We are in Paris, France. Michael Cole and Corey Graves are on commentary.

We see various wrestlers arrive.

Oba Femi comes out to talk. He says Paul Heyman doesn't agree with predictions but spoilers and he agrees with him. He says his spoiler is that he will run through everyone in KOTR and will win. He says that's not a prediction but a spoiler. He says he will take the crown as a ruler needs a crown to be the ruler. 

He says one trophy he wants is the skull of Brock Lesnar. He says Brock attacked him from behind and cheated. He says all he sees in him is a "big bad b!tch". He says he will settle the score with Brock when he sees him.

Dominik Mysterio comes out. Dom says Oba doesn't rule anybody. He says Oba should be worried about him instead of Dom. Dom says he will rule over him when he is KOTR. He tells him to bend the knee. JD McDonaugh hits Oba with a chair from behind and Oba no sells it. Oba punches the chair into JD's face. Dom comes off the top, Oba catches him and throws him with a backdrop. Oba says Dom messed up tonight. He says Rey is father but he will be his dadd next week.

Seth is interviewed. He says he was champ in Paris last time and was with The Vision. He says he will win KOTR and the future is him taking back the title he didn't lose. He says he has a date with Roman Reigns somewhere down the line. He says Roman has a title that belongs to him (Seth).

Queen of the Ring 1st Round - Alexa Bliss vs Becky Lynch vs Liv Morgan vs Chelsea Green

Liv slides out. AB nails BL. Green double boots BL out of the corner. BL is tripped and takes knees to the face. AB dropkicks BL. AB cannonballs BL off the apron. Green top rope plancha's Liv and AB outside. 

We go to break and return. AB shoulders over her opponents and dropkicks BL. AB dragon screws Liv. Green hits a double sliding flatliner and AB hits a double rolling senton. Green hits corner attacks on Liv and BL. Liv backsplashes 2 opponents in the corner. AB basement dropkicks Liv.

Green top rope dropkicks BL. AB ddt's Green for 2. BL hits AB on the buckles. Green and AB then trade shots there. Liv powerbombs Green down then AB hits twisted bliss on them.  

BL throws Liv and Green out. AB headhunters BL. AB blocks Liv's oblivion then hits sister abigail on her for 2. BL uranage's AB for 2. Green killswitch's BL and Liv pins Green.

Thoughts: They kept it moving. Bliss landed really hard on Liv on the twisted bliss. They kept throwing each other out there which got a little annoying at times. It wasn't bad.

We get a video on Penta vs Rey tonight.

Penta and Chad Gable talk in the back. Chad says he did a lot he's ashamed of and it started because he lost to him in his debut. He says he didn't take the loss like a man and he's sorry. Penta says if he wants to do right by lucha libre, he knows who he has to talk to.

Seth Rollins and Montez Ford talk in the back. Ford says Seth is this gen's KOTR. The Uso's and Jacob Fatu come in. Jey tells Seth to be careful of how he speaks about the family. Jey says he's in KOTR and is winning and taking Cody's title. Seth says he won't win KOTR but at least he's in. He says Jimmy is on the sidelines where he deserves to be. He says he's not talking about the family but he's disappointed in them. He says he thought Jimmy was better than this. Seth says them being bag boys for Roman may be the best they can do. Jey tells Fatu to get Seth and Fatu walks away.

We get a video on Sol vs Lyra tonight. 

Lyra and Bayley talks in the back. Bay says she's excited for her. Lyra says she hasn't had gold in over a year. Bay says tonight is getting back what was hers in the first place. Bay says she's one of the best and she believes in her.

WWE Women's Intercontinental Title - Sol Ruca (c) vs Lyra Valkyria

They lock up. Sol side headlock takeovers her. Lyra wristlocks her and Sol cartwheels out. Sol water wheel drops her and armlocks her. Lyra upkicks her and they kip up together. Lyra springboard armdrags her. Sol gets a 2 count on her. Sol facebusters her for 2. 

Sol high kicks her from the apron. Sol's springboard is caught. Lyra tries to throw her over the top and struggles to do so. We go to break and return. They flying lariat each other. Sol hits slaps and a euro on Lyra. Lyra euros her back then they visibly talk about the next spot. Sol hits back elbows. Sol germans her.

Sol 2nd rope dropkicks Lyra. Sol running knees her for 2. Sol goes for a springboard, gets stuck on the top rope and Lyra legdrops her over the top rope. Lyra spinning heel kicks her for 2. Lyra tornado ddt's her and Sol tries to headflip up. Lyra basement dropkicks her. 

Lyra gets a 2 count on her. Lyra goes to leave the ring and Sol hits a sol snatcher on her. Sol pins her.

Thoughts: It wasn't good at all. You could them working together multiple times and talking. Sol just was totally struggling here for unknown reasons. 

The Uso's complain to Fatu in the back and ask what that was about. They said they called the play and Fatu is supposed to run it. Fatu says he didn't acknowledge them but Roman. He says they need to worry about LA Knight. He says LA is probably talking about the family right now why they do nothing. Jey and Fatu then walk off and leave Jimmy.

LA Knight comes out. He talks about the KOTR 4-way he's in on SD this week with Keys, Finn and Jey. LA says Roman has gotten to the fans and pulled the wool over their eyes. LA says Roman is a guy whose empire is on the verge of crumbling. He says he expects a Bloodline member to interfere on Friday. 

He says The Uso's told him not to talk about the family but he says he's the chief in this neighborhood and doesn't care. He says the whole family may get involved in his match with Roman says Adam Pearce will allow it. He says he won't say Adam is in Bloodline's pocket but there is a difference between how Adam talks to him and Roman. He says Adam has his favorites and he's not it. He says he's unchosen but the fans chose him and he chose himself. He promises he can't stop or quit and can't stop being LA Knight. He says he hopes Jey can do it on his own on Friday without bringing his family out.

Jey Uso comes out and talks to LA in the ring. Jey tries to re-run his entrance and LA cuts it off. Jey says when his family calls, he will answer it. He tells LA to stay in his lane. He says he doesn't need luck in KOR as he's still "Main Event" Jey Uso. He says he will show him who he is Friday and says it's his warning shot.

They tease ending the segment but LA talks more. LA says it's good he cares about his family. He wishes him good luck on Friday and says "screw your family". Jey then heads to the ring and Jimmy Uso stops him. 

Chad Gable talks to Dragon Lee and Rey Mysterio in the back. Lee says he knows Chad now knows what the mask means. Rey says he knows Chad was trying to make fun of lucha but he says the mask match was true lucha. He accepts his apology. Rey says Chad said and did things he might regret way before he put the mask on. 

Thoughts: They are going too far with this Gable stuff in general (not necessarily in this segment). He apologized and stuff, now it's time to move on and go do whatever.

WWE Intercontinental Title - Penta (c) vs Rey Mysterio

Rey is popped up and he armdrags Penta. Penta flying headscissors him. Rey flying headscissors him then dropkicks him. Rey asai moonsaults him outside. We go to break and return. They trade chops and Penta leg kicks him. 

Rey's up and over is caught. Penta superkicks him in the corner, Penta handstand pendulum double dropkicks him. Penta tope con hilos him outside. Rey boots him in the face. Penta goes up and over and backcrackers him for 2. Penta hits chops. 

Rey spinning ddt's him for 2. Penta is swept on the apron. Rey 619 kick's him under the bottom rope. Rey bodyslides and sunset bombs him into the rails outside. We go to break and return.

Rey blocks a made in japan. Penta superkicks him. Penta then hits a made in japan for 2. Rey poisonrana's him then dropkicks him into the ropes. Rey 619's him. Rey slingshot splashes him for 2. 

Rey and Penta trade forearms. Penta superkicks him. Rey 619's him. Penta gets his knees up on Rey's top rope splash. Penta canadian destroyers him and pins him.

Thoughts: It was an okay bout here with Rey hitting his signature moves and Penta being able to go along with him. Rey did show his age a little here but it mostly went well. 

Ethan Page and Rusev jump Rey and Penta after. Rusev camel clutches Rey. Dragon Lee comes out to make the save. Lee pushes Page into Rusev and superkicks Page. Lee lariats Page over the top rope. Rusev is dropkicked off the apron. Page pulls Lee out and sends him into and over the rails. Rusev then takes Rey's mask off. 

Chad Gable comes out. He germans Page and Rusev down. Chad ankle locks Page and Rusev saves Page. Chad grabs the mask on the mat and gives it to Penta, who puts it on Rey. 

Raquel Rodriguez does a video. She says a lot of undeserving women have entered QOTR. She says she showed it when she won QOTR. She says her next job is lasting through everything in her way. RR says the last time she fought Iyo, she won. She says next week will be no different. She says she will win QOTR and take the title off Rhea at Summerslam. 

Iyo Sky does a video. She says Asuka entrusted her with the women's division before she left the US. She says Raquel is a force but has no honor or heart. She says all everything she does it to protect Liv. She says she will relieve her of that responsibility and put Judgment Day in their place. She says she will become something she hasn't been - a world champ.

Roxanne talks to Liv. She says she was just thinking of herself and she needs to look after Judgment Day. She says it would be best if Liv and Raquel get to the finals of QOTR so Judgment Day wins for sure.

King of the Ring 1st Round - Seth Rollins vs Je'Von Evans vs Ricky Saints vs Talla Tonga

RS hits Seth and fights him outside. Evans kicks TT then TT blocks his os cutter. TT shoulders him over. Seth chops TT and gets nowhere. He superkicks him then TT shoulders him over. TT is double teamed in the corner. He takes a double superkick. TT back elbows Evans then lariats Seth down. TT slams Evans. RS and TT work together and TT chops their opponents. TT facekicks RS down. TT throws Evans out onto the others. We go to break and return.

RS pushes TT into the post. Seth topes TT. Seth knocks TT over the rail. Evans jumps over the rail onto TT. RS and Seth trade shots. Seth hits lariats on him and flying knees him. Seth falcon arrows him. Evans handspring corkscrew kicks Seth for 2. 

Evans' springboard and seated hurricanrana is blocked. Evans hurricanrana's Seth into the buckles. RS tornado ddt's him for 2. RS is up top. Evans tries to jump up with him but slips. Evans top rope spanish flies him. Seth pedigrees Evans for 2.

Seth superkicks TT twice. RS sends Seth out and RS is sent out. Evans suicide dives his opponents outside.  We get a tower of doom spot but Evans flips out. Evans flying kicks TT then TT lariats him. TT blocks Evans' tope and chokeslams him on the commentary table. Seth curbstomps TT on the commentary table. Seth curbstomps TT into the floor from the rails. Seth curbstomps RS but Austin Theory pulls the ref off the count.

Montez Ford hits Theory and they fight in the crowd. Bron Breakker spears Seth. Evans hits a top rope diving cutter on RS and pins him.

Thoughts: They did what they could with it. It was all action and them doing spots. They didn't overdo it at least. It was an okay enough main. Seth got screwed and that'll continue his things with The Vision. Evans won here, but I don't expect him to win the tournament.

Overall thoughts: We had a lot of in-ring action here and most of the matches were decent, minus Sol/Lyra. We had limited stories outside of Gable and LA Knight vs The Uso's though. The show was okay overall, but nothing must see. I'd give it a 6 out of 10 and I'd say the main was the best match of the night.
