TNA Knockouts Television Title Match - M By Elegance (c) vs. Jada Stone

Jada running dropkicks here to start. Jada forearms her and springboard diving headscissors her. Jada's 619 is blocked. Jada rolls her into a double stomp. She then standing moonsaults while standing on her. Mr. Elegance gets on the apron. Jada ducks a pump kick and M knocks Mr. off the apron by accident. Jada topes M.

Jada handsprings and backflips but M flips her over the top to the floor. M suplexes Jada then dragon sleepers her. Jada jawbreakers her and hits shots. M facekicks her. M misses a top rope moonsault. Jada running euros her in the corner and running backsplashes her. Jada springboard headscissors her. Jada 619's her. 

Jada tries a split-legged moonsault but M grabs her and Jada headscissors her. M superkicks her. M running knees her in the gut. Jada handspring backflip stunners her. 

M goes out. Jada top rope moonsaults Mr. Elegance when M gets out of the way. Jada nails Heather By Elegance from behind then spanish flies M off the steps onto the floor. Jada gets a 2 count on M and Heather comes in the ring to argue with the ref. M asks Mr. Elegance for a title belt, but they said Mr. Elegance says he quits. M then package tombstones Jada and pins her.

Thoughts: Other people actually coming into the ring is a bit too much for me to believe. I don't know what Mr. Elegance quitting was about. The work was fine and it's a shame they just didn't get to go and do their thing because it has worked and will work. The booking hurt this one. 

The System do a promo. Cedric says he will take back his X-Division Title tonight. Eddie calls Ced the ultimate X-Division wrestler. He says he will beat Amazing Red singlehandedly. Bear Bronson complains and says it means Eddie wants Ced to do this by himself. Brian says to let Ced make the decision. Ced says he's the best X-Division wrestler and he will take the title back. Bear says Eddie is making a big mistake.

Daria Rae is on the phone in the back. Maybe Brian Johnson interrupts and Aria asks who he is. Daria says he's the guy who keeps trying to get a job and says he's desperate. Brian says he's got a job - he was hired by the TNA Board of Directors to keep eyes on her. Brian says they are worried her suspension could cause issues going forward. He says he's the one who will let them know if she gets into it with talent. Daria says he's a grown man babysitter. Brian says he's an observer. Daria says he should observe her calling The Board of Directors to get her gone.

Thoughts: They didn't introduce the new guy here well at all. Can't The Board just watch the show like the rest of us to see what Daria does? 

Zero vs. BDE

Zero is no longer Special Agent Zero.

BDE corner splashes him and hits shots in the corner. BDE's springboard is caught and BDE armdrags him out. BDE gives the ref his phone and has the ref film his tope on Zero. BDE springboards into Zero's headbutt.  

Zero flips BDE with a big lariat. Zero hits crossface shots. Zero suplex throws BDE. Zero gorilla press throws him. Zero legdrops him for 2. 

Zero clubs BDE's back. BDE hits him in the gut and forearms him. BDE os cutters him. Zero running forearms him down. Zero double arm chokeslams him and pins him.

Thoughts: It was a short one and pretty close to a squash. They did what they were supposed to though with BDE showing spirit, flying and getting powered down. 

Zero hits another double arm chokeslam after. Rich Swann comes in to help and Zero double arm chokeslams him. Security come in and get hit by Zero. Zero double arm chokeslams them and 2 guards refuse to even come in.

Ricky Sosa says he proved why he belonged in TNA at Bound For Glory. He says he wants to prove why he's one of the best in the world and will be in the World X Cup. Fabian Aichner comes in. He says he will be in the World X Cup too. Sosa says that's good. Fab says he knows what kind of man he is, but if their paths cross, there is no alliance or mercy. Sosa says the world will be saying "bang bang, Sosa Soa" at the end of it. 

Shotzi does a video in an empty area. She says she's been obsessed with the Knockouts division for the last year and a half. She says she thinks about all the different ways she can cause pain to women in the locker room. She says she can finally found out if the girls are as tough as they look. She says when she thinks of Knockouts division, she thinks of Last Knockout Standing and The Undead Realm.

TNA X-Division Title Match - Amazing Red (c) vs. Cedric Alexander

Ced waistlock takedowns him. Ced wristlocks him and Red flips out and reverses it. Ced side headlocks him and Red shoulders him over. Red then swantons off the post onto Ced outside. Red chops him outside and we go to break.

We return and Ced death valley drivers him for 2. Ced waistlocks him. Red hits punches. Red flying headscissors him. Red flying corner forearms him then spinning ddt's him for 2. Ced michinoku drivers him for 2. 

They trade shots. Red rolls him up for 2. Red rolls him up off a michinoku driver attempt. Red rolls him up for 2. Ced forearms him. Red corkscrew kicks him. Red 2nd rope diving twisting flatliners him. Red then hits a code red and pins him.

Thoughts: It was shorter and didn't get to be anything soo special. What we got was alright enough, but this was far from their best. Ced lost clean here to further whatever they are doing with him and The System.

Elayna Black asks Heather By Elegance where M is in the mirror. Black asks how long she will let M treat her like this. Heather says she sees she is trying to start problems. Black says she still wants the  title but thinks Heather wants it too.

TNA Injury Report

BDE is under evaluation and is having back issues. Mustafa Ali has a rib injury and is out. 

We get an Indi Hartwell video. She is like writing a letter to herself and talks about how she accomplished childhood dreams. 

Zoey Sorrano comes out and facekicks a security member. Shyayna Baszler gets on the mic. She says she will face Indi 1v1 for the title. She says this is a dream for Indi, but she will turn it into a nightmare.

The Righteous and Harley Cameron do a video. Dutch says time is up and they are always looking for one more. Dutch says they are waiting. Vince invites her to stand beside them next week. Harley says she accepts.

Fire n' Flava do a video. Kiera Hogan says Allie was deadweight and she had to upgrade. Tasha says Shotzi got involved in their business. She says she gives those people a one way ticket to pettyville. She says Shotzi wil llearn the hard way not to mess with Fire n' Flava. She tells Shotzi and Allie to bring it if they think they can swing it.

Expressions does the intro for AJ Francis. He says nobody wants to live in Alabama. He says to give some respect to AJ Francis.

AJ Francis vs John Skyler

Expressions is with AJ. Mila Moore is with John.

AJ misses a corner charge. John hits shots in the corner and AJ running knees him in the gut. John dropkicks him and lariats him over the top rope. John slingshot plancha's AJ. Expressions goes to hit John but is caught. John is distracted and then he gets pushed into the post by AJ.

AJ hits tennessee whiskey on John. Expresions chokes John on the ropes. John hits punches on AJ and chops. John jumping knees him. John slingshot spears AJ for 2.

Expressions and Mila get on the apron. AJ pushes John into Mila, knocking her off the apron. John is distracted and AJ nails John from behind. John tornado ddt's him but the ref is checking on Mila and slow to count.

AJ spears him then chokeslams him. AJ then pins him.

Thoughts: It was short and full of shenanigans here. This wasn't much.

The System talk. Bear asks if Eddie is happy about what happened. Bear says he wants to know something for once and wants to know if Eddie has gone soft. He says this is his fault. He says he's challenging Eddie to a match as he's sick of how they are doing things. Bear says if he wins, he calls the shots in The System. Eddie says if he wins, he will keep calling the shots.
 
Brian Johnson and Daria Rae talk. Daria says she can't do anything to him as The Board hired him. Daria says Brian will see how things really work here. Daria says he's desperate for trying to get a job around here for a year and a half. Brian says he will do anything to keep a job here. Daria smirks.

Leon Slater comes out to talk. He says he's doing good as he's the TNA world champ. Leon says there was a time where his life was like a nightmare. He says it wasn't easy without his dad. He says his family always believed in him and sacrificed. He says he's paying the sacrifices off.

He says he broke matches, took on all challengers and had matches that will be remembered. He says he and Trey got off on the wrong foot and asks him to come out as he has something to say. Trey Miguel comes out and asks what's up. 

Leon says they are more similar than they think. Leon says they both went through a lot but keep on fighting. Leon says the difference between them though is that Trey never held the title. Leon says he appreciates his challenge and knows he will give him everything. 

Leon says there's no shame in losing in a match that will last forever. He says the title can't be Trey's until he is done with it first. Trey says it's been 8 years since his first title match and says Leon was 14 then. He says it's been 6 years since he got a shot at the TNA Title. He says he doesn't know when or if he will have another shot. 

Trey says he was abandoned by The Rascalz and says no one was left. He says he respects Leon. He says Leon set out to do something and did it. He says Leon got to have his moment with his people and his people deserve the same thing. Trey says he will keep trying until he gets to the light at the end of the tunnel and becomes champ. They then shake hands.

They advertise a movie called Stranglehold, which it sounds like Ryan is part of.

Elijah vs. Ryan Nemeth

Ryan boots, clubs and stomps Eli. Ryan chokes him with a bandana. Eli chops him down then flying lariats him. Eli bangs Ryan's chest off the apron. Eli ropewalks then clubs his arm. 

Ryan neckbreahers him and foot chokes him. Ryan stomps him in the corner. Ryan chokes him with the bandana more. Eli throws him down then chokes him with the bandana. Ryan boots him out of the corner. Eli tombstones him and pins him.

Thoughts: I didn't like this. They kept using the bandana and the ref did nothing about it after multiple warnings. It was short and Eli won as expected.

Nic Nemeth runs in and jumps Eli after. Eli then nails Ryan with his guitar after.

Mustafa Ali talks to Frankie Kazarian in the back. Ali says Avery Styles will stab Kaz in the back. Ali says the new gen is trying to use them. Kaz tells him to take his Order 4 baggage and get out of his face.

Slaughterhouse Syx Match - The Hardys (Jeff Hardy & Matt Hardy) vs. syX (Joseph Sawyer & Samuel Shaw)

The Hardy's arrive somewhere in the boiler room and look for Syx. Music plays and pink/red lights flash. They find Shawn and Joe goes after them with a weapon. Joe is double teamed with shovels. Sam hits Jeff from behind maybe with a chain. Sam eye rakes Jeff and chokes him with a chain.

Sam bangs Jeff's head off a ladder then drops the ladder onto him. Sam presses Jeff's head between ladder rungs. Sam is sent into the wall. Jeff throws a ladder at him there. Jeff slides down a rail on steps but Sam moves and Jeff goes into the wall. Jeff is sent into a machine.

Sam tells Jeff to stay here as he will be right back. Matt hits Joe with a shovel handle. Joe hits him with a trash can. Joe then pushes him into a wall. 

Joe chokes Matt on a table. Matt hits him with a baking pan. Matt hits him in the gut with a ladder. They trade shots. Sam hits Matt from behind and sends him into a door. Matt is double teamed against the door then against a wall. Syx put a cart in front of a door and trap mat inside a room. Jeff jumps off something high in the air onto Syx. 

Sam hits Jeff from behind with a trash can. Jeff has a trash can put on his head. Syx grab axes and hit the trash can on Jeff's head with axes. They then play "Amazing Grace" and Jeff falls over.

Thoughts: It wasn't a true match as it was not live and totally taped, but it was a backstage brawl. I was fine with it. It looked gritty and while they didn't do much, it looked like an actual battle. The ending is a problem though. Jeff should not really be able to survive that one and he'll probably still somehow be on the show next week. They should have just double chaired him instead or put him through a table as it's believable that he could return from that.

Overall thoughts: M/Jada was going well but they had a bunch of interference that brought it down. Zero/BDE was what it should have been but it didn't get much time. Ced/Red was fine but also didn't get to be an epic. I didn't like AJ/Skyler. Eli beat Ryan in a quick squash. The main was okay and was a decent backstage brawl. I didn't like the ending though. Either the main or the opener was the best match here. I'd give the show a 6 out of 10 as it was okay, but this could have been better if the bookers hadn't gotten in the way.
