Reality of Wrestling 8/5/2026 PLATINUM Episode 35

Chris Russo and Brad Gillmore are on commentary.

AJ Francis talks to Max Castellanos and his girl in the back. Danny Limelight comes in and complains. AJ says he wouldn't have picked them for the 6-man tag tonight if he had to. AJ says he's the Glory champ and they need to listen to him. Max tells Danny that if he tries anything tonight, he will drop him. AJ says they need to make this work just for one night. AJ then tells Max they will be alright.

ROW Texas Title - Jay Alexander vs Big 4Hunnid

Big is announced as being 440lbs. 

Jay turns his back to him and gets splashed in the corner. Big forearms him and chest clubs him. Jay hits shots on him. Big knees him in the gut and backbreakers him. Big throws Jay face first into the buckles. Big then bodyblocks him down.

Big misses a corner charge and takes an enzugiri. Big powerslams him. Big walks on him. Big 2nd rope vader bombs him for 2. Big short arm lariats him. Jay blocks a suplex and hits his own suplex on him for 2. Jay hurricanrana's him and pins him.

Thoughts: I'm not sure if this was the right match for Jay as he's pushed as a Goldberg type and he had to be the complete underdog face here. Big had a nice debut though and the announcers put him over. What we got was alright and made sense, just I wouldn't have done this with Jay.

Monica Monroe is interviewed. She says she's on top of the world and is soaring high. She says she's still the ROW Women's champ. She says she's still been studying Rachel Ley and she's a gymnast like her. She says she's a gymnast too and says the better gymnast will win.

Will Allday and Cam Cole vs The Dirty White Boys (TY Shane and Jonny Lyons)

TY throws his shirt at Cam before the match. Will shoves down TY side headlocks him. TY grabs him by the hair and Will olympic slams him. JL takes a side headlock takeover from Cam. Will cartwheel PK's JL. Cam backdrops JL. 

JL goes up and over then runs into a Will dropkick. Cam dropkicks TY off the ropes. Will armdrags JL. TY back elbows WIll and hits mounted shots on him. Will takes a double elbow drop. JL slams Will. Will pele kicks JL.

Cam comes in and hit shots on both opponents. JL's head is banged off the buckles then his head is banged off Will's foot. Cam is pulled over the top rope. Will checks on Cam and TY nails Will outside. The DWB's stomp Cam in the ring. 

JL bangs Cam's knee off the mat. Cam double ddt's his opponents off a double suplex attempt. Will comes in and hits lariats on The Boys. Will flying forearms JL. Will springboard enzugiri's JL then topes both opponents outside. Will then topes both opponents outside. Ty takes a cool headscissors off the top into a Cam codebreaker. Cam pins TY.

Thoughts: It was an okay bout here. Both teams played their roles and the crowd was into Cam and Will. The faces hit a few dives and the finish was nice.

ROW Women's Title - Monica Monroe (c) vs Rachel Ley

MM wristlocks her. Ley forward handsprings out. Ley puts her in a wristlock and MM headflips out. MM sunset flips her. MM goes up and over with a flip. Ley then does the same and they stand off.

Ley knees her in the gut. Ley is thrown out. MM's throat is pulled down over the top. Ley rolls into a lariat on MM.  Ley hits legdrops and rolling sentons her. 

Ley boots her in the corner. Ley handstands in the corner and pendulum double boots her. Ley overhead suplexes her for 2. Ley sleepers her. MM boots her out of the corner. MM lariats her.

MM hits back elbows and slingblades her. MM finlay rolls her and asai moonsaults her for 2. Ley backcrackers her. Ley top rope moonsaults her for 2. Ley does a crossface and MM ropebreaks. 

Ley argues with the ref. MM superkicks her. MM cradle shocks her. MM top rope swantons her and pins her.

Thoughts: I thought it was good. Both of the girls are pretty similar. They had an athletic match with some moonsaults and other athletic moves. The two worked well together and it was definitely the best I've ever seen Ley look. I would really like to see this one again and this looked like an NXT level match.

Niko Vance talks to Big Luther and Zilla Fatu in the back. Niko hypes up his team in the back. He says they are about to handle this right now. Fatu says him and Luther are on the same team tonight and says let's leave whatever happened last time in the past.

Zilla Fatu, Big Luther and Niko Vance vs AJ Francis, Danny Limelight and Max Castellanos

AJ has House Money with him (Josiah Jean, Quinton Wynters and Tianna Sway). Max has Alexa with him.

Niko lariats Max down then double legs him. Niko hits mounted shots and takes a jawbreaker. Max hits punches and shots in the corner. Niko boots him out of the corner and lariats him. 

Luther is tagged in and he double chops Max. Luther calls for AJ to come in but AJ ducks Max's tag. Danny and Fatu get in. Fatu chops him down and Danny rolls over his back. Danny dropkicks him and Fatu flying headscissors him. Fatu splashes Danny on the ropes and chops him.

Niko hits Danny in the gut. Niko suplexes Danny. Max tries to hit Fatu from behind but Niko stops him. Fatu slingshot plancha's Max. Niko then does a dangerous looking suicide dive outside. Tianna Sway distracts the ref and House Money send Fatu into the post outside.

Danny stomps Fatu. AJ drops Fatu with a punch and chokes him on the ropes. Tianna Sway then chokes Fatu on the ropes. AJ hits tennessee whiskey on Fatu. Max foot chokes Fatu in the corner then punches him. 

Niko eye rakes Fatu then backcrackers him. Fatu pop up samoan drops Danny. Luther comes in and shoulders over Danny. Max comes off the top and Luther catches him. Luther then slams him. Luther corner splashes Danny and world's strongest slams him for 2. AJ tries to throw Luther out and facekicks him off the apron. Fatu then lariats AJ over the top.

Danny does a no hands pedigree on Fatu. Niko suplexes Danny. Alexa trips Niko then Max powerslams Niko for 2. The ref then ejects Alexa and House Money. Danny does a one arm pedigree on Max, turning on his own partner. Luther pops up behind Danny and throws him in the corner.

Luther corner lariats Danny. AJ slides in and slides out as Luther looks at him. Luther sky highs Danny and pins him.

Thoughts: It was a fun all-star tag here with some of ROW's best. It doesn't really get much bigger than this starpower wise on ROW. I thought it was an okay main here and a lot of fun. They avoided the Luther/AJ match to save that for Summer of Champions and they did a nice job of putting Luther and Fatu over. Niko also worked hard as a face.

Overall thoughts: Jay Alexander wasn't the best choice for Big 4Hunnid's debut but it made sense and was alright. Cam Cole and Will's tag was fine with everyone doing what they were supposed to. Monroe/Ley was the show stealer with the two having an athletic match and both coming out looking good. I want to see that bout again. The main was a fun all-star tag with 6 of ROW's best. This was a good show to run before Summer of Champions and I thought it was good. I'd give this an easy 7 out of 10 and would recommend it. The women's match is worth a look.
