We are in Arlington, TX. Tony Schiavone and Nigel McGuinness are on commentary.

We get quick promos from Mina/Toni, Christopher Daniels and Dante Martin, MVP and Shelton Benjamin and Darby Allin to start. 

El Clon vs Angelico

Clon wristlocks him. Ange takes him down by the wrist. Clon rolls and headflips then wristlocks him. They trip each other and get up. Clon kicks him in the back. Clon kicks the rope in his face and lariats him. Clon hits kicks in the corner and enzugiri's him. Clon plants off the top and moonsaults for 2. 

Clon kicks him in the arm and springboard ddt's him. Clon chops him. Clon hits a neat pele kick then tilt-a-whirl backbreakers him. Clon spinning torture rack bombs him and wins.

Thoughts: It was a shorter bout. Clon is similar to Swerve in that he has some awkward and unusual movements that don't always flow with the match. He had some interesting spots here though. It was too short to be anything. 

Serpentico goes to help out Ange. Clon beats him up. Komander runs down and Clon heads out. 

Jon Moxley talks. He asks what you get when you take a dozen of the hungriest wrestlers on the planet, strip them of everything, stick them in a blender and get The Continental Classic? He asks what and who comes out of it. Mox says it's something unique and says pressure creates diamonds. He says the title has a high price tag. He says Shelton Benjamin will be on a list of the baddest dudes he's been in the ring with. He tells Shelton to think of the price tag in their match and says he will need to do more than hurt him.

Toni Storm and Mina Shirakawa vs Hyan and Maya World

Mina and Maya go at it. Mina armdrags her form the mat and shimmies. Mina blocks Maya's superkick. They blow a spot and duck high kicks. They then tag out. Toni and Hy shake hands. Hy side headlocks her off of it. Toni side headlocks her then shoulders her over. Toni basement dropkicks her and suplexes her. 

Mina suplexes Hy. Toni twisting drops Mina onto Hy for 2. Toni hits a double dropkick. Toni hip attacks Hy off the apron then throws Maya out. Mina walks up the buckles and dives on her opponents outside. 

We go to PiP break and return. Mina is dropped into a gutbuster from Maya. Mina and Hy trade forearms. Mina urakens her and both go down. Toni comes in and hits mongolian chops. She hits snapmares on Maya and boots her over. Toni ddt's her for 2.

Maya back body drops her. Hy comes in and gordbusters Toni. Toni takes a bulldog and a basement dropkick for 2. Toni takes a 2nd rope blockbuster + russian legsweep combo. Mina top rope double dropkicks her opponents. Mina does a hip attack on both opponents in the corner then Toni does the same. Mina top rope diving slingblades Maya. Toni storm zero's Maya and pins her.

Thoughts: The jobbers actually got some offense in for a change which was nice. It was average and a bit one-sided. 

Mina and Toni dance after then shake hands with their opponents.

Marina Shafir and Megan Bayne vs Rache Chanel and Londyn Dior

They pronounced Rache's name wrong here as they called her "Raiche".

MS and Dior go at it. MS boots her down and boots RC of the apron. MS corner lariats Dior. Meg hits corner spears. Meg overhead belly to belly suplexes Dior. Meg corner splashes her. RC is dropped into MS' mother's milk. RC taps out.

Thoughts: It was a short one here and not too much else. Meg and Shafir won quick and easy.

We go to the back. The Don Callis Family are beating up random people while Josh Alexander talks. Josh tells Hech to go beat Komander. Lance bangs someone's head off the ceiling.

#1 Contender to the TNT Title - Komander vs Hechicero

Hech does his pose and shoulders him over. Hech rolls him up for 1 then does a seatbelt pin for 1. They trade pin attempts then stand off. Hech takes him down. Kom is on his shoulders and headscissors him down. Hech pulls Kom down off the leapfrog. 

Kom walks up the buckles, does rope tricks and diving headscissors him. Hech wristlocks him. Kom hits some kicks, flips into the ropes while on the 2nd rope and armdrags him out. Kom's slingshot headscissors is caught outside and he is powerbombed into the rails.

We go to PiP break and return. Hech chops him in the corner. Kom chops back and Hech pulls his straps down. Kom spin kicks him in the gut then spinning ddt's him. Kom jumps on Hech's shoulders. He tries to flip into the ropes for an armdrag but misses. Kom handspring reverse topes him. 

Hech legscissors takedown him. Hech bow and arrows him. Hech hits shots in the corner. Hech misses a corner spear and is dropkicked out. Kom rope walks and springboards into a corkscrew dive on Hech outside. Kom rope walk moonsaults him outside.

Kom code red's him for 2. Hech swinging hammerlock backbreakers him. Kom dropkicks him in the knee. Kom poisonrana's him.

El Clon comes out and knocks Kom off the ropes. Hech step up knees Kom, flapjacks him and rolls him into a pin. Hech wins.

Thoughts: It wasn't that good. The two got off to a bad start and Kom botched a couple of moves here. They just didn't click like they should have and the extra time this got didn't help.

The Acclaimed are forced to meet up by Tony Khan and they have to say nice things about each other. They are all backhanded comments. They try to get a crowd to do their chants.They are then forced to do a scavenger hunt around NYC. Bowens accuses Max of being gay and they run into a guy in a gorilla costume. A drunk Santa accuses them of being lovers and Max gets mad.

Eddie Kingston and Ortiz are interviewed by Tony Schiavone in the ring. Eddie says happy birthday to a fan in the crowd then finds a kid who is having a birthday. Eddie says Ortiz is his right hand. Eddie says he quit this company 8 times so far and says he hasn't had Ortiz to keep him calm and cool. Ortiz says Eddie ws born with the gift of gab. Ortiz says he's born with the gift of putting his foot in people's @sses. He says they are coming for The Grizzled Young Vets. Eddie says they will get The Vets.

Bryan Keith and Big Bill are interviewed. Bill asks if Eddie said he found someone he can trust. Bill says Eddie's a dope. Bill says JetSpeed made a lot of enemies around here and said he was told they have a bounty on them. Bryan says ain't no guy better than The Bounty Hunter. Bryan says when the money comes calling, it's time to pay up. 

JetSpeed (Mike Bailey and Kevin Knight) vs Bryan Keith and Big Bill

Mike takes down BK. BK rolls over him then is chest kicked down. BK forearms Mike then facekicks him. They trade forearms. Bill pulls Mike down by the hair from the apron. Bill chops Mike in the corner and pulls his hair. BK corner lariats Mike. KK top rope double dropkicks his opponents. BK takes a double face kick.

Bill no sells a double kick and is sent out. KK and Mike do stereo slingshot plancha's outside. BK takes a double hiptoss, a knee drop and a splash from KK for 2. KK is pushed off the top. BK forearms Kk off the apron. Bill black hole slams Mike. BK sends KK into the rails. BK gouges Mike's eye in the camera.

We go to PiP break and return. Bill knocks Mike off the apron. Bill mises a corner splash then is pulled over the top. Bill misses another corner splash and hits the post. KK dropkicks Bill.

BK and Mike get in. BK's head is banged off the buckles and Mike top rope dropkicks him. Mike axe kicks BK then chest kicks him down. Mike running ssp's BK for 2. Bill throws Mike down by the waist. BK exploders Mike. Mike takes facekicks from both opponents for 2. 

Bill is dropkicked out by KK. Mike top rope moonsaults out while KK does a top rope springboard lariat. Mike is up top and BK 2nd rope exploders him down. Mike facekicks BK. They slap and high kick each other. BK knees him in the face for 2. Mike hurricanrana's BK and they both try pins. Mike PK's him then standing moonsault double knee drops him. Mike triangle moonsaults Bill outside. KK does a top rope 180 frogsplash on BK and pins him.

Thoughts: It got a lot of time. It wasn't quite great but what we got was fine. The faces flew as expected and the heels had to try to work with them. I thought Bill should have bullied the faces a bit more here.

The Grizzled Young Vets do a promo. Zack says Ortiz is at it again and says him and Eddie are a heartwarming story of 2 friends. He says they say see through them and see them for what they are - two NY street rats. Zack says they aren't done with them by a longshot. Zack says they will make their name in AEW at their expense. Drake asks how much of a hero will Eddie be when his leg is pulled apart. He says we will see how much of a good Samaritan Ortiz is.

Shelton Benjamin vs Dante Martin

Scorpio Sky was supposed to be in this instead of Dante.

They shake hands. SB pushes him down. SB overhead suplexes him and DM goes out. DM running lariats SB. DM flying headscissors him and dropkicks him out. SB shoulders him over. DM goes to springboard and is pushed off the top into the rails. 

We go to PiP break and return. DM hits forearms on SB. SB backbreakers him. We see during the break that MVP got on the mic and tried to sell Dante to stay down. Dante says his mom didn't raise a b!tch and asked if SB's mom did. DM boots SB out of the corner. 

DM jumping knees SB then tornado ddt's him. DM hits a top rope splash for 2. DM double springboard moonsaults SB. DM sleepers SB while on his back. SB powerbombs him. SB germans him. SB release germans DM. DM's head goes into the mat on the 2nd one. SB step up knees him in the corner and superkicks him. SB wins.

Thoughts: Dante seemed to be trying to get himself injured here as his head went into the mat on 2 germans and he let himself be pushed off the top. It wasn't the most exciting match and the finishing stretch wasn't that good.  

MVP gets on the mic and asks for applause for Dante. He says Scorpio Sky called in sick when he found out he was facing Shelton. SB helps up Dante. MVP asks for a round of applause for SB. MVP wants to talk about Jon Moxley since SB is facing him this week. He said Mox won The Continental Classic. He says he holds the title. He says he's a cult-like figure and says he makes war to make change. MVP says they don't care about that and just want to make money. MVP says he knows Mox likes pain and likes to bleed. He says Mox isn't the apex predator, Shelton is. He says Mox will get kicked and knocked around and there's nothing he can do about it. He says Shelton is more dangerous. He says Mox is driven by ideologies. MVP says Mox will face Shelton and will get hurt bad. MVP says Mox will lose as they hurt people.

Bandido and Sammy Guevara are interviewed. SG says he's always been the right guy and is supposed to watch Band get a shot at his destiny. SG says he's challenging Band next week. He says his destiny is to be champ. He says he will do something so hated that he will take him out and take his place. Band asks why he's so mad. He says he just had to ask and he's got it, amigo. SG says he's not his amigo.

Tony Schiavone says Stokeley Hathaway is injured. He reads a note from Stoke. Stoke says the people who mocked him are dead to him. He says he's been nicknamed Little Lashley at the hospital. He says his medical bills are over $400k and to message Tony for donation details. He says Tony has nothing to do but drink anyway.

Darby Allin vs Wheeler Yuta

Mox is on commentary for this.

Yuta works his arm. DA reverses it and takes him down. DA side headlocks him. DA springboard diving armdrags Yuta out. DA goes to dive and Yuta puts Shafir in the way. DA goes out and Yuta punches him. DA is sent into the rails. 

DA springboard crossbodies him off the bottom rope. DA shotgun dropkicks him into the buckles. DA goes up top, gets distracted by Shafir and is crotched. Yuta briding neckbreakers him on the apron. Yuta hits punhes inside. DA tries to flip out of a backdrop and lands face first on the mat. Yuta germans him for 2.

We go to PiP break and return. Yuta knees him in the gut. DA forearms him. DA springboard back elbows him hard. DA backhands him and headbutts him. DA hits a code red for 2. Shafir trips DA. Yuta hits DA from behind. The ref throws Shafir out. Shafir refuses to go. Toni Storm gets on Shafir's back and they go to the back. Daniel Garcia lariats DA outside. 

Yuta does an olympic slam variation on DA For 2. Yuta misses a top rope splash. DA topes Garcia outside. Yuta flying knees DA off the apron. Yuta hits downward elbows on DA. Yuta scorpion deathlocks DA. DA is catapulted into the buckles. He does a double stomp off the buckles. He then coffin drops Yuta twice and pulls Yuta up on the pin. DA then sharpshooters Yuta and Yuta taps out.

Thoughts: I liked the match. Darby bumped big as usual and hit some stiff looking offense here. Yuta and the heels did their part as well. I don't think it was quite main event material but it was  decent bout otherwise. 

Overall thoughts: It was your usual Collision. We had random matches with few storylines involved. The show was okay but nothing I would really recommend going to check out. I'd say the main was the best thing on here. I'd give this a 5 out of 10 total.
