We see clips of last week's Manu vs Ricky Banderas IWA Title match. 

Jose "El Mencho" Navarro vs Jon Dave Rose

This is from the outdoor tapings before the Legend Mania show.

They trade waistlocks and Jon armdrags him. Jon dropkicks him. Jon hits punches on Jose then hurricanrana's him. Jose goes outside and talks to the crowd. Jose pulls Jon out and Jon hits punches on him outside. Jon chops him against the rails.

Jon corner splashes him in the ring and hits mounted corner punches. Jon takes a stungun on the top buckle. Jose drops him with a punch. Jose chokes him and chops him. Jose foot chokes him. 

Jose does a sleeper on Jon. Jose pulls him down backwards. Jose misses a corner splash and Jon cutters him. Jon takes his shirt off. He hits punches on Jose then flying forearms him. Jon running lariats him for 2. Jon hits mounted corner punches. 

Jon pushes the ref away and Jose kicks him in the crotch. Jose rainmakers him and pins him.

Thoughts: It was acceptable. Jon's still a little green but he's a safer worker and he has the right idea. It was mostly basic heel vs face stuff here.

Pedro Portillo III does a promo. He says he tries to do things wrong and they turn out well. He says everything he say becomes reality. He says he would end the year as champion and he did. He says many celebrated when he lost the title but he says he won the Intercontinental Title after. He says there's thugs who dress like basketball players (Niche) and thugs who try to carry on lineages (Super Atomo) who disappeared in his hands. He says there's even blind people that think he can't slap them (Luis Perez). He says he's one title short of the completing the Grand Slam and he's missing the tag titles. He says whoever the champs are when he comes for them are in trouble. He says lots of international wrestlers are coming here and it gives him pleasure as he's one of the best on the island. He say he's going to issue an Open Challenge for the Intercontinental Title at the next  He says he hopes the challenge will be answered and says he's the best wrestler in PR of the last 25 years.

El Wizard Analiza

Note - We saw this last week. 

Wizard talks to Big Tito Lincoln and Cesar Aldea, the IWA PR Tag champs. Wiz congratulates them on winning the tag titles. CA says he came here to be champ and here they are. CA says let's see who can take the belts from them. Barbie Boy interrupts. Barbie says he knows Wizard is mad at him for things he did in the past. Barbie says his dream is be a  tag champ too. CA says he's disrespectful and wants to challenge for the titles without a partner. Barbie says he just has to make a phone call. He touches Tito and Tito tells him to get his hands off of him. Barbie grabs CA after arguing with him and Tito drops Barbie form behind. CA says Barbie Boy has no shame and is disgusting. He spits on him and slaps him in the face as Wizard laughs. Wizard says he hopes this was recorded and says Barbie got what he deserves. Wizard does his closing lines then slaps and stomps Barbie Boy.

We get a video on August Artois, who will be in the Torneo Elite on the next show.

Pedro Portillo III vs Super Atomo

This is also from the tapings before Leyenda Mania.

PP stomps Atomo then drops him with a punch. PP sticks his finger in Atomo's eye. PP euros him down and throws him out. PP double chops him outside. PP argues with the fans and Atomo chops him. PP suplexes him for 2. Atomo hits shots to the gut and PP lariats him down.

Atomo's head is banged off the buckles. Atomo hits chops on him in the corner then trips him. Atomo hits armdrags then dropkicks him. PP goes out and tries to hop over the rail to escape. Atomo follows him and hits shots on him. Atomo double chops him and PP goes back into the ring.

Atomo boots PP in the corner then hits mounted corner punches on him. Atomo boots him out of the corner and PP pulls him down off the buckles. PP gets a 2 count on him. PP chops him and Atomo chops back. SA hits some chops and punches. 

SA walks up the buckles and diving armdrags him down. PP lariats him. PP shoves the ref and the ref shoves back. Atomo rolls up PP for 2. 

PP spits on him. Atomo hits punches. PP rebound germans him. Atomo hits chops and punches. Atomo hits flying shots at drops him. Atomo his munted corner punches on him. Atomo 2nd rope blockbusters him for 2. 

PP boots him in the gut and germans him for 2. PP shoves the ref. Atomo hits some strikes and PP pop-up sitout powerbombs him for 2.  Cesar Aldea comes out to give PP a weapon and Cesar ends up nailing Atomo with it. PP pins Atomo.

Thoughts: The finish was lame here. This wasn't one of IWA's bigger events and they weren't doing anything too wild. It was a basic match and it was acceptable but not much else. Both these guys were champs coming into this and Atomo won the last match over Pedro, so they evened it up here. Pedro also needed a win after losing to Luis Perez at the last live show.

We get an ad for IWA Summer Attitude on 8/8 with Shane The Glamour Boy talking. 

I think Ricky Banderas talks over a video (we don't see him or anyone else so it's a guess). He says he and Shane will be Savio Vega's nightmare. He says they will be together in this crusade. They promise that Vega will have a heart attack.

Overall thoughts: Only two new matches were shown here and these were from an older taping. Rose/Navarro was acceptable. Rose is still green but has the right idea. Pedro Portillo issued an open challenge for the next live event. They replayed the same Wizard Analiza segment from last week. Pedro and Super Atomo had a match and it was also acceptable but far from their best work. I'd give it higher 5 out of 10 as it was a little above average but not too much. There was nothing you need to see here.
