LM52 Lucha Libre Mexicana on Discovery Espanol 5/17/2026

This is the debut show of LM52. It's taped and will air over 4 weeks. Alberto el Patron/Alberto Del Rio was supposed to be involved but he got in legal trouble and is out.

We see a video of Dr. Wagner Jr. talking about his mask.

We then see Texano Jr. talking.

We then see Mini Rey Misterio talking.

Big Mama (fka Big Mami) talks as does Diosa Quetzal. Mama laughs and mocks her as she talks.

Dr. Wagner Jr comes out with some wrestlers onto the stage. He holds up his mask and talks. He introduces Silver Jr, Simon Blanco and Wagner Fit. 

A few wrestlers come out (probably Emperador Azteca, Rey Mictlán and El Hijo de Canis Lupus) and confront them then talk. Wagner's group motions for them to leave after they talk for a bit. Both groups then leave without a fight.

We are 16 minutes in with 2 breaks and not a single match has happened yet.

Noisy Boy and Spiderfly tour the empty arena before the show and talk.

Los MexaBoyz (Noisy Boy and Spiderfly) vs Bendito and Wisin

Wisin is a guy in a dog mascot suit with an oversized mascot head.

Wisin and NB go at it. They shake hands and NB hangs on. NB flips off of him. NB pulls him by his tail side headlocks him. NB cartwheels over him and poses. Wis legsweeps him and pretends to pee on him. Wis then does push-up's. Bend and Spider get in.

Bend side headlocks Spider then shoulders him over. Bend reverse monkey flips him into the ropes. Spider walks up the ropes and gets on his shoulders. Spider flips off of his shoulder then totally misses a superkick. Spider springboard flying headscissors Bend.

Wis top rope crossbodies Spider. Wis bites NB's hand. Bend shoulders Spider over. Wis hits shots and stomps in Spider. Wis wristlocks him. Bend top rope double stomps Spider's arm. Bend ties up Spider's arms and legs and stretchers his back over his knee.

Wis is hesitant to stomp on Spider and Bend encourages him. Bend chops Spider. Bend is tripped and pulled out. NB is popped up into Wis. NB corkscrew dives Wis outside. Spider toyota roll sunset bombs Bend for 2.

Bend takes a double enzugiri. Bend takes a crucifix bomb for 2 after taking a springboard cutter. Spider misses a corner charge. Spider crotches Wis up top. Bend suplexes Spider then NB springboard splashes Bend. Wis top rope swantons NB. Bend throw an opponent over the top and takes a flying kick. 

Wis chest clubs Spider and they trade forearms. Spider springboards and Wis hits him in mid-air. NB dives off a balcony in the stands onto Bend outside. Bend does a corner splash and backrolls into a cutter on NB. Wis top rope splancha's Spider outside. NB takes a slingshot falcon arrow from Bend and Bend pins him. Bendito's team wins the match.

Thoughts: It took a bit to get going and had a slower pace to it. As usual, The MexaBoyz didn't hit their stuff clean. It's impressive that Wisin can do what he does with a giant dog's head on him but I don't like the gimmick. NB did a dive off a balcony but the camera's half missed it (but caught it on the replays) and Bendito didn't get to do his more spectacular stuff here. It was just so-so.

We see Demonio Infernal look at the empty arena before his entrance. 

Jack Morris vs Demonio Infernal

This will be the 3rd continent I've seen Jack wrestle on this year.

They stare down and Dem rubs his hands. They lock up and Jack side headlocks him. Dem reverses it. They shoulder each other. Dem chops him then Jack chops back. Jack hits forearms and punches in the corner. Jack running dropkicks him out.

Jack slingshot plancha's him outside. Jack buckshots over him and runs into a boot. Jack springboards and is facebustered. Dem dropkicks him. Dem headbutts him then punches him.

Dem chops Jack in the corners. Dem goes up and over. Jack back elbows him and facekicks him. Jack 2nd rope dropkicks him. Jack stomps him and chokes him. Jack stomps him on the bottom rope. Dem boots him in the gut. Jack hits him from behind. Dem tilt-a-whirl backbreakers him. Dem superkicks him. Jack superkicks him back and both go down.

They chop each other. Jack eye pokes him. Dem punches him on the apron. Dem 2nd rope deadlift superplexes him in for 2. Dem boots him in the gut. Jack pump kicks him, enzugiri's him and release backdrops him. Jack flying knees him for 2. Jack goes for a move. A masked guy gets on the apron and distracts Jack. Jack goes for him. Dem over the shoulder piledrivers Jack and pins him.

Thoughts: It wasn't good. They did little but slaps for the majority of this and it had a slow pace. There was very little excitement in this.

We then see some highlights after. The masked guy points at the two and poses.

Overall thoughts: This was not a good debut episode. It took almost 25 minutes to get to our first match and the show was only an hour long. The first match was the best match of the night but it was so-so. Jack vs Demonio was boring and slow. This show needed to have hot action from the start and needed to make good use of every second they had and I don't think they did that here. I also don't think having a guy in a dog mascot uniform in your first match was a good way to introduce people to your product. I'd give it a 4 out of 10 and I thought this was below average.
