We are in Jacksonville, FL. Caprice Coleman & Ian Riccaboni are on commentary.

Athena and Billie Starkz are interviewed. Athena is told she's the longest reigning champ of the modern era. She says she's disrespected and disregarded. She asks where her flowers are. Ath says she will cheer herself up by having a Proving Ground match. Ath says she will face Janai Kai. She says she beat her in 3 minutes last time and it's about maintaining her dominance in ROH. 

ROH Women's Title Proving Ground Match - Athena vs Janai Kai

They shake hands and lock up. Ath side headlocks her and shoves her down. Ath ducks Kai's kicks then goes out and jumps on Billie Starkz for safety. Kai hits armdrags and running facekicks her in the corner. Kai slingblades her and kicks her in the back for 1. Kai's foot is trapped against the buckles and Ath kicks it. 

Ath baseball slides her off the apron. Ath kicks and knees her in the back. Ath knee drops her arm. Ath chokes her. Kai hits strikes and Ath dragon screws her. Ath half-crabs her. Ath ankle locks her. 

Ath misses a senton and Kai corkscrew kicks her down. Kai lariats her down and legsweeps her. Kai STO's her and throws her down by the arm. Kai pump kick her for 2. Starkz gets on the apron and Kai hits her. Ath catches her kick and curbstomps her or 2. Ath grabs her by the chin. 

Kai uranages her down and they both try pin attempts. Kai backrolls her for 2. Kai goes into the ropes and Starkz hits her with the title. Ath 2nd rope o-faces her and wins.

Thoughts: Ath wins as usual. Kai lost here because...I don't know. Ath worked the leg here for most of this then just won with her usual o-face. It was average.

Starkz grabs Kai by the hair after and bangs her face off the mat. 

Adam Page, Brody King and Bandido do a promo. The ydiscuss who the good, bad and ugly is. They talk in Spanish. 

Queen Aminata vs Rachel Ley

Ley does capoeira before the match. Queen side headlock taeovers her. Ley rolls her up. Queen kicks her in the back then bangs her head off her butt. Ley step up enzugiri's her and flying headscissors her. Ley hit corner spears and they trade corner forearms. 

Ley boots and forearm her in the corner. Ley handspring backflip back elbows her. Ley hits some wear pendulum meteora's in the corner. Ley kind of buckshots off the top but Queen moves. Queen hits short arm lariats. Queen headbutts her and twisting fisherman's neckbreakers her. Queen running knees her against the bottom rope and pins her.

Thoughts: Ley tried to do some capoeira stuff but it didn't look that good. Queen did her usual stuff with knees, kicks and headbutts. It wasn't that good. 

Mark Sterling talks before the next match. He says he's representing Beef tonight. He says Beef isn't a choice cut and is more of a freezer burned Hamburger Help. Mark says he's a world class chef and will tenderize and marinate him. He then tries to do the cheer and the fans don't go along with it. 

Matt Menard vs BEEF

MM complains and they shake hands. Beef clean breaks him in the corner. MM clean breaks him. MM side headlocks him and they shoulder battle. Beef shoulders him over. Beef side headlocks him. 

Beef goes up and over then slaps him in the butt. Beef armdrags him then misses a dropkick. MM slaps him in the butt. MM armdrags him and lariats him over the top. Beef starts running the ropes and MM criss-crosses. Mark trips MM and Beef slams MM. Beef misses a corner splash. MM chops him and Beef back elbows him down for 2. 

MM hits chops and Beef dropkicks him. Mark chokes MM over the bottom rope. Mark talks to Beef then MM chops Beef. MM hits mounted corner shots on Beef. MM hits running lariats. Beef facekicks him. MM germans him then lariats him for 2. 

Beef goes up top and MM forearms him down. MM throws him back in the ring. Ari Daivari and Tony Nese hit MM outside and send him into the steps. Beef top rope splashes MM and pins him.

Thoughts: It wasn't anything too special. It didn't get a ton of time and there was some shenanigans outside. It was over before they really got to the meat of this one. They really do need to clear up why Beef and The Athletes want to pair up together since The Athletes just insult him and he doesn't want to heel it up with them.

Ari and Nese stomp MM after. Beef pulls them away. Ari slaps Beef and asks what he will do about it. Ari tells him now. Beef suplexes MM then pounds on him.

Janai Kai does a video. She says she was close to beating Athena but her minions got in the way. She challenges Billie Starkz to a match and talks some nonsense.

Eddie Kingston and Ortiz vs Roppongi Vice (Rocky Romero and Trent Baretta)

Ortiz offers TB a handshake and TB ignores it. They lock up and let go. Ortiz backs him up in the corner and is forearmed. Ortiz shoves him and they trade shots. TB side headlocks him. Ortiz flapjacks him. TB takes a double suplex. 

RR hits punches on Eddie and forearms him. Eddie overhead belly to belly suplexes RR. RR takes a russian legsweep + STO combo for 2. RR throws Ortiz out. TB boots and clubs Ortiz in the corner. RR stomps Ortiz. RR foot chokes him.

Ortiz slams RR. Eddie stretch plums TB and RR boots Eddie in the face. Eddie then stretch plums RR. Eddie and TB trade chops. TB takes an atomic drop into a lariat for 2. Ortiz is on the 2nd rope and TB dropkicks Ortiz down. RR shoulders Ortiz outside.

TB tornado ddt's Ortiz in the ring for 2. Ortiz bites RR's leg. RR corner lariats Oritz several times. Ortiz pops him up, sending him into the buckles. Eddie tags in and back elbows the heels. Eddie corner lariats the heels. Eddie then chops up Trent. Eddie neckbreakers RR for 2. 

RR blocks Eddie's ddt. RR is laid over the top rope and RR top rope double stomps him. TB sliding knees Eddie for 2. TB piledrivers Eddie for 2. Eddie chops TB and RR. Eddie double lariats the heels after taking a double flying knee. Ortiz top rope splashes RR for 2.

TR forearms Ortiz down. Ortiz forearms back and TB kneelifts him. Ortiz leg lariats him and RR rolls up Ortiz for 2. Ortiz lariats RR. TB superkicks RR and Eddie exploders TB. Edddie rolls up RR and pins him.

Thoughts: I don't think it quite ever got the flow it should have gotten. The faces just weren't fast enough or spectacular enough. I thought this was just average. 

The heels beat up Eddie and Ortiz after. TB piledrivers Ortiz. Eddie takes a top rope double stomp + strong zero on a chair. 

Choppin' It Up with Caprice Coleman

Caprice talks to Matt Taven and Mike Bennett. They say it's Matthew and Michael now, not Matt and Mike. Matt says they made a change. They say they are looking for intelligence they can't find here. Mike says they are doing that with AI. Mike asks why more teams aren't using AI. 

Matt says they are still the best team in ROH and are outsmarting their opponents due to using AI. Matt says he wants to win by any means necessary. Matt says they have an AI program called "Sparta" that will tell you all the answers of the universe. Matt says they are trying to figure out what to do on this eart and Sparta has all the answers. Matt says AI isn't their manager but they are a computerized Kingdom nowadays. Mike says they aren't replaced by AI, but enhanced. Matt says Sparta will take them to the promised land.

Tehuti Miles talks during his entrance. He introduces himself and says you can call him, "Hooty Hooo". He asks how many people here wanted to be in wrestling. Miles says he's the most sought out talent in wrestling history. He says he doesn't chase opportunities but they chase him. Miles says the people cheer for people who look like them but they will never be him. He says all of this is just too easy for him.

Tehuti Miles vs Dante Casanova

TM hits him before the bell and stomps him. Dante is thrown out. TM double axe handles him outside. Dante chops him. 

Dante crotches him on the rail. TM kicks him in the crotch and hits mounted punches. DC crossbodies him for 2. TM flying lariats him. TM slaps him. DC hits corner spears on him. DC is sent into the buckles and TM powerslams him for 2. TM euros him down.

DC hits punches on TM. TM back elbows him down for 2. TM sleepers him. DC backdrops him. DC hits polish hammers on him. DC slams him for 2. TM dropkicks him. DC iron claws him and bangs his head off the mat. TM superkicks him for the win.

Thoughts: It was an odd one. You'd think this would be a showcase for Miles, but it was even and I'd say Dante got more in than him. Neither guy is that really over though so there was no reason to care and the match wasn't that good. I didn't like this one.

Shane Taylor Promotions comes out after and Shane wants an answer from Miles. Miles shakes hands with STP. Shane then introduces Miles as the newest member of STP.

Action Andretti vs LJ Cleary

LJ offers a handshake and AA declines.

They do some rolls and LJ wants to pose. AA flips over LJ when he drops down then he poses. AA stun gun's LJ then backflips into a cutter on him. AA stomps him in the corner. 

AA chops him and LJ chops back. AA handspring back elbows him for 2. LJ hits punches and running lariats him. LJ 2nd rope double stomps his back for 2. AA pump kicks, superkicks and falcon arrows him for 2. 

LJ enzugiri's him out of the corner. LJ is on the 2nd rope and is enzugiri'd. AA 2nd rope spanish flies him. AA then bridges and chokes him. LJ taps.

Thoughts: It was another shorter bout. It should have been fast paced with a lot of flying and it never really got there. This was not that good.

Eddie Kingston, Ortiz and Mance Warner are interviewed. Mance says they have unfinished business and asks the interview to lose. Mance says if Rocky and Trent want violence, they will give them violence. Ortiz says he will give them what they want and stick his foot up their @sses. Eddie say he was out 18 months and Trent/Rocky dropped him on his head. 

Eddie says they don't want to play this game and if they want to take what defines him, he will take it from them. Eddie says Rocky knows what he can ado and they don't want to play this game. Eddie tells him to call Don if he wants and make their move.

Serpentico and Los Colon's (Eddie and Orlando Colon) vs Brandon Cutler, Terry Yaki and Jay Lucas

As a WWC viewer, this team makes no sense as Eddie and Orlando are feuding. But I don't expect them to keep that up outside of WWC.

Serp and Cutler go at it. Serp snapmares him into a crucifix. Cutler side headlock takeovers him. Serp chinlocks him. Cutler armdrags him into a senton. Serp enzugiri's Cutler out of the corner and headscissors him down for 2. Cutler high knees Serp. 

Cutler takes a double kick then a double hiptoss. Serp superkicks Cutler in the face. Orlando suplexes Cutler for 2. Eddie's throat is pulled down over the top then Cutler spinning lariats him. Jay chops and punches Orlando in the corner. Terry running euros Orlando then chinlocks him. 

Terry neckbreakers Orlando for 2. Terry punches Orlando in the corner. Orlando takes a double team double chop. Jay sliding lariats Orlando and Terry rolls off of Jay's back onto Orlando for 2. 

Cutler snapmares Orlando into a chinlock. Orlando is thrown down backwards by Cutler. Orlando back body drops Cutler. Eddie tags in. Eddie flying lariats and back elbows Cutler. He then dropkicks him. Eddie 2nd rope twisting crossbodies Cutler and Serp top rope crossbodies Cutler. 

Serp takes a double spinning forearm and a double lariat for 2. Serp superkicks Terry down. Eddie backcrackers Terry and pins him.

Thoughts: I'd put it around the average to acceptable level. Eddie had a nice comeback as usual and the jobbers weren't that bad. Eddie's team won as expected here. 

Mark Sterling says he has a scoop. The Outrunners and Dalton Castle are next to him. He shows off his own action figure. Turbo asks who the action figure is and asks why anyone would want a doll of him. Turbo says they can use their dolls to beat up that doll. Mark says his figure needs to provide legal advice to their team. Dalton takes the figure and Mark says he will need it back. 

MXM Collection (Mason Madden and Mansoor) vs Aaron Solo and Nick Comoroto 

Mansoor side headlocks Solo then shoulders him over. Solo drops down and Mansoor walks on him. Mansoor side headlocks him. Solo trips Mansoor and his armdrags and a dropkick. Madden cames in and spins Solo on the waistlock. Madden then poses.

Nick comes in. Madden wants to do a 3 point stance but Mansoor tags in. Mansoor then wants to do it and is shouldered over. Nick shoulders him over a few times. Nick is thrown out but he skins the cat in. Mansoor blocks it and Madden kicks him while he's on the ropes. Madden stomps Nick out on the floor and chokes him.

Nick takes running corner attacks. Nick is dropkicked in the knee and takes a running hip attack. Nick is catapulted into Madden's butt. Mansoor abdominal stretches Nick and holds onto Madden or more leverage.

Nick hiptosses Mansoor out of it. Madden and Solo get in. Solo forearms Mansoor and spin kicks him in the gut. Solo swinging neckbreakers Mansoor. Solo back body drops Mansoor out. Solo is pulled out. Nick and Madden get in. They charge at each other football style then trade forearms. Nick bodyblocks Madden over

Nick is thrown over the top. Nick skins the cat in and slams Madden. Nick struts, poses and elbow drops Madden. Nick one arm gorilla press drops Mansoor and suplexes Madden. Solo top rope double stomps Madden for 2. 

Solo comes off the top and runs into a superkick. Nick takes a sitout chokeslam from Madden. Solo takes a double team double underhook suplex and he gets pinned by Madden.

Thoughts: I liked it. Nick's comeback was fun and this somehow ended up working. Nick was impressive skinning the cat in and him battling power with Madden was good.

MxM Collection are interviewed by Ian Riccaboni in the ring after. Madden says it's important for him to come back. He says he's had some of his happiest moments here and his happiest moment was getting on the plane and going south to Orlando. Mansoor says they want the tag titles to show how much better they are.

Action Andretti does a promo. He says it's another night and win. He says he's showing why he is the sight to see. He says he got to get his hands on Lio and choke him until he couldn't breathe. The lights start flickering and Lio Rush laughs. Action asks if he wants to play games and leaves.

ROH Women's TV Title - Red Velvet (c) vs Isla Dawn

Isla hits her from behind as she gets in. Isla sromps her and Red takes her down and hits shots. Isla slams her. Red legl ariats her. Red hits fists and boots to the gut. Red split foot chokes her. Red casador rolls her on her chest. Isla backdrops her. 

Isla hits knees to the back and stomps her. Isla knee lifts her then dragon sleepers her on the ropes. Isla kicks her while she's down. Isla back elbows her in the corner. Isla gordbusters her and meteora's her for 2. Isla cobra clutches her. 

Red stunners her to break it. Isla pounds on her. Isla suplexes her for 2. Isla's throat is pulled over the top rope. Red is hanging over the apron and takes a pumping knee. Isla hits spears against the side of the ring. They chop each other on the rails. Isla takes her down and pounds on her. Isla sends her into the steps. Isla misses a running knee and goes into the steps. 

Red meteora's her from behind against the steps. Red hits clotheslines and ddt's her. Red meteora's her from behind against the second rope. Red standing moonsaults her for 2. Isla wheelbarrow germans her for 2.  

They fight on the buckles. Red iconoclasm's her down for 2. Isla backdrops her and shining wizards her for 2. Red gets a 2 count on her. Isla powerslams her for 2. Red counters a dragon sleeper and rolls her up. Red pins her.

Thoughts: I really liked this one and didn't expect to. It was easily the best match I've seen from either girl. They really pounded on each other here. The shots connected and they beat each other up like it was a real fight. It was almost all brawling. These two really clicked somehow and this was a good match. 

Dalton Castle, Adam Priest and The Outrunners (Turbo Floyd and Truth Magnum) vs The Lethal Twist (Jay Lethal, Blake Christian and Lee Johnson) and Griff Garrison

6 of the 8 fight before the bell and they end up brawling outside. Griff hits shots on Adam. Adam hits punches and chops. Griff is thrown out and Adam top rope plancha's him outside. Jay takes punches from The Runners. 

Dalton uppercuts Jay. Dalton sleepers him and sends him out. Dalton gets put in tree of woe and he takes a 619 to the back and a dropkick. Blake 2nd rope moonsaults outside. Jay baseball slides Dalton inside for 1. Dalton is sent chest first into the buckles. Griff knee drops Dalton. Lee boots Dalton in the corner and the heels choke Dalton.

Lee pounds on Dalton in the corner. Dalton double lariats the heels. Adam chops Jay when they get in and he hits lariats. Jay is up top and Adam superplexes him down for 2. Griff facekicks Adam then spinning sitout torture rack bombs him. Truth takes Jay down, saving Adam from a superkick. Adam half crabs Griff. Blake top rope swantons outside.

Adam gets distracted by Preston Vance.Vance lariats Griff on accident. Adam rolls up Griff and pins him.

Thoughts: It was wild from the start and there were lots of people coming out. There was a lot of fast paced action here. It was never boring and the match was alright.

Griff spinning forearms Preston Vance down after. He then pounds on him. Jacked Jameson takes off his shirt off. Jacked says they haven't won a match in over a year and are sick of losing. Jacked says they are sick of losing, sick of boozing and sick of him. Jacked then stomps Vance. The Dark Order of Evil Uno and Alex Reynolds then come out and Jacked/Griff leave. The Dark Order and Vance hug. Vance then does the Dark Order hand sign.

Thoughts: The Frat House never really got over or worked. It wasn't their fault for the most part as they never won and never got to do anything. That crew breaking up is no real loss for anyone.

Overall thoughts: It was a long ROH at 2 hours and 19 minutes. As always, most of the wrestlers and matches were random. We did get three sets of champs on the show at least. They also did show some signs of improvement by showing us clips of things from other episodes and giving us some non-wrestling segments. Red Velvet vs Isla Dawn was surprisingly the match of the night. The two had a nice brawl and just beat up each other good. I'd give it a 5 out of 10 overall as it was an average show. I wouldn't recommend this one.
