We are at the Performance Center in Orlando, FL. Vic Joseph and Booker T are on commentary.

Kali Armstrong is in the ring. She says she doesn't call herself "The Difference Maker" for no reason. She says last week was crazy and she saw Kendal Grey win the NXT Women's Title. She says she heard the chants and how she deserves it. She says in her mind she thought - there's my target. She says that's the only way she can get some appreciation. 

She says she's seen some girls cry about not getting opportunities and some blow their opportunities. She says when she attacked Grey, everyone talked about her instead of Grey. She says she wants the NXT Title and doesn't care if she gets it from Grey or Nattie.

Lola Vice comes out and interrupts. Lola says her jumping Grey doesn't make her up next, it makes her impatient. Lola says she still has her rematch and says she's doesn't care who wins as she is getting her title back. Kali says she will be next in line.

Kelani Jordan comes out. KJ asks if they are serious and asks what they did to get a shot. She says Kali attacked Grey from behind but couldn't get in her face. She says she beat Tatum and proved why she is the standout but no one talks about her. She says everyone is concerned about Tatum instead. She says she feels like a broken record because she is. Lola says she's tired of her. They push each other and fight. Kali double lariats both then double flying shoulders both down.

We see some wrestlers arrive.

WWE NXT Tag Titles #1 Contender's Match - OTM (Bronco Nima and Lucian Price) vs Darkstate (Osiris Griffin and Cutler James) vs Sean Legacy and Dorian Van Dux vs Birthright (Stacks and Uriah Connors)

I liked it and thought it went well. They had 4 people in the ring at all times here so this was pretty chaotic and absolutely fast paced. This went 100MPH. Stacks took a nasty lariat to the lower back off a blind springboard then took a nasty fall from the buckles to the floor. Osiris hit a rare suicide dive here. Dux was the standout in this one and got a lot of offense in. Sayquon Shugars came out near the end with a baseball bat and Dion Lennox yelled at him. Birthright got OTM out of the match and Legacy hit a top rope 450 on Connors to win. 

Jaida Parker does a video.  She says Nattie got her down and she quit when she never quits. She says she could be her or she could be herself and she wants to be herself. She says Nat isn't the type of legend she's looking up to. She says Nat tells people she came to NXT for her but says Nat's here to be relevant again. She says she will put her down and see her soon.

Sayquon Shugars is interviewed. He says Dark State did a rouse on him. He says he guess they learned something from him. He says he needs to move smart. He says it's 3v1 but it ain't over. He says he needs to find friends. He says he spent a year going after the locker room and needs to show the world he changed. He says Dark State will know that he's up next and they are up never.

Tank Ledger vs Keanu Carver

KC rams Tank into the corner and hits punches. Tank corner splashes him and hits back elbows. KC facekicks him down. Tank 2nd rope twisting shoulders him then lariats him out of the ring. Tank topes him outside. KC gets back in and pounces him. 

KC pounds on him and hits h-bombs on him for 2. KC running back elbows him then lariats him. Tank hits KC in the gut. KC powerbombs him and falls down while doing it for 2. Tank back elbows him then hits punches. Tank pumping knees him and rainmakers him. Tank top rope swantons KC for 2.

KC hits back elbows and Tank backdrops him. KC hits a high dropkick. KC spinebusters him and pins him.

Thoughts: I liked it. It was an explosive heavyweight match here with Tank flying around and throwing KC then KC slamming him down. It worked well and the two were a good match for each other.

Naraku does a promo. He says Tony D escaped with a win against him but not the punishment. He says he wants to crush his spirit. He asks how far Tony will go to keep his title. He asks fired made Tony question his career and he blurred his path going forward. He says there's more pain in his future. He says Tony doesn't know what he's capable of and says that includes becoming NXT champ.

Tate Wilder and Kam Hendrix talk from the trainers room. Tate says he's down for a match with Naraku. Kam has his leg wrapped up and says he's at 72%. He says Mason Rook is cooked when he's 100%. Mason Rook comes in and asks why Kam says he put him on the shelf. Rook says he'd be down if he put him on the shelf.

Nattie talks to Karmen, Nikkita and Diggs. Diggs says she's ready and Nat says she wants the girls to go out there with her. Diggs says she will be fine. Nat asks if the girls will be with her and they say yes. 

NXT Women's North American Title #1 Contender's Match - Lizzy Rain vs Thea Hail vs Izzi Dame vs Layla Diggs

Rain gets on Dame's back with a sleeper. Dame hits corner spears and Diggs leg lariats her. Diggs shoulders over Rain. Diggs rolls Thea into a pin attempt then Rain and Thea try pin attempts on Diggs. Diggs tries to pin Thea and Rain. 

Dame pulls Diggs off the apron. Dame double lariats Thea and Rain. Rain back body drops Thea out. Riggs rolls up Rain for 1. Rain hits chops on Diggs. Rain springboard back elbows Dame. Rain hits chops on Diggs in the corner while she is in front of Dame. Diggs double overhead kicks Thea and Rain. Diggs gordbusters Dame.

Rain backrolls Diggs for 2. Rain dropkicks Dame through the ropes. Digs slingshot plancha's Dame and Rain outside. Thea 2nd rope coffin drops the girls outside. We go to break and return. Dame superplexes Rain. Thea and Diggs hit top rope splashes on those two for 2. 

Diggs and Thea trade shots. Thea hits her in the gut. Diggs boots her there. Thea standing moonsaults her for 2. Thea armdrags Dame then running back elbows her. Thea exploders Diggs. Thea slams Rain, rolling sentons her. Thea goes up top and top rope double crossbodies her opponents. Thea then hits a springboard back splash on 2 opponents. 

Diggs dropkicks Thea into Dame. Rain high kicks Diggs. Rain bridges out of a double lariat and hits a double cutter. Diggs backflips out of a lariat and hits an overhead kick on Rain. Diggs comes off the 2nd rope and takes a cutter. 

Dame facekicks Rain. Dame sky high's Rain for 2. Dame chokeslams Diggs for 2. Thea hits shots on Dame. Thea is knee'd off an up and over. Dame 2nd rope diving codebreakers Thea. Rain flying headbutts Dame. Thea grabs a kimura on Diggs. Diggs misses a corner spear and goes into the post. 

Rain and Dame trade forearms. Rain headbutts Dame. Rain flying headbutts Dame. Thea rolls up Rain for 2. Rain step up knees Thea in the head. Dame flying knees Rain out. Diggs top rope moonsaults Thea and pins her.

Thoughts: Diggs winning was a big surprise but I still think it's soon. The match went well. It was very fast paced without a lot of  botches. This could have been a disaster but was anything but. Diggs' moonsault at the end was nice here. 

The new girl does a video. She says when disaster strikes, there's no discrimination, just destruction. She says she enters the ring to dominate and not survive. She says we are looking at a natural disaster with purpose. She says she is Reina Volcan. 

Tavion Heights comes out to talk. He says he was thinking about the things he said before The Bash. He says he's been a bad brother but he'll admit if he's wrong. He says he can be cocky as he knows he has what it takes to be great. He says he saw Myles climbing and him being forgotten. He says that's his biggest fear and he has come out to apologize to Myles Borne.

The Vanity Project come out. Drake says to apologize to him as he screwed him over a few weeks ago. Brad says Stone should apologize to Van Dux and Legacy for letting them have a shot at the tag titles. Drake says Tav fumbled the bag on his title shot. He says he will have a hard time getting to the top when his biggest win was a fluke. He says he would haven't beaten Drake without help. Tav says they can have a rematch anytime he wants as the result will be the same. Drake mocks him and Tav hits him. The Project then jump Tav 3v1. Myles Borne comes in and saves Tav. Drake is overhead belly to belly suplexed out. Borne and Tav hug.

Romeo Moreno and Noam Dar talk. Van Dux and Legacy interrupt. Romeo says they must be excited and are one win away from becoming tag champs. Dar says they need to know each other so well that they know what is on each other's minds. Legacy says it takes time to build chemistry. Dux says they will get there. Legacy says they need to beat Vanity Project and become NXT Tag champs. 

Shiloh Hill vs Niko Vance

Hill tilt-a-whirl slams him for 2. Niko boots him out of the corner and hits forearms. Niko lariats him from behind. Niko misses a 2nd rope diving headbutt. Hill top rope diving lariats Niko for 2. 

Hill hits a corner spear. Hill's head is banged off the buckles. Hill hits a hard lariat for 2. Hill flying shoulders him. Hill is crotched up top. Niko stomps on Hill and hits elbow drops. Niko  tilt-a-whirl slams him on his gut. Niko 2nd rope diving headbutts him for 2.

Niko release suplexes him for 2. Hill ddt's him. Hill's fake tooth comes out and he tries to grab it. Hill back body drops him. Hill hits shots to the gut. Hill pump kicks him then pop up forearms him. Hill standing inverted splashes him for 2.

Tristan Angels grabs Hill's tooth. Hill is distracted and Niko backdrops him. Niko pins him with a hidden blade.

Thoughts: This went well. It was two big guys going fast and having a compact bout. Niko winning was a bit of a surprise but it wasn't clean and here was a reason for it.

Hill chases Angels to the back after. Shawn Spears comes in and chairs Niko from behind. Shawn then stares down Izzi.

NXT Women's Title - Kendal Grey (c) vs Nattie

Nat side headlock takeovers her twice. KG takes her down then Nat does another side headlock takeover. Nat backrolls her into a leglock. Nat waistlock takedowns her and slaps her. KG slaps her back and takes her down. KG rolls her for 2 and waistlock takedowns her. 

KG piefaces her and is sent out off the waistlock. KG is dropped on her butt and KG ankle locks Nat. KG argues with Lyons and Karmen outside and gets lariated by Nat. Wren Sinclair hits Lyons and Karmen. Lola Vice then comes down to help out. Those girls fight to the back and we go to break.

We return and Nat abdominal stretches her. Nat cobra twists her and KG armdrags her. Nat spinning lariats her for 2. Nat hits some punches. KG hits her in the gut and high kicks her from the apron. KG top rope dropkicks her. KG hits exploders. Nat STO's her for 2.  Nat superkicks her and does a grounded sleeper. 

Nat goes for the armbar. KG rolling armbars her. KG spinning back elbows her. KG misses a top rope dropkick. Nat sharpsooters her. They trade pin attempts and KG flatliners her for the win.

Thoughts: The first part of this was really good and overall it was an okay bout here. They kept a good pace up, did some nice amateur wrestling and it was competitive. I would have liked a better finish though as it was a bit sudden. I'd really like to see them do this again as Nat is on a really good run and if this had gotten more time, it could have been special.

Jaida Parker comes out and gets in Nat's face. Karmen and Lyons come down and Jaida drops them with forearms. Jaida tells Nat this isn't over. Lola, Kelani and Kali then get on the apron and stare down KG in a cool visual.

Overall thoughts: It was a fast paced show with a lot of quick action. If you looked away during a match, you missed something, especially in the wild 4-way tag. It wasn't the strongest storyline wise though. I thought the 4-way was the match of the night. The show was alright overall and I'd give it a 6 out of 10.
