WWE Monday Night Raw 8/3/2026
Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/07/wwe-monday-night-raw-7272026.html
We are in Des Moines, Iowa. Michael Cole and Corey Graves are on commentary.
Roman Reigns comes out to talk. He says he called his shot and delivered. He says he went to Mania and beat the old man. He says he beat Seth Rollins last night.
LA Knight comes out. He congratulates him for winning at Summerslam, keeping the title and doing it by himself. He says he's still a fraud though. He says he's been calling his name for months and he put The Bloodline in front of him. LA says he owes him as last time they fought, it wasn't 1 on 1. He says he wants what he gave Seth - a match without The Bloodline or outside BS.
Roman asks who he's talking to. He says he doesn't come out here talking about being a megastar and wearing a Walmart watch on his wrist. He then shows off his watch. Roman asks what else he has done besides winning a 6-man. He says you can't get a title shot by b!tching and moaning. He tells him to get in the back of the line, slaps him in the arm and throws the mic down.
LA says he's cooler when he's not standing in front of him. LA says he earned it time and again and it took Roman 38 people to beat him. He says it's a coincidence he was in The Shield as all he does is shield himself. He mocks Shield's theme song. He says he's a fraud and not on his level. He says he's the uncrowned champ and tells him to grow some balls if he can't buy them.
Thoughts: They kept this short so Roman didn't bury LA too bad here.
We see various wrestlers arrive.
Je'Von Evans vs Ethan Page
Page side headlocks him, shoulders him over and does jumping jacks. Evans bottom rope springboard roll up's him. Page hits punches on him. Evans kips down out of a lariat and facekicks him. Evans facekicks him and seated springboard headscissors him. Evans dropkicks him then suicide dives him.
Evans top rope crossbodies him. Evans backrolls him for 2 then dropkicks him for 2. Evan's head is banged off the buckles and Page facekicks him off the apron. We go to PiP break and return.
Page forearms him in the spine. Page faceshoves him and Evans hits punches. Evans slaps him and corkscrew kicks him in the back. Evans springboard lariats him. Evans goes to springboard and is tripped. Page backdrops him for 2.
Evans cradles him for 2. Evans sends Page out. Page sends Evans into the commentary table. Evans sends him into that, the post then sends him over the timekeeper's rail. Evans jumps off the rails and dives on Page. Inside the ring, Evans corkscrew kicks him off the ropes for 2.
Page sweeps him on the ropes, goes for a pin and is caught with his feet on the ropes. Evans facekicks Page and Page hits a single leg codebreaker on him for 2. Page yanks him into a slam for 2. Evan is thrown out.
Evans leapfrogs over Page, jumps up top and OG cutters him. Evans then wins.
Thoughts: The finish was neat. It was alright overall but got a little more time than needed as it started to drag towards the end.
Big Cass then returns and facekicks Evans down. Cass then lariats him down. Cass swings him in the bearhug position and black hole slams him.
Thoughts: I would have started off Big Cass a little bit bigger than this. He should do well during this run in WWE and I hope they give him the chance.
Roman talks to The Bloodline in the back. He says he wants to keep the respect and says he has a standard. Roman says it doesn't work if we lose. He says they have the advantage automatically has a family. He says Solo should be at his hip getting him coffee. He says Royce Keys' name is stupid and asks Fatu why he keeps hearing he's his family. Roman asks if Fatu is his family and says Keys isn't his family. Roman says they are the only Bloodline here and this is all they have. Jimmy says they will go get LA Knight if he wants. Roman says to leave it to him and tells Fatu not to touch LA.
LA then passes The Bloodline minus Roman. He asks if he heard Roman tell them to leave him alone. He taunts The Uso's and Fatu about it and says they don't want their daddy getting made. He tells them to be good.
Royce Keys talks to Jacob Fatu in the back. He asks how many times they will be through this and said they did it a thousand times. He says he can forget things and says he's his brother and family. Fatu says he's not his brother or his family, he's just one of the boys. Fatu says he's Bloodline and challenges him to a street fight while crying. He says he bets he dogwalks his @ss tonight.
The Judgment Day girls of Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez come out. Liv says we are in the presence of the greatest women's champ of all time. She says Iyo was the only woman brave enough to challenge her. She says she doesn't see any challengers.
She puts over Perez and Raquel. She says Perez will embarrass Sol Ruca and prove why Judgment Day runs Raw.
Sol Ruca vs Roxanne Perez
We join this in progress. Sol yanks on RP's arm. RP ropebreaks and leaves. RP sells her arm outside and Sol chases her.RP backrolls her into a bridge then Sol tries a pin. RP cartwheels over her, slaps her and throws her down by the hair.

Sol 2nd rope moonsaults her off the rope connector. Sol tries to cartwheel off the top but RP shakes the ropes. RP knee drops the arm.
We go to break and return. They trade shots. Sol euros her and back elbows her twice. Sol germans her. Sol running knees her for 2. They trade pins. RP handstands out of a facebuster then takes a facebuster. Raquel gets on the apron and Sol hits her. Sol goes for a sol snatcher, Liv trips her and gets caught. Sol wins via DQ.
Thoughts: It wasn't as good as it should have been and the ending didn't help things. Sol's still not really performing like she was on NXT and I'm not sure hwy.
Raquel hits a big boot on Sol and RP hits a code red on Sol. Raquel one arm powerbombs Sol. Judgment Day poses over Sol. Becky Lynch then comes out for some reason, making her return.
Becky stares down Judgment Day. She says she didn't come for the Women's IC Title as she already made it famous. She says she came for Liv to make sure it's not another 100 days before she defends her belt again. Becky says all Liv has done is become a glorified valet. She says a women's champ should be fighting and not flirting. She says Liv has had the worst tile reign of all time. She says things will get worse for her.
Liv says Becky should be at home being a mommy to her daughter. She says Becky is in her face because she's jealous of her. She says Becky's time if over and her time is now. She says she's jealous as Liv is the greatest women's champ of all time. Becky says she's not even in the greatest women's champ in her group or the greatest that slept with Dominik Mysterio.
Stephanie Vaquer then comes out behind Judgment Day. Steph fights off Perez and Raquel. Steph backs Liv down and into the ring. Steph pounds on Liv as Becky watches. Becky and Steph then have words. Becky tells her it's her title.
Thoughts: Steph has been missing for a while and I think it was due to injury. She's had a very weird year and has been out more than she has been around.
We get a video on Brock Lesnar and his career.
Paul Heyman watches the video in the back. Oba Femi comes up to him wearing white. He says he never got to say thanks to Brock and says to tell Paul he said thank you. Paul says it would be a pleasure. Paul congratulates Oba and shakes his hand.
Oba Femi comes out and gets a bunch of smoke and lights for his entrance. Oba says him and Brock went to war and came out with scars and bruises. He says they came out with new found respect for one another. He says he thought Brock knew he was the one at Mania. He says he thought he was jealous when he attacked him after and says it was just a test. He says Brock needed to come back and find out if he chose right. Oba says the question was if he could swim and says the question was answered quick. He says the question went from "Can you swim?" to "How long can you hold your breath?".
He says Brock took him to the deepest depth of the ocean and he passed the test. He says he can now finally rest. He says there is no correct path and we forge our own destiny. He says he will lead a new crop of talent and the old guard will fall. He says if any man has a problem with how he carries the torch, you will answer to Oba Femi.
Oba leaves and The Vision comes out before he heads to the back. Bron Breakker stares down Oba Femi.
Bron Breakker vs Joe Hendry
Bron lariats Joe down and stares at the entrance area. Joe lariats theory outside. Bron tries to spear Joe but goes into the steps. Joe sends Theory into the commentary table. Bron spears Joe and pins him.
Thoughts: Just another example of WWE jobbing out Joe Hendry. I don't get it at all. Joe really should try to get out while he can, because he's going to be on Main Event soon with the way they are treating him. I hated this.
Bron then heads to the back. Theory pounds on Joe. Akira Tozawa then comes in and jumps on Theory. Akira 2nd rope diving headscissors him and facekicks him out of the ring.

JD says Penta just lost to Chad, so what does it make him? Dom says they are collecting all the gold and can end their journey at any time.

Dom's head is superkicked into the buckles. Chad top rope moonsaults and grabs Dom's ankle off of it. Penta lariats JD over the top then canadian destroyers him on the floor. Dom puts a hammer in his boot. Chad blocks Dom's 619. Chad grabs the hammer and gives it to the ref. Chad's throat is pulled down over the top. Penta hits Dom with a title belt. Chad hits a chaos theory german on Dom and pins him.
Thoughts: Chad got over with his in-ring work and if they are going to go back to that, it can hopefully rehabilitate him some. What we got was fine here. It had a lot of action and worked out pretty well. I'm not sure why Dom lost for a second night in a row.
Bron Breakker talks to Paul Heyman in the back. He asks if Paul saw. He says Oba tried to get in his way and he will do something about it. Paul says he should. Bron asks where Oba is. Paul asks how he would know. Bron says he thought it was his new best friend.

Fatu superkicks Keys. Keys spinebusters him. Fatu pop up samoan drops Keys through a table in the corner. Fatu double jump top rope moonsaults him. Fatu tongan death grips him. Keys is out and the ref stops this.
Thoughts: It was an okay main here. They had some nice spots but some of the stuff between the spots could have been more aggressive and faster. They really did put out a good effort for this and it was a wilder match than some of the stuff we saw at Summerslam.
Fatu doesn't let go of the hold immediately and officials have to break it up. Fatu puts the hold on again and blood comes out of Keys' mouth. Fatu tells him this is family business. Fatu corner hip attacks him. Fatu then puts a chair around his head. Adam Pearce tells Fatu not to do this and tells him to calm down. Fatu then hits a corner hip attack on him with the chair around his neck. Fatu then dances.
Roman Reigns comes out and holds his one finger up. Fatu then does the same.
Roman shakes hands with Rey Mysterio in the back. Rey says he's the GM of AAA and wants to run something by him.
Overall thoughts: It was a longer show at 2 hours and 36 minutes. I think it could have been cut down some but I feel like this is WWE's answer to Raw not having enough wrestling on it lately. A lot went down here as they set up things for the next PPV. The main was easily the match of the night and Bron squashing Hendry was easily the low point of the night. I just don't get what they are doing with either guy really at the moment and WWE seems to have a real thing for cooling off people between them, Jey Uso and Fatu. Becky Lynch, Steph Vaquer and Big Cass all made their returns here. I'd give it a 6 out of 10 as the show was okay, but I'd really prefer that they'd keep this closer to 2 hours instead of closer to 3 hours.
