El Dragon Nihan vs Riviero Rivas

RR ducks a lock up and chops him. Nihan misses a charge. RR hits chops and is pushed over. Nihan knees him in the gut several times and throws him. Nihan chokes him and foot chokes him. RR hits boots and punches in the corner. RR hits shots to the gut. Nihan back elbows him down.

Nihan does a trapeizus hold. RR hits shots to the gut then runs into a facekick. Nihan walks on him then running boots him. RR upkicks him from the mat. RR hits shots to the gut and is dropped with a punch. Nihan stands on his throat and clubs him. 

RR hits leg kicks. Nihan grabs him by the throat then RR rolls him up for 2. Nihan superkicks him. Nihan hits a big powerbomb and pins him.

Thoughts: It was just so-so. It was basically a squash here with Nihan putting him down relatively easy. They are in front of a casual crowd here and didn't quite get the reactions they should have gotten. I was surprised to see Rivas get destroyed. This could have been more exciting. 

Luis Diaz, the blind paralympian, helps out Super Atomo after his match. Tonos says they can't allow what happened in the Atomo/Portillo match. He says he will order a title match between them at Juicio Final. 

Pedro Portillo III, Manu and Savio Vega come out. Vega says Aguadilla is full of junkies and morons and says it starts with the mayor of Aguadilla. Pedro says to shut up as Vega is speaking. Vega says he's coming here to plant the flag. He says Fernandos Tonos is coming here with corruption and wants Manu to wrestle Jay Blake. Vega says Manu has the day off instead. He says Tonos also wants Pedro to face Niche. Vega says his men are real fighters and says Niche dresses up as a basketball player but doesn't even play marbles. 

Niche comes out. He says the people are already asleep. He says these people came to see him challenge Manu for the title. Vega says let's do something important for this show. He says Niche will fight Manu and Portillo in a handicap match. 

Fernando Tonos comes out. Tonos says to respect Aguadilla and it's citizens. Tonos says Vega always wants to make trouble. He says anyone could make a 2v1 match but says as IWA commissioner and a member of the board, he doesn't agree with that match. He says the abuse is over and says Niche won't fight solo tonight. 

He then brings out Niche's partner and it's Pupe Jackson, who is hobbling. Vega says Pupe can't stand against Manu and Portillo. Vega says he will be the special ref for this match. 

Special Ref - Savio Vega: Pedro Portillo III and Manu vs Niche and Pupe Jackson

The heels hit Pupe and his partner as Vega checks them for weapons. Pupe is thrown out onto the concrete and Manu chops him. PP side headlocks Niche. Pupe eye pokes and chops Manu. Niche shoulders PP over. PP climbs int othe front row. Niche stands on the rail and punches him. Pupe and Manu trade as Niche and PP go into the crowd to fight.

Niche hits PP with a camping chair. Peupe is dropped chin first on the apron. Niche side headlocks PP. PP and Niche shoulder battle. Niche shoulders him over then armdrags and hiptosses him. Niche dropkicks him.

Manu tags in. Niche dropkicks Manu in the knee then armbreakers him. Niche 2nd rope chop's Manu's arm. PP hits Pupe from the apron and Pupe knocks him off the apron with a punch. Pupe clubs Manu then PP pulls Pupe over the top to the ground.

Pupe is double teamed outside. Manu short arm lariats Pupe. Pupe is stomped on by the heels. PP back elbows Pupe down. Pupe is double stomped on again then Manu stomps Pupe. Manu suplexes Pupe for 2. Vega hits a cheapshot kick on Pupe. Pupe hits punches on PP then PP lariats him down.

Manu chops Pupe. Pupe sunset flips Manu and Vega slow counts for 1. Pupe facebusters Manu. Miche comes in and hits shots on PP. Niche flying forearms him then lariats PP. Niche rolling death valley drivers him and standing moonsults him for 2 with Vega slow counting. Niche back body drops Manu. Niche is back body dropped into the buckles by PP.

Pupe and Niche chop their opponents in the corner, dosey do and hit flying forearms. Niche crossbodies PP over the top rope. Manu spinebusters Pupe. The mayor of Aguadilla comes out and grabs Vega when he tries to hit Pupe. Vega gets distracted. Pupe low blows Manu and Niche does a fireman's carry codebreaker to Manu. Another ref comes in and counts the pin for Niche. Niche's team wins.

Thoughts: It was a basic tag. Pupe took a lot of bumps to the concrete which was surprisingly. The crowd was into this and the mayor coming out to stop the cheating was a fun little spot. It wasn't anything great but it was an alright house show style match. As expected, Vega was biased towards the heels.

Overall thoughts: There were only 2 matches here. Nihan surprisingly near squashed Rivas. The main had a happy ending with the mayor of the town coming out to help the faces win. You could skip this and I'd say it was an average show. I'd give it a 5 out of 10.
