---
We hear sound bytes from Ricky Banderas and Shane The Glamour Boy.
We see Jose Navarro at a ranch. We see him ride a horse. He says he will be in the Copa Mundial de Lucha Libre. He says he doesn't care who his opponent is. He says he will be the winner and will get an IWA Title shot when he wins it. Pupe Jackson then attacks him with a belt.
Pupe yells at him about attacking his wife and bangs his head off of hay. They trade shots and Jose takes him down. They hit mounted shots on each other. Jose says he's better than him. Pupe throws him down in the grass and whips him with a belt. Pupe then rides him like a horse (Jose did this to his wife). Jose is thrown into a wall.
Pupe says this isn't over. Pupe chokes him with a pitchfork and yells at him to die. Jose rams the pitch fork up into Pupe's crotch. Jose goes to run and Pupe says he won't escape him. We go to break and get an ad for the next show.
We return from break. Jose is trying to run away then Pupe superkicks him out of the bushes. They trade punches. Pupe tells him he is his shadow. Pupe jumps on him and hits mounted shots. Pupe drags him by the hair and rides him like a horse again. They grab a barbed wire fence and Jose avoids having his head put in it. Jose stomps him and runs.
Pupe shows up behind him and hits him with some kind of bamboo stick. They fight near a river. Pupe kicks him in the crotch. They find cow dung and Pupe tries to put Jose's face in it.
We go to break. We get some ads for the next shows. We return.
Jose's face is covered in cow dung. Jose's coughing. Pupe grabs barbed wire. He says Jose was his family and played with his kids. He asks why Jose did this to him. He says look at how far he had to go and Pupe cries. Pupe says he's going to do this for him, his family and wife. Puepe then gets hit from behind with a shovel from an unknown man.
The man who hit him then loads a gun. Jose says not to shoot him as he has to pay for the things he did. Pupe is totally out. We go to break.
We get a Mr. Iguana from for IWA Summer Attitude. Iguana says he and La Yesca will make history. We then get an ad for the 7/18 show.
We return and Pupe is tired up in barbed wire to hay. He's bleeding. Jose says he told him that if he messed with him, it was going to be a problem. He says that's what happening. He says it's nothing compared to what could have happened to his wife and family if they get in his way. He says he will use this to deliver a message to the IWA dressing room. He says he wants the locker room to know he's a very violent guy.
Raul Magnum then does a voiceover and hypes up Summer Attitude to close the show.
Thoughts: I said a month or so ago that there was too long of a break between shows and IWA was certainly going to run out of new matches to show. And they either ran out or got close to it here. Instead of just showing old matches or no matches at all (which they have done), they filmed a brawl at a ranch between Jose Navarro and Pupe Jackson. I always enjoy wrestling matches in different places and that's what we got here. No, it wasn't an official match, but it was relevant, it made sense, it was entertaining and we had a clear result coming out of it. I thought it was some of IWA's best work as of late and it was a captivating little brawl. I enjoyed this and thought this was a lot of fun. I wish we could have gotten this sooner though as this was kind of their 2nd or 3rd interaction after the original incident of Jose attacking Pupe's wife.
Overall thoughts: We had one brawl here. It wasn't an official match, but it was basically a street fight at a farm. It was fun, it made sense and it furthered the feud between Pupe Jackson and Jose Navarro. They also left enough room here for them to go at it again. This was a fun 23 minute show and would be worth checking out.
