WWE Monday Night Raw 8/3/2026

Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/07/wwe-monday-night-raw-7272026.html

We are in Des Moines, Iowa. Michael Cole and Corey Graves are on commentary.

Roman Reigns comes out to talk. He says he called his shot and delivered. He says he went to Mania and beat the old man. He says he beat Seth Rollins last night.

LA Knight comes out. He congratulates him for winning at Summerslam, keeping the title and doing it by himself. He says he's still a fraud though. He says he's been calling his name for months and he put The Bloodline in front of him. LA says he owes him as last time they fought, it wasn't 1 on 1. He says he wants what he gave Seth - a match without The Bloodline or outside BS.

Roman asks who he's talking to. He says he doesn't come out here talking about being a megastar and wearing a Walmart watch on his wrist. He then shows off his watch. Roman asks what else he has done besides winning a 6-man. He says you can't get a title shot by b!tching and moaning. He tells him to get in the back of the line, slaps him in the arm and throws the mic down.

LA says he's cooler when he's not standing in front of him. LA says he earned it time and again and it took Roman 38 people to beat him. He says it's a coincidence he was in The Shield as all he does is shield himself. He mocks Shield's theme song. He says he's a fraud and not on his level. He says he's the uncrowned champ and tells him to grow some balls if he can't buy them.

Thoughts: They kept this short so Roman didn't bury LA too bad here.

We see various wrestlers arrive.

Je'Von Evans vs Ethan Page

Page side headlocks him, shoulders him over and does jumping jacks. Evans bottom rope springboard roll up's him. Page hits punches on him. Evans kips down out of a lariat and facekicks him. Evans facekicks him and seated springboard headscissors him. Evans dropkicks him then suicide dives him.

Evans top rope crossbodies him. Evans backrolls him for 2 then dropkicks him for 2. Evan's head is banged off the buckles and Page facekicks him off the apron. We go to PiP break and return.

Page forearms him in the spine. Page faceshoves him and Evans hits punches. Evans slaps him and corkscrew kicks him in the back. Evans springboard lariats him. Evans goes to springboard and is tripped. Page backdrops him for 2.

Evans cradles him for 2. Evans sends Page out. Page sends Evans into the commentary table. Evans sends him into that, the post then sends him over the timekeeper's rail. Evans jumps off the rails and dives on Page. Inside the ring, Evans corkscrew kicks him off the ropes for 2.

Page sweeps him on the ropes, goes for a pin and is caught with his feet on the ropes. Evans facekicks Page and Page hits a single leg codebreaker on him for 2. Page yanks him into a slam for 2. Evan is thrown out.

Evans leapfrogs over Page, jumps up top and OG cutters him. Evans then wins.

Thoughts:
The finish was neat. It was alright overall but got a little more time than needed as it started to drag towards the end.

Big Cass then returns and facekicks Evans down. Cass then lariats him down. Cass swings him in the bearhug position and black hole slams him.

Thoughts: I would have started off Big Cass a little bit bigger than this. He should do well during this run in WWE and I hope they give him the chance.

Roman talks to The Bloodline in the back. He says he wants to keep the respect and says he has a standard. Roman says it doesn't work if we lose. He says they have the advantage automatically has a family. He says Solo should be at his hip getting him coffee. He says Royce Keys' name is stupid and asks Fatu why he keeps hearing he's his family. Roman asks if Fatu is his family and says Keys isn't his family. Roman says they are the only Bloodline here and this is all they have. Jimmy says they will go get LA Knight if he wants. Roman says to leave it to him and tells Fatu not to touch LA.

LA then passes The Bloodline minus Roman. He asks if he heard Roman tell them to leave him alone. He taunts The Uso's and Fatu about it and says they don't want their daddy getting made. He tells them to be good.

Royce Keys talks to Jacob Fatu in the back. He asks how many times they will be through this and said they did it a thousand times. He says he can forget things and says he's his brother and family. Fatu says he's not his brother or his family, he's just one of the boys. Fatu says he's Bloodline and challenges him to a street fight while crying. He says he bets he dogwalks his @ss tonight.

The Judgment Day girls of Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez come out. Liv says we are in the presence of the greatest women's champ of all time. She says Iyo was the only woman brave enough to challenge her. She says she doesn't see any challengers.

She puts over Perez and Raquel. She says Perez will embarrass Sol Ruca and prove why Judgment Day runs Raw.

Sol Ruca vs Roxanne Perez

We join this in progress. Sol yanks on RP's arm. RP ropebreaks and leaves. RP sells her arm outside and Sol chases her.RP backrolls her into a bridge then Sol tries a pin. RP cartwheels over her, slaps her and throws her down by the hair.

RP stomps on her and foot chokes her. Sol trips her and hits mounted forearms. Sol spinning drops her on her chest and slaps her. Sol dropkicks her for 2. Sol surfboards her. Sol superkicks her. Sol 2nd rope moonsaults her off the rope connector. Sol tries to cartwheel off the top but RP shakes the ropes. RP knee drops the arm.

We go to break and return. They trade shots. Sol euros her and back elbows her twice. Sol germans her. Sol running knees her for 2. They trade pins. RP handstands out of a facebuster then takes a facebuster. Raquel gets on the apron and Sol hits her. Sol goes for a sol snatcher, Liv trips her and gets caught. Sol wins via DQ.

Thoughts: It wasn't as good as it should have been and the ending didn't help things. Sol's still not really performing like she was on NXT and I'm not sure hwy.

Raquel hits a big boot on Sol and RP hits a code red on Sol. Raquel one arm powerbombs Sol. Judgment Day poses over Sol. Becky Lynch then comes out for some reason, making her return.

Becky stares down Judgment Day. She says she didn't come for the Women's IC Title as she already made it famous. She says she came for Liv to make sure it's not another 100 days before she defends her belt again. Becky says all Liv has done is become a glorified valet. She says a women's champ should be fighting and not flirting. She says Liv has had the worst tile reign of all time. She says things will get worse for her.

Liv says Becky should be at home being a mommy to her daughter. She says Becky is in her face because she's jealous of her. She says Becky's time if over and her time is now. She says she's jealous as Liv is the greatest women's champ of all time. Becky says she's not even in the greatest women's champ in her group or the greatest that slept with Dominik Mysterio.

Stephanie Vaquer then comes out behind Judgment Day. Steph fights off Perez and Raquel. Steph backs Liv down and into the ring. Steph pounds on Liv as Becky watches. Becky and Steph then have words. Becky tells her it's her title.

Thoughts: Steph has been missing for a while and I think it was due to injury. She's had a very weird year and has been out more than she has been around.

We get a video on Brock Lesnar and his career.

Paul Heyman watches the video in the back. Oba Femi comes up to him wearing white. He says he never got to say thanks to Brock and says to tell Paul he said thank you. Paul says it would be a pleasure. Paul congratulates Oba and shakes his hand.

Oba Femi comes out and gets a bunch of smoke and lights for his entrance. Oba says him and Brock went to war and came out with scars and bruises. He says they came out with new found respect for one another. He says he thought Brock knew he was the one at Mania. He says he thought he was jealous when he attacked him after and says it was just a test. He says Brock needed to come back and find out if he chose right. Oba says the question was if he could swim and says the question was answered quick. He says the question went from "Can you swim?" to "How long can you hold your breath?".

He says Brock took him to the deepest depth of the ocean and he passed the test. He says he can now finally rest. He says there is no correct path and we forge our own destiny. He says he will lead a new crop of talent and the old guard will fall. He says if any man has a problem with how he carries the torch, you will answer to Oba Femi.

Oba leaves and The Vision comes out before he heads to the back. Bron Breakker stares down Oba Femi.

Bron Breakker vs Joe Hendry

Bron lariats Joe down and stares at  the entrance area. Joe lariats theory outside. Bron tries to spear Joe but goes into the steps. Joe sends Theory into the commentary table. Bron spears Joe and pins him.

Thoughts: Just another example of WWE jobbing out Joe Hendry. I don't get it at all. Joe really should try to get out while he can, because he's going to be on Main Event soon with the way they are treating him. I hated this.

Bron then heads to the back. Theory pounds on Joe. Akira Tozawa then comes in and jumps on Theory. Akira 2nd rope diving headscissors him and facekicks him out of the ring.

Big Cass is interviewed. He says he was left for dead in the dirt for 8 years. He says it took him 8 years to get back here. He says Evans was just in the way. He says he's here to stack bodies and says he's just the first. He says he won't be the last.

Chad Gable comes out to talk. He says last night was the greatest moment of his career. He says everyone has been saying he deserved it since then. Chad says he tries to earn everything and doesn't deserve anything. Chad thanks Penta. Chad thanks the fans for being with him 10 years. He thanks them for sticking with him when he was Shorty G. He says he crawled out of a river of crap and delivered on his promise. He says he's proud to be the IC champ.

Penta comes out. Penta says Chad deserves the title and says they stole the show last night. Penta says he gives him his flowers tonight. He says he's a true luchador and one of the best wrestlers in the world.

Dominik Mysterio comes out with JD McDonaugh. Dom says he's  the AAA Mega champ and the greatest Mysterio of all time. JD says the best match of Chad's life came and went and he didn't even win. JD says Penta just lost to Chad, so what does it make him? Dom says they are collecting all the gold and can end their journey at any time.

Chad says right now sounds good. Dom says he accepts. Penta asks for the ref to come down now.

The Judgment Day (JD McDonaugh and Dominik Mysterio) vs Penta and Chad Gable

We join this in progress. Chad waistlock takedowns Dom then double underhook suplexes him for 2. Chad belly to belly suplexes Dom. Chad dragon screws Dom. Penta enzugiri's Dom in the corner then handstand pendulum double boots him in the corner. Chad overhead belly to belly suplexes Dom in the corner.

Penta kicks Dom in the leg and is hit from behind. JD hits punches and boots on Penta in the corner. JD short arm lariats Penta then suplexes him for 2. Penta boots JD in the leg and slingblade facebusters him.

Dom forearms Penta in the corner. Chad is tagged in and he top rope diving double lariats the heels. Penta and Chad hit stereo superkicks. Penta tope con hilos the heels outside. Chad angle slams Dom for 2. JD headbutts Chad outside and yanks him into a backdrop on the floor.

We go to break and return. JD uranage's Chad and standing moonsaults for 2. Chad headbutts JD down off the buckles. Chad top rope diving headbutts JD. Penta and Dom get in. Penta flying headscissors him then tilt-a-whirl backbreakers him. Penta hits a made in Japan for 2.

Dom's head is superkicked into the buckles. Chad top rope moonsaults and grabs Dom's ankle off of it. Penta lariats JD over the top then canadian destroyers him on the floor. Dom puts a hammer in his boot. Chad blocks Dom's 619. Chad grabs the hammer and gives it to the ref. Chad's throat is pulled down over the top. Penta hits Dom with a title belt. Chad hits a chaos theory german on Dom and pins him.

Thoughts: Chad got over with his in-ring work and if they are going to go back to that, it can hopefully rehabilitate him some. What we got was fine here. It had a lot of action and worked out pretty well. I'm not sure why Dom lost for a second night in a row.

Bron Breakker talks to Paul Heyman in the back. He asks if Paul saw. He says Oba tried to get in his way and he will do something about it. Paul says he should. Bron asks where Oba is. Paul asks how he would know. Bron says he thought it was his new best friend.

Street Fight - Jacob Fatu vs Royce Keys

They trade shots. Keys hits corner spears on him. Fatu back elbows him and bangs his head off the buckles. Fatu uppercuts him. Fatu misses a corner splash and takes a bodyblock. Keys forearms him then Fatu flying back elbows him. Fatu lariats him over the top. Fatu topes him outside.

Keys' head is banged off the apron. Fatu is sent knee first into the steps and goes over them. Keys goes for a table under the ring and Fatu hits him. Keys' head is banged off the commentary table and post. Fatu says he has no choice but to do this. Fatu headbutts him.

Keys lariats him outside. Keys powerslam rams him through the timekeeper's rail. The picture frame has a Digiornio logo on it and the video is minimized a little. Fatu rams Keys' back into the post and uppercuts him. Fatu throws Keys over the commentary table.

They trade shots and Fatu eye rakes him on the commentary table. Keys flying lariats him off the commentary table. Keys then pounds on him on the floor. Fatu is sent into the steps. Keys throws more chairs in the ring.

Keys hits Fatu with a kendo stick. Keys sets up a table in the corner. Fatu hits Keys with a kendo stick. Keys suplexes Fatu through two open chairs across from each other. Keys get a 2 count. Fatu does a nasty looking lifting ddt on Keys for 2.

Fatu choeks Keys with a chair. Fatu goes up top and Keys throws a chair at his head. Keys 2nd rope twisting slams him onto chairs for 2.

Fatu superkicks Keys. Keys spinebusters him. Fatu pop up samoan drops Keys through a table in the corner. Fatu double jump top rope moonsaults him. Fatu tongan death grips him. Keys is out and the ref stops this.

Thoughts
: It was an okay main here. They had some nice spots but some of the stuff between the spots could have been more aggressive and faster. They really did put out a good effort for this and it was a wilder match than some of the stuff we saw at Summerslam.

Fatu doesn't let go of the hold immediately and officials have to break it up. Fatu puts the hold on again and blood comes out of Keys' mouth. Fatu tells him this is family business. Fatu corner hip attacks him. Fatu then puts a chair around his head. Adam Pearce tells Fatu not to do this and tells him to calm down. Fatu then hits a corner hip attack on him with the chair around his neck. Fatu then dances.

Roman Reigns comes out and holds his one finger up. Fatu then does the same.

Roman shakes hands with Rey Mysterio in the back. Rey says he's the GM of AAA and wants to run something by him.

Overall thoughts:
It was a longer show at 2 hours and 36 minutes. I think it could have been cut down some but I feel like this is WWE's answer to Raw not having enough wrestling on it lately. A lot went down here as they set up things for the next PPV. The main was easily the match of the night and Bron squashing Hendry was easily the low point of the night. I just don't get what they are doing with either guy really at the moment and WWE seems to have a real thing for cooling off people between them, Jey Uso and Fatu. Becky Lynch, Steph Vaquer and Big Cass all made their returns here. I'd give it a 6 out of 10 as the show was okay, but I'd really prefer that they'd keep this closer to 2 hours instead of closer to 3 hours.

WWE Monday Night Raw 7/27/2026

Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/07/wwe-monday-night-raw-7202026.html

Next week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/08/wwe-monday-night-raw-832026.html

We are in Los Angeles, CA. Corey Graves and Michael Cole are on commentary.

Hell in A Cell drops down. Triple H and Adam Pearce are in the ring and Oba Femi comes out. They have Oba Femi stand on a scale for the weigh-in. He weighs 302lbs.

Brock Lesnar then comes out. He chains HIAC shut. Oba goes up to the door and yells at him as Brock laughs. Paul Heyman says allowing Brock in HIAC isn't a good idea because he's the most violent and successful athlete in combat sports. Paul says Oba is an underdog. Paul's mic keeps cutting out. Paul says Oba can't beat Brock in HIAC. Paul says Brock weighs 303lbs. Oba yells at Brock more from the cell. Brock says, "I'll see you at Summerslam, b!tch". Oba tells him to runaway like he always does. Oba says Saturday is coming, HIAC is coming and Oba Femi is coming. Oba says he's not locked in there with Brock but Brock is locked in there with him.
Oba then beats up the guards in the ring for no reason. He sitout powerbombs one of them and punts him in the back.

We get another video on Roman vs Seth.

We see The Uso's, Roman and Jacob Fatu arrive in the parking lot.

The Vision (Bron Breakker and Austin Theory) vs Alpha Academy (Otis and Akira Tozawa)

Otis shoulders Bron then knock him over. Bron is double teamed. Akira pounds on Bron and Bron rams him in the corner. Bron hits corner spears. Akira takes shots in the corner from Austin. Akira 2nd rope diving headscissors Austin. Maxxine Dupri trips up Akira. Bron lariats Akira and Austin running boots Akira out of the ring.

We go to break and return. Bron stomps on Akira then gorilla press gutbusters him for 2. Bron misses a corner spear and goes into the post. Otis tags in and bodyblocks Austin. Otis spinning back elbows him. Otis slams him and corner splashes Bron and Austin. Otis corner splashes both opponents. Otis caterpillar splashes Bron then Akira topes Austin.

Akira top rope sentons but Austin gets his knees up. Otis is sent into the post. Akira is held for a hard spear from Bron. Bron pins Akira.

Thoughts: It was a shorter one but it was fine. The Vision won as expected here. Bron's spear on Akira was pretty stiff. This seems like the end of that feud.

The heels beat up Akira after. Otis saves Akira and beats up on the heels. Otis gets on the ropes and Maxxine distracts Otis. Otis is double powerbombed down. Otis takes a spear + lariat combo. Austin chairs Otis' head while it's against the post.

LA Knight is interviewed. He says people saw he's paranoid and he agrees. He says everything he said would happen has happened. LA says the goal is to put Bloodline 6 feet deep at Summerslam and says it's a fact of life when he puts the BFT on you.

Raquel Rodriguez says there will be no tricks or game with Sol Ruca and she won't let the title slip between her fingers. Sol Ruca says she knows Raquel will pull out all the tricks but she beat her once and will do it again.

We get a video on Chad Gable. He says he chased titles and success until he had nothing left. He says he burned it all down. He says losing everything reminds him of what matters. He says he used to say he needed the title but now he knows why. He says he was born and forced in Minnesota. He says he's walking in as the guy who found himself again with pride, honor and integrity. He says he will take the IC Title as the man he was supposed to be.

Iyo Sky does a promo. She says she's been in Liv's head since Night of Champions. She says she proved her wrong at QOTR and says Liv is not the greatest champion of all time. She says Liv talks a lot as she is scared to lose. She says she's excited to face her at Summerslam. She says she beat her once and will do it again to become women's champ.

Je'Von Evans vs Rusev

Rusev knees him in the gut and hits corner spears. Rusev headbutts him down and lariats him. Evans boots him off the ropes and superkicks him. Evans dropkicks him. Evans seated springboard headscissors him and dropkicks him again.

Evans goes for a dive and is hit. Rusev euros him. Rusev fallaway slams him out of the ring. Rusev is pushed into the post. Evans facekicks him over the timekeeper's rail. Rusev catches his crossbody and throws him over the rail. Evans jumps over the rail onto him. We go to PiP break and return.

Rusev boots him around. Rusev drops him with a shot twcie after taking forearms. Evans hits punches and flurries him in the corner. Evans corkscrew kicks him off the ropes. Evans suicide dives him outside. Rusev matchka kicks him in the ring for 2.

Rusev stomps Evans' back and goes for the camel clutch. Evans flying knees him. Evans' double springboard cutter is caught and Rusev camel clutches him. Evans ropebreaks. Evans ducks a kick and cutters him. Evans double jump springboard cutters him for the win.

Thoughts: Rusev loses yet again. It was an alright match here with Rusev beating up Evans and Evans making his comeback to win. Evans had some nice flying as usual. Evans is stuck in the midcard though and until he can develop a true personality, I don't really see him going anywhere.

We get another Seth vs Roman video.

Joe Hendry and Danhausen do a concert. They sing about Judgment Day and Dan plays piano. They then sing, "I believe that you are cursed". The minihausen's then appear and dance with them. We then see some girls in Danhausen masks dancing. Ryan Garcia, a boxer, then joins in. Ryan then hits Joe in the back with a guitar. Judgment Day then jump Dan. The midgets go after judgment Day and get thrown and kicked down. JD slams one of them and JD hits mounted shots on Dan. Dom frogsplashes Dan and boots him out of the ring.

Thoughts: The crowd didn't like the concert at all and looked very confused. This was very overproduced and went on forever. It was the same situation as Danhausen's debut which completely failed.

Penta does a video. He says he's happy Chad changed. Penta says he's not fighting for revenge but for his legacy and his title.

We get another Big Cass video where they say if you reach rock bottom, the only way is to climb back up. We then get 8/3 on the screen.

Rey Mysterio vs Ethan Page

Page waistlock takedowns him. Rey wristlocks him and Page reverses it. Page side headlocks him and shoulders him over. Page tilt-a-whirl's him but Rey turns it into a body press. Rey flying headscissors Page. Rey escapes a powerbomb and la silla's his chest off of it. Rey is sent into the buckles.

Page pulls Rey's arms back. Rey kicks him in the gut and rolls him outside in the electric chair. Page holds on and apron powerbombs him. We go to break and return.

Page tries to unmask Rey. Rey top rope moonsaults him. Rey step up enzugiri's him and runs into a facekick. Rey sends Page into the post. Rey hits punches and flying headscissors him. Rey hits mounted corner punches. Rey top rope la silla's him. Page catches his springboard and slams him. Rey spinning ddt's him for 2. Rey top rope diving headscissors him outside.

Rey goes for a 619 and Page pulls the ring skirt up. Somehow this blocks it. Page fisherman busters him and wins.

Thoughts: I didn't get the finish at all here but I had no problems with this otherwise. We saw this a few weeks ago and it was solid and this was the same situation here.

Liv Morgan does a video. She says Iyo doesn't understand who she is facing. She says she's "The Live Morgan". She says she was underlooked as she scratched her way to the top. She says she will do anything to stay there. She says you don't care when you have her resume. She says Iyo did beat her at QOTR, but she's not in her head. She says she's not scared of losing to her and is stronger than she thinks.

A nurse checks on the Minihausen's and Danhausen in the back. Adam Pearce comes in and tells Dan to give Dom his money back. Dan says to put the money on a pole. Adam agrees and says it's official for Summerslam.

The Uso's come out to talk. Jey says this is warning shot to Keys, LA and Solo. Solo Sikoa then interrupts from the crowd. Solo says The Bloodline isn't here because it has Solo Sikoa in it. Solo says they have no chance at Summerslam. Jimmy says Bloodline was the best thing that ever happened to him and tells him to run the play or else. Solo mocks them and says he loves where he's at.

Solo says he has his own warning shot and says Roman can kiss his @ss. LA Knight comes out. LA says Solo feels the same as him and they both want to knock their heads off at Summerslam. LA says the talking is done and they've got 5 days. LA says or they could stomp then out LA style. LA and Solo then head in and they all fight.

LA and Solo get the edge in the fight. Jacob Fatu comes out and the faces double team him. Fatu fights them off and hits corner hip attacks on them. Bloodline get the edge then Royce Keys comes out. Keys no sells a Jey superkick and lariats him. Keys and Fatu trade shots and Keys lariats him. Fatu tongan death grips him. Solo samoan spikes Fatu and Keys spinebusters Fatu. LA hits a BFT on Fatu and Bloodline leaves.

Thoughts: Stuff like this is a smaller burial of Bloodline. These guys are taking all these shots for Roman and Roman doesn't even bother to come out to help them.

WWE Women's Intercontinental Title - Sol Ruca (c) vs Raquel Rodriguez

Sol kips down out of a facekicks. Sol flips out of a hiptoss and facebusters her for 2. RR overhead throws her. RR hits back elbows in the corner. Sol standing moonsaults her for 2. RR lariats her down. We see Lyra Valkyria watching in the back and looking homeless.

RR clubs Sol down then leg chokes her over the 2nd rope. Sol hurricanrana's her into the ropes and superkicks her out. Sol top rope moonsaults her outside.

Sol throws her in for 2. RR's nose is busted open. Sol's top rope crossbody is caught and RR suplexes her chest first.

RR foot chokes Sol on the bottom rope. RR corner splashes her then slams her for 2. Sol hits her in the gut and RR shoulders her over for 2. RR pounds on her then does a chin and arm hold. Sol boots her off the ropes. Sol pulls her arms back and backcrackers her with her feet.

Sol hits shots to the gut and chops her. Sol uppercuts her. Sol flips out of a back body drop and basement dropkicks her. Sol shiranui's her. Sol running knees her for 2. Sol's springboard is caught and Sol pulls RR's neck down over the top rope. Sol top rope cartwheels into a ddt on RR for 2.

Roxanne Perez comes out and Sol kicks her. Liv Morgan trips Sol. RR facekicks Sol for 2. Iyo Sky comes out. Liv drops Iyo with a shot and pounds on her. Iyo is sent into the rails. Liv is sent into the post. Sol codebreakers RR. Iyo meteora's Liv against the post.

Sol goes for a sol snatcher and is tripped. RR then pins Sol.

Thoughts
: Sol injures yet another person. I don't know how this keeps happening when she didn't do this kind of stuff in NXT. This is really more of a "thank you" run than anything else for Raquel, as she has lost to everyone dozens of times. As far as her being featured to being over ratio, Raquel is pretty low on that one. Sol injuring RR is really all that most people were going to focus on here. The finish didn't help this one either and it was average.

We get another Roman vs Seth video.

Roman Reigns comes out. Seth comes out before Roman can get a second sentence out. Seth says to "acknowledge me". Roman says Seth is an @sshole and Seth says he's guilty. Seth says he's a bad guy when it comes to them. Seth says some of us get everything handed to them and start on 3rd base. Seth says people like him gotta grind and hustle.

Seth says Roman is everything he says he is and is the biggest star. Seth says Roman has an edge on him in many departments, but says Roman will never be better than him at wrestling. Seth says he's owns him in the ring and owns him mentally. Seth says Roman can call him an @sshole but he can't call him a liar. Seth asks if Roman thinks things will be different and asks if Roman has changed.

Seth asks if Roman will get himself DQ'd or if he will call in Bloodline. Seth says Roman says he needs to beat him, but he doesn't stand a chance. Roman says Seth doesn't get it. Roman says he's the only real superstar and the only true champ around here. Roman says he needs to beat him.

Seth says he suckered him into this match. Seth says Roman said he needed his family here to see him win. Seth says he hopes Roman's family is there on Sunday as he wants to see them cry again. He says they will figure out their dad is a loser, a fraud and Seth Rollins' b!tch. Roman gets made and beats up on Seth. Roman hits mounted shots then superman punches him. Roman spears him. Roman grabs a chair but Seth curbstomps him.

Thoughts
: It was nice to see Seth get a little over Roman here after being dragged for weeks. Too little too late though.

Overall thoughts: The big shows are this weekend so this had more wrestling to fill time. The opener was fine but it's a waste of Bron. Rusev lost yet again in an okay match with Evans. We had a disaster of a Hendry/Danhausen concert. Rey/Page was fine. Sol injured Raquel and lost her title. We then had more Seth/Roman stuff to close the show. I'd give hit a low 6 out of 10 as what we got was alright enough, but it wasn't that great. This was acceptable. Evans/Rusev was the MOTN.

AT hits knees to Evans' gut. Evans takes a double pop up drop. Bron hits mounted punches on Evans. Bron overhead throws Evans. Evans boots Bron in the face and Lee gets in. Lee enzugiri's Bron from behind and superkicks him. Lee toyota rolls into a ddt on Bron.

Logan Paul distracts Lee. Lee is caught off the top and slammed down by Bron. We go to break and return. Bron spears the corner when Lee moves. Lee step up enzugiri's AT and throws him out. Evans hot tags in. Evans punches Bron then AT. Evans corkscrew kicks AT from behind, kips down out of a lariat and kips up into a stunner on AT. Evans suicide dives AT outside. Bron runs into and over the rail when Evans moves.

Evans jumps over the rail and dives on Bron. Evans springboard lariats AT for 2. AT is in tree of woe and Lee top rope double stomps him down. Max trips Lee and Bron lariats Lee. AT hits oblivion on Lee for 2. Bron spears Evans. AT holds Lee and Bron spears Lee. Bron pins Lee.

Thoughts: I was a little surprised The Vision won here which isn't a good thing. Bron did win but being in this was a step down for him. The match was fine with a lot of flying s expected.

The Vision beat up Lee after. Alpha Academy come down and beat upon The Vision. Tozawa topes Bron and Otis slams down AT. Max slaps Otis. Otis lariats Bron and corner splashes Bron/AT. He then splashes both together and lariats AT over the top. Bron spears Otis outside. AT forearms Tozawa down. Bron then hits a hard spear on Otis.

Judgment Day grab Danhausen in the back and want their money. Dan says to let him go and he will find it. Dom says he has 30 seconds or they will break his neck.

We get a video on Big Cass with headlines showing his release. He says even if you reach the top, you have no idea how far you can fall.

Danhausen comes out. He says he thought he took care of Judgment Day at SNME but they still want their money back. He says he doesn't want the money but doesn't want Judgment Day to have it. He says let's give it to the fanhausen's.

Judgment Day comes out and says to give them the money. Dan says he has one thing to say and curses them. Judgment Day stomp Dan and Liv hits Dan. Joe Hendry comes out and sends JD out. Joe fallaway slams Dom. Liv takes Dan's sack with the money. The heels are sent out and they head to the back.

We get another Seth vs Roman video.

Judgment Day, Hendry and Dan argue in the back. Adam Pearce interrupts. JD look at the money and it's fake. Oba Femi shows up behind JD and asks whose bag it is. It seemingly belongs to Oba. Adam says they should settle this now between JD and Oba. Dom says this isn't fair. Adam says Dom can face Hendry tonight.

Oba Femi vs JD McDonaugh

JD doesn't want this match and Adam tells JD to get in the ring. Hendry and Dan then grab Dom and JD and throw them in. Oba double lariats Dom and JD then throws Dom out. JD boots Oba in the gut. Oba back body drops him. Oba running corner euros him then running euros him down. Oba backdrop throws JD. Oba sitout last rides him and wins.

Thoughts: It was just a short squash as it should have been. The premise to this was amusing.

Oba says he's sick of the BS in the camera and says the real stuff is at Summerslam.

LA Knight and Royce Keys talk in the back but we can't hear them.

Solo Sikoa comes out. He says he's not supposed to be here but he has a proposition to make. He tells Seth Rollins to come out. Seth comes out. Seth welcomes him and asks what he can do for him. Seth asks if they are talking or fighting.

Solo says he's here to talk. He says he knows Seth is focused on getting ready for Roman at Summerslam. Solo says it's not 1v1 but but him vs The Bloodline. He says he knows what they will do as he was a part of it. He says they will make sure Seth has no chance at Summerslam. Solo says it doesn't have to be like that.

Solo says he can watch Seth's back at Summerslam. Seth says to let him think about it. Solo stops him from walking away. Solo says the plan will work and he can do the same thing Seth did for Cody at Mania in the past.

Jacob Fatu comes out. Solo exits and Fatu says he knows what he has to do. Fatu says he will dogwalk him. Seth then superkicks Fatu. Seth leaves and Fatu gets up.

We see clips of Chad Gable talking to Penta at the Summerslam Kickoff. Chad says he will take the title and Penta says he will prove why he is champ.

Ethan Page and Rusev vs Penta and Chad Gable

The faces get hit and stomped to start. Page facekicks Penta for 2. Penta takes a double suplex and Rusev corner splashes Penta. Page hits mounted shots on Penta. Penta hits kicks on his opponents. Chad top rope diving double lariats his opponents. Page is lariated out and Rusev back body drops Penta on the apron. Penta is sent into the steps.

We go to break and return. Rusev misses a headbutt drop. Penta forearms Rusev and Penta boots him out of the corner. Penta top rope crossbodies him. Chad and Page get in. Chad hits 2 germans on him then overhead belly to belly suplexes Rusev. Chad germans Page again then angle slams him for 2.

Chad misses a top rope moonsault. The heels hit kicks on Chad and Rusev swinging uranage's Chad for 2. Penta springboards into a Chad forearm. Penta tope con hilos Page outside. Cha and Rusev trade shots. Rusev camel clutches him.

Rusev stomps Page's back. Chad ankle locks Rusev and submits him.

Thoughts: It was an okay tag as expected. It was nothing particularly memorable but I had few issues with it. I don't like Rusev losing over Page but Rusev hasn't won a lot lately.

We get another Seth vs Roman video.

Seth Rollins dares Jacob Fatu to hit him in the back. He says Fatu is under strict orders not to lay a finger on him. Seth asks if he gets Roman's title and his bag boy when he beats him at Summerslam. Fatu says Seth got one up on him and says if there's anything left of him after Summerslam, he will beat his @ss.

Paul Heyman does a video and talks Brock Lesnar. He says he was told not to use the word "violence" about Hell in a Cell and asks how he can do that. He says the cell is unforgiving and talks about the violence. He says Oba is overrated and says Brock has never lost in Hell in a Cell. He says Oba had the best rookie year in WWE since Brock.

He says Oba can't beat Brock in HIAC. He says Oba's rookie year won't go down like everyone thinks. He says it goes down in history as it comes to a violent end at the hands of Brock Lesnar.

Joe Hendry vs Dominik Mysterio

Dom clubs and boots Joe in the corner. Joe shoulders him over and hiptosses him. Joe euros and headbutts Dom. Joe then stomps him. Joe delay suplexes Dom. Dom boots him off the ropes and sends Joe out. Dom's tope is caught and Joe drops him onto the commentary table. Liv Morgan sends Joe into the post. Danhausen comes out and Liv drops him with a forearm. We go to break and return.

Dom chinlocks Joe and gets on his back with it. Joe suplexes him. Joe hits punches and fallaway slams Dom. Joe spinning lariats Dom for 2. Dom tornado ddt's Joe. Danhausen and Iyo Sky ride out in Dan's car. Iyo and Liv fight and Iyo sends her into the apron edge. Iyo top rope dropkicks Liv. Iyo apron crossbodies Liv. Dan gets in the ring and reverse ddt's Dom. Joe then pins Dom.

Thoughts: We had a lot of interference from Liv here. It was acceptable. I felt like both Joe or Dom could have won this one.

We see clips of CM Punk piefacing Cody Rhodes at Summerslam Kickoff.

Joe Hendry and Danhausen will do a concert next week which should be something.

LA Knight talks before his match.

LA Knight vs Jacob Fatu

He asks if he just saw Solo Sikoa come out here and says Solo is now talking about helping Seth Rollins after LA said it was hard to trust him. He says Seth vs Roman at Summerslam makes him sick. He says he's everything Roman wanted to be and everything people in the back wanted Roman to be. He says Solo is focused on the wrong thing. LA says it's going too far to trust Seth. he says they will destroy Bloodline at Summerslam.

He says Fatu's Mortal Kombat music will play soon and he will test his might. He says Fatu can't stop LA Knight. He says he has the cure for Fatu's shakes and it's him smacking him back to factory settings.

We join this in progress. They trade punches. LA flying lariats him. They trade more shots. LA hits a bunch of punches and corner spears. Fatu drop LA with a shot. Fatu's leg is banged off the post. LA clips Fatu. Fatu boots him out and topes him.

LA's head is banged off the rails and Fatu is sent into and over the steps. LA jumps off the steps onto him and is samoan dropped on the apron. LA dropkicks Fatu through the ropes. LA bangs Fatu's head off the commentary table. Fatu sends LA backwards into the steps. Fatu goes into the post when LA moves. Fatu's head is banged off the steps. LA flying lariats him off the apron.

We go to PiP break and return. Fatu does a trapezius hold to him. LA hits punches and takes an uppercut and a headbutt. Fatu misses a splash and is neckbreakered off of it for 2. LA goes up top and is superkicked onto there. Fatu elbow drops him on the top rope and gets a 2 count.

LA hits punches on the buckles. LA jumps up to the top and superplexes him down. Jimmy Uso comes out. Solo Sikoa gets behind him and hits him. Fatu topes Solo. LA hits punches on Fatu in the ring. LA hits a BFT. Jimmy Uso distracts the ref. Royce Keys then lariats Jimmy and throws him over the commentary table.

Jey Uso comes out and superkicks Keys three times. Jey dumps keys over the rail. LA dropkicks Jey through the ropes. Fatu superkicks LA then pop-up samoan drops him. Fatu double jump moonsaults LA and pins him.

Thoughts
: Loses Always Knight dropped another one here. Nobody needed to lose here and both could have avoided it, but they did it anyway. There was a lot of outside fighting in this and no great logic before the interference. It went okay enough though.

Solo attacks Fatu after and The Uso's take out Solo. Keys double lariats The Uso's. Keys and Fatu trade shots and Keys spinebusters Fatu. The Uso's double superkick Keys and 3D him. LA gets an edge over the heels and Fatu tongan death drip's LA. Jey, Jimmy and Fatu hit corner hip attacks on LA. Jey top rope splashes LA.

Overall thoughts: The women didn't wrestle here (and Liv/Dupri were the only girls we even saw) and we had a lot of talking on this show. You could have skipped this one and not missed too much as next week's Raw is the go-home show and that'll be the one to watch. The show was okay overall and had a lot of decent wrestling. I'd give this a 6 out of 10, but it was nothing too memorable. The main was the match of the night.

WWE Monday Night Raw 7/13/2026

Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/07/wwe-monday-night-raw-762026.html

Next week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/07/wwe-monday-night-raw-7202026.html

We are in Dallas, TX. Corey Graves and Michael Cole are on commentary.

We see various wrestlers arrive.

Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman come out. Police come out with them (and I think ROW's Max Castellanos and Terrale Tempo are two of them). Paul does the intro for Brock and says the police are there for Oba Femi. He says Oba turned down a title match chance because he's obsessed with Brock Lesnar. He says Oba is the biggest dummy he has met in his entire life. He compares Oba to a psycho ex.

Paul says everyone wants to talk sh!t but then they get hit. He says Brock is also obsessed with Ova and it scares him to death. Paul says he wants to protect Brock and says he went to a judge to got a restraining order on Oba Femi. He says he knows Brock will obey the order as he is a law-abiding citizen.

Oba Femi comes out. The police jump in the ring and Oba gets in the ring. Oba says he came here for a fight and will let Paul explain what this is. Paul says Oba is in violation of a restraining order and tells the police to do their job. Oba throws one of the cops over the top, chokeslams the other two and lariats another. Oba then throws one of them onto the others.

Oba says this isn't Brock anymore and asks where's The Beast. He says he used to run this place and now he just runs away. Oba says if he would have went for the title, Brock would have cost him it. Oba says there's no more games, BS or running at Summerslam. He says Brock can't run from Oba Femi at Summerslam.

They show us a video on Roman vs Seth.

Iyo Sky vs Roxanne Perez

RP pulls her hair in the corner. Iyo takes her down and hits mounted shots. Iyo double knee drops her. RP slaps her and Iyo pulls her hair. Iyo sweeps her and they trade pin attempts. RP spin kicks her in the gut. Iyo dropkicks her.

Iyo goes for a tope and RP punches her to stop it. Iyo slams her on the apron. Iyo asai moonsaults outside. Liv grabs Iyo's foot and RP sweeps Iyo. RP stomps Iyo's foot over the bottom rope. We go to break and return.

They fight on the buckles. Iyo is in tree of woe and RP knows her knee. RP running euros her in the corner as she hangs. Iyo gets her knees up on RP's asai moonsault. Iyo flapjacks her and rolls her into a double stomp. Iyo double underhook backbreakers her for 2.

Iyo kicks her while hanging on the ropes. Iyo top rope dropkicks her. Iyo misses a corner meteora. RP calf crushers Iyo. Iyo crossfaces her. Liv trips Iyo up top. Iyo high kicks Raquel from the bottom rope. RP backrolls Iyo, Iyo rolls through and pins her.

Thoughts: It was the usual RP match where she works the leg and does her moonsault. Iyo survived it and won. It was fine for what it was and went well as expected.

Iyo goes after Liv after. RP and Raquel beat up Iyo. Sol Ruca comes out and takes out RP and Raquel. Raquel swings Sol into the rails and rams her backwards into the post. Liv hits oblivion on Iyo then bangs her face off the mat. Liv then hits Iyo with the Women's Title.

We see clips for the Jimmy Uso, Jacob Fatu, Solo Sikoa and Royce Keys situation from Smackdown.

The Vision come out without Paul and with Maxxine Dupri. Logan says to give it up for Austin and Bron, the new tag champs. He syas they couldn't have done it without The Vision Queen, Maxxine.

Alpha Academy of Otiz and Tozawa come out. The Vision laughs at them. Akira asks if they can talk to Max. Max asks The Vision to leave the ring. Akira asks Max what she is doing. He says Max is a wonderful human being and says Austin is all wrong for him. Max say she loves them but they gave her a choice.

The crowd boos Max. Max says they told her that if she was with Austin, she couldn't be with them. Max says that's not fair and they don't even know him. Otis says he told her Austin is bad news. Otis says he has something to say to her. Austin laughs.

Austin asks if Otis is confessing his feelings for Max. Austin asks if this is a fairy tale and tells Otis to look at himself. Austin says people like Otis don't end up with people like Max. Austin says Max is with him, insults him and Otis throws Austin in. Otis chokes Austin and Bron grabs Otis. Akira helps out, sends Bron out and Bron blocks his tope. Bron exploders Akira over the commentary table. Bron and Austin stomp Otis. Otis gets the edge on the heels. Bron is sent into Austin and Otis corner splashes both. Otis lariats Bron over the top.

Otis goes after Austin and Austin begs off. Max gets between them. Max says they can fix this. Max goes to kiss Otis and Austin low blows Otis. Max then piefaces Otis down. Akira and Austin fight and Bron spears Akira. Max gives Austin knucks. Austin punches Otis with them. Otis is then held for a hard Bron spear.

Thoughts: This segment didn't make Bron look good here. Bron shouldn't be taking offense from low carders and going down off of it. A real main eventer wouldn't do that. Max predictably turned on Otis and Tozawa here.

We get a Survivor Series: Wargames video.

The men in the gauntlet match make their pitch tonight for why they will win.

Royce Keys vs Jimmy Uso

They said this was an impromptu match and it started during the break. Uso is laid on the top and Keys clubs him. We see this started from them fighting in the aisle and Adam Pearce making a match off of it. Keys does Sheamus' chest clubs on Uso.

Keys is stunnered over the top rope. Uso enzugiri's him. Uso top rope crossbodies him for 1. They chop each other and Keys lariats him. Uso goes up and over and spinning enzugiri's Keys out. Uso's back is rammed into the apron and commentary table. Keys is samoan dropped onto the commentary table. We go to break and return.

They chop each other and Keys powerslams him off a flying crossbody. Keys corner splashes him then hits punches. We see Jacob Fatu arrive and come out. Uso superkicks Keys and Keys sky high's him for 2. Fatu attacks Keys for the DQ.

Thoughts
: It was a random one. What we got wasn't bad, but we didn't see the beginning of this nor did we get a finish and that was pretty lame. Keys isn't even on Raw and still couldn't beat Jimmy Uso clean, who isn't exactly a top guy.

Fatu stomps on Keys. Fatu says he doesn't want to do this to him and hits him in the body with a chair. Solo Sikoa comes out and gets on the mic. He tells Fatu to stop and says to leave Keys alone. Solo says he understands now. Solo says he was lost and was being stupid. Solo says he always knows that blood is thicker than water. Solo says he's coming home to the family.

Solo puts up the one finger sign and Uso/Fatu pose with him. Solo laughs and samoan spikes Uso. Solo then hits punches on Fatu. Fatu drops Solo with a shot here. Keys saves Solo and hits shots on Fatu. Uso superkicks Keys. Fatu tongan death grip's Solo.

LA Knight comes out with a chair. LA back body drops Uso out and chairs Fatu. Fatu no sells the chair shot. LA hits him in the gut and back with it. Fatu then goes out. LA says he owes Fatu and Uso from last week and tells them to come and get it. He says that's not all he needs to get out of them. LA says he needs Jimmy Uso and Fatu in the ring. He says he's sick of The Bloodline and says he needs Jey too. LA says he's done with Bloodline and says he doesn't have to do it by himself. LA says they should do a trios match with Solo/LA/Keys vs The Uso's and Fatu at Summerslam.

Thought
s:
I think Solo turned face here but nobody reacted.

The Vision walk in the back and laugh. Paul Heyman claps for them. He says that's what he calls a vision for the future. Paul says he's more than proud. Austin asks if they are all back together now? Paul says Max was so magnificent tonight that what the hell do they need him for?

Adam Pearce talks on the phone. Oba Femi comes in. Adam says Heyman was bluffing and the police officers were mind games. Oba says it means they are afraid. Oba says if they thought what he did to Brock at Mania was bad, wait until they see what he does at HIAC.

Bayley is in the ring and she asks Lyra Valkyria to come out. Lyra comes out with her new haggard look and ripped clothes. Bayley puts the mic in Lyra's chest. Bay says she thought they could be honest with each other and apologize. Lyra says she should apologize to her for holding her back. Lyra says Bay always makes it look like she's the victim and says Bay makes it her entire personality.

Lyra says Bay isn't a locker room leader but a doormat. She says she drags down everyone she works with and has always been the worst of The Four Horsewomen. Bays she should have known this was a mistake. She says Lyra not as special as she thinks she is. Bay talks about her accomplishments and says she will add beating her at MSG to it. She says she will see her at SNME. Lyra grabs Bay and Bay forearms her. Bay hits mounted shots. Lyra lariats her then reverse curbstomps her. Lyra belly to belly suplexes her.

We get another video on Seth vs Roman.

We get a Big Bill/Big Cass return video for 8/3.

#1 Contender to the Intercontinental Title Gauntlet

Leg 1 - Dominik Mysterio vs Joe Hendry

Joe shoves Dom back off the lock up. Joe fireman's carry takeovers him. Joe headflips out of a wristlock then throws Dom by the wrist. Dom side headlocks Joe then Joe shoulders him over. Joe hiptosses him and neckbreakers him for 2. Dom's head is banged off the commentary table. Joe is sent into the steps. Dom sends Joe hard into the buckles and he goes down.

Dom forearms Joe down. Dom knees Joe in the gut. Joe blocks a tornado ddt and suplexes Dom. Joe running back elbows him down then corner lariats him. Joe fallaway slams Dom. JD McDonaugh gets on the apron. Joe is distracted and Dom step up enzugiri's Joe. Dom 619's Joe. Dom top rope frogsplashes Joe and pins him.

Thoughts
: Joe losing here isn't good at all. Someone had to lose here though and it shows where they see Joe. I thought Joe had a good showing here though and it wasn't bad.

Leg 2 - Dominik Mysterio vs Je'Von Evans

We join this during the break. Evans hits punches on Dom. Dom knees him in the gut. Dom is thrown out. Evans topes him. Evans corkscrew kicks Dom off the ropes. JD goes to trip Evans and the ref yells at him. Evans drops him with a shot. Dom 619's Evans. Dom goes up top and Danhausen comes out in his vehicle. He curses Dom and fireworks shoots out of another post. JD goes after Dan. Evans hits a double jump cutter on Dom and pins him.

Thoughts: We really didn't see all that much of this.

Leg 3 - Je'Von Evans vs Dragon Lee

Lee kicks him from apron. Lee superkicks him and flying forearms him. Lee tope con hilos Evans outside. We go to break and return. They trade forearms. Evans hits a big punch and Lee chops him down. Lee runs at him and Evans hiptosses him over the timekeeper's rail into a chair there. Evans runs around the ring and dives on Lee over the timekeeper's rail. Evans then ends up in the front row over that rail as well.

Evans springboards into a superkick inside for 2. Lee jumps over the top rope and flying headscissors Evans off the apron. Lee tornado ddt's Evans for 2. Lee rebound germans him. Evans is in tree of woe and Lee top rope double stomps him. Evans rolls him up and pins him.

Thoughts
: It was all high flying here with little selling. At least it was exciting.

Leg 4 - Je'Von Evans vs Rusev

Rusev nails Evans from behind and pushes him into Lee. Evans is thrown shoulder first into the post and Rusev fallaway slams Evans. We go to break and return.

Rusev throws Evans in the corner and faceshoves him. Evans hits forearms and Rusev knees him in the gut. Evans superkicks him in the gut and face. Rusev blocks a sunset flip and misses a butt drop. Evans superkicks him in the side of the head for 2.

Rusev is thrown out and Evans suicide dives him. Evans corkscrew kicks him off the ropes for 2. Rusev catches Evans' crossbody and uranage's him for 2. Rusev camel clutches him and Evans ropebreaks. Rusev pulls him away and puts it on again. Evans lifts Rusev on his back and drops him backwards.

Rusev misses a corner charge then swaps down an OG cutter. Rusev camel clutches Evans. Evans tries to fight out again and he's out. Rusev wins the leg.

Thoughts:
It was alright with Evans flying and Rusev using his power against him. I was fine with this.

Leg 5 - Rusev vs Chad Gable

Chad runs down and hits punches. Chad germans Rusev twice. Chad overhead belly to belly suplexes him. Chad is caught with a uranage as he comes off the top for 2. We go to break and return.

Rusev hits punches on Chad. Chad headbutts him on the buckles. Chad top rope diving lariats him. They trade punches. Chad hits a chop flurry. Rusev matchka kicks him. Rusev camel clutches him. Chad escapes and germans him into the buckles. Chad victory rolls him and pins him.

Thoughts: It was a quick one and we didn't see all that much of it.

Rusev camel clutches him after the leg.

Leg 6 - Chad Gable vs Ethan Page

Page pump kicks Chad for 2. Chad yanks him into a powerslam. Page hits mounted shots and yells at him to stay down. Page lariats him and hits mounted shots. Chad top rope moonsaults, lands on his feet and grabs an ankle lock. Chad boots Page out of the corner and takes a one-legged codebreaker for 2.

Chad olympic slams him for 2. Page is pulled down from the 2nd rope into an ankle lock. Page taps out and Chad wins.

Thoughts: This was yet again another quick one here. It was kind of a waste but it doesn't really matter.

Overall thoughts: It probably got around 30 minutes or so. It was a longer gauntlet. It had the usual gauntlet issues with some of the legs not getting enough time. Evans/Lee was the most exciting leg, but not necessarily the best. It was average.

Penta comes out. Him and Chad go face to face and shake hands.

Roman Reigns arrives in a car and has his title handed to him.

Adam Pearce is in the ring and says we make Seth vs Roman official tonight. Roman and Seth both come out and Roman takes forever like usual. Seth says it must be hard for Roman to hear Seth's song drown out OTC chants. Seth says some things are certain - death, taxes and Seth beating Roman.

Roman says Seth put everyone to sleep last week. He says Seth is the tribal chief's #1 hater. The crowd chants "he's a hater". Roman says that's the only thing Seth is #1 at and that's what he hates the most. Roman says Seth has the people confused thinking that they are on the same level. Roman says he will show the difference between them. Roman says he will show him what #1 looks like.

Seth thanks him for keeping his title warm and says he will see him the next time he wants to show up for work. Seth goes to leave. Roman says, "that's it?". Roman says what if Seth does win? He asks if Seth will carry it for a few months and get hurt again? Roman says that's what happens every single time.

Roman says some people just can't handle the weight and pressure of being the top guy. Seth comes back in and stares him down.

Seth tells him to say what he has to say. Roman says he knows Seth is #2 as after all these years, Seth still needs an MITB briefcase to become champ. He says Seth then had to fake an injury to use it. Roman says they gave Seth all his stuff and "you still couldn't walk in my shoes, #2". Roman says he will always be #1 and says Seth will always be #2.

Seth asks if that's all he's got. He tells him to say how he won't be as a big of a star or main event as many Mania's as him. Seth says anything Roman tells him, he has told himself. Seth says they aren't running the same race or fighting the same fight. Seth says he had to figure out who he was and he's a visionary and a revolutionary. He says he's Seth Rollins and he's so glad he's not him.

Seth then beats up Roman. Seth asks where Bloodline is now. Seth says he knows where he is now. Roman superman punches Seth. Roman gets hit with a mic and Seth pedigrees him. Seth curbstomps him.

Thoughts
: It was the usual bad Roman segment. Roman said a bunch of things that were 100% true and made it clear through facts that Seth is indeed not better than him. As always, Seth had no real comeback and was made to look inferior. I would even argue that Seth came off as the heel here as he threw the first punch and had to be the smaller man who resorted to violence. This stuff is why I dislike the Roman Reigns character.

Overall thoughts:
Iyo/Perez was fine. Maxxine Dupri turned on Otis and Tozawa, which wasn't shocking. We didn't see the beginning of Keys/Uso and we didn't get a clean end to it. I think Solo Sikoa turned face, but nobody cared. The gauntlet was the usual gauntlet with a lot of the bouts not going long enough and Joe Hendry establishing himself as being a lower guy in the pecking order. I didn't like the final segment and it went as it always does - Roman destroys Seth with objectively true facts and Seth is somehow a face for hitting him for it. I'd give this maybe a higher 5 out of 10 as it was acceptable, but not much else. There was too much stuff with the Fatu's as usual and the wrestling didn't impress.

WWE Monday Night Raw 7/6/2026

WWE Monday Night Raw 7/6/2026

Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/06/wwe-monday-night-raw-6292026.html

Next week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/07/wwe-monday-night-raw-7132026.html

We are in Chicago, IL. Corey Graves and Michael Cole are on commentary.

We see various wrestlers arrive. Sami arrives in a convertible holding his title up. He shakes hands with some of the security guys and runs into Cody Rhodes. Sami says Cody thinks he's going to jump back in and take his spot and be champ again. Sami says it won't happen. He says he will walk out of here WWE champ. Cody says he came to say good luck and he'll see him out there. Cody says Sami's right though about what he's thinking. Sami says we will see about that.

Gunther then nails Cody from the side and powerbombs him through a table. Refs come to break it up. Gunther tells Sami he's welcome and says Cody isn't his problem anymore. Gunther says he's a disgrace and fluke of a champ. He says he's going to come for him. Gun then boots the car door into Cody's head and Cody starts bleeding from the ear.

Seth Rollins comes out to talk. Seth does his usual lines. We get "CM Punk" chants. Seth says he doesn't care as his business is beating Roman at Summerslam and winning the title. He says his business is continuing to own Roman Reigns.

Seth says Roman isn't here as he didn't think it did anything for him or the check wasn't big enough. He says that's who Roman is and says he's been the chosen one since Day 1. He says no one wants to hold him accountable ever. Seth says it was made clear to them that Roman was going to be the top guy in The Shield even if he couldn't cut a promo or wrestle his way out of a wet paper bag.  He says it was always going to be Roman and it didn't sit right with him.

Seth says there's a kid in the front row who is 9 and another who is 5. He says he was that boy. He says he sat in these stands and all he wanted to do his entire life was to be the biggest star in this industry. He says those were his dreams and it broke something in him to see those dreams handed to someone else. He says every decision he made after that was in response to that.

He says be broke up The Shield to hurt Roman and he cashed in his MITB to stay close to Roman. He says he believed if he worked hard, he could achieve those dreams. He says he thought he and Roman were running the same race but he was wrong. He says Roman admitted that he worked 10x less than Seth and made 10x more than he did. He says the reward was the work and hustle for him.

He says Roman needs to beat him to justify that he's not a fraud. He says he needs to prove to himself that with hard work, sacrifice and dreams, you can achieve greatness.

LA Knight interrupts. LA says there was no way he was going to sit through this again for 2 weeks in a row. He says Roman wanted to bore everyone to sleep and then Seth joined him and bored everyone to sleep with the same old trash.

LA says he remembers when you had to win matches to get title shots and says Seth lost in the first round at KOTR. He says he lost too but he's not making a claim due to nostalgia. LA says he can never catch Seth's title shots. He says when business as at its peak, it was LA Knight storming through WWE.

He says Seth and Bloodline shut him down before. He says the greatest at being vomit's in this business. LA says you can't stop him and he will rise because he must rise. Seth says he doesn't like him but he respects him. He says LA is a shining example of everything he just described. He says he believes LA's time will come. He says he can't worry about him as he needs to get a title back he never lost. He says LA can then step to him and be the first person he put in the dirt.

Thoughts: LA coming out was a bit random but Seth had a good promo otherwise.

Jimmy Uso appears in the ring then superkicks LA. Jimmy says to keep Bloodline out your mouth.

AD puts knucks on. Maxxine Dupri comes in and low blows AD. AT pins AD.

Thoughts: Well, Max has officially turned heel. It didn't get a ton of time and Ford came up a little short on his dives here. This wasn't anything special. The Vision are champs again but I don't expect this to last too long.

Dupri kisses AT after and hugs him. The Vision get fireworks.

A doc says he can't sign off on Cody tonight. Adam Pearce comes in and says he can't let Cody wrestle if the doc won't.

Page says he will talk to Adam Pearce and get a match with Chad and Lee. Penta tells Chad to go out with no fear tonight.

Iyo Sky comes out and crossbodies Perez off the apron. She then asai moonsaults Liv and Perez. Sol hits a sol snatcher on RR while she is distracted and pins her.

Thoughts:
Sol was a little sloppy here. This should have been a little better than it was. I thought Raquel had a shot at winning here and was surprised to see her lose.

Paul Heyman comes out and says he's here to talk about Oba Femi. He talks about Brock Lesnar kicking Oba in the crotch last week and says the paint is nothing compared to what he will experience in Hell in a Cell. He says Oba has motivated Brock and made the biggest mistake of his life in accepting the match with Brock. He says Brock will destroy Oba in HIAC.

Oba Femi comes out. He says Paul talks so much and he came out here so he wouldn't be lonely. Paul says Oba learned last week that if you talk sh!t, you get hit. Paul says he's valuable as he stops people from making bad mistakes. He says Oba made a bad mistake, but not at Mania. He says Oba proved Brock is beatable then Brock proved Oba is beatable.

Paul says Oba didn't accept the challenge for just a cage, he accepted a challenge for the "Brocktagon". He says Brock is the bringer of pain, the beast he can't beat and the mountain Oba can't climb in there. Paul says Oba will be the beatable one at HIAC.

Oba says Brock showed up last week after weeks. He says it tells him that what he said about Brock got to him. He says the fact that Brock showed up means he watches the show. He says Paul has been reduced to less than advocate and is just a mouth. He says mouths need to be fed. He says how can he feed if he has no head? He says Paul is scared and is here for damage control. Oba says this is the end and the final chapter. Oba says he will beat Brock in front of his wife and children. He says he has learned that you have to walk through hell to get through heaven and says to tell Brock that he will see him in hell.

Lee dropkicks Rusev through the ropes. He hits combinacion cabron on Page. Lee tornado ddt's Page. Page is in tree of woe and Lee top rope double stomps him down for 2.

Chad saves Lee from a double suplex. Chad olympic slams Page and takes a matchka kick from Rusev. Lee rolls up Rusev for 2, germans him and superkicks him. Lee is caught off the top and hit with a urange. Rusev matchka kicks Lee and camel clutches him. Lee submits.

Thoughts:
Lee submitting was a bit surprising here but Rusev and Page kind of needed a win. It was alright enough.

Rusev keeps the hold on after and Page saves Rusev from taking a german. Page pounds on Chad then Rusev camel clutches Chad. Page hits shots on Chad. Joe Hendry comes out and hits the heels. Joe sends Rusev out and fallaway slams Page. Rusev matchka kicks Joe. Page fisherman suplexes Joe. Rusev camel clutches Joe and refs come to break it up.

Jackie talks to Jimmy Uso outside. Jimmy says it's time to step up for Bloodline. LA Knight comes out after him and Jacob Fatu nails LA from the side. LA goes into the wall and is down. Fatu and Uso then leave.

Bayley does a promo. She says Lyra once waited for hours to meet her. She says that's the foundation of her trust for her. She says she watched a girl who was just a fan become a champ and stand next to her at Wrestlemania. She says Lyra made her bring the best version of herself out and reminded her of who she is. She says she will give her a chance to prove she is not like everyone else and asks her to meet her face to face.

Adam Pearce and Nick Aldis talk. Nick says he placed a call and secured a replacement for Cody tonight. He says that wrestler is in the building and says Adam just needs to say, "you're welcome".

The Judgment Day do a video. JD says if Danhausen thought what happened already was bad, just wait and see. JD says he doesn't care who Dan's back-up is. He says he came to smack him up and dance on his head in front of his fans. He says he wants to put the Cinderella story in the bin where it belongs. Dom says to give them the money and it can be fixed. Dom threatens to make his life a living hell if they don't get their money.

Sami gets in the ring for the main. A garage door is pulled up and CM Punk shows up behind it.

World Heavyweight Title - Sami Zayn (c) vs CM Punk

Punk side headlocks Sami then shoulders him over. Sami side headlocks him and chops him. Punk hits a corner spear and some chops. Sami hits corner spears then mounted corner punches on Punk. Punk atomic drops him then hits mounted corner punches. Punk's throat is pulled over the top rope and Sami's head is banged off the apron. Punk topes Sami. We go to break and return. Sami elbow drops Punk in the face and knees him in the face.

Punk's head is banged off the buckles and Sami 2nd rope double axe handles him. Punk hits lariats on Sami then he leg lariats him. Punk step up knees him then Punk swinging neckbreakers him for 2.

Punk hits a pepsi twist lariat for 2. Punk gets crotched up top. Sami top rope superplexes him. We go to break and return. They trade punches on their knees. Punk forearms him. Punk high kicks him then step up knees him. Sami blue thunders him for 2.

Sami misses a helluva kick and Punk hits his own helluva kick on Sami. Punk hits GTS on Sami and pins him.

Thoughts: Punk was definitely the favorite going in here and won. It also wasn't a shock that Punk was mystery opponent as the crowd expected it. They did each other's moves a lot here. The match was alright but not super athletic and it didn't have a lot big spots. It was okay enough but not super memorable outside of the result. I don't like them blowing Sami's story of not being able to win the title like this. They got little out of the build and little out of the reign.

Punk celebrates in the crowd after.

Overall thoughts: They started the show off well with the Gunther/Cody angle and Seth doing a good promo on Roman. The tag title match was nothing special. Sol/Raquel should have been better. Gable's match was alright enough. Punk being the surprise man wasn't too shocking and neither was him beating Sami. The main was fine enough, just nothing too memorable outside of the result and I thought they wasted the story of Sami finally winning the title. I'd give it a low 6 out of 10 overall and it was an okay show.

Brock Lesnar comes out with Paul Heyman. Brock introduces Oba as the KOTR. Brock says he doesn't watch the show but says it's a hell of a feat. Brock says he was KOTR a long time ago. He says Oba has a big decision to make on who to challenge and says Paul told him that Oba's good at calling him names.

Brock says Oba called him a coward and a b!tch. Brock says you know what they say - "talk sh!t, get hit". Brock kicks him in the crotch and F-5's him. Oba gets up and asks for the mic. He says this is what Brock always does. Oba says Brock is in front of him and he's still a b!tch. He says they can play cat and mouse or fight at Summerslam. Brock says he accepts but it's Hell in a Cell.

Thoughts:
That should be a fun twist. I'm interested to see how those guys do in a match like that.

We see various wrestlers arrive.

Paul Heyman talks to Adam Pearce. He hypes up Brock vs Oba and says Adam should thank him. Austin Theory comes in. He asks what Paul was doing and says he didn't know he was here. He says Paul didn't answer his calls. Paul says now he knows he's here and walks off.

Page facekicks him. Page powerslams him for 2. Rey hurricanrana's him off the 2nd rope. Rey 619's him. Rey top rope splashes him for the win.

Thoughts: It was a shorter match but it was fine. The two worked well and Page continues to pad his resume and show what a valuable pick up he has been.

Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonaugh look for Danhausen in his lair. Dom takes a gift from the New York Knicks to lure Dan out. JD says they should wreck this place.

Joe Hendry is in the ring. He asks if we are ready for a concert. He brings out The Street Profits as special guests. Ford says they appreciate the love the fans have shown them. Ford thanks the fans. Ford then thanks Seth Rollins and Joe Hendry. Ford says it was like a beautiful song last week.

Joe then starts signing and playing guitar. Joe starts making fun of Austin Theory. Austin Theory then comes out. Austin says the thieves in the ring stole his title. Austin says he talked to Pearce and there will be a tag title rematch next week. Dawkins asks if Bron will be healthy enough and if he wants to get him hurt again. Austin says the dog will be off the leash next week. Austin says he appreciates Joe making his last song about him and says he will destroy Joe in the ring tonight. Joe says "Joe says no". Joe spinning lariats him for 2. AT spinning forearms him for 2. AT hits oblivion on him for 2. They trade shots. Joe hits a side effect and pins him.

Thoughts: We didn't get much of this and Austin went down pretty easy here. Joe did Santana's spinning lariat here and Matt Hardy's side effect.

Raquel Rodriguez asks Adam for a shot at the Women's IC Title. Adam says Maxxine Dupri wants a shot too. Raquel says she'll go through her for a title shot. Adam sets the match up between them tonight.

Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez talks to Raquel. Liv is worried about Danhausen. RR says not to worry about him and says she has her back vs Iyo Sky as well.

Iyo Sky comes out to talk. Iyo says she's grateful to come back to the US as the Queen of the Ring. She says she beat Liv this weekend and will do it again and become women's champ again.

Liv Morgan comes out. Liv says she thought Iyo was better than this and says it makes her sick how she pretends she beat her fair and square. Liv says Iyo got lucky and only beat her due to Danhausen's curse. Liv says things will be different at Summerslam as she now doesn't respect her and is p!ssed off. She says she might remind her of what happens when you get on her bad side. She brings up Finn Balor, Vaquer and Rhea as examples. She says she will destroy her at Summerslam and remain the greatest women's champ of all time. She says Iyo's in for a lot of trouble until then.

Raquel and Roxanne come onto the apron. Iyo sends them out. Iyo germans Liv. Iyo buzzsaw kicks her. Iyo goes up top and Roxanne and Raquel stop her. Iyo is stuck in tree of woe then the heels group stomp her. Liv hits oblivion on Iyo. Liv then half crabs her. Officials come out to stop it. Liv hodls the title over Iyo.

They lock up and go in the corner. LA side headlock takeovers him. LA yanks on the arm. Uso armdrags him. LA back elbows him. LA boots him in the corner. LA running hip attacks him in the corner for 2. Uso uppercuts him and spinning enzugiri's him.

Uso running hip attacks LA. Uso top rope crossbodies him for 2. Uso lariats LA over the top. Uso topes him. We go to break and return. Uso chops him. LA hits punches and Uso samoan drops him. Uso misses a corner hip attack. LA hits punches.

LA flying lariats him and russian legsweeps him. LA jumping neckbreakers him. Uso superkicks him then spears him for 2. LA superplexes him. LA dropkicks Uso through the ropes. Jey accuses LA of cheating. LA teases throwing Jimmy into Jey. LA then boots Jey over.

LA reverse ddt's Uso. LA double jump elbow drops Uso then nails Jey on the apron. Uso rolls up LA and pins him.

Thoughts: Loses Always Knight strikes again. They mostly just hit their signature moves here. It was acceptable just nothing memorable.

LA hits Jimmy after then Jey jumps on LA. Jey foot chokes LA. Solo Sikoa comes out and samoan spikes Jimmy before leaving. Jey look at him and LA hits a BFT on Jey.

We see clips after Night of Champion of Gunther yelling at Nick Aldis. He accuses him of screwing him. He says Nick is jealous because he's a failed wrestler. Nick tells him not to touch him. Nick shoves him, Gunther grabs him and officials break it up. The commentators announce both were sent home and Nick is on administrative leave.

Lyra Valkyria does a video after turning heel. Lyra asks why everyone is on her back. She says it takes 2 to lose a tag title match. She says it's unfair that she let the anger get the better of her one time and everyone forgets that she has been the bigger person for a year. She says she's not proud of what happened but isn't losing sleep over it. She says she wanted to bring Bayley to the top with her. She says there's a gap between who she is and who she could be. She says she never wanted to hurt Bayley, but it felt good to close the gap a little.

Maxxine Dupri walks past Chad Gable. She says she meant every word she said but she's sorry for how she handled it. Chad says she doesn't owe him forever. Chad tells her to focus on her match and says good luck.

RR lariats Max down for 2. Max ddt's her. Max back elbows her then running lariats her. Max spinning roundhouse kicks her. Max step up legdrops her on the back of the neck for 2. RR hits a one-arm powerbomb and pins her.

Thoughts: It was a short one. Max got a lot of the offense in before losing here. Max has definitely lost favor over the last few months as she has been featured less and has lost a lot more. It was average.

Danhausen wonders who destroyed his lab in the back and sees that his Knicks gift is gone. Liv Morgan comes in and says this is what he goes. Liv says they trashed the lab. Dan asks what he did. Liv talks about his deeds. She says he needs to make this right or Judgment Day will make his life a living hell.

JD powerbombs him for 2 then brainbusters him for 2. JD takes an overhead belly to belly into the buckles. Chad ankle locks him. Chad goes up top, Dom distracts him and JD hits a top rope spanish fly for 2.

Danhausen comes out. He distracts Dom and Dom distracts him. JD rolls up Chad for 2. Chad ankle locks JD and submits him.

Thoughts
: I would have done without the top rope spanish fly post here. Chad worked the ankle lock in the last third of this match and Danhausen helped Chad get the win here. Both guys took some tough looking bumps here. It was acceptable.

Dom and JD open a briefcase that Dan left. It explodes powder in their faces. Dan then comes and takes the Knicks jersey from Dom. Dan poses near the entrance. Raquel Rodriguez nails Dan from behind and takes the Knicks jersey back.

Austin Theory goes up to Maxxine Dupri in the back. Austin asks about what she said to Chad. Max says it's complicated with Chad. Austin says if she wants to go back down that road, maybe this isn't working out (they had been seen for months together in the back of various segments but it was never really mentioned). Otis and Akira ask if Max is okay. She says she doesn't know and walks away.

Roman Reigns and Jacob Fatu come out. Roman says to acknowledge him. Seth Rollins comes out and interrupts. Seth stares Roman down and says, "Hello, my brother". Seth says they have been tied together for 14 years. Seth says Roman has a title that belongs to him. Seth says it's time to collect. Roman says he must be confused and is in the back of the line. He says he hasn't done anything to earn a shot.

Seth says he's always at the front of the line. Seth says Roman owes him and he owns Roman. Seth talks about their history together. Seth says Roman beat everyone for 4 years except for one person. Seth says he owned him since he chaired him.

Seth says he's not here to ask but is here to give him something. Seth says Roman is that great. He says Roman has done a lot but has never been able to beat him. Seth says this may be Roman's last chance to fix that. Seth says they came in, knocked the door down, kicked the old gen to the curb and made this their place. Seth says they are closer to the end than the beginning. Seth says there's a new generation of wrestlers who want to do the same thing to them. Seth says it may be their last chance to do this dance.

Seth says Roman is a hall of famer but if he doesn't accept his challenge, he will never escape the ghost of Seth Rollins. Roman says it's been a long time since he heard any truth come out of his mouth, but he's right. Roman says he doesn't want to beat him, he needs to beat him. Roman says he will do that at Summerslam. Roman says he accepts.

Thoughts: It was a nice idea but Roman has beaten Seth multiple times before.

Overall thoughts: It was a weaker Raw with a lot of the stars not in action and the matches not going that long. They did mostly set up the big stuff at Summerslam though and now they've got a lot of time to build up to it. I thought Page vs Rey was maybe the best match on here, though the main event would be a more obvious pick for both. I'd give it a 6 out of 10 as it had some highs like the final segment and Brock coming out but it could have been better. The show was okay overall.

Next week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/06/wwe-monday-night-raw-6292026.html

We are in London, England. Michael Cole and Corey Graves are on commentary.

We see various wrestlers arrive and hang out.

Oba Femi comes out to talk. He says he was backed by destiny. He says destiny is on his side and will take him to new heights as he becomes KOTR. He then wonders which champ he should challenge when he wins KOTR.

Jey Uso comes out and interrupts, taking forever to do so. Oba says he will put an end to it if he thinks of running it back. Jey then goes to run it back and Oba does nothing. Jey says he's him. He says they counted him out when he won The Rumble, the title and are counting him out now. He says they don't think he can beat Oba. Jey says he will shock the world and become champ at Summerslam. He says that's his warning shot.

Oba says he assumes he's shooting for real. He tells him not to miss when he shoots as he will destroy him and if he doesn't, he'll still destroy him. He says Jey's not the family member he's worried about. He tells him to give his bullets to his cousin, courtesy of Oba Femi.

LA Knight talks to Adam Pearce and accuses him of talking to Roman. LA says he was handling business then Fatu interfered. Jimmy Uso comes in and asks what his problem is. He says LA hit him with a chair. LA says he was collateral damage. They argue and LA tells Adam to shut up. Adam says it'll be Jimmy Uso vs LA Knight tonight. LA says it's a terrible idea and says he should have face Jimmy tonight. Jimmy says Adam just said that. Jimmy agrees to the match.

Bayley and Lyra Valkyria are interviewed before their match. Lyra says this is "the one". She says they had no luck all year and they need this. Lyra says this is their time. Bay says everyone will find out that they have trust. Bay says it's all or nothing.

WWE Women's Tag Team Title Match - Brie Bella & Paige (c) vs. Bayley & Lyra Valkyria

Lyra flying kicks Paige then dropkicks her. Bay running back elbows Paige then cradles her for 2. Paige slaps her and headbutts her. Bay's head is banged off the buckles. Brie codebreakers Bay. Bay takes a double bulldog for 2.

Paige knees Lyra in the chest over the 2nd rope as Brie hits kicks on Bay. Bay backdrops Brie. Bay running knees Paige off the apron. Bay stunners Brie over the 2nd rope and belly to belly suplexes her. Paige pulls Brie out and Lyra flying forearms Paige.

We go to break and return. Brie hits chest kicks on Bay. Bay backrolls Brie for 2. Paige double boots Bay out of the corner. Brie 2nd rope dropkicks Bay. Paige comes in and hits lariats and germans on her opponents. Paige fisherman suplexes Lyra and Bay.

Paige superkicks Bay. Lyra cradle shocks Paige for 1. Brie rolls Bay out of the ring. Brie flying knees Bay off the apron. Lyra dropkicks Brie through the ropes. Paige rolls up Lyra for 2 then Lyra tries one on her. Lyra fisherman suplexes Paige then Paige cradle ddt's her. Paige pins Lyra.

Thoughts: It was a shorter match and not too much of note. The execution wasn't greatest but there were no botches. This wasn't anything special.

Bay asks if Lyra is okay after. Bay says they will get another chance and says they are the best. They hug. Lyra throws Bay into the ropes and stomps on her. Lyra hits mounted shots and slaps Bay around. Officials come out to stop Lyra and struggle to contain the 150lb woman. Lyra hits a cradle shock on Bay and steps on her face. Lyra then leaves.

Thoughts: You'd think Bay would be the one to turn here. I'm not high on this turn and I think Lyra plateaued a while ago.

Lyra is interviewed in the back but she doesn't say anything and just walks off.

Chad Gable comes out to talk. He says he's had a hell of a month and it started when he lost his mask. He says he lost his dignity, reputation and some friends. He says Rey Mysterio reminded him that it's never too late to right some wrongs. He says he will do just that and brings out Alpha Academy.

Alpha Academy comes out. Chad says the potential was obvious in Max and he just wanted the best. He says she won a singles title which is something he couldn't do. He says it's fault for how he treated her. He says Tozawa is the definition of fighting spirit and he tried to hold him back. He says Tozawa didn't deserve the treatment he got. He says Otis is the most loyal human and the best friend one could have. He says he misses him. He says he threw it away as he wanted a title more than his friendship.

Thoughts: It was acceptable but nothing too memorable. They lost a bit of the pace near the end and the finish had lots of shenanigans. Bron and Austin were a makeshift team and it wasn't shocking to see them lose. The Profits winning tag titles again isn't exactly a new and exciting thing though and it's hard to get excited about it.

Overall thoughts: A lot of stars were missing from here and it's just not a great time period for WWE. The Bloodline stuff isn't that great. The Vision have lost their luster a long time ago. Judgment Day has seen better days. Chad Gable's face run sucks so far and Lyra turning on Bayley isn't mindblowing stuff either. We also only had 4 matches which is rather sad for a 2.5 hour broadcast. I'm not sure what the solution is to some of these issues, but I think more matches and more stars would be a start. I'd say Lee vs Page was the best match of the night. I'd give the show a low 6 out of 10 as it really was fine, but it was totally forgettable.
