We see an Athena promo from DoN. She says the spotlight is hers and she will make AEW be "Athena Elite Wrestling" forever.

AEW National Title Match - Mark Davis (c) vs. Adam Priest

AP hits chops and forearms. AP shin kicks him when shoulders don't work. Mark slams and sentons him. AP hits chops in the corner. AP is sent into the corner and goes over and out. AP stomps Mark's hand into the apron.

They go back in and Mark chops him down. MD slams him and forearms him in the corner. MD hits corner lariats then lariats him down. MD knocks him off the apron into the rails. AP pulls Mark's arm into the post, puts his hand into the rope connector and hits it. 

AP stomps Mark's arm and hand. AP splits Mark's fingers. AP euros him and throws him down by the arm for 2. AP pulls his arms back. AP 2nd rope diving toronado ddt's Mark then armbars him into an armbar. Mark sitout powerbombs him.

Mark grabs a sleeper then lariats him down for 2. MD forearms him then enzugiri's him. AP shoulders him in the leg, knocking him over. AP then does a half-crab and STF. MD ropebreaks. MD lariats AP from the apron. MD 2nd rope twisting suplexes him. Mark forearms him down and hits a gutwrench piledriver to win.

Thoughts: I didn't like the match. Mark came over like the face when he was the heel as AP was working his joints and getting rough with him. This was also a slower and grindy match which isn't what you want your opener to be.

Anthony Ogogo vs. Darian Bengston

Ogogo has The Infantry and Cristyan XO with him.

DB armlocks him and AO slams him. DB trips him then kneelifts him. DG slides out and poses with Ogogo's STP crew outside. AO footpresses him down. AO euros him in the corner then stomps him in the corner.

AO chokes him in the corner. Carlie Bravo chokes DB behind the ref's back. AO back elbows DB. AO powerslams him for 2. DB hits corkscrew kick then spinning heel kicks him in the corner. DB double jump whisper in the wind's him for 2. 

DB hurricanrana's him out. AO catches his tope and overhead suplexes him on the floor. AO stomps DB. AO misses a top rope swanton. AO blocks his crucifix and does an F-5 where he slams him on his back for 2. AO slaps him around. 

DB facekicks him. AO hits a forearm and DB is out. AO wins via knockout.

Thoughts: DB is a ball of energy and very unusual. He literally just throws himself at people and is pretty wild. This was something different. Ogogo won as expected here. 

Mance Warner does a promo. He says he's home and is known for knocking people out and hitting the pay window. He says STP has history with him. He says Lee Moriarty has the Pure Title and they will fight. Mance says he's not known for armbars but for punching people in the mouth and for swinging chairs. He says he will hit the pay window and put him down. He says this is where he does his violence and work.

Pure Rules Match - Rachael Ellering vs. Viva Van

They trade wristlocks and take each other down by the arm. They trade armlocks and Van tries a pin off of it. RE shoulders her over and armlocks her again. RE takes her down by the arm. Va roll and poses at her. Van rolls her up for 2 then dropkicks her. 

Van spinning heel kicks her for 2. RE hits chops and corner spears. RE gutwrench suplexes her then sentons her for 2. Van ties up her arm and half crabs her but RE fights out. They trade forearms. RE lariats her.

Van upkicks her. RE euros her then cross-legged brainbusters her for 2. Van uraken's her. Van then ocean cyclone suplexes her and wins.

Thoughts: I was a bit surprised to see Van win but both girls are lower on the totem pole and it was kind of anyone's game. The match didn't get a lot of time and was just average.  

Angelico vs. "Main Man" Oro

Oro's been signed for a bit but was only doing dark matches. 

Oro koppo kicks him to start. Oro hits chops and a flipping koppo kick for 2. Ange pump kicks him then hits punches and leg kicks. Oro spin kicks him in the face. Oro kicks him in the back and knee drops his face. 

Ange is thrown into the buckles. Ange hits punches. Ange bends over the 2nd rope and is kicked then is flatlinered for 2. Ange hits lariats then upkicks him. Ange lifting flatliners him for 2. Oro hits a big lariat. Oro throws him up from his shoulder and kicks him as he comes down.

Oro misses a spinning heel kick in the corner. Ange does a reverse dragon screw then twists his legs into a figure four + ankle lock. Oro taps out.

Thoughts: It was a shorter one. Oro had some creative offense and Ange did non-submission stuff here which was fine. What we got was alright.

Caprice Coleman interviews Athena. Ath accuses him of sucking up. CC ask if she knew her reign would be so long. She says she was tired of trying to be a team player and felt like she wasn't moving anywhere. She says people think about her only when they think ROH, not Samoa Joe, Daniels, Nigel or Danielson. 

Ath says people want to discredit her and want to see her in other places. She says she works hard and says she didn't know if she would wrestle again when she tore her achilles. She says she treas every match as her last. She says a bunch of people don't want to watch HonorClub and says when a better person comes along, they will take her title. 

Trish Adora vs. Maya World

TA slaps her handshake away. TA side headlocks her. TA trips her. Maya headflips over her back and superkicks her. Maya flying headscissors her. Maya backsplashes her. Maya sits on the 2nd rope and is chopped down to the floor. 

TA clubs and kicks her back. TA sits on her back. TA armwringers her and throws her down by the arm. TA pulls on her arm then stomps it down backwards into the mat. TA puts her upside down on her knee and pulls on her arms and legs. 

TA boots her in the face. Maya facekicks her. TA running back elbows her then double underhook suplexes her. Maya bridges out of a lariat and upkicks her. Maya pump kicks her and slingblades her. Maya double boots her out of the corner and 2nd rope asai moonsaults her for 2.

They go outside and TA pump kicks her there. TA suplexes her for 2. Maya hits forearms. Maya springboard back elbows her for 2. Maya rolls her into a double stomp. TA black hole slams her into a backbreaker. TA germans her. Maya cradles her out of nowhere and pins her.

Thoughts: It was a surprise finish here with Maya winning. It was acceptable but not much more.

Mark Sterling does the intro for Stori Denail. He says someday, we will be able to tell our grandkids that we witnessed the beginning of greatness and then say, "Athletes Rule".

Stori Denali vs Brooke Havok

SD pats her head when they shake hands. SD pulls her down off the lock up. Brooke rolls out of lock up' and upkicks her. Brooke hits flying lariats. SD then lariats her down when she jumps at her.

Brooke is hit with snake eyes and a running boot. SD black hole slams her. SD foot chokes her in the corner and hits forearms and chops. Brooke hits leg kicks then 2nd rope dropkicks her twice. Brook is caught off the buckles and slammed on her chest. SD chokeslams her and pins her.

Thoughts: It was all squash here as expected with Stori running through her and winning easy. 

Jacked Jameson talks trash before his match. He says they will beat their opponent's @sses and says The Frat House is where the best party.

ROH World Six Man Tag Team Title Proving Ground Match - Dalton Castle & The Outrunners (Truth Magnum & Turbo Floyd) vs. The Frat House (Griff Garrison, Jacked Jameson & Preston Vance)

Vance knees Truth in the gut then boots him. JJ gets spears in and Vance hits chops. Truth knee lifts Vance and Turbo backdrops Vance. Turbo still has his title on. Vance eye rakes Turbo then Trubo takes a double facekick in the corner. Turbo is put in tree of woe and Jacked stands on his crotch. 

JJ misses a knee drop on Turbo then stomps him. JJ goes crotch first into Turbo's knees. Turbo low back body drops Vance. Turbo and Vance double clothesline each other. 

Dalton comes in and suplexes the heels. Griff hits Dalton with a spinning forearm. JJ crossbodies Dalton over the 2nd rope and Vance lariats Dalton for 2. JJ gets slammed. Griff and Vance then get slammed. JJ takes the double elbow drop and double axe handle. Dalton pins JJ.

Thoughts: Dalton's team won as expected. It didn't really get enough time to be anything too special with 6-men involved. It was acceptable. Jacked has some new move where he kind of crossbodies his opponents back on the 2nd rope and swings on the ropes.

The Lethal Twist attack The Outrunners and Dalton after. Ian Riccaboni interviews The Twist in the ring. Ian complains about them jumping the faces and Jay tells him to shut up. Blake says he proved he belonged in the main at Supercard of Honor. He says he proved he will be ROH champ someday. He says they proved they are the most innovative, talented and exciting team in ROH. Blake says they are more so talented and innovative than the current ROH Trios champs. Blake tells Ian to get 3 opponents for them or they will take their frustrations out on him. 

The Lethal Twist (Blake Christian, Jay Lethal & Lee Johnson) vs. Il Cartello Grillo (Hayden Seal, KayJay Impala & Rosario Grillo)

Grillo's been doing jobs here for years and it looks like they gave him a faction.

BC facekicks Seal off the handshake. He throws him into the rails and stomps him outside. Seal takes a double team, a gordbuster and a sliding forearm. Lee hits mounted shots on Seal. Seal suplexes Lee. 

RG comes in and hits lariats on Lee. RG flying euros him. Lee corner facekicks RG. BC top rope diving lariats RG. Impala is held on the apron for a dropkick and BC 619's RG's back. BC asai moonsaults outside. RG cradles Jay for 2. 

BF springboard 450's RG then Jay submits RG.

Thoughts: Debuting a new faction to a one sided loss is a real great way to get them over. It was a squash and the jobbers lost as expected.

ROH World Title Match - Bandido (c) vs. Volador Jr.

Vol and Band do stereo handsprings into the ropes. Band corkscrew headscissors him and topes him. Band hits forearms on vol. Vol enzugiri's him from the apron. Vol top rope dropkicks him. Vol topes him outside. 

Band springboard crossbodies Vol. Band then does the finger gun point at him. Vol lariats and facekicks Band down. Vol boots Band in the corner. Vol and Band trade corner lariats. Band top rope tornillos him. Band tope con hilos him outside.

Vol PK's Band from the apron. Vol apron diving headscissors him outside. Vol tries it again but is caught and swung into the rails. Band springboard crossbodies but Vol dropkicks him in mid-air for 2. Vol tries to toyota roll on him but is hit with an alley oop. Vol handsprings and Band catches and powerbombs him down. 

Vol throws Band over the top. Vol slingshot diving headscissors him outside. Vol is sent into and over the rails. Band runs at the rails then flips over them into Vol in the aisle. They both get on the rails and Vol hurricanrana's him down. 

Vol top rope frogsplashes him inside for 2. Band enzugiri's Vol on the apron. Band 2nd rope superplexes Vol for 2. Vol code red's him for 2.

Vol superkicks Band. Band pop up cutters him. They flying kick each other down at the same time. Band germans Vol then top rope ssp's him for 2. Vol is popped up in the corner and he hits a spinning canadian destroyer on Band for 2. Band hits a reverse GTS on him. Band hits a 21plex for 2.  

Vol canadian destroyers Band for 2. Band top rope moonsault reverse slams him. Band then hits another 21plex and wins.

Thoughts: I didn't like it. It started off today but they did more and more and sold less and less as it went on. It was just an indy style match and not my type of thing. 

ROH World Television Title Match - AR Fox (c) vs. Dezmond Xavier

This is a random one.

They lock up. Dez wristlocks him then AR reverses it. Dez side headlocks him and AR rolls him. AR sunset flips him for 2. Dez misses double stomps. AR armdrags him. Dez handstand upkicks him then rolls him up for 1. AR is rolled out. 

AR goes out and looks at his title for some reason. AR superkicks him on the apron. AR is euro'd off the apron and Dex topes him outside. Dez hits shots to the gut and kicks to the chest. Dez kneeling springboard swanton's him for 2.

Dez STO's him. Dez then ties his legs up and elbow drops his back for 2. Dez hits forearms. AR hits some punches. Dez punches him in the back enzugiri's him from behind. AR kips down out of a flying lariat. Dez hits punches and AR enzugiri's him. 

AR flying corner lariats him and hits elbows to the shoulder. AR superkicks him and buzzsaw kicks him. AR low cutters him then walks him into a cutter for 2. Dez cradles him for 2 and hits some shots. 

Dez tornado ddt's him. Dez hits his handspring double pele kick for 2. Dez misses a meteora. AR back elbows him then ddt's him. AR tiger feint ddt's him then twisting suplexes him for 2. 

AR misses a top rope 450. Dez boots and high kicks him out of the corner. Dez goes up top and crotches himself. AR seated SAT's him then cross-arm fisherman busters him. AR top rope 450's him and wins. 

Thoughts: It wasn't quite as wild as you would think and they showed some discipline. It wasn't memorable or anything but they flew around and ended it without going too crazy. I was alright with this one. I have no idea how Dez earned this shot as he has never had an ROH singles match. 

Overall thoughts: It was your usual mostly random ROH show. It went longer than it needed to and nothing was that great here. They also replayed the Volador Jr./Bandido match from CMLL last week. There was little storyline or angle advancement as usual and some random title shots. The main was maybe the best thing on this show. I'd give it a 5 out of 10 as it was an average show.
