WWE LFG 8/9/2026 Season 3, Episode 15

We see Nikkita Lyons' house. She says she's a pro-wrestler and pro frolicker. Her house has witch and hippie stuff in it. She talks about her injuries and got one of them just from jumping down from the apron. Another happened after she took a top rope double stomp to the back. She wondered if she's not supposed to do this. 

We see her giving bread to a raccoon. She says everything she went through turned her into what she thought she could be. 

The coaches of Matt Bloom, Johnny Gargano, Kevin Owens and Booker T talk. Owens has Harlem Lewis vs Harley Riggins. Bloom says both are alpha's and they want to see how they co-exist. Johnny has Nikkita Lyons vs Layla Diggs. Bloom says Lyons has to be the face. Booker has Tristan Angels vs Dorian Van Dux. This is the 2nd time they faced each other this season. Booker says Dux doesn't look like a flippy guy. They then try to do the hands in thing and Booker almost goes for it.

Owens talks to Harley and Harlem. KO says they can't spit on each other due to TV rules. KO says Lewis has to make Harley respect him in this match. We see them work on the match.  KO says both guys look imposing. KO says Lewis tries to be intimidating instead of just being intimidating. 

Harlem Lewis vs Harley Riggins

We are at the Evolve arena for this. Lewis backs him up in the corner and they roll on the ropes. Lewis drops him with a forearm and drives him in the corner. Lewis hits corner spears and back body drops him. Lewis lariats him over the top. 

HR rams him back first into the apron edge. HR elbow drops him. HR is lariated over the top and then thrown in from the apron. Lewis corner spears him. HR goes up and over and backcrackers him. HR stomps on his back off the bottom rope.

Lewis euros and forearms him. HR low dropkicks him. Lewis backsplashes him. HR tilt-a-whirl slams him and 2nd rope twisting swantons him for 2. HR half-crabs him. Lewis hits forearms and short arm lariats. Kam Hendrix gets on the apron and Lewis grabs Kam. HR runs into Kam and Lewis jackahmmers HR. Lewis pins HR.

Thoughts: It was average. It didn't get a ton of time and didn't really impress here. They could have connected a little more on some of the shots. I do like what HR does though.

Kevin Owens says they were lacking intensity and says they didn't have a flow going. Owens says they need to pretend it's real. Lewis says Owens craps on their matches and he thinks Owens thinks they suck. Lewis says it bothers him and it makes him leave upset. Owens says he doesn't care and he just tells them what he thinks. 

Matt Bloom says they did okay and it looked like they were having fun. Matt wants them to pick the pace up and liked Lewis' backcracker sell. 

Riggins then greets his family. They say he trained himself on the trampoline. Riggins says the NFL didn't work out and he was working in a factory. He says it was a good moment for them to be in the center of attention.  

Johnny Gargano talks to Nikkita Lyons and Layla Diggs. Lyons says she started as a face and turning heel helped her find herself. Johnny says she can do the same stuff, just in a different manner. He says you are in a box as a face. Diggs says she was nervous as a heel. 

Nikkita Lyons vs Layla Diggs

Diggs rolls out of a lock up twice. Diggs walks on her. Lyons wristlocks her and Diggs reverses it. Lyons flips her by the arm and slams her twice. Diggs misses a slingshot splash and Lyons stands on her. Diggs throws her down backwards and splashes the arm. 

Lyons is sent shoulder first into the buckles. Lyons rolls her up for 2. Diggs leg lariats her and elbow drops her arm. Diggs standing moonsaults the arm. Diggs then misses a standing moonsault.

They hit each other. Diggs hits sots to the gut. Lyons lariats her and chest kicks her. Lyons flying forearms her in the corner. Lyons then does a reverse bronco buster. Lyons suplexes her for 2. Lyons hits kicks to the body and tiger drivers her for the win.

Thoughts: It was a decent bout. Layla worked the arm before going down and things went pretty well. Diggs looked better here as a heel than she did as a face.

Gargano talks to the girls after. Diggs says the match went well but she needs to work on her cardio. Gargano says you can catch your breath easier as a heel. Matt Bloom asks if they had fun. Bloom says Diggs could have had more fun with her heeling in the opening section. Bloom complains about Diggs selling. Bloom say it was a good math but it was weird to see them swap roles.

Dorian Van Dux says his new name is the start of his WWE career. He says the name comes from Dorian Yates and Jean Claude Van Damme. Booker picks up on it and says wrestling is picking up pieces from various things and combining them. Booker tells them to practice their match and says he will change all of it. Angels says they have 5 minutes in the ring in LFG and it's hard to have time to kill. Booker says it's not killing time but measuring it.  Booker wants them to pose before going up top. 

Before the match, Booker tells them to slow it down and get it done. 

Dorian Van Dux vs Tristan Angels

We are at the NXT arena for this.

TA side headlocks him and full nelson's him. Dux full nelson's him in return. TA puts his feet on the ropes and Dux let's got. TA knees him in the gut and chops him. Dux flying headscissors him and TA goes out. 

Dux then teases a dive and springboard dropkicks him off the apron. Dux enzugiri's him from the apron then Dux is crotched up top. TA top rope superplexes him for 2. TA suplexes him for 1. TA backbrekaers him for 2.

TA kneels on his back and pulls his chin and face. Dux is on the 2nd rope and and TA double stomps him down. Dux hurricanrana's him off a powerbomb attempt. Dux lariats him hard then hits more lariats Dux frearms him in the back of the neck. 

Dux goes up top and is enzugiri'd. Dux gordbusters him from the top. Dux top rope ssp's him and pins him.

Thoughts: I don't think they did what they were supposed to do here at all. It could have been slowed down a lot at various times but the actual match wasn't bad.

Shawn Michaels and Bloom tells them god job.

Booker liked Dux's entrance and likes the energy he has. He says the beginning was good and says they rushed. TA doesn't think they had enough time not to rush. Booker says it seemed like they wanted to get the spot in. Booker says he saw Dux thinking and didn't see him being in the moment. Booker says Angels needs t be the improv. Booker tells them to work with him and they will get there. Booker says good job.

Dux says he knows everything to get to the next level. 

Overall thoughts: It was the usual LFG with 3 new matches. They officially announced that all LFG matches have a 5 minute time limit and that explains why they are so short. The main was the best match on the show and the women's match was the second best. There was nothing you needed to see here but it's not the worst watch ever if you want to see something wrestling related that isn't too storyline heavy
