WWE Evolve 6/3/2026

WWE Evolve 6/3/2026

Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/05/wwe-evolve-5272026.html

We are in Orlando, FL. Blake Howard and Peter Rosenberg are on commentary.

We see clips from after last week's show with Aaron Rourke's buddies fighting off The Mog Squad.

Nikkita Lyons and Sloane Jacobs talk about today's show. Lyons tells Sloane it's her time to end Wendy's reign.

Masyn Holiday vs Gianna Capri

Capri pulls the hair and wristlocks her. Mas rolls out and armdrags her twice. Mas dropkicks her then armlocks her. Mas backflips and drives Capri's face into the mat with her legs. Mas armlocks her.

Mas running back elbows her in the corner and is thrown backwards into the ropes. Capri stomps her and foot chokes her. Mas slingshot sunset flips her. Capri tries pin attempts. Mas hits chops and boots. Mas back elbows her down and flying shoulders her. Mas la silla's her.

Mas backflips and Capri blocks her headscissors move. Capri backrolls her and pins her while holding the ropes.

Thoughts: It went better than expected. Mas' offense needs to connect a bit more though. Mas' headscissors face spike move is something new. Capri wasn't as over as she was last time.

Capri talks to Anya Rune and Veronica Haven after in the VIP Lounge. She says she leads the ID program and not them.

Wendy Choo does a promo. She says Sloane Jacobs has taken sleazy shortcuts since she returned. She says if this is the fight she wants, she's got it. She says she can bring her kitty cat of a partner with her.

It's GAL does a promo at a pond. He says he has been pulled into too many different directions for long. He says he's been confused and stuck but no more. He says the only rock and hard place he is stuck in between is his biceps. He says he's ready to run his train through all competition. He says he will start the It's Gal Open Challenge next week.

Romeo Morneo is interviewed before his match. He says sometimes in the toughest situations, we create our best art. He says let's show the world - si, se puedes.

Harley Riggins vs Romeo Moreno

HR has Kam Hendrix with him. HR boots and punches him. HR chops him. RM running facekicks him. RM goes after Kam on the apron and is fcekicked. HR does a whisper in the wind for 2. HR chinlocks him.

HR forearms him in the spine and back. RM enzugiri's him from the bottom rope and lariats him. RM hits more lariats and knocks Kam off the apron. HR is up top. Kam blocks a spanish fly attempt. RM is caught off the buckles and takes a pop-up knee. HR pins him.

Thoughts: It didn't really get a ton of time to be anything too great. There was a lot of interference here. HR busted out a new whisper in the wind in this one.

The heels pillmanize RM's ankle after.

Timothy Thatcher talks to his security guards. Tim says they ripped out Harlem Lewis' arm out of its socket last week when they grabbed him. He says they need to be careful. Shido Ash says he understands they need to be more careful. Viktor Zanov does as well. Tim says they need to be more on point for the next one. Tim says there will be pandemonium tonight and he's counting on them.

Tim then talks about Evolve Succession III. He says there will be a new debut there (the graphic makes it seem like there will be 2 new people). He says Nikkita Lyons will get a Women's Title shot there.

Max Abrams vs Cappuccino Jones

Cap hits punches and Max goes out. Max stomps him in the ring. Max knees him in the gut. Cap dropkicks him. Cap flying back elbows him. Max springboard kicks him on the apron. Max fameassers him over the bottom rope for 2. Max flying back elbows him for 2.

Max hits punches and boots. Cap double chops him then headscissors him out of the corner. Cap comes off the 2nd rope and is dropkicked in mid-air. Max headhunters him for 2. Max hits mounted punches.

Max misses a top rope elbow drop. Cap back body drops him then corner dropkicks him. Cap corner flying lariats him then top rope double axe handles him. Max enzugiri's him. Cap sitout powerbombs him from his shoulders for 2.

Max euros him and takes a pump kick. Cap pump kicks him again and Max flying knees him. They double crossbody each other at the same time. The Mog Squad come out and security stops them. Marcus Mathers and Sam Holloway attack The Squad. Sam is removed to the back. Cap flying forearms Max. Max goes out and Cap top rope plancha's him outside.

Cap goes up top and CJ Valor comes out and crotches him. Max fameassers him from behind and pins him.

Thoughts: It wasn't bad. It had a lot of flying here. Security failed again and they seemed to target the faces a bit harder than the heels, which is becoming a trend. I was expecting more of a traditional match than what we got.

PJ Vasa says she will watch the title match and says the winner will come get their issue.

Kai Kavari vs Elijah Holyfield

This is Eli's Evolve debut.

They lock up and Kai is backed up in the corner. Kai hammerlocks him. Eli throws him and flying shoulders him. Eli corner flying splashes him then spinebusters him. Eli drops him with an uppercut and wins.

Thoughts: It was a short one here and similar to what we saw on LFG with Elijah. I'm not a big fan of his uppercut finisher as it stands. It just needs more theatrics.

Tristan Angels does a promo. He says last week was an international tragedy when he lost to Aaron Rourke. He then complains about The Mog Squad jumping in after. He says he's not done with the Evolve Title and it wasn't a convincing victory. He says Cole is a trust fund baby and says Harlem Lewis looks more suitable leading a group of motorcyclists. He says Chazz Hall's nickname fits his childlike stature. He says Evolve is crying for someone like him to lead Evolve into the future. He says Aaron won this chapter but the story is far from over. He says it doesn't end until he wins the Evolve Title.

WWE Evolve Women's Title - Wendy Choo (C) vs Sloane Jacobs

PJ Vasa and Karmen Petrovic are in the VIP Lounge.

Choo gets the edge to start. SJ backrolls her into a pin attempt. Choo flying headscissors her then dropkicks her for 2. Choo codebreakers her over the 2nd rope. SJ slides out. We go to break and return.

Choo hits forearms. Choo is dropped face first on the buckles. PJ and Karmen argue in the VIP Lounge. SJ hits mounted shots on Choo. SJ chops her then side slams her. SJ legdrops her for 2. SJ back elbows her down.

SJ pump kicks her. SJ magic screws her for 2. SJ headscissors her. SJ cranks her head. Choo hits shots on SJ then hits lariats. Choo hits a pepsi twist lariat. Choo cartwheel forearms her in the corner then running facekicks her. Choo 2nd rope cannonballs her for 2.

They trade pin attempts. SJ high kicks her then facebusters her for 2. SJ is pushed into the buckles. She headscissors Choo and bangs her face into the buckles with it. Choo superplexes her for 2. SJ gori specials her then top rope elbow drops her for 2. SJ indian deathlocks her and Choo ropebreaks. Choo is catapulted into the ropes. Choo is in the electric chair and drops down into a dirt nap on her. Choo submits her.

Thoughts:
Sloane has improved a lot from her first run. They had a full length match here. She hit all of her stuff clean and did fine. It wasn't anything too great but it was an acceptable enough main.

Sloane grabs on Lyons after. Lyons shoves her down and stares down Choo.

PJ Vasa then attacks Karmen in the VIP Lounge and refs try to break it up.

Overall thoughts: Masyn/Capri went better than expected and wasn't bad. Riggins/Moreno didn't get enough time. Thatcher's guards got their official names and Shido Ash's name isn't very good. Abrams/Jones was alright. Elijah Holyfield made his debut and had a similar match to what he's been doing on LFG with an uppercut finish. Sloane did a decent job in the main and improved a lot from her original run. That match was okay. I'd give the show a low 6 out of 10. It was okay but nothing great or must see.
