Mascara Pura and Edrax Tores vs Chris Ifer and Jesus el Olimpico

No intros here for either team.

Pura is rolled up by Ifer then he front facelocks him. Ifer side headlocks him then shoulders him over. Pura takes a double hiptoss neckbreaker. JO then standing corkscrew moonsaults him. JO backdrops him. Ifer springboard splashes Pura for 2. Ifer trips and forearms ET. 

ET takes a flying corner lariats. Ifer celebrates and Pura backcrackers him for 2. ET punches JO on the floor. Pura chinlocks Ifer. Pura legdrops Ifer. ET backdrops Ifer for 2. Pura flying double knees Ifer off his partner's back. Pura basement dropkicks Ifer for 2. 

Pura puts his foot in Ifer's chest then armbars him. Ifer hits shots to the gut and Pura knees him in the face. Ifer is double stomped on by his opponents. ET slams Ifer and dances. ET legdrops him for 2. Ifer hits shots to the gut then spinebusters ET. 

JO and Pura tag in. JO hits punches and a stunner. JO superkicks him for 2. JO takes a flying knee. ET death valley drivers Ifer for 2. Pura then hits mounted shots on Ifer. JO superkicks Pura and ET. Pura takes a backdrop + powerbomb combo but ET breaks the pin up.

JO is sent into the post. ET low blows Ifer then piledrivers him. Pura hits a top rope splash on Ifer and pins him.

Thoughts: It was a fun bout with Ifer and JO going for the big upset and getting close before losing via nefarious means. The crowd and announcers got into it and the underdogs were likeable here. I enjoyed this.

We see clips of the recent situation with Jose Navarro.

Daisy Lyn vs Vanilla Vargas

DL hits VV as she poses on the ropes. She hits corner spears on her and boots her in the corner. VV misses a corner charge. VV rolls her into a double stomp. VV dropkicks her through the ropes outside. DL is sent into the post. 

VV hangs over the 2nd rope and is kicked. DL bridging ddt's her. DL chinlocks her. VV corner hip attacks her and then stink faces her. DL flying back elbows her for 2. VV is sent chest first into the buckles. VV cradles her for 2. DL superkicks her then twisting neckbreakers her for 2. 

They slap each other then trade forearms. VV boots her out of the corner then flying headscissors her out of the corner. VV dropkicks her. VV corner meteora's her then corner basement dropkicks her. VV hits an angel's wings for 2. VV mises a corner meteora. DL final cut's her. DL top rope swantons her for 2.

DL mises a corner attack and VV rolls her up for the win.

Thoughts: I liked this and thought it was a decent bout. They kept the pace up, they had some close nearfalls and the crowd was into it. I didn't expect much and was surprised by what we got.

DL hits VV after and pounds on her.  

DL then hits hard shots to the gut. The refs eventually come break it up. 

La Wizard Analiza

Wizard talks to Pedro Portillo III. PP faces Super Atomo tonight. PP says he did his homework and watches his match with Atomo. He says he understood that he has talent and is young and has the physiquence. He says he doesn't understand why he wants to try to be bigger than PP. He says he's not going to be able to though. He says Atomo is crazy for thinking that he can win the title. He says Atomo will only be in lucha for 3 months. He says the legacy Atomo Sr. passed onto him won't last long. He says his legacy will end in the hands of PP.

Danny Limelight does a promo. He says he got off the phone with Booker T. He says Booker told him he will defend his ROW Title at IWA. Danny says he doesn't care who it is. He says whoever steps up gets put down. 

We see clips of Nice Nolan and Matty Ice.

El Dragon Nihan vs Marovik

They lock up and let go. Mar hits shots on him in the corner then they shoulderblock battle. Mar knocks him over. They hit shots on each other outside. Nihan eye rakes him and bites him. Nihan lariats him in the ring then boots him. Nihan clubs and chops him. Nihan foot chokes him.

Savio Vega takes a shot at Mar's leg. Nihan superkicks Mar down for a 1 count. Nihan chinlocks him. Nihan dropkicks him in the chest. Mar goes out and Vega hits Mar in the back of the knee. Mar pulls Nihan's throat down over the top rope. Nihan uppercuts him. Mar ducks a lariat and hits a big spear.

Mar hits some punches and shoulderblocks Nihan twice. Mar running lariats him. Mar then hits a ddt. Mar cartwheel splashes him for 2. Mar is supposed to miss a vader bomb but Nihan rolls right into it. Nihan backdrops him and pins him.

Thoughts: They messed up the finish a little but it was a nice hoss match otherwise. Mar got the crowd into it as the face and it's a bit rare to see a big vs big match around here. They did what they were supposed to.

We see some clips of the recent things going on with Jay Blake then we see clips of the promo Savio Vega did on him in the Wizard Analiza segment.

Savio Vega does a promo. He says he will finish Jay Blake. Vega says he will do it in his hometown. He promises to finish him off and says it's his way or the highway. He tells him he hates him after.

We see clips of the Jose Navarro/Excellent Mantell turn on Pupe Jackson. 

We then see Pupe Jackson head to the arena for tonight and he looks ready to fight. 

Overall thoughts: We had some random bouts here but at least they were good. I liked the opener with Ifer and Jesus being good underdogs. I didn't expect much out of the women but they kept the pace up, got stiff and the crowd liked it. Nihan/Marovik was a nice little hoss match. The big show is tonight so we will see how things go, but it was always going to be tough with the main having a mystery opponent. I'd give this a 6 out of 10 and I thought it was good.
