Joe Galli, Danny Dealz and Tim Storm are on commentary.

Kyle Davis interviews Colby Corino in the ring. Kyle says he doesn't know why he's here. CC says all he has been thinking about is NWA 78, where Kerry Morton beat him. He says he won't make excuses and says he was beaten 1-2-3. He says he knows he's better than that. He says the result wouldn't be the same if they fought again. He says he needs one more match.

Kerry Morton comes out with an unknown girl. Kerry tells Kyle to get out of the ring. Kerry says CC is asking for sympathy and he thought his daddy taught him better than to do that. He says the girl with him is his personal ring announcer and she takes a while to introduce him. 

Kerry says he heard CC will do anything to have another match with him. Kerry says he talked to Billy Corgan and says CC can have another match with him. He says when he beats CC, CC has to admit he's the greatest wrestler that ever graced his presence. 

Kerry says his dad is with him all the time but he never sees Colby's dad. He asks if his dad even loves him. He says Colby will also have to admit that his dad doesn't love him when he loses. Colby says that will never happen and challenges Kerry to fight right now. Kerry escapes out of the ring. 

Sirena Veil and Paige Collett do a promo. SV says she knows she has a target on her back. She says she will accept Bobbi Thunder's challenge to the Bloodbath Invitational and will bleed her dry.

The King's Court talk. Trevor Murdoch says he could handle the match tonight but has accepted a tag match instead for Knox and Franks. He says he looks forward to it.

NWA Women's Television Title - Sirena Veil (c) vs Bobbi Thunder

SV has Paige Collett with her.

They lock up. SV goes for a blade runner but BT escapes. BT throws her over and BT rolls her up. SV misses a corner charge and BT bangs her head off the buckles. BT rolls and russian legsweeps her for 2. 

SV hits knees to the gut and spin kicks her. SV pump kicks her down. SV rakes her back and euros her from behind. SV running lariats her for 2. BT hits punches and rams her into the corners. BT corner cannonballs her and fires up. BT spinebusters her for 2.

SV backdrops her. SV hits a blade runner and pins her.

Thoughts: It was beginner level wrestling work wise but it was a decent showing for both girls. No one botched anything and it's a definite improvement over SV's other appearances. Bobbi has personality and if he she can ever pull it together in-ring, she will get somewhere.

Big Ty does a promo. He says when he pulls up on your block, you need to pay attention. He says he's watching and says when you turn around, he will be there. He says he will get you when he gets you and says to pay attention when it comes to Big Ty.

NWA World Television Title - Alex Misery (c) vs Tony Leyenda

Alex runs at him and Tony catches him. Alex flying headscissors him. Alex enzugiri's him from the apron then top rope dropkicks him. Alex tope con hilos Tony outside.

Alex chops him outside. Tony hits Alex with snake eyes and running lariats him. Tony stomps and punches him. Alex is sent into the corner and goes down. Alex top rope crossbodies him. Alex hits running lariats and spinning neckbreakers him. Tony back body drops Alex into the buckles. 

Tony hits mounted punches on him. Alex handspring cutters him. Alex top rope splashes him and pins him.

Thoughts: It was average to acceptable. Alex took a neat looking back body drop bump into the buckles. Tony didn't get much in but the basics here. They didn't get all that much time for this one.

The Pope does a promo with The Light behind him. Pope pumps up his arms. He says him and Mims are like blood and has been through stuff. Pope says Mims is young and on the dumb side. Pump says they might tango, but they won't fight.

Bryan Idol talks to Thom Lattimer in the back. He says he was there to make the tag but missed it and it was too late. He says he was there for him and asks if Thom can just listen to reason. He says they both lost the match and he wasn't trying to make him look bad. He says they will talk when he is cooled off.

PB Smooth and Effy vs Axton Ray and Shawn Carlson

Pastor C-Lo is with PB Smooth. I think this is Shawn's NWA debut.

Effy and SC trade waistlocks. Effy hip attacks him and atomic drops him. Ax and PB get in. Ax chops him and PB no sells it. PB throws him in the corner and chops him. Ax limbos out of a lariat and is thrown down by the leg. Effy walks the top rope and diving lariats Ax.

Ax powerslams Effy for 2. SC side slams Effy then 2nd rope diving lariats him. Effy takes a double spinebuster but tags out. PB shoulders over his opponents. PB corner splashes SC. Ax jumps at PB and PB slams him. PB legdrops him. SC tries to break up the pin but splashes Ax. PB STO's SC down.

Big Ty comes out and takes out Pastor C-Lo. Ty facekicks PB and Ax rolls up PB. Ax pins PB.

Thoughts: Big upset here with Ax pinning PB. It was a bit of a mess and we had a lot of different things going on. I don't like PB taking the fall when Effy was here.

Keznie Paige does a promo. She says she has to be a fool to try to retain the tag titles with Kylie when Kylie screwed her out of the battle royal and hit her with a title belt. She says maybe she just got worked by Nattie. She says she's her big sister and will clean up her mess with big sisters do. She says they will retain the tag titles.

Brandon McCord goes up to BFT in the back. He says he knows they got a match with Jack n' Eddie but says they aren't a challenge for them. Brandon says he's got their back if they need something. He says he's got the guys. He says if anyone's got a better deal, they should consider The McCord Collection. Brandon says he can get them anything.

The Hardway come in. Dalton says they need to talk. Jack Vaughn says he will handle this and says they need to talk.

Gretta vs Ruby Red

This is Red's NWA debut. TV-MA is with Gretta.

Gretta piefaces her and headbutts her down. Gretta dumps her over the back from the bearhug position. Gretta then walks on her.

Gretta reverse bearhugs her and throws her down. Gretta chokeslams Red then pins her with a foot on the chest.

Thoughts: This was just a quick squash and not much else. Gretta dominated and Red got nothing in.

It's Me...The Carson Drake Experience

Chris Nowinski is Drake's guest. Chris wants to be called doctor and asks how he is post-concussion. Drake says he's fine and had to get sunglasses after suffering it. He says Chris understands what he's going through. Chris says he was accused of faking his concussion that ended his career. He says he has a help line now with his organization. Chris asks who Drake's doctor is but Drake seems nervous and doesn't provide any details. Chris says he was glad to see the match with Silas end. He says he's never seen anyone fake an injury and says you'd have to be a real jerk to fake a concussion. Drake looks uncomfortable and Chris says thank God he didn't do that.

Thoughts: The story has been that Drake faked his concussion and they pushed that further here.

The Pope vs Mims

Pope comes out alone.

Pope offers a handshake and they shake hands. They lock up and Mims backs him up in the corner. Pope wristlocks him and side headlocks him. Pope trips him and misses an elbow drop. Mims side headlock takeovers him. Mims then does it again.

Pope headscissors him, they get up and Pope slaps him. Pope forces a break and eye pokes Mims. Mims shoulders Pope over twice. Mims corner splashes him then backsplashes him. Mims side slams him. 

Pope calls for timeout and The Light attack Mims from the behind. Mims wins via DQ.

Thoughts: It wasn't much. I'm not surprised. The NWA not only has a habit of doing this, but this started about 4 minutes before the show ended so something was up.

The Light beat up Mims after. Pope says he told The Light he'd beat up Mims himself. Pope then STO's Mims, solidifying that he has turned on him.

Overall thoughts: Veil/Thunder was a very basic match. Alex Misery beat Tony Leyenda in an average to acceptable match. We had a random tag with PB Smooth and Effy where PB ended up taking the pin. Gretta won a squash. The main event was short and totally nothing at all. It was the usual disappointing NWA show with random matches and lackluster wrestling. It wasn't good. I'd give this a 4 out of 10.
