Abel Durant and Axel Cruz are our hosts.

We see clips from a recent show. Ray Gonzalez tells Chicano he's here because of him and not Victor Jovica. He says Chicano has become like Orlando Colon. He says they will have on the 29th and he will checkmate him.

WWC TV Title - Wilfredo Rivera (c) vs El Informante

We join this in progress. Informnate has another Informante with him. Wil side headlock takeovers him. Info backs him up in the corner and Wil punches him. Wil goes up and over him and side headlock takeovers him.

Info hits chops on Wil. Wil hits chops and Info goes out to recover. Info chops and forearms him in the corner. Wil then does the same to him. Info corner splashes him for 2. The other Info lariats Wil outside.

We go to break.

Brandon The Skater does a promo. He says life is full of surprises. He says Jovan will defend the title against him in a fans are the lumberjacks match. He says Jovan must be celebrating thinking that he can finally finish him off. Brandon says he has the most wins in stipulation matches. He says history won't repeat itself and he plans to finish him off and take the title that everyone knows belongs to him. He says he will finish him off and that's his problem if he doesn't like it.

"El Hostil" Jovan does a promo. He says he made history when the fans got behind him as he won the title. He says he has carried the division on his back since then and shown he is the best junior to ever exist in PR. He says they will be back to the fight they had at the end of last season and he says he will show him why he's the junior in PR and WWC. 

We return from break.

Info chokes Wil on the ropes. Info chops him. Info blocks his sunset flip and the other Info tries to hold his arms, but the ref breaks it up. Info back elbows Wil for 2. Info armlocks him. 

Info misses a corner charge and goes crotch first into the buckles. Wil hits punches and running lariats. Wil back body drops him. Info flips him and Will cutters him. Wil hits mounted corner punches. Info eye rakes the ref and the other Informante nails the ref. The other Informante switches places and top rope elbow drops Wil. The ref counts 2 but stops. The ref says the Info's switched places. The Info's then hit the ref but he doesn't DQ them.

La Sombra comes out. I don't know who he is but the announcers do. Sombra hits a double lariat on The Info's He dropkicks one of them but then is stomped. An Info tries to take off Sombra's mask. Rivera recovers and chairs an Info outside. Sombra low blows Info. Will chairs that Info and tries to pin him. The ref goes to count the pin and the other Info stomps him. The ref then counts the pin and Wil wins. 

Thoughts: It was average as expected. Not awful or anything, just pretty basic wrestling here. The finish was super unusual as the ref got hit by The Informante's but didn't DQ them and instead kept it going. Then he counted the pin for Wil.

Lou Forza and Amaddeo Sole. Lou asks what the difference is between being desperate champs and calm champs like them. Lou says the desperate people make mistakes. Sole says what Mike and Oscar do is admirable because they are foolish. He says they don't get along anymore and they won't reach their level.

Mike Nice and Oscar Benabe do a promo. Mike says they should put their mistakes behind them and move forward. Mike says the tag titles belong around their waists. Mike says they will emerge victorious. Oscar says they won't make mistakes again.

Amaadeo Sole vs Mike Nice

We join this in progress. Mike's head is banged off the buckles. Mike hits punches on Sole and Sole pumping knees him in the back. Sole blue thunders him for 2. Sole hits punches. Mike fires up and hits mongolian chops and lariats. Mike backdrops him. 

Mike picks him up. Lou Forza gets on the apron. Oscar Benabe comes out and punches Lou. Sole grabs Oscar. Mike runs at Sole to hit him but nails Oscar on accident. Sol boots Mike in the gut then pedigrees him. Sole then pins Mike.

Thoughts: They've been pushing that Mike and Oscar have been having issues and this is just another chapter in that story. We didn't get all that much of this one and what we saw was just average.

Sai Perez says she will face 3 girls at the next show. She says those girls have already see the quality of her wrestling. She say she will make the girls sweat. She says she will them what it means to be a real fighter and says to find out on 8/29 if you don't acknowledge it.

Wilfredo Rivera does a promo. He says he faces Informante again and asks what he did to get a TV Title shot. He says he will only be able to grow as a wrestler when he faces challenges instead of running away from them. He says La Sombra isn't Informante's biggest problem, he is.

Abel Durant talks about the Ray Gonzalez vs Chicano feud and shows us clips of it. We see clips of a Ray vs Chicano confrontation from the Aguadilla show with Ray running in, low blowing him and sending him out. Ray says the people know what a piece of work he is. He says Carlito, Orlando and Chicano can trick the people but he knows what goes on. He says Chicano used his wife's situation for handouts. We then cut away from that segment.

We see clips of the Lightning vs Zcion RT1 feud.

We see clips of the Orlando Colon vs Eddie Colon feud.

Eddie Colon does a promo. He asks if Orlando Colon really wants his job. He says he will have to make him bathe in blood for it. He says Victor Jovica doesn't want Orlando as GM. Eddie says for every drop of blood he sheds, Orlando has to shed double. He says to be prepared because he will go home in the ambulance. He says may God take care of him, because he won't.

Tony Leyenda does a promo. He says Xavant will say that he will fight at the next show with his heart and defend his homeland. He says Bryan will act like a dog call him "quefe" (a derogatory term). He says he's seen as the hypocrite though. Tony says he's the best and they know it and he'll become champ again and they know it. He says every time WWC puts him in an uncomfortable position, he comes out with his hand raised. He says he's a once in a lifetime athlete. He says he trains hard for this and will always come out on top. He says the two pigeons he is facing are friends of the bosses. He says he's the end.

Xavant does a promo. He says the champ has arrived and he thanks everyone in Aguadilla for the support. He shills the 8/29 show. He says someone in the office wants to make things difficult for him. He says when things get tough, the tough guys step up. He says Bryan stands in front of the camera like a tough guy and no one knows what he said. He calls Tony Leyenda a big shot and mocks him for wearing short shorts on camera. He says he's pathetic. Xavant says he's a man of his word. He says he fights for his country and will persevere until he triumphs as that is what heroes do.

Axel and Abel close the show and shill tickets for the next show.  Axel says he spoke with Orlando and he's upset with a lot of things, but he can't say too much about it.

Overall thoughts: There were only 2 new matches here and neither were that gret. It was all promos and packages otherwise to build to the 8/29 show. It was a little below average and I wouldn't recommend this one. I'd give it a 4 out of 10 overall.
