag champs if they win at All Out. Cope says Borden is reaching for legends now and should ask his dad what it means. He says Darby wrestling him is like climbing 2 Everest's. Darby says there's a lot he'd like to say, but it's challenge accepted.

The Young Bucks, Cope and Cage and FTR come out to talk together. There's chairs and ladders set up around the ring. Stokely Hathaway says they have nothing to say and says to wrap this up. A Buck doesn't belive it. He says FTR are The Dudley Boys in match on Saturday. The other Buck says they failed in their chances to win the titles back. He says they have been beaten by both teams and say it might be their last opportunity to win the titles back. He says they will fight like hell to become the first 4x AEW Tag champs.

Cage says it will be their last opportunity. Cage says they are the one time champs and it will stay that way. Cage says they are great teams but Cage and Cope are generational. Cage says since he already talks about FTR's mothers, he wants to meet The Bucks' mothers in Chicago. Cope cuts Cage off and says he's tired of them saying they want to become 4x champs. Cope says they have been in 40 variations of these matches and asks what they can do. Cope says they made a good career jumping off ladders.

A Buck says what they said was true, if it as 1999. He says Cope crippled himself the last time he jumped off something high. Dax tries to interrupt and the four hit FTR. Cope's Team and The Bucks then fight. The Bucks hit superkicks on Cope and Cage then go after Cash Wheeler. 

A Buck climbs a ladder and security comes in to break it up. A Buck jumps on security and the other buck superkicks security. Cope and Cage beat up a security guard in the ring. Cope then conchairto's him.

Willow Nightingale is interviewed. Willow says her and Mone are 2-2. She says she wants to settle the score and it means going through Thekla. She says last time her and Thek wrestled for the title, she wasn't a champ. She says Thek has a new version of Willow and she doesn't know how dangerous that can be. She says she will see her on Saturday.

Tomasso Ciampa vs Jake Doyle

This is a random one. Jake misses a corner charge. TC hits him and boots him in the corner. TC flying lariats Jake and throws him out. TC running knees Jake on the apron. Jake bodyblocks TC.

Jake bangs TC's face off the mat. Jake lariats TC down. TC ddt's him over the 2nd rope. TC hits shots on Jake. TC running knees Jake in the face against the rails outside. Jake drops TC face first on a chair.

We go to PiP break and return. TC 2nd rope air raid crashes him for 2. TC and Jake trade forearms. TC chops him. Jake steps on his foot and forearms him down. TC dropkicks him. TC runs at him and takes a sitout powerbomb for 2. 

Jake running shoulders TC against the LED rails then bangs his head off of them. TC's face is banged off the mat. TC knees him in the face then pumping knees him. TC pins him.

Thoughts: I didn't like any of this. It was a heel vs heel match and was random. Jake survived a 2nd rope air raid crash for some reason and they didn't respect Jake's size much at all. 

Ciampa points to Don Callis and says this is as much for Don as it is for Okada. He says people once asked what if between him and Okada. He says they don't need to do that anymore as they are on the same island now. He says they don't need to wait until Chicago.

Kazuchika Okada comes out. Okada says Ciampa asked for The Rainmaker but he has bad news for him. He says Ciampa won't get him tonight. He pretends to cry and says he's so sorry. He says Ciampa will get what he wants and he will get what he wants - to kick his @ss and show the world he is not on his level, b!tch. 

TC says he's losing his hearing and says if he thinks he's scare of him, he has another thing coming. He says he's getting another version of The Psycho Killer he hasn't seen before. He says he will expose him and take the International Title, b!tch.

AEW TBS Title - Persephone (c) vs Hyan

Britt Baker is on commentary and makes fun of Hyan's name.

Hyan waistlocks her and Pers takes her down by the arm. Hyan side headlocks her and Pers take her over. They trade pin attempts and stand off. Pers running back elbows her and stands on her face. 

Hyan armdrags her and sweeps her. Hyan takes her down and does a jack knife pin. Hyan dropkicks her. Hyan seated springboard armdrags her. Hyan topes Pers outside. We go to PiP break and return.

Pers hits chops on Hyan. Pers powerslams her. Pers asai moonsaults her for 2. Pers chops Hyan. Hyan boots her out of the corner. Hyan running lariat her and back elbows her down. Hyan running knees her. 

Hyan backdrops her for 2. They trade pins. Pers northern lights suplexes her for 2. Hyan spears her for 2. Hyan misses a running knee in the corner. Hyan goes for a pin attempt but Pers holds onto the ropes and pins her.

Thoughts: It was average. Hyan got most of the offense in here and could have been a bit cleaner. Pers won as expected.

United Empire (Will Ospreay and Mike Bailey) vs The Death Riders (Gabe Kidd and Claudio Castagnoli)

Mox is on commentary for this.

Gabe backs up Mike in the corner. Mike chops him there. Mike running facekicks him. They trade chops. Gabe misses a senton. Mike PK's him. Mike sits on top and is pushed down.  They fight outside and Gabe chops Will out there.

UE's heads are banged off the commentary table. Gabe poses and slaps hands with Mox. Will flying forearms CC off the rail outside. Mike 2nd rope dropkicks Gabe.

Gabe takes an atomic drop into a chest kick. Will standing corkscrew moonsaults Mox. Will hits chops on Gabe and Gabe bites Will's hand. Will is held for shots from CC. Will is stomped on by CC and Mox. 

UE hit stereo flying headscissors then hit stereo slingshot plancha's outside. CC blocks a double suplex from UE and hits his own. We go to PiP break and return.

Mike is double slammed. CC splashes Mike. Mike legsweeps CC. Mike step up enzugiri's Gabe. CC sweeps Will off the apron and Mike triangle asai moonsaults CC. Mike kicks the buckle into Gabe's face. Gabe bites Mike's foot. Mike sitout powerbombs Gabe.

Will gets in. He drops Gabe and step up enzugiri's CC. Will suplexes Gabe then suplexes CC. Will handspring corkscrew kicks Gabe for 2. Gabe headbutts Will in the chest and punches him. Will armbars Gabe but CC breaks it up. Will and Mike hit stereo rolling armbars.

CC powerbombs Mike onto Will. Gabe bangs his head off the buckles to fire up. Will takes corner attacks and a pop-up euro for 2. Gabe and Mike slap each other. Mike spin kicks him. CC lariats Mike over the top. Will rolls up CC for 2.

CC giant swings Will but Will hits a spinning ddt off of it. Will hits a styles clash on CC and pins him.

Thoughts: It was fine. We got a lot of stereo spots here and it had a lot of action. They didn't go too crazy here and neither Will or Mike did a lot of their wild spots and dives.

Will gets on the mic after. He says he feels grateful for the fans. He says this place didn't exist once and says he's honored to be the champ. He says as long as AEW has been alive, so has Jon Moxley. Will thanks Mox for the guidance, for being the ace and for breaking him. He says he's the man he is today because of it. He says the one thing he learned from him is that the title is what it's all about. He says he risked his life for the title. He says he's here to attack for the new generation and says Mox has been dumped in the ocean with a great white shark. He says Mox is the challenge and Will says he's the champ this time. 

Mox comes in and asks if Will feels like the champ. Gabe Kidd goes to hit Will but Will ducks and elbows him down. Will says something like, "you're d@mn f*cking right" to Mox about feeling like the champ. Will then has words for  downed Gabe Kidd after.

Jack Perry does a promo in the back. He says he called out Samoa Joe and says Joe doesn't speak for himself as he got The Opps instead. He says he was told he has to face Shibata to get to him. He says he wanted to face the killers and there's no more of a killer than Shibata. He says he will have to survive Shibata before facing Joe.

Divine Dominion and The Brawling Birds have a face to face on the stage with a table set up. Renee moderates it. Meg says the table with tea and sweets on it is a gift. Lena asks if they want them to pretend they are special. Meg says no matter how hard they fight, they don't deserve the  tag titles. Lena says "undefeated" is a stretch as they beat them one on one. Lena says the will beat them within an inch of their lives Saturday. Lena says to have a cup of tea before it comes crumbling down. Alex says there's nothing they really need to say but says may the best team win. Hayter then hits Meg with a tea pot and the four fight on the stage. Hayter is thrown over the the table. Meg says may the best team win. The Birds then take stereo slams on the stage. 

The Conglomeration talk in the back after last week's Dynamite. Kyle says they will get back on their feet. Strong says he's sick of the we'll get 'em next time stuff. Strong says he tried to do things their way and he can't do it anymore. He says it doesn't work anymore. Strong says they are champions and says he can't do this anymore.

The Don Callis Family (Kevin Knight and Kyle Fletcher) vs The Outrunners (Turbo Floyd and Truth Magnum)

Kyle and Turbo lock up. Kyle backs him up on the ropes. Turbo chops him and poses. 

Kyle forearms him, shoulders him over and running facekicks him. Kyle then poses on the ropes. KK corner lariats Turbo and Kyle slams Turbo. KK is lifted into a splash on Turbo for 2. KK takes a kneelit and a spinning backdrop from Turbo.

Kyle pulls Turbo out and sends him into the steps. KK pounds on Truth in the corner and the heels foot choke Truth. KK is back body dropped out. Kyle flying facekicks Truth off the apron. KK jumps off the apron and lariats KK.

We go to PiP break and return. Kyle slams down Truth and KK sliding lariats Truth. Truth back body drops Kyle over the top. Truth back body drops KK and Turbo tags in.

Turbo hits punches on Kyle and KK. He slams both. The Runners hit stereo splashes. Turbo hits a bulldog + flying lariat combo on both opponents. The Runners hit a double elbow drop on Kyle for 2. Turbo lariats KK over the top. Kyle half and half suplexes Turbo. Kyle running corner facekicks Turbo then he brainbusters him. KK top rope 180 splashes Turbo and pins him.

Thoughts: It was a random one and the faces lost as expected. What we got was fine. The heels took some big bumps here which was a little surprising with the big show being this weekend.

The Don Callis Family is interviewed in the ring after. Kyle asks the crowd to say his full name.

Kyle says Darby and Borden ran into the fire and will be get burned this weekend at All Out. Kyle says he didn't like Kevin at first but they are working as a well-oiled machine or a family. Kyle says this Saturday will be a cakewalk. Kyle says they will become the #1 Contender's to the AEW Tag Titles. 

Darby Allin's music hits. RPG Vice wait for him on the stage. Darby and Steven Borden then appear up near the top of the arena. Darby says they aren't running but are waiting until All Out. Darby asks if Kevin didn't learn his lesson from last time as he learned his. Kevin says Darby only won because The Borden Bunch jumped him. Kevin says they played by his rules but will play by his and "his flamingo's" rules at All Out. Kevin says they are multi-time champs while Darby's partner is a rookie. Kevin says Saturday will be a cake walk. Darby asks why they call it a cake walk. Darby says it will be humbling when they lose to a rookie and says don't call it an upset.

Chris Jericho comes out. He says he beat Nick Wayne clean last week then Nick kicked him low. He says he didn't like it but says he took advantage of an opportunity and made it work and he liked that. He says he will give Nick another chance to come down and stand face to face with him tonight. He then tells him to get down here.

Nick Wayne comes out. He says he's a smart guy and is good looking. He says he doesn't believe him that he wants to talk and says everyone who trusted him got a knife stabbed in their back. CJ says Nick took advantage of an opportunity. CJ goes to kick him but Nick avoids it. CJ compares them. He says Nick is an egotistical SOB and it's okay. 

He asks if Nick knows who Nick Bockwinkel is. He says he got to be on the same show as him at 21 and asks if he would watch his match and give him advice. He says he was told he works too fast and did too many moves and wondered what he would know. He says he thought he knew it all, but what if he listened and wasn't an arrogant prick?

Nick says it's not about the necklace, he lost to CJ and shouldn't have. He says it won't happen again. He says wrestling is all he has known. He says all he has known is to be a wrestler and says he might need to change who he is to beat CJ. He challenges him to a match at Grand Slam France. He says may the man who knows more wins. They shake hands and CJ gets mad at his "the man who knows more" line. CJ says Nick isn't a man and is a kid who will get the sh!t kicked out of him by CJ again.

Hyan is interviewed. She says Britt and Pers took out her partner. She says she was told she's just a tag wrestler and she says meet her new partner. She then brings out Thunder Rosa. She says Britt ran away from her but she knows she will be there in Pittsburgh. She says they will be there too and they will remind her why she won't forget who she is.

Mercedes Mone comes out before the next match to do commentary.

Skye Blue vs Queen Aminata

Mina is with Queen and Julia Hart is with SB.

They lock up. Queen backs her up in the corner. SB goes for a superkick and Queen ducks. SB taps her on the head. Queen snapmares her and taps her on the head.

Queen taunts her. They shove each other and trade forearms. Queen hits forearms. Queen double chops her and suplxes her. Queen then bangs SB's face off her butt. Queen PK's SB. Queen is sent into the steps. SB suplexes her off the steps. 

We go to PiP break and return. SB throws her down backwards and boots her in the face. Queen running forearms her. Queen hits lariats and germans her. Queen broski boots her in the corner and 2nd rope double stomps her for 1.

SB step up knees her in the corner. Queen twisting neckbreakers her for 2. Hart distracts Queen from the apron. Queen and SB trade pin attempts. SB superkicks Queen then pumping knees her for 2. 

SB slaps her. Queen headbutts her in the face. Queen running knees her in the face and pins her.

Thoughts: It was a bit one-sided in Queen's favor. Queen's offense looked good as usual and we got the usual Skye match. It wasn't that bad.

Queen is attacked after by Hart. Mina saves Queen and the four fight. Thekla comes down and hits forearms. Thek does her bridge then Willow Nightingale comes down. Willow hits the heels. The heels escape and Mone gets up on the table and holds her title at Willow. 

Britt Baker and Persephone put each other over in the back. Britt says Thunder Rosa and Hyan are done. Britt says Rosa can't keep her name out of her mouth and they will see her next week. 

PAC vs Ace Austin

Ace backs up Pac on the ropes. Ace cartwheels out of an armlock and armdrags Pac into an armlock. Pac hiptosses Ace. Ace trips him and kicks him. Ace dropkicks him. Pac side headlocks him and Ace dropkicks him. Ace PK's Pac from the apron. Ace slingshot plancha's him over the turnbuckle.

Ace does squats with Pac on his back. Ace death valley drivers him. We go to PiP break and return. Ace high kicks him. Ace hits lariats and backdrops him. Ace legdrops him. 

Ace flying corner lariats him. Pac misses a corner splash. Ace top rope spinning legdrops him in the back of the neck for 2. Pac backdrops him then belly to belly suplexes him into the buckles. Pac hits a corkscrew ssp/black arrow and pins Ace.

Thoughts: The match was fine with a lot of action as usual. It was nice to see Pac's corkscrew SSP. Pac won this one as expected. Did we really need to see this? Nope.

Pac puts Ace in the brutalizer after. Jay White comes down and beats up Pac. The Dogs and Death Riders come out and beat up Jay. The rest of The Bang Bang Gang then comes down and fights. Andrade El Idolo then comes out and lariats Pac down outside. Idolo beats up Pac in the crowd. 

Overall thoughts: This ran until about 11:25PM or so. That's absolutely ridiculous on a weeknight when the vast majority of people watching have to be up early the next day. And there was tons of stuff that could have been cut out. It was the usual AEW show with tons and tons of wrestling but it had a fair amount of talking segments too. I'd say maybe the Ospreay/Bailey tag was the best match of the night. I'd give it a 6 out of 10 overall as most of the wrestling was decent and it was an okay show, but the run time on this one sucked.
