WWF Superstars of Wrestling 11/7/1992

WWF Superstars of Wrestling 11/7/1992

Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/06/wwf-superstars-of-wrestling-10311992.html

We are in Saskatoon.

Mr. Perfect and Vince McMahon are our hosts. Vince talks the recent election. Perfect says he wasn't happy about the results but is happy about Money Inc winning the tag titles last week. Perfect says there's a conspiracy going on with Tunney and Money Inc and says he should be impeached as president.

Louie Spicolli vs. Max Moon

Max rolls around and Lou makes him chase him. Max hits a Japanese armdrag and a regular armdrag. Max armlocks him. Max does a water wheel drop. Lou does a nice leapfrog. Max shoulders him over then Max side headlock takeovers him.

Lou hits punches and Max spinning heel kicks him in the corner. Max finlay rolls him. Max top rope twisting crossbodies him and pins.

Thoughts: It was a fast paced match and Lou wasn't totally squashed here which was nice. Max did a bunch of flying around here.

We see clips of last week's tag title match and The Nasty's turning on Jimmy Hart.

The Headshrinkers (Fatu & Samu) vs Brian Costello & Joey Maggs

The Headshrinkers had debuted on Primetime like 2 months ago and haven't been mentioned at all on Superstars. The Head's threaten their opponents with their spears then do their hand sign.

The Head's attack the jobbers to start. Samu rolling ddt's Joey then kicks him. Samu superkicks Brian. The Headshrinkers do an inset promo. Afa says they feel no pain and will give you pain.

Brian takes a facebuster then a double pop up drop. Fatu slams Brian then Brian bangs Fatu's face off the mat. Fatu no sells it and superkicks him. The Head's hit a double team stroke on Brian. Fatu hits a top rope splash on Brian and wins.

Thoughts: It was a good squash here. The Heads looked wild and vicious and they beat up Bill pretty good here.

Bill is beaten up more and thrown out after.

WWF Event Center

Mean Gene talks about Saturday Night's Main Event being next week. He shills tonight's Lowell and Boston Garden shows.

Razor Ramon does a promo on Macho Man. He says he's sick and tired of hearing about The Ultimate Maniacs. He says a knee pad won't save him from Razor. He says he will finish The Ultimate Maniacs and will start with Macho.

Macho Man does a promo. He says Razor won't make it to Survivor Series so he shouldn't even think of it. He says Razor wears the gold but says it's not the gold of the WWF Title. He says he has fool's gold and he's the biggest fool he met in his entire life. He says he's inviting him to get this straightened out in one night. He says Razor's half of what he used to be. He says he will beat him down flat.

We get another Bam Bam Bigelow video. He says what is 6'4, 425lbs of burning fire? He says it's Bam Bam Bigelow, that's what.

Virgil vs. Jim Peterson

They push each other. Virg side headlocks him. Jim top wristlocks him. Virg hammerlocks him. Jim shoulders him over then is tripped. Virg legdrops and kneedrops Jim's shoulder. Virgil does an inset promo. He said he admired Bob Backlund most when he was a kid. He says he's glad he's back and wishes him good luck.

Doink the Clown is in the stands. Jim grabs the arm and is thrown off. Virg 2nd rope diving lariats him. Virg russian legsweeps him and wins.

Thoughts: Virg showed a little more wrestling ability than usual and didn't look that bad here. It was nice to see Virg get some resistance here.

WWF Update

Lord Alfred Hayes hosts the update this week. He talks about the mirror incident last week with Jannetty, Michaels and Sherri.

Mr. Perfect and Vince McMahon talk. Vince says we will see a Bret Hart music video and Perfect complains that Flair didn't get one. We then see the video which has clips of Bret's career and Stu Hart with kids in The Dungeon.

Damien Demento vs. Steve May

This is Damien Demento's Superstars debut. He got no real hype or anything. He's wearing shoulder/chest guards with black feathers and spikes.

Vince says Flair is suffering an ear problem but Perfect denies it. DD hits headbutts and bangs May's head off the buckle. DD hits a flying shoulderblock for 2. DD then cranks on May's head. Damian does an inset promo. He says he's a creation of your mind and your torment then he laughs.

DD legdrops May. DD slams him. DD lariats May. DD neckbreakers May. DD knee drops May and wins.

Thoughts: It as a short one and not particularly impressive. DD mostly did all strikes here.

We get an ad for WWF Saturday Night's Main Event next Saturday.

The Big Boss Man is interviewed in the ring. He says he's the system in the WWF. He says he read Nailz's file and psychological report. He says it's true Nailz beat him up but he didn't break him as you can't break the law. We see the nightstick on the pole and Boss says the first one to grab it gets to use it. He climbs up the pole. He says Nailz better use the stick if he gets it because he will if he gets it first. He says he will leave him in the ring with no chance for pardon or parole. He says he will beat him within an inch of his life and he can count on it.

Survivor Series Report

Mean Gene talks Survivor Series which is on 11/25/1992. The 8-man tag is now The Nasty Boys and The Natural Disasters vs The Beverly Brothers and Money Inc. We are told The Bushwhackers stepped aside for The Nasty's.

The Natural Disasters do a promo. Ty says it'll be an interesting Survivor Series. He says they will annihilate their opponents with The Nasty's at their side. Quake says they aren't in for a fight of survival but for a fight of their lives.

We go to Paul Bearer's workshop. Paul says Taker is working hard on the coffin. He says it's a special coffin that isn't air tight. He says it's made so that it decays quick and so that the vermin can have their own feast on Kamala's rotten flesh.

Kim Chee and Harvey Wippleman do a promo. Harv says Paul and Taker have another thing coming if they think Kamala is afraid of the coffin. Harv says to make the coffin comfortable as Taker is going in it.

The Ultimate Maniacs do a promo. Macho says we are 2 weeks ago. Warrior says they have a chemical combustion that forms a bond forever and says they are totally out of control. Macho says Warrior's the wall that they backed themselves into. He asks if Flair and Razor see a way to escape and says the wall is made of solid steel (pointing at Warrior's back). Macho says they know how to survive and will survive at Survivor Series.

WWF World Tag Team Title Match - Money Inc. (Irwin R. Schyster & Ted DiBiase) (c) vs. High Energy (Koko B. Ware & Owen Hart)

IRS says the people will find out that you can't cheat on your taxes and get away with it.

Ted armdrags Owen three times straight. Ted slams Owen. Ted is lariated and IRS gets hiptossed. Owen slams Ted. Money Inc go out to stall.

Owen trips IRS into a hammerlock. Koko 2nd rope double axe handles IRS' arm. Koko throws him over by the arm then legdrops him. Koko shoulders him over.
Ted chokes Koko on the ropes. Ted double axe handles Koko off the top then stomps Koko. Koko flying lariats him. Owen hits punches on Ted then lariats him and IRS. Owen atomic drops IRS then back body drops Ted.

Owen hits punches on Ted. Owen bends over and takes a neckbreaker. Ted then pins him.

Thoughts: Well, this was a waste. This ended really fast and there wasn't much build to the finish. Ted armdraggging Owen three times in a row to start this made Owen look stupid. I have no idea what specifically High Energy did over other teams to get this shot.

WWF Event Center

Gene Okerlund talks about tonight's Boston Garden show.

The Natural Disasters do a promo on Money Inc. Ty says Money Inc will do anything to get the belts. He says they wanted them, but they will show bad they want those belts. Quake says a lot of weird things happened when they lost the titles with The Headshrinkers distracting them. Quake says that's history though. He says Money Inc will feel the wrath of The ND's and they won't be able to walk away this time.

The Big Boss Man does a promo. He says things with him and Nailz went on too long. He says the only way to settle it is in the cage. He says Nailz knows this environment well. He says climbing over the top of the cage to win is too easy, he says he won't walk out the door and the only way to win is leaving him a blood pulp laying then walking out the door.

Vince and Perfect talk about next week's show. Marty Jannetty returns to action and The Headshrinkers will wrestle. The Natural Disasters will do an interview and we will see The Repo Man vs The British Bulldog.

The Repo Man does a promo. He says it makes him sick to see Bulldog with the IC Title as it's his belt. He says he won't hide from him and will get in his face and win the title.

The British Bulldog says Repo has been sneaking around the WWF and repossessing things. He says he will repossess Repo Man next week.

Overall thoughts: We got a star vs star match this week which was nice, even if it was disappointing. We saw the debut of Damien Demento as well and tons of hype for Survivor Series. This show was a little better than usual but nothing must see.
