We are in Chattanooga, TN. Tom Lawler and Joe Dombrowski are on commentary.

Battle Royal

Andrew Everett, Manny Lo, Flip Sequoyah, CJ Gallows (Doc's son), Labron Kozone, Azteca 44, Diego Hill, Ikuro Kwon, Okumura, Mark Coffey, Wolf Coffey, Don Gato and Jumbo are in this. Jesus Rodriguez (the former Ricardo Rodrigurez) introduces Don Gato.

All the men fight. Jumbo pulls down Kwon by the hair. Jumbo throws Kwon into Okumura in the corner. Manny Lo gets grabbed by Jumbo and is short arm lariated. Jumbo corner hip attacks Kwon. Don Gato chops Azteca in the corner. Kozone dumps Manny Lo out for the elimination.

HIll hangs from the ropes on the outside. Mark headbutts Kozone. Flip is on top of Jumbo's shoulders. He moonsaults/is flipped out onto Manny outside. Flip Sequoyah is eliminated. Andrew tries to chokeslam Jumbo and Jumbo shoves him to the apron. Andrew goes to springboard and Kwron dropkicks him out of the elimination. I think CJ Gallows gets thrown out but we don't see it clearly.

Jumbo puts Oku on the apron then puts Kwon there. Kwon and Oku are pulled into each other. Oku is eliminated. Jumbo chokeslams Kwon on the apron and eliminates him.

Jumbo runs into Gato. They shake hands. Azteca tries to jump on them. Gato lariats Azteca over the top. Gato goes with him and both are eliminated. Kozone throws Mark Coffey out. Mark pulls Kozone's arm and Wolfgang dumps Kozone out. Kozone is eliminated.

The final 3 are Jumbo, Wolfgang and Diego Hill. Hill handspring corkscrew kicks Wolf. Jumbo forearms Hill. Hill step up enzugiri's Jumbo. Hill gets on the 2nd rope and Wolfgang dumps him out. Diego Hill is eliminated.

Wolf hits shots on Jumbo. Jumbo lariats him over the top. Jumbo wins the battle royal.

Thoughts: Jumbo debuted here and they did what they could to put him over big. It was your usual battle royal and wasn't super long, but it did what it was supposed to. It was fun to see Don Gato as well. Flip's moonsault bump to the outside was wild.

Austin Aries faces Averno for the CMLL National Openweight Title next week. Contra Unit interrupts and takes the feed. Josef Samael says MLW grew soft and he grew stronger in the shadows. He says Contra leaves nothing behind and says hail Contra.

Joe Coffey vs. LaBron Kozone

Bron's pulling double duty here as he was in the battle royal.

They trade forearms. Joe double throat thrusts him. Bron flying euros him then chest kicks him down. They trade shots outside. Bron clubs his back and chops him. Bron chops him against the rails. Bron then chops and kicks him against the steps. 

They fight outside more. Joe finlay rolls Bron then 2nd rope vader bombs him for 2. Bron clubs on him and Joe short arm shoulderblocks his shoulder. Bron is sent into the ref. Joe pounds on him. Joe backbreakers him then elbow drops him for 2. 

They chop each other. Bron back elbows him. Joe hits him in the gut and clubs him. Bron backslides him for 2. Bron exploders him. Bron hits punches and chest kicks on Joe. Bron urakens him. Bron legsweeps him and sentons him. Bron michinoku drivers him for 2.

Bron spinning back elbows him. Joe back body drops him. Joe double jump springboard crossbodies him then flying shoulders him for 2. Bron forearms him. Joe pump kicks him and Bron facekicks him. Bron germans him but Joe no sells it. Joe shoulders him over, Bron kips up and step up enzugiri's him. Bron powerbombs him for 2.

Wolfgang and Mark Coffey distract Bron from the ramp. Joe rolls up Bron and pins him.

Thoughts: This wasn't the right call here. They've been pushing Bron as the next big up and comer and haven't him lose didn't make much sense. Especially for Joe Coffey. I like Joe, but he's always going to be the tag partner or the guy who puts someone else over. The match was hard hitting and decent otherwise.

Rich Bocchini interviews Mistico. Austin Aries interrupts before anything is said. Aries says Mist has been ducking him. He says he was in Mexico and asks where Mist was. He says he'd slap the mask off Mist's face if he didn't have a match next week. In Spanish, Mist says he wants to know if he and Averno are ready. Mist says he wants a match for Aries'  title. Rich Bocchini says Mist wants a triple threat match. Aries agrees to making next week's match a triple threat.

We get a video on Zamaya.

Rich Bocchini interviews The Good Brothers. Karl wonders which 2 Skyscrapers they face tonight. He says it doesn't matter and says tonight of their night. Doc says when they win tonight, they will be 10x tag champs. Doc says they are fired up like CJ Gallows and Doc brings him in. Doc says they will control the main event like they always do. He says it'll be a magic killer and a 1-2-3.

We get a Contra Dossier video on Josel Samael where they talk about his history in MLW. 

MLW World Tag Team Title Tennessee Tornado Match - The Skyscrapers (Bishop Dyer & Donovan Dijak) (c) vs. The Good Brothers (Doc Gallows & Karl Anderson)

The heels hit shots to start and all 4 fight in the ring. Dijak pounds on Karl in the corner then hits him with his jacket. Doc's head is banged off the buckles. Doc boots Baron in the gut and throws him out. Dijak takes shots form both opponents. Dijak takes a backdrop + neckbreaker combo. 

They fight outside. Baron takes punches from both opponents. Karl chops Baron. Doc headbutts Dijak outside. A table is set up outside. Dijak tope con hilos his opponents outside.   

Baron hits Doc in the gut and back with a crutch. Baron then hits Karl with it. Doc's head is banged off the apron. Dijak hits Doc with a kendo stick then hits Karl with it. Baron chairs Doc in the gut then misses a chair shot against the post.

Doc uppercuts Baron. Dijak hits punches on Doc. Baron backdrops Karl on the apron. Doc chairs Dijak and Baron. Doc hits Dijak with a kendo stick. We go to break and return. Baron chokes Doc with a chair then hits him in the gut with it.

Karl chairs both opponents. Karl chops Baron and Doc chairs Dijak. Doc hits Dijak with a kendo stick. Karl trips Baron face first into a chair. Karl chops Baron. Baron deep six's Karl for 2. Doc takes a double chokeslam. 

Karl fights off both opponents. Karl trades forearms with Dijak. Karl neckbreakers Dijak. Karl is up top and is crotched. Doc is facekicked off the apron. Baron AA's Karl. Dijak top rope moonsaults Karl for 2. Doc hits Dijak with a trash can lid while he's up top. Dijak falls off the buckles through a table outside.

Baron is hit with the trash can lid. Karl ddt's Baron. Baron takes a magic killer and is pinned.

Thoughts: It was alright enough but nothing too great. Dijak took the big bump through the table here off the buckles. It was mostly just brawling and various weapons shots.

Overall thoughts: The battle royal was your usual battle royal and nothing too special. Joe Coffey/Kozone was fine but the wrong man won. The main was okay enough here but it was mostly just brawling and weapons shots. I'd give it a low 6 out of 10 as it was an okay show but nothing must see. I'd say the main was the best match of the night
