Thoughts: It didn't look promising on paper and wasn't much better in execution. It was a very boring match with Ken doing little but sleepers and chinlocks before going down.

Thoughts: Ren won as expected. They had some of the idea of what this heavyweight match should look like but it wasn't great. I didn't like Sek no selling the superplex. Ren's just not a very charismatic or fiery dude and it hurts matches like this where that's needed.

Thoughts: It wasn't that serious with Aizawa spitting champagne at people. We thankfully didn't get the overdone tower of doom spot here. Suzuki didn't play much of a factor in this. It wasn't that good.

Thoughts: They had some of the idea of the big vs small man right but not enough. Tal just didn't get to abuse Yuma enough and Yuma never really got his big fire up spot to wake the crowd up. It was average. Yuma sold his ankle throughout this but Tal never really worked it.

Thoughts: I was sure this was going to a draw and was surprised when it didn't. MK had nice hip attacks and chopped up Yuma hard but I wasn't too into the match. Yuma didn't get enough in and MK was mostly just clubbing and chopping him the whole time. I thought this was a bit boring.

Thoughts: It wasn't bad. Ken brought some personality to this and it didn't go too long. Both guys stuck to their signature stuff as usual. And also as usual, the trips outside of the ring didn't add a lot.
Ken does a speech after. He and Rei then both get interviewed.
Overall thoughts: The opener was alright. The second match wasn't that great with Nobuhiko Kimura mostly getting picked on. Kengo vs Kuma was a boring bout. They got some of the things right in Sekimoto/Ren but it could have been better. Omori's match wasn't very serious and wasn't good. Talos/Yuma didn't hit and was average. Aoyagi/Kikuta went too long. The main was acceptable. I'd give this a 4 out of 10. Most of the matches underperformed and it wasn't a great night at the CC. I thought it was a below average show.
