The Pope, Tim Storm and Joe Galli are on commentary. 

The Pope, Tim Storm and Joe Galli are in the ring. Joe hypes up the show and says Pope will be on commentary (Danny Dealz hasn't been able to do complete shows lately and I don't know why). Pope says it's going down tonight and it's wrestling as it was meant to be. Tim says the winner of the Mildred Burke Invitational tonight becomes the #1 contender to the Women's Title.

Crockett Cup 2026 Quarterfinal Match - The Good Brothers (Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows) vs The Slimeballz (Sage Chantz and Tommy Rant)

Aron Stevens is with The Slimez but isn't happy to be there as usual.

Rant shakes his head around at Karl. He then spits on his hand and offers a handshake. Karl then spits on his own hand and chops Rant down. Rant's head is banged off the buckles. Doc boots Rant. Doc back elbows Rant. 

Karl bangs Rant's head off the buckles. Doc suplexes Sage then elbow drops him for 2. Karl is rammed into the buckles and Rant hits shots on him. Rant hits more corner punches. Karl chops him. The Slimez double chop Karl. Karl lariats Sage then Doc facekicks Sage. Doc high kicks Sage hard then back splashes him. Doc running lariats Sage.

Doc superkicks Rant. Sage takes corner attacks and a backdrop + neckbreaker combo for 2. Sage is hit with a magic killer and is pinned.

Thoughts: I didn't like it. It was a total burial of The Slimez from all sides and The Slimez are the current US Tag champs. Aron Stevens looked disgusted at them. The announcers ripped them for not double teaming and such and The Good Brothers destroyed them. Doc hit a nasty high kick and superkick here.

The Good Brothers are interviewed after. Rant takes the mic. He congratulates The Bros. Sage puts them over and says they survived Slimeball City. Sage says that deserves a Too Slimey. They then spit on their hands and do the too sweet hand gesture. Doc rejects it.

The Southern Six do a promo. Kerry says their loss to The Wrestling Machines wasn't his fault. Kerry says Alex should have kicked out and Alex says he should have saved him. Silas says enough. He says he needs to make sure they have their minds right and their heads on a swivel. Silas says The Six are riding high and won't ever die. 

Crockett Cup 2026 Quarterfinal Match - The Titans of Calamity (Talos and Ren Ayabe) vs Thom Latimer and El Dragon Nihan

Ren and Thom shove each other. Thom side headlocks him. Thom slides between the legs. Thom hits punches on Ren. Thom sends Ren out and nails Talos on the apron. Thom top rope plancha's ToC outside. Thom implant ddt's Ren for 2. 

Thom goes for a slam and Talos falls on him. Ren hits mounted forearms on Thom. We go to break.

David Crockett talks about the first Crockett Cup. He says The Road Warriors won because they deserved it. He says no one could touch them. 

The Federation of Champions do a promo. Mondo says they advance to the next round while The Southern Six go to the showers. Mondo says they found out what Gut Check Time is all about. Slade says all they could do is just tap. Aron asks for a beat and The Slimes beatbox for them then don't stop. Carson says The Carson Drake Experience is up next. 

Talos hits back elbows on Thom then corner splashes him. Talos foot chokes Thom. Ren slams Thom then stands on his gut. Talos and Ren hit a hart attack for 2. Tal misses a corner splash then Thom misses a ocorner spear.

Tal facekicks Thom and throws him out. Nihan facekicks Tal then dropkicks Ren. Tal and Nihan facekick each other then trade shots. Nihan superkicks Tal. Ren facekicks Nihan and Tal chokeslams Nihan. Nihan then takes a double chokeslam and is pinned by Ren.

Thoughts: It was fun to see the big guys fight. They got a little more out of Ren than usual. This wasn't bad and I liked it. It seems like The Titan's are either going to win this or lose in the finals.

Thom and Nihan argue after. Thom holds the ropes open for him after.

It's Me...The Carson Drake Experience

Wrecking Ball Legursky is this week's guest. Drake asks how him it feels to wrestle Drake, then keeps interrupting him. Drake calls it a david and goliath thing and calls him middle class. We then see Mondo and Slade beat up Ball and leave him laying on the table.

Damian Fenrir does a promo, his first I think on NWA. He says he knows Alex Misery feels good after beating him but says it won't happen again. He says Alex is an afterthought compared to him. Fenrir says he will take wrestling to new heights and is the face of pro wrestling. 

The Mildred Burke Invitational Gauntlet

The winner of this gauntlet gets a bouquet of roses that can be cashed in at any time for a title shot.

Haley J and Kylie Paige are first in. J asks the ref to check Kylie's shoes then she pump kicks Kylie. Kylie and J trade forearms. Kylie hits chops and J pounds on her back. J then hits mounted forearms. They swing wildly on each other. 

Shay KarMichael is next in, making her NWA debut. Shay interrupts the fight then takes a double superkick. J rolls up Kylie for 2. Kylie high kicks and superkicks J. Shay low headscissors spikes J for 2. Shay ddt's Kylie for 2.

Shay boots J in the corner and tries to throw her out. J then tries to throw her out. Gretta is next in. We go to break.

Talos and Ren Ayabe do a promo. Talos said Thom nd Nihan put up a good fight but are just in their way. they say they are looking for Slade and Mondo next. Ren says they will bring despair to everyone and don't miss it. Talos says Godzilla has landed in the NWA.

We come back from break. Shay tries forearms on Gretta. Gretta chokeslams her down. Gretta pins Shay with a boot on the chest. Shay KarMichael is eliminated. Gretta chokeslams J then pins her with a foot on the chest. Haley J is eliminated.

Gretta comes for Kylie and Kylie hides under the bottom buckle. Kylie tries to push Gretta. Gretta puts her on her shoulders. Kenzie Paige is next in. The Paige's chop Gretta then hit superkicks on her. Gretta is double superkicked. Gretta double lariats The Sisters.

Morgan Mercy, making her NWA debut, is next in. She looks like Beastie The Amazon from GLOW. Mercy and Gretta push and forearm each other. Kenzie gets between them and chops both. The hosses then double chop her down. Mercy headbutts Gretta, superkicks her in the gut and euros her. Gretta gets Mercy on the apron and chokeslams her there. Mercy falls to the floor. Morgan Mercy is eliminated.

Herra is next in. Herra clips Gretta from behind then back elbows The Paige's. She then corner splashes them. Hera corner splashes Gretta and Kenzie then double underhook suplexes Kenzie. Herra short arm lariats Kylie several times. Herra poses and Kenzie cutters her. Kenzie pins Herra. Herra is eliminated.

Kenzie goes up to Gretta and Kylie throws her out. Kenzie Paige is eliminated. Kenzie is shocked by Kylie. We go to break.

Silas Mason does a promo. He says 2 weeks is all the time Bryan Idol has left. He says Idol can pray or suck up but neither will help him. Silas says he sent him to the back of the line and the hospital already. He says he will send him to his grave.

We return from break. Kylie back elbows Gretta in the corner. Tiffany Nieves is next in. Kylie boots Tiff in the gut. Ms. Starr trips Kylie. Starr low blows the outside ref for some reason. Tiff snapmares Kylie. Kylie rolls up Tiff for 2. Gretta shoulders Kylie over. 

Tiff lariats Kylie for 2. Tiff stomps Kylie. Kylie pushes Tiff into Gretta. Kylie forearms Gretta. Kylie hits lariats on Tiff. Kylie superkicks Tiff and gordbusters her. Kylie knees Tiff in the face. Kylie germans Tiff. Kylie corner dropkicks Tiff for 2. Gretta chokeslams Kylie. Gretta puts Tiff onto Kylie and lets Tiff pin her. Kylie Paige is eliminated.

Tiff backs up and runs into Gretta. Gretta stares her down. Tiff tells Gretta to get out and Gretta self-eliminates. Tiffany Nieves wins.

Thoughts: Kylie really looked like an idiot here. She eliminated her sister then ended up basically getting triple teamed by TV-MA right after. I didn't like Shay and Mercy debuting in this just to lose. I think Mercy has something though and her little fight with Gretta got over. They should bring her back and try that again. Gretta's still very green and can't do forearms even that well right now but her size really makes her stick out and as long as they keep her around in limited doses, I think they can make it work. I liked the gauntlet overall as it had a nice mix of characters and some interesting stuff going on.

Overall thoughts: I didn't like The Slimeballs getting jobbed out to The Good Brothers here then being slammed by commentary and Aron Stevens. That was a total burial. The Titans of Calamity's tag match was fun. I liked the gauntlet as well. Of course, we had some random wrestlers and matches here as usual, but atleast there was a reason for the gauntlet being random. The Pope should not do commentary again though. He's too critical and essentially kicks the wrestlers while they are down. I'd give this a 6 out of 10 overall and thought it was a fun show.
