NWA Powerrr 6/6/2026

Joe Galli, Danny Dealz and Tim Storm are on commentary. 

We see clips from last week's tag title match. 

The Cazana's talk. Joe says he told everyone so. He says they beat The Immortals twice. AJ says KC is the youngest world champ ever. KC says they did it by the book.

The commentators talk about today's show. 

NWA World Television Title - Daisy Kill vs Lockjaw Drake vs Wrecking Ball Legursky vs Alex Misery vs JAC

Ball starts a chant for himself and gets ganged up on. He gets the edge on everyone and does a wind up punch on JAC. Kill mocks Ball's chant and pulls him out. Alex handspring cutters Kill. Drake exploders Alex. JAC exploders Drake.

JAC hits a springboard elbow drop on Drake. Ball and JAC trade shots. JAC facekicks him. Ball chops Kill, Alex, JAC and Drake down. Ball has opponents in all 4 corners and hits hip attacks on them. 

Kill pulls Ball's throat down over the top. Drake flying headbutts Ball and JAC spears Ball. Alex top rope splashes Ball. We got a 4 person pin on Ball. They award Alex Misery the victory and title.

Thoughts: That was a bizarre finish. I guess the logic makes sense since Alex was directly on top of Ball during the pin, but that is a very liberal ruling. This is the NWA though and goofy finishes are a regular feature. The match didn't get enough time to be anything too special though. I was sure Ball was winning this one.

Eric Smalls comes in and hits Kill in the balls after.

The Pope and Mims talk. Pope says they are in this together and says he knows Mims wants to be the best. He says Mims has learned from the best and needs to beat the best. He says he got Mims a match with Carnage. Mims says his resume speaks for itself and says "say less". 

Carson Drake and Mike Mondo are at the training seminar again. He says the people didn't pay enough to be here. He says he knows the fundamentals and does his dance. He says Tyler Franks doesn't know the fundamentals. He asks if anyone wants to face him. Someone with red hair volunteers. Mondo asks him if he thinks he can hang in the NWA. Drake asks the guy what is that and points. The guy is distracted and is taken down with a chickenwing. The Cazana's cheer Drake on. Tommy Henry and Kylie Paige complains. Silas Mason comes in and says Drake is supposed to set an example. Drake says he showed up in $6,000 clothes and Silas showed up in dirty shorts. The Cazana's get in. Joe says Silas either gets out of the ring or they will take him out. Thom Latimer and Bryan Idol then come in and we cut away.  

Mims vs Carnage

Carn misses a corner splash. Mims hits shots to the gut in the corner. The Light, two guys in white masks, come out. Carn hits shots to Mims' gut and chops him. Carn hits corner spears. Mims flying lariats Carn then shoulders him over. Mims jumps at him and is caught with a powerslam. 

Carn misses a corner splash and is hit with a hard spear for 2. Carn eye rakes Mims then hits a hard spear for 2. Mims hits him in the throat. Carn hits back elbows then hits a nice dropkick for the pin. Carnage wins.

Thoughts: Carnage winning was a huge shock. Carn looked very good here. He hit a nice dropkick and they had a fun power battle. 

It's Me...The Carson Drake Experience

Drake talks to Gretta. Drake says Gretta is the first female guest on here and asks how she's doing. Gretta doesn't reply. Drake asks if she thinks she will beat Markova tonight. Gretta says nothing and Drake says confidence is key. Drake asks why Tiffany Nieves hasn't given her a title show and asks if she's scared. Gretta goes to grab him and we gut away with her hand getting closer to his face.  

 Kyle Davis interviews The Slimeballz in the ring. Sage says there's been legendary champs like the Midnight Express and the Rock and Roll Express. Sage says they are the vets now and need to give some young bucks a shot at the gold. Sage says they will turn this place into Slimeball City and say it's Slime Time. Sage asks us to welcome their opponents - Jack and Eddie.

NWA US Tag Titles - The Slimeballz (Sage Chantz and Tommy Rant) (c) vs Jack n' Eddie (Jack Valor and Eddie Grayson)

Aaron Stevens is watching in the front row.

Rant hugs Eddie and headbangs. Eddie is confused and he superkicks Rant down. Sage comes in and Eddie rams him into the corner. Sage takes a step up knee in the corner then a 2nd rope dropkick + flatliner. Jack wristlocks Sage. Rant tags in. Rant misses shots then takes double kicks. Jack 2nd rope plancha's Rant inside.

Jack is crotched on the rope. Rant stomps Jack then hits shots to the gut. Rant headbutts Jack down. Sage is upside down on the buckles and bites Jack's face. Sage yells at Jack and Jack forearms him in the face. 

Eddie comes in and dropkicks Rant on the apron. Eddie corner lariats Sage twice. Eddie swinging backbreakers Safe. Sage hits Eddie from behind. Sage is thrown off the top into a splash on Eddie. Rant pins Eddie.

Thoughts: Jack and Eddie put up a good fight before going down. It wasn't anything too special. Jack's gotta work on being a bit cleaner on some of his moves. The Slimez are better as underdog faces but that wasn't going to happen here as Jack and Eddie are so young and wrestle like faces. 

The Immortals do a promo. Odin says The Cazana's have seen a KFC more than a gym. Odin says if his dad was here like Joe Cazana, everyone would be dead.

TV-MA are at the training seminar. Tiff says Markova is toast after Gretta got to her. Tiff says she needs to beat someone more challenging than Markova and Ms. Starr says she will scour the world to find competition for her. I think Amaddeo Sole of WWC is one of the people working out in the ring along with Sage Chantz. Gretta goes to chokeslam Sage but Rant saves him. TV-MA laugh.

We get a video on Trevor Murdoch's career and we see him announcing his retirement. He talks to the locker room. He says he was here on the first show and had memories he never thought would happen. He says he never imagined he'd be the NWA champ twice. He talks about his son coming in the ring and telling him he's champ. He says one day, they all will see the locker be younger and faster than they are. Trev says he hopes people will remember that he was here at the beginning of the NWA.

Alex Taylor and Silas Mason talk. Silas says The Southern Six have no future and it's just them. He says Kerry Morton buried the knife in his back. Alex says they came too far to give it up. Thom Latimer comes in. Thom says he knows it's weird, but says as a former champ to the world champ. He asks if Silas would give El Dragon Nihan a title shot. He says he doesn't have to tell him right now and says it's a show of faith. Silas says he'll think about it.

Tommy Henry talks to his daughters. He tells them to stop fighting. Kenzie says Kylie hasn't done anything and says Kylie broke her heart when she threw her out in the battle royal. Tommy yells at them to stop arguing. Tommy says they have a chance to get tag gold soon and have to get it together. The girls hug and seemingly have made up.

TV-MM has someone doing their makeup for them as they enter. TV-MA are interviewed. Kyle congratulates Nieves on winning the Women's Title. Tiff tells him to shut up. Tiff says La Princesa has arrived and nobody deserves her. She says the fans are all peasants. She says TV-MA will be the new era of NWA. Tiff says she's the champ and the best at everything. She says the previous champ only cared about looks and didn't sweat like she did. She says Markova doesn't deserve to touch her. She says Markova can breathe her air though.  

Natalia Markova vs Gretta

Nat chops Gretta and Gretta shoves her down. Gretta grabs her by the throat and ear claps her. Gretta ragdolls her down. Gretta pushes her down. Gretta sends her face first into the 2nd buckle and throws her out.

Gretta headbutts her outside and giant swings her. She throws her off the swing. Nat's head is banged off the steps. We go to break and return. 

Murdoch and Knox talk to Tyler Franks. Trev tells him to stay focus on the gold vs Carson Drake and get the W. Knox says they are starting fresh.

We return from break. Gretta misses a corner charge. She pulls Nat down from the buckles and puts her foot on her chest. Nat hits leg kicks on Gretta. She high kicks her. Nat running heel kicks her in the corner. Nat dropkicks her off the buckles but Gretta stays up. Gretta nearly runs into the ref when Nat moves. Nat throws the belt in. Nat grabs it and Gretta sells like she got hit. The ref DQ's Nat.

Thoughts: Well, neither really needed to lose here and that's how they addressed it. It wasn't anything special but Gretta is huge and has a circus freak style intrigue to her. Gretta overpowered Nat as expected and did what she was supposed to do here in this big vs small match.

Gretta grabs Nat by throat. Shaw tries to save Nat and Gretta hits a chokeslam on Shaw. 

Overall thoughts: The opener was too short to be anything that good and the finish was unusual. Carnage beat Mims in a fun heavyweight battle. The Slimeballz vs Jack and Eddie was just average. Markova got screwed in the main and while it wasn't great, they had the right idea. I'd give it a 5 out of 10 as it was an average show for the most part. Mims/Carnage was the best match on here.
