Ring of Honor on HonorClub 10/29/2026

Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/10/ring-of-honor-on-honorclub-10222026.html

We are in Jacksonville, FL. Ian Riccaboni and Caprice Coleman are on commentary.

We see clips from Dynamite of Swerve Strickland leaving Bandido bloodied.

Soleil vs Brandon Cutler

They lock up and Sol is armdragged. BC armdrags him and dropkicks him. Sol euros him. BC flying headscissors him but Sol headflips out. BC enzugiri's him from the apron. Sol upkicks him and corkscrew crossbodies him.

Sol hits chops and flipping legdrops him over the back of the neck for 2. Sol is caught off the 2nd rope. Sol is crotched up top and BC springboard dropkicks him. BC hits punches. BC dragon sleepers him. Sol pumphandle slams him.

Sol hits shots. Sol walks on him and mule kicks him. Sol top rope crossbodies him for 2. Sol hits forearms on BC. Sol facekicks him. Sol tries a corkscrew crossbody but is gutbustered. BC gutwrench spinning powerbombs him. BC shining wizard's him for 2.

Sol backflips out of a lariat and cutters him. Sol then pins him.

Thoughts: It was fine and an okay choice for an opener. They meshed well and there were no issues with it. I'm not sure why Cutler was wrestling here though.

The Grizzled Young Veterans and The Kingdom are interviewed together. Matt Taven complains and says the interviewed talked trash about his mustache. Matt says they need tag partners. Zack says Matt slapped him in the back of the head last time and Matt says AI told him to do it. Mike says they have a 95% chance of winning with them. Zack says they need a win and the last time they won was with The Kingdom. Zack says they are trusting them and not to let them down. Mike says they work better, not harder with Sparta (AI).

Oro vs Scorpio Sky

They lock up and Sky wristlocks him. Oro reverses it. Sky armdrags him. Sky wristlocks him. Oro upkicks him to escape. Oro armdrags him. Sky boots him and trips him. They shove each other and trade forearms. Sky is up top and Oro wall walk moonsault kicks him. Oro back elbows him and chops him down.

Oro suplexes him and knee drops him. Sky chops him. Sky pops him up but Oro dropkicks him. Oro lariats him down for 2. Sky hits forearms and hits running lariats. Sky spin kicks him, sweeps him and double stomps him. Oro flipping koppo kicks him. Sky sky high's him for 2.

Oro shin kicks him and neckbreakers him for 2. They trade shots. Sky back body drops him onto his knees. Sky running facekicks him out. Oro sweeps him on the apron. Oro walks up the buckles and tornillos him outside. Oro cpinning heel kicks him in the corner and spinning forearms him from behind for 2.

Sky's head is banged off the buckles. They trade shots outside. Oro rams him back first into the steps but Oro kind of goes head first into them also. Sky TKO's him and pins him.

Thoughts: The match was fine but I don't really get why Sky won here since he's winding down while Oro is trying to make his name here. The last half of this could have been better as they lost some of the flow here.

Cassie Lee vs Lacey Lane

Lee offers a handshake and Lane takes it. Lee knocks down her hand after though. Lee ducks a lock up and slap her in the head. Lee ducks another lock up and spanks herself to taunt her. Lane teases a kick to the face and piefaces her. Lee gets distracted by Jessie McKay and gerts hit from behind. Lane's head is banged off the buckles.

LAne upkicks her and kicks her in the head. Lane crucifixes her for 2. Lane springboard dropkicks her. Lane gets distracted by McKay outside. Lane springboard dropkicks Lee.

Lane takes a scorpion kick from apron and Lee knees her in the face. Lee hits mounted forearms on her. Lee headbutts her then foot chokes her in the corner. Lane running facekicks her. Lee spinning high kicks her for 2.

Lee escapes a powerbomb and hits shots. Lane rolls her up from the side and pins her.

Thoughts: It was a bit unusual as Lee did a lot of distractions and stuff and Lane kind of had to work around it. I thought it was average. Lee tried...to do something here and I'm not sure if I liked it.

Serpentico & The Colons (Eddie Colon & Orlando Colon) vs. Chad Skywalker, Dante Casanova & Saieve Al Sabah

The Colon's are currently feuding in WWC, so this one is a problem.

Dante spinebusters Serp as he poses. Edie is sent into the steps and OC gets sent into the post. Dante chops Serp. Chad kicks Serp in the arm then running back elbows him. Serp superkicks Dante. Serp jumps off Dante's back and headscissors SAS. Eddie dropkicks SAS.

Eddie hits punches on SAS. SAS then hits punches back. SAS is tripped into the ropes then Eddie slides down his back there. OR slingshot swantons SAS for 2. OC boots SAS in hte corner. SAS sweeps OC off the second rope for 2.

SAS hits a viralplex on OC for 2. Dante slams OC. Dane pops up Chad into an elbow drop on OC. OC back elbows Chad then Chad hits a big lariat. Chad double stomps OC for 2 then chinlocks him.

Chad superkicks OC in the gut. Chad backrolls him for 2. Oc dropkicks Chad. Eddie tags in. He hits punches on SAS and drops him. Eddie flying back elbows him then lariats him. Eddie dropkicks him. Eddie codebreakers him for 2.

Serp walks the ropes and diving ddt's Dante. Chad kind of flips himself to do a samoan drop on Serp. Eddie backcrackers SAS. Serp top rope splashes SAS and pins him.

Thoughts: It was alright. They kept it moving. Eddie looked good as usual here. Caprice really put over Dante, which isn't surprising at all.

The Iinspiration do a video. Lee says she's p!ssed off at Lacey Lane. Jessie says Lane needs to be punished and says she will face Steph de Lander next time.

Lio Rush vs. Charles Crowley

CC wants to do magic. He takes his hat into the ring. He reaches into it. Lio says he grabbed nothing. CC says that's right then he punches him. CC eye rakes him and snapmares him. CC crucifixes him for 2. Lio ducks shots and rolls him. Lio thesz presses him and chokes him.

Lio handspring kicks him off the apron. Lio then low topes him. Lio chokes him in the corner. CC pretends to flip a coin which tricks Lio, then he jumping knees him. CC drops him with a shot and foot chokes him.

CC world's strongest slams Lio. CC vader bomb style elbows him for 2. They trade forearms. Lio bites his fingers. CC hits slaps and forearms him. Lio springboard headscissors him down. Lios trips him then spin kicks him in the head for 2. Lio boots him out of the corner. Lio is caught off the 2nd rope and CC spinning slams him for 2.

Lio armdrags him and spinning ddt's him. Lio bottom rope seated springboard cutters him. Lio then does a bridging cravate and submits him.

Thoughts: It was an unusual bout with CC teasing doing magic and Lio falling for it. Lio then made his comeback eventually and won. Lio was being pushed for a while all over AEW/ROH TV but seems to have lost favor as he hasn't been around much. It was average.

Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson) & The Kingdom (Matthew Taven & Michael Bennett) vs. Bustah And The Brain (Alec Price & Jordan Oliver) & Top Flight (Dante Martin & Darius Martin)

The heels attack to start. The Kingdom use AI and tell The Vet's to do stero topes. They do. Mike flashes AP in the eyes then uranage's him. Matt top rope splashes AP for 2. Jordan fackeicks Zach and AP 2nd rope la silla's Matt. AP is hiptossed into a headhunter on Mike.

Mike flipping neckbreakers Dante over the 2nd rope. Dante is popped up into a forearm for 2. Drake lariats Dante down for 2. Mike is trying to get Drake to listen to AI. Dante suplexes Drake.

AP and Jordan get tagged in at the same time. They hit stereo flying lariats. Drake is explodered and AP crossbodies Zach. Zach takes a gordbuster and a top rope splash from AP for 2.

The Vets take stereo superkicks. Jordan jumping side slams Matt. Dante fights off The Vets 1v2. Darius standing spanish flies Zack. Darius top rope swantons both heels. Dante takes a death valley driver into a running knee. AP does a top rope diving double blockbuster. Matt takes a top rope double stomp + briding reverse ddt combo. Jordan is tripped into a low dropkick.

The Kingdom bother The Vets with AI. AP suicide dives The Kingdom. Zack takes a double team lifting pedigree from Top Flight and gets pinned.

Thoughts: It was chaos with a lot of people coming in and out at a fast pace. It was mostly a free-for-all here. We'll see if anything comes out of the finish here with The Kingdom losing despite AI assistance.

Overall thoughts: It was a pretty low effort ROH show. None of the champs were in action here and there was little going on storyline wise. You could completely skip this one and not miss a single thing. At least it was only 69 minutes though. I appreciated that. Some of the wrestling was okay enough though and helped this out. I'd give this a 5 out of 10 overall. It was acceptable.
