We are in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Tom Hannifan and Matt Rehwoldt are on commentary.

We see The System enter the building. Bear Bronson shoves a production guy into the wall.

The System come out to talk and have new music. Myers said it had to be done (in reference to turning on Moose and JDC). Eddie says everyone is asking them why. Eddie says Moose was once the most dominant athlete in wrestling. He says Moose is nothing more than a selfish prick. He says JDC only ever joined The System to ride their coat tails to the finish line of his career.

Alisha Edwards interrupts. Alisha says how dare Eddie do this to us. Eddie says Alisha lets her emotions control her. She says that's fine at home but not at a place of business. Alisha says her contract is coming up and what if she doesn't want to be part of The System. Eddie says you either trust The System or you are out of The System. Alisha says she doesn't want to be part of The System and leaves. 

Thoughts: I was hoping for more of an explanation for the turns especially since Moose had been losing and that could have been used as a reason for the turn.

BDE is interviewed. He says he's nervous tonight. He says he's been overlooked and is told he's a fan who got lucky and an influencer. He says he will prove he is more than that when he faces a world champ. He says he will prove he belongs in TNA wrestling.

Nic Nemeth vs BDE

Nic backs off a lock up and boots him down. Nic eye rakes him with his boot. Nic arm wringers him. BDE then arm wringers him. Nic front facelocks him. BDE hits a nice forearm and lariats him over the top. BDE hits a nice tope on him outside. BDE misses a blind springboard. We go to break and return.

Nic elbow drops him for 2. Nic foot chokes him. BDE is sent hard into the buckles and goes down. Nic stands on his neck. Nic eye rakes him and sends him hard into the buckles. BDE sends Nic chest first into the buckles.

Nic hits a big lariat and bangs BDE's head off the mat. Nic hits mounted punches. BDE boots him in the gut then slaps him. BDE flying knees him. BDE top rope frogsplashes him for 2. BDE blind springboards and is hit with a danger zone. Nic pins him.

Thoughts: They played the vet vs rookie storyline here and did an okay job. BDE was the underdog and Nic did some vet tricks against him. BDE got his comeback in then lost soon after. This was fine.

Nic goes up the ramp then Ryan Nemeth meets him there. Nic asks everyone to give Nic a hand. Ryan sends Nic to the back (telling him he will join him in the shower) and says he needs to do something. Ryan calls out Mara Sade. 

Mara Sade comes out. Ryan says Mara has been assaulting him week after week. He says he did nothing to deserve it and didn't reciprocate it. He says he wants her to admit that he's the superior athlete. He says he beat her at wrestling at Genesis. He asks her to shake his hand and admit he beat her. 

Mara says Ryan didn't beat her and got away with one. Ryan accuses her of being attracted to him. Ryan says she can shake his hand or kiss him. They shake hands and Mara punches him. Mara hits more punches. Ryan blocks a superkick then lariats her. 

Thoughts: Oh man, this feud is gonna go on. Why? 

The Elegance Brand meet in the back. George surprises Ash with flowers and M gives her a diamond necklace. George says the doctor's cleared Ash and she's back. Ash says she never lost her title. Lei Ying Lee comes up to Ash. Lee says she earned the title and tells her to come get her title shot anytime, anywhere. Indi Hartwell and Xia Brookside join in. They want to join the party and George says they aren't invited. They then agree to a 3v3 match. Mr. Elegance then poses and Indi says that's not her type of party.

Stacks vs The Home Town Man

Stacks has Arianna Grace with him. 

Home tries to throw his hat into the crowd. Stacks takes it and Home thesz presses him. Home hits mounted shots then mounted corner punches. Home drops him with a shot. Home boots him in the corner then hip attacks him there.

Home plays to the crowd outside and is hit from behind. Stacks then pounds on him out there. Stacks puts on Home's hat and is back body dropped onto the floor. Home takes the hat back and give it to a kid. 

Home is booted as he re-enters the ring. Stacks hits him on the ropes then backdrops him. Stacks drops him with a euro for 2. Stacks half crabs Home. Home rope breaks. 

Home boots Stacks into the ropes and Stacks pretty much throws himself over. Home slingshots Stacks in. Home hits lariats on Stacks then slams him. Grace refuses to help Stacks. Home elbow drops Stacks. Stacks tries to get Grace to help. Home top rope crossbodies Stacks. 

Stacks hits a double throat thrust. He and Grace fight over the title belt. Home bulldogs Stacks. Stacks eye rakes him and pins him with his feet on the ropes. Grace doesn't see it and thinks he won clean.

Thoughts: This was a follow-up on Grace seemingly turning face last week. I didn't think that angle worked last week or here. The match wasn't too much of note with the wrestlers sticking to mostly punches and basics.

TNA Injury Report

Moose is out of action with a back injury. Rich Swann is cleared. Mara Sade is under evaluation. 

Arianna Grace tells Stacks how proud of him she is. Stacks says Grace had 3 chances to help him out there and didn't. Grace says they talked about going down the straight and narrow. Stacks says he won his way and she asks what that means. Santino Marella comes in. Grace says if he doesn't want to play fair, wait until he sees the mistakes she can make with him.

Thoughts: Whether this is Grace pretending to be a face or actually being one, it's too soon and hard to buy.

Elijah vs Jason Hotch

Eli boots Jason over. Eli lifts him by his arm and overhead throws him. Jason knees him in the gut outside then Jason's head is banged off the apron. Jason chops him and Eli no sells it. Eli blocks a chop and hits short arm shoulders. Eli walks the top rope and clubs on his arm. 

Jason tries to leave and Eli grabs him. Eli then chops him down on the floor. Order 4 distracts Eli. Eli swings at Mustafa Ali then Jason tope con hilos Eli. Jason boots Eli in the corner and pounds on him. Ali eye rakes Eli in the corner.

Eli back body drops Jason. Eli hits punches on the ropes. Tasha gets on the apron. Skyler pulls Eli's arm over the top and Jason codebreakers Eli's arm. Jason knee drops Eli's arm and armlocks him. Eli back elbows Jason then hits chops and punches in the corner. Eli boots him in the corner. Eli twisting suplexes him for 2.

Jason enzugiri's him from the apron. Jason hook kicks him then spinning sitout torture rack bombs him for 2. They trade shots. Jason spinning forearms him. Eli superkicks him. Jason corkscrew kicks him. Jason comes off the 2nd rope and is hit with a jumping knee. Eli tombstones Jason and wins.

Thoughts: Eli won as expected but it took longer than I thought it would. It was an acceptable match but not much more.

Order 4 jump Elijah after. Elijah stops the heels from hitting him with his guitar and Ali slides out.

Jada Stone says she's new and she's excited to be here. She says she came here to light up the ring. Order 4 interrupt her. Ali asks her name and mocks her when she says she was talking. Ali tells her to leave and Jada says she can drop her. Tasha tells her they don't talk like that and says Jada's unprofessionalism isn't appreciated. Jada says she doesn't like to be interrupted. Tasha drops her with a forearm and says what about that? Security then breaks it up. Elijah comes in and helps up Jada. He asks if she wants to walk with Elijah.

Daria Rae comes out to do commentary. 

Elayna Black vs Ruthie Jay

Black shoves her and shoves her from the waistlock. Black waistlock takedowns her. Black gutwrench suplexes her for 2. Jay's face is banged off the mat and Black springboard double stomps her back for 2. 

Black chinlocks her then boots her. Jay goes up and over then corner spears her. Jay hits a corner crossbody. Black forearms her then hits knees to the chest. Black step up knees her in the corner and double underhook twisting neckbreakers her to win.

Thoughts: It was all squash here. Black didn't do anything too exciting but she has a good look and showed off her personality some here. I think her coming to TNA is a win for both parties and I think she will be just fine.

The Hardy's talk. The Righteous interrupt. Dutch says what happened at Genesis wasn't chaos, it ws clarity. Vincent says they let them win as they let them be themselves. Dutch says this doesn't have to be war. Matt asks what are we doing here. Vincent offers them to not be against them but to be with them.

Feast or Fired

Gia is with Eric Young, Steve Maclin, Eddie Edwards and Trey Miguel. Trey's suitcase has an International Title shot. Eddie's suitcase has a TNA World Title shot. Eddie says you can't beat The System. Steve's suitcase says he's fired. Eric's suitcase has a tag title shot. EY says Steve's choices haunt him and tells him to remember that. Gia asks if he has final words and he just walks off.

Thoughts: There were rumors of Steve Maclin's contract running out and I guess he didn't sign it. I think Feast or Fired is a dumb gimmick and it really makes no sense why anyone would want to be in this or why TNA would even want to risk having one of their wrestlers get fired. We'll see what happens with this but Steve is one of TNA's better talents and it'd be a shame if he is gone.

Mike Santana is on the phone in the back. The System come up to him. Eddie says everyone wants what he's got and he's got a target on his back. He says Eddie can cash in whenever he wants. 

We cut to the announcers and Tom is hurt about Steve Maclin being fired.

No Hold Barred Match - AJ Francis vs Rich Swann

Rich brings weapons out and hits him with a bat. He knocks him over the top. Rich hits him off the apron with a bat. Rich pulls a table out and AJ hits him from behind. AJ takes a silly bump into the steps.

AJ facekicks him. AJ forearms him on the ramp. Rich corkscrew kicks him on the stage. AJ hits a pedigree on the stage. We go to break and return. AJ is sitting on a chair and he chokes Rich with a chain. Rich hits punches and a spin kick to the gut. Rich shoves AJ's face into an open chair. Rich is caught off the 2nd rope and AJ air raid crashes him on an open chair. Rich ddt's AJ onto the side of the steps. Rich curbstomps AJ onto the steps. Rich hits a handspring cutter for 2.

Rich sets up a table next to the other one outside. Rich throws chairs in the ring. AJ jumps off the steps and spears him for 2. Rich enzugiri's him in the corner. Rich hurricanrana's him off the apron onto the tables outside.

Rich 2nd rope phoenix splashes him inside for 2. AJ punches Rich with a chain for 2. AJ puts a trash can on Rich's head. He then chairs the can many times. AJ tries to pin him with a foot on the chest but only gets 2. AJ goes on the buckles and Rich hurricanrana's him onto chairs. Rich chairs AJ and top rope splashes him for the win.

Thoughts: It was a good main here with AJ taking big bumps and Rich getting roughed up a bit. Rich getting the win helps him out some. The chair shots on the trash can didn't really connect but the idea seemed cool at least. AJ took a big bump off the apron through tables. I liked this.

Frankie Kazarian goes up to Daria Rae in the back and says they need to talk. 

Overall thoughts: I can't say I loved the stuff with The System and Arianna/Stacks tonight. Nemeth/BDE was fine, Elijah/Hotch was acceptable and the main was good. Feast or Fired produced an unexpected result with Steve Maclin getting fired, which sucks. Elayna Black had a good presentation in her squash and Stacks/Home Town Man wasn't that good. I was surprised The System didn't play more of a role on this show and neither did Santana, which was odd.The audio for this show was also terrible. I'd give this a low 5 out of 10. There's nothing I would really go check out here and we had quite a few lows here.
