AAA on Fox 10/3/2026

Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/09/aaa-on-fox-9262026.html

We are in Leon, Guanajuato. Corey Graves and JBL are on commentary.

We see various wrestlers arrive. Parka comes out with people in mummy costumes that we are told is an homage to an El Santo vs Mummies movie.

El Grande Americano comes out to talk. Grande talks in Spanish. Corey says Grande said him and the fans made history together and he's got big news to share.

Dominik Mysterio, Omos and Dorian Roldan come out and get in the ring. Dorian Roldan talks on the mic in Spanish and says he has something to say. Dorian says he's here on behalf of The Roldan Family and not to represent Dom or Omos. Dorian says he has no issue with Grande as his issue is with Rey Mysterio.

Rey Mysterio comes in the ring and talks. Rey says we have a Mega champ we can be proud of in El Grande Americano. Dorian says he has questions for Rey. Dorian asks if Rey was the official ref of record at Triplemania. Rey says he's the GM. Dorian says Rey is not a licensed ref so the decision at Triplemania should be reversed. He threatens legal action. Grande then says him and Rey could face Dom and Omos tonight in a match. Grande says if Dom wins, he can get a title rematch, but if Dom doesn't win, he can't challenge for the title again. Dom then accepts.

Thoughts: This new translation style sucks. It's not direct and it feels like Graves is giving his own version of what was said instead of what was actually said. It also takes forever.

Mr. Iguana talks to La Parka after World's Collide and wants a 1v1 shot at his Latin American Title. Parka agrees and they shake hands.

AAA Latin American Title - La Parka (c) vs Mr. Iguana

They lock up and Iguana takes him down with a leg lock. Iguana does something like a figure four and goes for a pin. Parka rolls Iguana by the legs. Parka surfboards him and Iguana turns it into a pin attempt.

Iguana wristlocks Parka, Parka cartwheels out and wristlocks him. Iguana trips him and crucifixes him. They then both headflip up together. Iguana runs the ropes and Parka armdrags him. Parka tilt-a-whirl armdrags him. Parka boots him in the back.

Parka headflips and dances. Iguana dropkicks him and sends him out. Iguana spinning headscissors him. Parka basement dropkicks him from behind then topes him outside. Parka headflips off the steps and Iguana flying headscissors him from the steps.

Parka rolls into a cutter inside for 2. Iguana spinning armbars him. Parka tries to powerbomb him but is hurricanrana'd for 2. Parka grabs La Yesca outside and throws it. They trade chops outside. Iguana takes him down and hits mounted shots. They trade forearms. Iguana step up enzugiri's him. Iguana crucifix drivers him for 2. Iguana goes up top, Parka walks the buckles and top rope spanish flies him for 2.

Iguana springboard topes him. They double clothesline each other down. Perros del Mal then run out and attack both to make this a no contest.

Thoughts: It wasn't as good as it should have been. they were a little sloppy here. I didn't like the top rope spanish fly being meaningless either. They should have been a little more friendly with each other too here since they are both faces.

Parka and Iguana get stomped by Los Perros after. Daga rams a chair end into Parka's body. Nino Hamburguesa comes out to make the save. Nino beats up Los Perros. Iguana pounds on Angel and Parka swings a chair. Angel escapes.

Security then comes out to break this up.

Los Perros vs Nino, Parka and Iguana is then booked for Heroes Inmortales.

Los Americanos face Tokyo Bad Boys next week, Nobu San faces Mini Vikingo, Joaquin Wilde and Jack Cartwheel in a #1 contender's match for the AAA Cruiserweight Title and Pagano will explain himself.

Rey Mysterio and El Grande Americano vs Dominik Mysterio and Omos

Dom gets an AAA Mega Title shot if he wins and can't challenge for it again if he loses it.

Rey and Dom lock up. Dom backs him up in the corner. Rey sunset flips him then side headlocks him. Dom lariats him. Rey casadora bulldogs Dom. Dom is tripped and take a leg drop and elbow drop. Grande PK's Dom.

Grande hits mounted corner punches on Dom. Grande step up enzugiri's him. Dom tags Omos in. Grande gets on Omos' back and Omos back elbows him in the corner. Omos misses a corner charge and pushes Grande down. Grande tries to triangle him over the top rope. Dom tags in, puts the ring skirt around Grande's head and boots him there. Dom throws Grande into the steps.

Dom stomps Grande's head into the steps. Dom slingshot swantons him for 2. Omos pulls Grande's arms back. Grande hits forearms on him. Dom knees Grande from the apron. Omos facekicks Grande. Omos misses an elbow drop.

Rey takes in and flying headscissors Dom. Rey hits mounted corner punches on Dom. Rey top rope la silla's Dom. Rey spinning ddt's him.

Rey boots Dom out of the corner. Grande throws Rey into a flying headscissors on Dom. Omos catches Rey by the throat and Grande step up enzugiri's Omos to break it. Omos takes a double lariat then Grande swings Rey into Omos. Omos is tied up in the ropes. Omos takes punches from the faces while he's tied up.

Dom rolls up Grande. Grande walks up the buckles and diving blockbusters Dom. Dorian gets on the apron and distracts the ref. Omos pulls Grande out and sends him into the apron edge. Omos splashes Grande against the post.

Omos picks up Grande and Rey 619's Omos around the post. Rey 619's Omos while he's outside again. Rey la silla's off the 2nd rope, sending Omos through the commentary table. Dom rips Rey's mask off. Dom then hits Grande with the Mega Title and pins him.

Thoughts: Dom's team winning made the most sense here and was expected, but at least it beats a match with nothing on the line. What we got was fine here and they did what they were supposed to do. Rey's offense vs Omos was creative. I liked it and thought it was fine for a main.

Dom boots Rey after then boots Grande too. Dom then poses with Rey's mask on the buckles.

Overall thoughts: They had a new translation style which I didn't like here. It's slow and it doesn't really feel like you heard exactly what was said. I didn't like Parka/Iguana that much. The main event was fine though. There weren't any other matches here. I wouldn't say they did anything wrong here, but I wanted a little more out of this. I also do think it's taking too long for some things to progress like Pagano's turn on Psycho Clown. I'd give it a 5 out of 10 overall and I thought it was average.
